The staff were incredible! So pleasant in the pool area, the Spa was perfect. One of the best I’ve ever been too. My wife’s massage therapist Claudiana was amazing. Alicia at check in was super welcoming, Miguel was very friendly and assisting us with any enquiries, the breakfast was very high-quality and Juan Carlos was super friendly and helpful with our bags. Facilities were incredible but the staff really made our stay something special. The view was also breathtaking!

Asked for new bedsheets on our second day and the housekeeper just made our bed but didn’t change any of the sheets or towels. This was a small detail. It’s very hard to give any constructive feedback because our state was very good.

Die freundliche Begründung an der Rezeption . Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit Hügelblick ; bei Ankunft wurde mir freundlicherweise ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gegeben.

Das Hotel ist ok aber nicht für dieses Geld. Ich habe 572€ für 2 Nächte mit Frühstück bezahlt. Das ist nicht nur viel zu überteuert sondern auch sein Geld beim besten Willen nicht wert !!

The team were exceptional, from how we were greeted, to the waiting team (shout out to Juane who was so helpful), to the spa team. The hotel itself is also perfect... close to everything you need, yet far enough for peace around the pools.

It’s such a calm and peaceful place. Very relaxing. The pool area is so quiet and you never have to worry about getting sunbeds at any point of the day. The clientele is very nice. This is our third time staying at the hotel. The breakfast is very fresh and clean. The view was amazing from the higher floor.

It needs updating for sure. The shower had mold in the corners and the water keep changing itself from cold to extremely hot in seconds making us burn ourselves. My legs and underneath my feet was burned pretty bad so we learned to turn the water off the second when it started being hot. The WiFi was not working on my phone or tablet cause it kept giving me warnings, however at the reception the WiFi worked but not in the rooms cause it had a different routers I was told so that was a bit sad. The sunbeds could use a upgrade cause many had broken handles and wheels: Our bathing suits were sadly destroyed cause in their pool there was a liquid of something green/yellowish that got stuck on light color parts of the fabric and did not disappear after washing. So my beige bikini and light blue one were destroyed. I remember this was a issue the other time I’ve stayed at the hotel but I had forgotten about it and it was to late when it struck me. I don’t know what it is but it’s in the jacuzzi part beside the kids pool and during the day it gets foamy in that green-ish color so it might be a chemical they use.

Not a bad location for what we needed. But you’re definitely not in central Palma if that’s you’re looking for. However we didn’t mind and we caught cabs into town when needed. In addition, the staff were great. Very accommodating and helped us with what we needed when we needed.

This hotel would have been amazing 20 years ago but unfortunately it is very old and run down now. The rooms aren’t very comfortable and I didn’t feel like they were overly clean - more due to age and being very run down. The furniture is older and the beds weren’t comfortable. The facilities are also very dated, pools are very salty and the restaurant was basic.

We emailed for early check in, days ahead but they ignored it, and they let others check in (around 4 - 5 groups) while claiming they dont have any empty rooms.

It was lovely, a big pool which felt calm and quiet, drinks service by the pool was very good and nice, good breakfast.

I am very careful not to burn and sit in the shade, however for whatever reason the umbrella by the pool did not provide true shade and I got really burnt which never happens. I was very upset and disappointed by this. Thankfully it was my last day as I don’t know what I would have done if I was they for another day or two as suncream isn’t enough but with an umbrella shade it should be.

( not good enough for a 5 star) The air conditioning was very noisy especially at night. Broken tiles around lower swimming pool..dangerous. Carpet on stairs is slightly ripped.

The hotel tries hard to be a 5 star location but even though there are positive aspects..it fails! even the first impression..the lobby, is very old fashioned and makes guest question their choice! the hotel is well located overlooking the harbour but you have to take a taxi to reach any other restaurant or bar or actually any other location..what the hotel offers is ok but not more...breakfast selection is absolutely fine and well prepared! the pools are ok but they all contain salt water only! the staff is friendly and willing to help in all hotel! in general the hotel is simply outdated and would require a full overhaul! we stayed in a renovated room which was quite comfortable! there is no proper bar, no music nowhere, the mini bar in the room offers very little choice..the place has potential but I doubt anybody will be willing to make the serious investment required for the upgrade!

