Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Michael was the only good thing about our stay. He was very friendly, welcoming and a good knowledgeable of the area.
Our stay started disappointing and got progressively worse. Loud music was played directly under our balcony until gone 11:30 on our second night, which was the second consecutive night of music. When asking to complain about this the following day at 7am, we were shrugged off and told there’s no more music under our balcony. The noise did continue for the duration of the stay. Whilst out for the day, we received what’s app messages asking to use the ironing board (we were not advised that there was an ironing board) and to call reception each time we wanted to use it as the hotel only had one ironing board. Along with a message to come to reception for a discussion following our complaint, we politely asked for an ironing board and to be left to our holiday. When arriving back at the hotel after the mornings complaint we were bombarded with calls asking to come to the bar for a drink. We politely declined. The following day on our return after a day out reception asked for a chat to which we replied that we’d raised it with booking.com due to feeling very uncomfortable with the amount of unsolicited calls and messages. There were many ants and bugs all around the pool area, and the grass area was long and unkept. We asked to change the pool towel once and were told any other changes would be a €5 pp charge. The room was not cleaned during our stay, the same sheets were remade, the floor was not mopped, the bath mat was filthy, and a general level of uncleanliness. Booking.com responded to my message and advised that the complaint had been passed to the hotel.
The location was perfect near the town.
ruhige Lage, schöner Garten, toller Pool, super Personal (sehr freundlich & entgegenkommend)
Close to st agnello train station. Pool was great and plenty of sunbeds/shade.
Half board was expensive. We didnt take this up.
Staff were lovely, they upgraded our room Pool and pool service was lovely! Couple minute walk from the train station, one stop to Sorrento (€1.50) Highly recommend staying here and traveling into Sorrento, Sorrento is full of bars and restaurants and it's loud so staying outside of it is great This area also has the bus stop for Positano/amalfi
Food wasnt the best but there was lots of variety
We like the application
Grat pool for the kids and spacious garden
Milí číšníci a skvělé jídlo.
Nemohu nic vytknout
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by the very friendly reception team who checked us in quickly and walked us round to our room located in the villa at the rear of the property. The outside of this building is full of character - it's been refurbished so that the interiors are modern and comfortable. The room itself was light, the bed comfortable, air con in full working order (thankfully!) and the bathroom of a decent size with a good shower. Our balcony was small but got the sun in the morning and it was nice to sit on at any time of day as it was away from the main road so pretty quiet. The restaurant was very well staffed and as previous reviewers have mentioned, the staff in this hotel really set it apart: friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service. The food was good and we were always full after partaking in all four courses (chosen from a menu). The Grand Buffet on Thursdays had excellent food. Both of us are gluten free and there GF bread and cakes were available at breakfast and dinner which was much appreciated. Mauro and Salvatore deserve particular praise for their organisation and constant monitoring of guests to ensure they were happy. Joseph was really personable too. The pool was a really good size for the hotel and we never struggled to get a sunbed in the morning or the afternoon. That said, there are plenty of bed in the gardens that receive nice shelter from the sun by the trees. The pool service was great and Mario was really stand-out here. We had lunch at the hotel a number of times and really enjoyed what was on offer. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel's drinks prices are more expensive than those available in local bars. We chose this hotel because it's not in Sorrento's main centre while being one train stop away (station 5 mins walk away); and well served by buses. This worked really well for us. Also a short walk to the coast and a number of bars/restaurants that we also ate/drank in during our stay and which were excellent. Great service, location, food and environment - would recommend!
A lovely hotel and great value for money. We booked directly with the hotel after seeing it advertised in different websites. We were allocated an upgraded garden room which was spacious for three people. Really contemporary and a great space. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, staff are warm and welcoming. We had breakfast included and there was lots to choose from. This hotel is a great base, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches as well as ( minutes from the centre. The train station is also 5 minutes away and a bus stop is right outside to take you to sorrento. We had a fabulous time!
The pool was perfect, the in-house restaurant was Great especially the manager Erica, the room clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Right next to a great beach and many restaurants, supermarket and Pharmacy just up the road and 8 minutes by car from downtown Sorento.
The Ac control was not friendly and had to constantly adjust it.
Excellent service and location to get to sorrento Staff helped us with trip planning and everything we needed
Quadruple room is a bit small would recommend 2 rooms
The staff were great, so helpful and friendly, we had a lovely modern room. Pool area lovely also.
