Absolutely everything! The Prince Park Tower Hotel is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location, stunning tower views, beautiful rooms and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend booking a Club Lounge access room — the lounge experience was outstanding, with excellent food, drinks, atmosphere and service throughout the day. A special thank you to Heriko and Renu, who were incredibly warm, attentive and professional. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. They are a real credit to the hotel

Food cost and menu didn't have many choices

Beautiful views of Tokyo tower from our balcony and a great start to our Japan adventure. The bathroom and tech heavy warm seat toilet was great and the staff gave us a warm welcome

Top floor restaurant has a nasty habit of telling you off if you even dare look out the window from the reserved area, obviously if occupied you wouldn't step into that zone. But when empty, as a paying guest I should be able to have a quick look.

Amazing breakfast and view from the restaurant

The surrounding park and hotel grounds were beautiful. We had a very relaxing stay here. We had two twin panoramic rooms with club lounge access (which we used daily). The rooms were incredibly spacious and included a small balcony and very generous bathroom. Fortunately, there were never crowds at the club lounge and check-in (in the downstairs lobby for us) was seamless. We arrived at 11am courtesy of the hotel shuttlebus at Hamamatsucho station - it arrived 1min early after downloading the timetable of the hotel website. Would definitely recommend to anyone flying into Haneda with sizable luggage. We were able to drop off our luggage in reception before returning for check-in at 3pm. The food at the club lounge was excellent and their free flowing champagne (and shelf of spirits) a highlight. The train/metro stations were all within easy walking distance. We also made use of the taxis in the hotel driveway (from memory, a one way trip to Ginza 6 cost us 1900Y). Our club lounge access didn't include other club floor privileges (such as complimentary access to the pool and onsen - which were quite pricey). We would definitely all stay here again.

Perfect location. Close to underground station, lots of restaurants in the area. Our view from the room was wonderful: we could see the temple and Tokyo tower. We had a corner room and paying extra for the tower view was worth it.

Room itself was a bit outdated with scratches and stains on the wall paper and old appliances. Shower was very old school and in general room needed refurbishment.

Bathroom was great and we also had a balcony with the stunning view.

The hotel is overcrowded and facilities are old. The furniture is old which is fine but the rest looks like we are still in the ‘80s. For example, a very old TV with no channels or apps. Worst part of our stay was the breakfast where we had to wait for 15 minutes to sit while half of the restaurant room was free but not clean. It surprising seeing this from the Japanese hospitality but it looks like they don’t have space to accommodate all the guests. Staff at the main door (the Indian guy) was also rude; rest of the staff was great

Wie in meiner anderen Bewertung schon mitgeteilt, denn wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, das Frühstück das japanische müsste ausgebaut werden und das Angebot der Club Lounge ist sehr spärlich, also für den Preis dieses Zimmers habe ich mir weitaus mehr erwartet

Es gab morgens kein japanisches Frühstück, wir hatten extra deswegen das Hotel gebucht, ich musste mit den Angestellten diskutieren und habe dann letztendlich doch was bekommen aber das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Wir hatten auch die Club Lounge gebucht und dachten dass wir dort zwischendurch Häppchen bekommen aber die Häppchen waren wirklich sehr mager, also da habe ich mir wirklich mehr drunter vorgestellt das Geld ist es meines Erachtens nicht wert. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation im Hotel sehr schwierig, obwohl ich Englisch Rede hat man mich fast nicht verstanden, in einem Hotel mit einer solchen Preisklasse wo ein Zimmer um die 2000 € kostet sollte Englischkenntnisse selbstverständlich sein

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Tokio Tower und in der Nähe mehrere Metro Linien ist super. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück im 33. Stock mit Blick über Tokio war jeden Morgen das Highlight.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte für mehrtägige Aufenthalte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein - es gab immer fast das gleiche.

A lovely hotel located right in the park. The room was comfortable, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. As we were on our honeymoon, they kindly left us some cookies and a bottle with a handwritten message (ありがとう Tsukano). It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. Tokyo Tower is literally just a few steps away, which was absolutely fantastic! The location is wonderful, and I only wish we could have stayed for more days. Highly recommended!

