I stayed 6 nights. I only got cleaning 1 day. I had water flowing through the sink constantly and wasn't fixed.

Un gros merci pour le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Monika elle est vraiment service à la clientèle. Toujours souriante et accueillante. Bravo Monika pour ton bon travail !
Le studio était bien , sauf que l’insonorisation n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le soir et la nuit nous entendions parler fort et marcher dans les couloirs comme si notre porte était ouverte. Donc il a été difficile de bien dormir durant notre séjour de 9 nuits. Concernant le nécessaire pour cuisiner c’était vraiment très très minime tant au niveau coutellerie que vaisselle.

Slechte airco. Werkte amper. Veel te warm om goed te kunnen slapen. Gloeiend heet water uit koudwaterkraan (vooral ‘s avonds). Hard matras 1x geen kamer schoonmaak gehad. 1x alleen schone handdoeken en verder niets. Kookplaat was kapot. Dit wisten ze, maar hadden het ons niet gemeld Veel mieren Schimmel op douchescherm

Got ripped off for £113 as soon as checked in paying by card, pool area not as clean, rooms etc looking tired and some horrific paint work, barman was fabulous, however there is another skinny man working in that area who is very unhygienic, sneezing whilst carry food, not washing his hands after wiping his nose with his hand. Found some staff there just weren't up to scratch this time.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Io e miei 3 amici abbiamo trovato questo hotel fantastico, piscina privata con bar, stanze pulite e ordinate, noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere una stanza al piano più basso quindi non abbiamo potuto godere della vista mozzafiato che offrono le stanze ai piani più alti, avevamo pero la vista sulla piscina che comunque è stato gradevole. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti da qualsiasi cosa, veramente top, unica nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio e la salita che si fa sentire.
Essendo al piano terra abbiamo avuto qualche intruso (scarafaggi) che venivano dal balcone, lo staff dell’hotel è intervenuto prontamente con prodotti chimici e offrendoci la colazione.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Mi sono piaciute molto la vista, la piscina e, soprattutto, la gentilezza di alcuni componenti dello staff, primo fra tutti Vladimir, una persona davvero stupenda e sempre disponibile. L’alloggio era grande, spazioso e ben organizzato, con una posizione davvero ottima: si trovava vicino a tutti i principali punti di interesse e permetteva di raggiungere facilmente sia le spiagge sia i locali e i servizi della zona. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno. Super consigliato!
Ci ha infastiditi il fatto di essere stati accusati da Miguel di aver fatto troppo rumore e di essere stati minacciati di essere mandati via nel caso in cui il rumore fosse continuato. Se una persona ha pagato per soggiornare in hotel, crediamo che abbia il diritto di godersi il soggiorno, sempre cercando di non disturbare gli altri ospiti. Anche noi abbiamo sentito parecchi rumori provenienti da altre camere, ma abbiamo compreso la situazione senza problemi. Ci sono sicuramente modi diversi per far capire che è necessario abbassare la voce, anche perché, a nostro parere, non stavamo facendo particolare casino!

L’albergo accoglie molti giovani e giovanissimi che disturbano molto il resto della clientela. Durante la notte in particolare, a più riprese siamo stati disturbati da urla, schiamazzi, colpi, ecc. ciò che non ha permesso di godere appieno della vacanza e del luogo bellissimo. Non ideale per famiglie.

Lo staff si divide in due parti: il sig. Vladimir e l’altra ragazza della reception sono gentilissimi e super disponibili, mentre la signora che gestisce il bar alla piscina è abbastanza scontrosa. In più siamo stati senza asciugamani per più di metà settimana. Inoltre non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare acqua fresca poiché dopo 5 secondi diventava bollente.

Struttura totalmente ad uso esclusivo di ragazzini dai 18 ai 23 anni. Posizione vicinissima alla movida e per questo rumorosissima. Impossibile dormire dalle 00:00 alle 7:00 anche con porte chiuse. Aria condizionata rumorosissima impossibile da tenere accesa di notte, ti congeli e non dormi. Struttura rinfrescata anni fa ma segna già il tempo. Ho trovato cibo avariato dietro il frigo e me lo sono dovuto pulire, spero un caso isolato. Asciugamani vecchi, strappati nella maggioranza dei casi ed insufficienti. Sconsigliato alle famiglie

De städade endast vårt rum en gång under hela veckan, trots att vi hängt ut skylten om att vi ville ha städning varje dag. Vi sa till i receptionen flera gånger, ibland även flera gånger per dag, men det enda vi fick höra var att de skulle se vad de kunde göra. Inget hände så vi behövde konstant gå och be om nya handdukar och nytt toapapper. De i receptionen bad inte ens om ursäkt för besväret förens den sista dagen när vi skulle checka ut.

Ubytování nebylo čisté (plesnivé stropy v ložnici a spáry v koupelně). Matrace byla velmi proležená, vybavení kuchyně naprosto žalostné (pánev nepřilnavý povrch už neviděla hodně dlouho), s tim co tam bylo se téměř nedalo uvařit.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Bardzo mi się podobał apartament - przepiękny widok, blisko na plaże, świetna lokallizacja. Przestronne mieszkanko i wygodne łóżka, bardzo dużo przestrzeni.
Oświetlenie mieszkania było słabe. Średnio miły personel na basenie.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026L’hôtel est très bien situé, accès direct à la plage et piscine. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable.
Hôtel malheureusement trop bruyant surtout la nuit à cause de groupe de jeunes anglais qui ne respectent aucunes règles, que ce soit à la piscine ou dans les appartements. Dommage que le personnel de l’hôtel ne fasse pas respecter les règles décrites. A fuir si vous souhaitez avoir du calme et que votre séjour soit reposant.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseils. Réception 24h24 avec une petite boutique qui dépanne bien en cas de petit creux ou de soif .
Groupe de jeune très bruyant dans l’hôtel . Surtout au niveau de la piscine. Ils ne respectaient pas les autres usagers. Pas de parking à l’hôtel , compliqué de trouver une place . Parking à 13min à pieds .