Clean. Restaurant was very good at night. Food was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was not great
Too far from town. Busses didn’t run on schedule and train was hot no AC. AC was not every working in our second room
Lovely hotel, close to train station in Sant'Agnello. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Room was comfortable, and clean. Only comment is that the bathroom decor was needing refreshed, but everything worked and the water pressure in the shower was good.
DO book this hotel if you expect excellent service, great food and really convenient transport links. The hotel Alpha is a lovely relaxed hotel in Sant Agnello. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is large enough for the size of the hotel. I’d recommend staying half board as the menu choices have always been good and change daily. Lots of choice for breakfast and for dinner. Very good fish choices too. Good wine list. Lovely garden to relax in at any time of day. 5 mins from the station and then a 3 min €1.5 train ride into Sorrento. Trains are roughly every 30 mins in either direction. Pompeii is about 40 mins towards Naples. The supermarket by the station is excellent. The walk into Sorrento takes about 45 mins, more if you actually bother to take time to view churches and the coast and to watch the world. 10 mins to the beach.
The hotel location was good 35 min walk into sorrento. There's also a bus and train stop within 5 mins walk. The food was waiter service from 7.30pm if half board. I would advise this option we were pleased with room cleaning (daily) and service in the restaurant excellent Mauro. Pool bar man not the best im used to them being friendly. Pool towels issued every 7 days. The hotel location is a 15min walk to a beach. Sorrento and the area near the hotel has nice restaurants and plush hotels which we used for drinks. Beer cost for peroni .4 ltr. average was 6 euro. You could pay less English inn in sorrento was 5 euro but there's plenty over 7 euro elsewhere.
Had a fantastic 2 weeks at the Alpha Hotel the staff were beyond brilliant and simply couldn’t do enough for you, we were half board and found the food very good loads of choice and excellent quality. The evening meals were varied and always offered several options, so much better than a buffet. Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The hotel was spotless and the pool area well staffed and always a sun bed available… I would highly recommend
Loved our stay at the Alpha, warm and friendly staff. Food was very good on the whole it was well presented and if you didn't like your choice an alternative would be offered on request. There was occasional evening entertainment which was great. Yes the room decor could be described as a little tired and in hindsight we would have booked the superior rooms after seeing them but it was too late to book. Our room was functional, cleaned every day, any request was accommodated by the staff. We would return again as the location is great for local transport as the train station is just 10 minutes up the road, similar time gets you down to the coast. Drinks were a little pricey but they tended to be all over the place. We had an early departure home and couldn't attend the last breakfast but the excellent staff laid on breakfast to go for the return trip, excellent. There could be negatives but you'd have to really look hard in our opinion to find them. Had a happy and relaxed stay, throughly recommended.
The staff were lovely, rooms spacious and clean, pool and surrounding area fabulous
Excellent hotel in a great location, very close to the train station and the center of Sorrento. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff took care of our request for adjacent rooms, and when there was an issue with the air conditioning, they promptly moved us to different rooms. We really appreciated their excellent service.
Everything was very good
Wonderful stay at the hotel Alpha. Great staff and delicious food from à la carte menu, seating in outside garden area. Special mention to Erika, who is so professional, friendly and warmly greeted us every evening, explaining the menu to help us choose. She is exceptional at her job. Also great reception staff, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was in the old original building of the hotel and we were very comfortable, layout a bit quirky, but great for us with a very quiet and private terrace. Efficient and very welcome air conditioning. The lounge and bar areas are beautifully decorated and furnished and so cool and inviting. We found the drinks a bit pricey, although the food was reasonably priced. Swimming pool is great and the warmest outdoor pool we have used for many years. Plenty of loungers. We would recommend having repellent to hand and lotions for bites, we were heavily bitten by ants/mosquitos, not sure which. A short walk takes you to the waterfront which is rustic but charming. Lovely little bars for much needed refreshment. We travelled from the airport by train, taxi to Garibaldi Station in Naples and train taking approximately 1hr 10 minutes to the local Sant Agnello station, a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. On our return we took the ferry from Sorrento to Naples, really comfortable and just a 45 minute journey, for us a preferable way to travel. Just to mention Mario in the restaurant was also kind, together with another young waiter who we called the motorbike boy, always helpful and friendly. We liked the position of the hotel being just on the outskirts of Sorrento and would recommend.