The only small improvement I would suggest would be having a little more lighting in the room and more practical mirrors for applying makeup

予約は東京タワーの見えない方の部屋でしたが、バージョンアップしていただいて見えるところの部屋にしてもらいました。本当にありがとうございます。最高の眺めでした。受付の方の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。スパの広々とした温泉、プール、ジム最高でした。化粧台がたくさんあり、アメニティも充実していた所がとても良かったです。最高の思い出となりました。

スパのロッカーの使い方についての説明が不足していたように思います。ホテルのスパやジムの使い方についてもう少し説明がほしかったです。あとはフロントの窓口が少なく感じました。

Oud hotel, niet gericht op internationale gasten…. Geen goed Engels, lounge niet goed je wordt anders behandeld als je niet uit Japan komt. Spa mag je geen spa nemen, meer een zwembad waarin je vroeger les kreeg… Zonde van het geld om hier te verblijven…

O quarto era incrível! Uma sala e um quarto enormes e super bem decorados. Vista para a torre! Café da manhã bem gostoso. Muitas amenidades no quarto, adorei o kit de skin care que era reposto todos os dias. O hotel também foi super disposto a nos ajudar a recuperar um item esquecido no quarto enviando até o Brasil.

Fomos no auge do verão, então o ar condicionado do quarto às vezes não dava conta do calor. Assim como a geladeira do quarto que não gelava direito.

The amenities and overall feel of this hotel are exceptional. The staff are incredibly accomodating. The location is perfect for exploring without being overwhelming. There are so many facilities within the hotel for self-care and quick snacks/drinks, you don't need to leave the hotel grounds.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Japanese style room and bathroom was also very big and nice. The location of the hotel was great-easy to get to different places. It was lovely to go to the park that was right next to the hotel.

We came with young children in July when it was really hot, but the children were not allowed in the pool, which was the reason we only stayed for two nights instead of staying longer.

Outdated decor, overpriced, everything I asked for (room on high floor, late check out to 3pm, to utilize hotel facilities after check out as my flight was late at night) all of it was rejected! Waited 20min for a table for breakfast with no flexibility by hotel to extend breakfast service (many guests waited or went without breakfast as a result). Onsen, pool & other facilities are paid for extra! For a hotel in this price range, this is very poor hospitality

Truely incredible hotel, one of the best I've ever visted. We had lounge access and the food and drinks on offer where outstanding, the service was mostly exceptional from checking-in to the lounge staff. If we come to Tokyo again, this hotel will be on our list, although a little pricey, its incredibly comfortable and has a lot available for the price, although we did get the room on a discount. The breakfast selection was really brilliant. The lounge staff organised a resevation at the Steak Teppenyaki restaurant in the basement without hesitation, where very friendly and helpful.

My only disappointment was the swimming facilities, you needed to pay 3000-5000 YEN (Pool + Onsen) to use the facilities, which is a little annoying considering the cost of the hotel, I'd expected these to be included.

Rooms are very comfortable - great view if you want to see the Tokyo Tower. Great breakfast. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Guests under 16 can not use the pool - this should be communicated on site before booking (I was travelling with a 15 year old). A bit far from restaurants /coffee shops (nothing walking distance) but still, for the view and hotel room, still very nice.

Auf meine Anfrage im Vorfeld wurde nicht reagiert. Geärgert habe ich mich darüber, dass das Reinigungspersonel jeden persönlichen Gegenstand, der im Badezimmer stand/lag angefasst hat und anders hingelegt hat, auch die Zahnbürsten. In den Nächten am Wochenende hörte man im Zimmer von abends bis morgens den Lärm der getunten Autos. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte man gar nicht schlafen können.

The view is stunning both in room and in the bar at 33rd floor.