Clean, lovely pool, close to the railway station for Sorrento/Pompeii etc
Minor point - AC was good but at night would have preferred if it was cooler in the room but no real control over that.
Basen , duży ogród - super obsługa

Everything The staff The room The restaurant The service The location The pool The food
A lovely hotel with pretty gardens and swimming pool. The room we stayed in was clean with comfortable beds and was cleaned every day. The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there as they made you feel welcome. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. Dinner was not buffet but a different menu each evening served to you by the friendly waiters. Overall a lovely hotel which contributed to a wonderful holiday.
We had a wonderful holiday in sorrento. The staff at Hotel Alpha were lovely. The swimming pool was a decent size and no issues getting sun loungers mid week but very busy at weekends as the pool appeared to be open to the public so we couldn’t get seated at the poolside and even garden area was very busy, Aquafit and Pilates charged at €15 which I’d have expected to be included for guests a 4 star hotel with no other activities. Our room was nice, very small but clean and air conditioning was great. The shutter and the balcony door handle broke however the staff fixed later in the day so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was great and the gala dinner was superb! The prices of drinks at the hotel were significantly higher than any other bar restaurant we went to in sorrento Positano and Amalfi which was a bit of a surprise! The teo 5 star hotels overlooking the bay, just a short walk away were amazing for a night out and much cheaper. We were also charged for drinks we had already paid for on check out. After 40 minutes it was eventually resolved so just be carful and check your bill on check out and give yourself plenty of time to make sure they are able to sort this. We have never experienced an issue like this ever! A superb holiday, our fourth time in Italy. The hotel Alpha unfortunately is the only hotel we would not return to or recommend. Much better standard of hotels in the area to choose from
Hmm ,not what we would have hoped for on our first visit to Italy, unfortunately not 4 star it’s a shame if the management think it is ! Very dated rooms , we had to move as the road noise and the staff emptying the bottle bins at 3 in the morning were to much for us to sleep , we had a room facing the garden their after which was much quieter and too small but we slept , many things said about the food in reviews which is a shame if the management aren’t reading them , they need too ( over stewed veg , a few potato cubes , sweets were dry if it was a cake ) the starters were better than the mains , pastas and risotto’s were nice , breakfasts were drab cereals fruit and yogurt were fine . It’s a shame because the saving grace in this hotel are the staff they try very hard , bar staff and restaurant staff they need to be appreciated and not sure if they are pool staff great also . Pool quality is very good and plenty of loungers . Plenty of comments on the price of drinks and lunch food but if you went somewhere else to eat and drink you would save . A tired hotel which needs a refurb , showers , bathrooms and rooms , we liked the position but no disabled access if you were wheelchaired and no slopes for step access , there is no way this is 4 star . Gardens were pleasant but if you were infirmed you couldn’t use the paths as they were so uneven . It just thinks it is something it is not , I feel for the staff as they were great .
Well it was good Hotel near 4 Star . BUT not 4 star food .Location great .Not a lot of outside food near by Room 4 star ,Staff great, Food 2 star
It was comfortable. All staff are efficient. We booked 2 rooms and upgraded one room. Breakfast and dinner was awesome. Near at the train station. We will surely come back.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Hotel grounds are stunning with lots of places to choose to sit. Pool is lovely with a poolside bar. Staff are fantastic can’t do enough for you and they are all sooo lovely. Breakfast is lovely with loads to choose from. Dinner is beautiful it’s a 3 course meal with lots of options and the food is delicious. The hotel is few minutes from hotel which gives you lots of options to see more places. Booked a couple of trips from hotel which were amazing. Italy was more than I expected a truly amazing place. Definitely recommend
Muy mona la habitación !!!

Professionalità e cortesia
We have just had a most wonderful stay at Hotel Alpha. This is a classy hotel. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful with options of poolside sunbeds or sunbeds in an enclosed garden area. Poolside bar and outdoor terrace for lunch. Lots of comfy couches scattered around the lemon/orange grove offer a quiet space for reading or a nice drink. The evening choices are indoor or outdoor restaurant. There was music some nights in the grove. The Four Notes band were amazing. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We had gorgeous steaks, pizzas, spaghetti etc. Our room was lovely, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station with connections to Sorrento for €1..50. The really exceptional element to this hotel is the staff. Without exception and for the entire week, the staff were warm, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. Special shout out to Maria in reception and to Erika in the restaurant who just made us feel so welcome and were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you guys. Would highly recommend.