We booked adjoining rooms for 4 adults and 2 children with breakfast included. On the first morning, our 4-year-old had breakfast without any issue. On the second morning, we were suddenly told that his breakfast was not included and had to be paid separately. I spent a significant amount of time speaking with both the restaurant and the front desk, but instead of helping us clarify the reservation with Booking.com, we were repeatedly told to contact Booking ourselves. After I formally complained, the hotel investigated the matter, apologized in writing for the poor internal handover and lack of assistance, and confirmed that breakfast for our 4-year-old would be complimentary until our departure. Unfortunately, even after this written confirmation, the child’s breakfast charge still appeared on our final bill at checkout. I had to show the staff the hotel’s own email and wait again before the charge was finally waived. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially with third-party bookings. What disappointed me was how much time and effort the guest had to spend resolving a relatively simple issue, even after management had already confirmed the solution in writing. The room, Tokyo Tower view, and facilities were excellent, but the inconsistent communication and lack of coordination between departments fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Prince Park Tower Tokyo was one of the highlights of our trip! Amazing view of Tokyo tower from all parts of the hotel, exceptional staff, great location (walking distance to subway stations, walking distance to Tokyo Tower, and near iconic picture spots of Tokyo Tower). There are restaurants within hotel on site and convenience store (Lawson) as well.

The breakfast buffet was pretty nice, 7/10.

The rooms were cramped and very outdated. We had two rooms and one smelled like wet dog every time we entered. We’d just get used to the smell; they wanted an additional $700/night to upgrade.

Restaurants are top notch. The bowling salon was fun, the minimart in the basement is real nice to have handy. The breakfast buffet on the top floor has everything you might want, and the view from the same place at night is amazing. nice central location to almost everywhere we wanted to go, the only exception being our trip to Mt Fuji. We stayed in a garden suite, the room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful to explore.

We couldn't use the pool, hot springs or spa because we have tattoos, I'm hoping this changes before I go back in a couple of years. There are no public trash cans, so be sure to carry something to put your trash into. Stores and fast food places have trash bins inside.

Nous avons aimé "tout", le service, les petits déjeuners (on a fait les deux types de petits déjeuners). La chambre était spacieuse avec tout ce qui était nécessaire pour le quotidien. L'emplacement bien que loin des points touristiques nous allait bien, juste à côté de la Tour de Tokyo dans le calme mais desservi par plusieurs transports en commun, et toutes les commodités pas loin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Always great location, love the tower view

After chosen the hotel for 5 years, first time we lost 20000Yen while staying in the place, the wallet was in the inner layer of the backpack, and the bag was never brought out of the room. The hotel feedback was house keeping service given as normal, no findings. Maybe we trusted the hotel too much, should still treat it as a normal hotel, not a relaxing place.

The Japanese restaurant breakfast was fantastic; the upper floor buffet breakfast, much less so.

The restaurants were exceptionally expensive. I dined only once (the Chinese restaurant) and paid a substantial price for a small order of fried rice and real terrible service. Looked at the dinner menus of all the others on the property but the prices were all in the 'extravagant' range.

Didn’t really like anything about this property, everything was very old, and the staff were generally unhelpful..

Check in took 1 hour, the rooms are very old and there was mould by the shower head of our first room.

Amazing spacious room and bathroom with Jacuzzi. Great comfort, unlimited access to the executive lounge. Great breakfast and food in general. Super qualified staff who gave us GR eat recommendations. Quite a number of perks included in the room rate. Unique experience !

The spa, wellness which include the gym is not that close and mostly not accessible to teenagers.

The hotel has a nice view, but paying extra for a room with a view isn’t worth it. Just book a normal room and go to the top floor to enjoy the view.

Old bathrooms

Every single staff member was genuinely so welcoming and helpful. The amazing crew that cleaned our room and those working on reception to those outside the hotel greeting everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. Located near train stations and many convenience stores, restaurants etc it was a great stay for us.

בלילה מגבלים את המזגן 25 מעלות די חם ורעש תמידי מהרחוב ואנחנו היינו בקומה 22 קשה לישון . ג'קי IN וOUT איטי מאוד . בקשנו בבוקיקום כניסה מוקדמת אבל הם כלל לא ענו . כשהיגענו אמורו לנו רק ב 14 . אבל נתנו לנו ללא תשלום גקי OUT לשעה 13.0-0

חדר יפה. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

גדול מידיי. המוני. חנות הנוחות ובעיקר הספא מאוד רחוקים ממרכז המלון. לאנשים מבוגרים זה קשה ללכת על לשם לאונסן. לא אהבתי שגובים מחלק נוסף כניסה לאונסן וזה לא כלול במחיר החדר שגם כך הוא יקר מעל ומעבר ולא מצדיק את המחיר. מה שנהוג במלונות אחרים ביפן