Very quite good service nice people
The hotel is in a nice location. Santagnello is a much quieter and more relaxing part of sorrento. It has a friendly family feel. We found the beach club La Marinella to be great. We have a 15 month old and spent 2 days there. The sea is calm, lots of families and well looked after. It's easy to get a train to sorrento from Santagnello and only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made up for some of the rough edges of the hotel. Breakfast was good, food options by the pool for lunch were good and reasonably priced.
The hotel is a bit tired in a couple of areas. The pool area is nice but the steps to the main pool are coming away from the wall and have been crudely (and poorly) filled. Has left it looking grubby / unclean. The kid pool was missing a bolt from the rail. Our room for 2 adults and a baby was quite small. Or it felt small because it was lacking really any storage. There was one tiny wardrobe with a few hangers and 2x drawers for over a week. We ended up having to use one of our bags as another drawer. A few hooks by the door and a small unit under the dresser by the TV would have helped. It was also strange to have just 1 lounger on the outdoor terrace. The upright chairs weren't particularly comfortable but sharing one deck chair between 2 adults is difficult :) The fridge in our room wasn't very good at keeping drinks cool
The accommodation was excellent and the staff were all friendly and there to help provide the best experience.
It was difficult to fault the hotel and staff. The only issue we found is that my partner is diabetic and needs to store her insulin in a fridge, however the hotels policy was that medication cannot be kept in the fridge within the room as this is only to be used as a mini bar.
It was beautiful and in a great location.
It would have been nice if there were 2 queen beds in the room for 4 people, instead of 4 singles.
What an amazing hotel, 30 minutes walk into the centre of Sorrento, although with all the great photo opportunities of the dramatic coast line, it was a little longer! The staff on concierge and the restaurant are extremely welcoming and attentive. We stayed on a half board basis and the restaurant food quality was outstanding. The risottos were wonderful! Our rooms were nice and beds comfortable. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel for location, food quality and friendly staff. We hope to be back.
Very kind and helpful staff. Close to train station and only a few minutes by train to Sorento.
First drop off from the airport with a delayed Jet2 afternoon flight to Naples. Accomodation was half board and as it was late the hotel saved some cold meats and cheese for us. We were offered bottled water and was VERY suprised and angry to be charged 4€, which we had to sign for and it goes straight on your bill. Got "upgraded" to the annexe which they call the "Villa", seperate to the Hotel and ok, apart from the traffic noise (scooters and bikes making a racket), had to sleep with the aircon on to drown the noise out. The walls are also very thin and the door didn't close properly, so sound proofing was poor, and you can hear all sorts going on! Breakfast was boring, with some unidentifiable stuff and lots of cakes from previous nights, which nobody touched. Nice choice of coffees from a menu that are included, and served by the lovely staff. I was happy enough with the rest on offer, but it could be better by offering less and concentrating on the quality. Bizzarely bottled water is free for brekafast - typical Italian way of doing things. If you expect an all inclusive dining experience, don't. We enjoyed the food it was varied in the evenings, but strangely not much pasta, and Pizza only once. Good choice of fish meals and happliy no chips with anything, it felt authetic Italian and not typical tourist food. Drinks are expensive in the hotel, 6€ for a large beer with your meal, or at the pool bar, and a bottle of wine for 30-40€, bit of a joke when the supermarket 5 mins away & sells for a fraction of the price which you can enjoy on your noisy balcony. The grounds are lovely with the flowers, lemon groves and nice pool area (although the pool was freezing) even just outside on the main road it has beautiful roses and flowers along the central reservation. Good base for exploring, with Saint Agnello station a handy 5 mins away, but a good 40 minute walk into Sorrento itself, we got a bit bored with the walk after long days out exploring from Sorrento. But found the bus and train a bit unpredictable at times (rail strikes, overcrowding etc) and its quite a nice walk by the coast, the other route on the main road not so much. I reccommend this hotel for older clientile, although they have to negotiate quite a few steps from the road to reception. We our in our late 50's and it was fine, but would in hindsight of forgone the pool and stayed in Sorrento itself near the station and ferries.
We came here for my wife’s birthday in June for 7 nights absolutely loved the hotel great food , central location , rooms are spotless live music , and a small pool that was never crowded , massimo and all of the hotel staff were really friendly and can’t do enough for you , we will definitely be coming back again and I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay
Just returned from another fantastic holiday in this hotel, have been 4 times to this place. The team are really friendly and service is great. Food delicious and rooms are very comfortable. A very relaxed small hotel with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We will return again perhaps later this year. Ideal base to explore this area of Italy
Room was basic and (as others have said) dated in style but it was kept spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Daily cleaning service superb. There are not many electric sockets/not conveniently placed so not easy if you need to charge multiple devices. The safety deposit box was v small - would not be large enough for an iPad or laptop so bear that in mind if you bring anything more than a kindle sized tablet. No hot water one evening/following morning but that was fixed very quickly and the bathroom had a powerful, refreshing shower. The staff on reception and in the lounge bar are really friendly and accommodating. Pool area is pleasant. Location - around 1.8 miles from Sorrento centre. It is very walkable but beware that a local taxi to/from Sorrento will cost 25 euros. Close to train station at Sant Agnello What really lets this hotel down is the restaurant and food. Others have commented on the sweet breakfast. I appreciate that breakfast is often sweet in Italy and I don’t mind that. There is just way too much choice - multiple cakes/pastries/doughnuts and random items that I didn’t see anyone eat. I visited out of high season and I dread to think how much food went to waste, unless it was given away. Half board dinner options - again too many and some unappealing options - it felt like the restaurant was trying to be higher end but failing. Buffet salad items/veg looked tired and as if they’d been around before ( perhaps recycled from breakfast?) Pasta first course is safest option. Note - you are allowed to have as much bottled mineral water as you like at breakfast but no free mineral water is available in the evening. You must pay for a bottle in the restaurant. The bar will offer free tap water if you like. On my first evening I was served by a female waiter who was accommodating and friendly. Male waiters in the restaurant were less friendly. I avoided eating in the hotel for my last few days.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. A short distance from the train station, then only 5 minutes on the train to Sorrento. There are plenty amenities nearby. Our room was lovely & modern with a relaxing terrace. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. Always lots of loungers available at the pool so we never struggled to find somewhere to sit, and the pool is gorgeous with lemon trees surrounding. The food was unfortunately not to our taste. We had pizza one night which was delicious then chose to eat out the remainder of the week. There were plenty vegetarian dishes - I don’t consider myself to be picky but even i struggled with the options. The breakfast was very nice! This did not take away from our experience of the hotel at all, as it was so gorgeous and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is spacious and has a relaxed feel. It was always clean and the staff are very attentive and polite, a credit to the place. Really lovely gardens, with lemon trees, a small playground, a (very cold) pool and lots of seating that doesn’t feel crowded. Our room was a good size, with a large balcony. The furniture was old, but I quite liked that - especially the amount of storage space in the wardrobe. The bed was comfy, although my son found the additional single too narrow. The bathroom was a good size, with a few bottles of shampoos etc and hotel slippers per person. Downsides were that the aircon was hard to turn low, there was a tv, but it wouldn’t connect to Netflix, as we were told (we weren’t too bothered anyway, but it is supposed to be a feature), there was a jet bath but it didn’t work - it looked several decades old, so this was disappointing but again, not a deal breaker. There was no water on arrival and we hadn’t drank anything for almost 7 hours due to delays once we got to Naples airport. Arrived in room gasping and had to pay minibar prices for a drink of water. There was some kind of juice in reception, but it looked like fairy liquid and my son only drinks water. The hotel bar was extortionate 14 euros for a cocktail, 6 for a lager, 4 for water. But the worst thing, unfortunately, was the food. Don’t go half board, go out! You got a choice of 4 starters, mains and deserts, but it was usually pork, tiny pieces of fish, a few cubes of potato and some over-stewed veg. There was a salad bar, but not v exciting. The worst night is the gala night. All buffet, all dreadful. Even worse for kids and my son just had bread and butter. I mean at least we didn’t put on weight, but we expected a week in Italy to be full of delicious pastas, pizzas and caprese salads. No such luck. There were fresh flowers everywhere though and breakfast was ok, if you ignore the half hearted attempt to appease the Brits with sloppy scrambled eggs, chopped up hot dog sausages and no meat, undercooked, oily ‘bacon’. Nice touch with the honeycomb, but putting out all the left over deserts from the night before seemed gross. Oh and dodgy electrics in the room. Watch yourselves!
The hotel is comfortable, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the food is good. The hotel pool is good and is set in an extensive garden of lemon trees. Our TV broke while we were there and was replaced with a new one the following day. Transport links by bus or train to Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples are nearby. Sorrento is about half an hour away on foot by a coastal route with striking views. Our thanks to all the staff, especially Maria and Massimo in reception and Marco in the bar, for making our stay so enjoyable.
Great location. Spotless. Great view of Vesuvius. Wide range of breakfast items. Restaurant and pool staff particularly excellent.
It was good and staff excellent.
Room old fashioned and bathroom needs updating.
Gracias!!!!

A wonderful and very pleasant surprise. The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Sant’Agnello station, making it very convenient while still being in a quiet and relaxing area away from the crowds of Sorrento, which is only a 20-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the hotel grounds — the lemon gardens and seating areas were fabulous and became the highlight of our stay. The pool was also a very good size and perfect for relaxing. Our room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable. The extra single sofa/converter bed was a great bonus to use as additional seating. The balcony with a table and chairs was lovely for sitting out and enjoying the surroundings. The bathroom was also a good size, with a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. The entrance and reception area, together with the bar and breakfast/dining space opening directly onto the beautiful lemon gardens, created such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and overall we had a fantastic experience. We are so happy we chose this hotel and the Sant’Agnello area, and we cannot wait to come back 😊 A coffee machine would be a great addition.

Stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of May. We had one of the renovated rooms on the 2nd floor which was lovely - very modern, comfortable beds & great bathroom/shower. We were half board and the food was generally good - plenty of choice - typical Italian fare - don’t come here if you expecting an international menu. Breakfast was also good, particularly if you like cake for breakfast. The waiters worked very hard & were very friendly. Pool area was nice & not very busy during our stay - no problem getting a sunbed. Easy to walk into Sorrento & close to railway station for trips to Pompeii etc. My only criticism is the price of the drinks. 12 euros for an Aperol Spritz was very expensive even for Sorrento standards. The wine was also very pricey. We had drinks in the main square in Sorrento for much less. Supermarket 5 mins away that sold lovely bottles of wine for a fraction of the price in the hotel that we drank sitting on our balcony instead.
The Hotel was amazing, exactly like the photos. As a tourist that went in every country, I can say that this is one of the best hotels. It simply does “the thing”. Good breakfast, very clean, the staff was amazing, location tends to be off because it is a bit far from Piazza Tasso, but it is a good walk to make you hungry for when you re going to eat jn town. I recommend getting a car to go along the whole coast, its simply better.
Nothing really to comment, other than the location but that isn’t a problem that BAD
Il personale IMPECCABILE top
Simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza e qualidade do pequeno almoço
Breakfast was really great
The room was noisy as was near/next to the kitchen. The outside area, the lawn, was more weeds than lawn and not well maintained

Marvellous from start to finish. Best team of staff I've had the pleasure of meeting anywhere. Felt like you were with friends. Plus the food is great and the setting & comfort is 1st class.
We stayed here for a week as we were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary it was a great evening with a surprise bottle of bubbly, and the waiters and violinist made it extra special. All the staff were so nice and very helpful with trips and info, our only fault with the meals were that we are both vegetarians and nothing was labelled so we were constantly asking which food was meat free. Our room was spacious and our out look from the balcony onto lemon groves and the beautiful scent from the blossom was a delight every morning. We were close to bus stops and the railway station, and nice walks.
We couldn’t recommend Hotel Alpha highly enough. We were celebrating a 30th birthday whilst staying at the hotel and we also got engaged the day before we arrived. The staff made us feel so special and we really appreciated the complimentary Prosecco. Every member of staff was polite, helpful and friendly. We particularly loved cocktails by the pool made by Mario! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely with great balcony’s and the gardens are filled with lemon & orange trees. The breakfast was also really great with lots of choice. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to all at Hotel Alpha!! Emily & Will
Ausgezeichnete Lage
Fantastic quiet spot with the best hotel staff I’ve ever come across!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all’Hotel Alpha.