There are a lot of good things about this hotel. The location is brilliant, the outside space/pools are amazing and very clean, and the staff cannot do enough for you. The only thing that lets it down are the bedrooms which are in need of refurbishment. The suites have been refurbished and are lovely but the regular rooms need some attention - me and my husband had a suite and our teenage daughters had a regular room. The photos on the hotel website show the refurbished rooms including a walk-in shower and up to date decoration but this is not representative Despite this the housekeeping team is good and the rooms are very clean.

Het grote zwembad is fijn en het uitzicht is mooi.

De locatie is erg onhandig. Vooral als het hele hotel tegelijkertijd een taxi of uber wil om naar het centrum te gaan kan het langer dan een uur duren. Het is 10-15 rijden naar het centrum. Een kleine wandeling in de buurt is niet te doen want het ligt op een steile berg en er is geen stoep. Dit hotel is zeker niet meer dan 3 sterren, er is al vele jaren niet meer geïnvesteerd, veel is kapot of beschadigd zowel binnen als buiten de kamer. Warm water in de douche doet het alleen als je 30 seconden de koude kraan maximaal opendraait en wacht. Daarna krijg je afwisselend te heet en te koud water. Bij het zwembad wordt er niet opgetreden tegen handdoeken leggen, waardoor er na 11 uur geen bedje meer te krijgen is. Als je 's middags wilt gaan zwemmen tref je vele lege bedden met handdoeken erop, de badmeester haalt zijn schouders op en gaat verder op zijn telefoon. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt valt erg tegen, goedkope producten en iedere dag hetzelfde.

I visited for 10 nights with my husband and two adult children. The hotel is set at the top of a hill meaning that you are further out of Palma but it provides some of the best views Palma has to offer. We hired a car for 8 of the 10 days and because I don't drink, it made it easy to get in and out of the city in the evening. There are regular buses and taxis available but you can also walk in about 20-30 minutes. The hotel provided free parking throughout the stay for our hire car. The rooms were of a very decent size and standard and the cleanliness of them was highly maintained throughout the holiday. The pools were of a really good size; which was the reason why we selected the hotel in the first place. They were always clean and waiter service was provided for drinks. The sun beds had thick padding which made them very comfortable and you could get clean towels every day. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and as a vegan, I did not have to worry about having limited choice. I advised them on my first day and they provided additional food to what was already available for other guests. They also catered for gluten free guests too. One bit of feedback would be that labelling should be provided at breakfasts so you knew if there were any allergens in the food. Sometimes it took a bit of guess work. Additionally, rather than bringing out everything every day in all the packaging, perhaps a selection could be taken of each as it remained out of the fridge for a long time and it was the same food items for my whole stay which worried me a little. The staff at the hotel were lovely and attentive and they really tried their hardest to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We even had a friendly butler bot that brought food and drinks to the room. This was quite the novelty with my kids (and I must admit for me too!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. I would not hesitate in booking again should we visit Palma in the future.

We just love this hotel! this was our second visit and we would come back again in a heartbeat! The staff are all so super nice, we loved Pacco, so helpful and friendly! Comfortable bedroom, great breakfast and fabulous swimming pools. Hotel restaurant for evening dinner was very good, we ate there our last night when the weather was very hot and we thought we'd take advantage of staying in the cool hotel! The hotel is very quiet and our rooms were spotless. Be prepared to get a bus or take a taxi to get to central Palma, Uber's seem more expensive on the island so avoid, local taxi drivers are chatty and you dont wait long for them. Easy to get a taxi back from the taxi rank near the cathedral. 2 minor things, the air conditioning is centrally operated so you dont have individual control in your room (except off/on) the temperature was fine in our rooms and I only mention as some people feel the heat more than others and its nice to have your own control.Also, it would have been nice if housekeeping left a fresh bottle of water each day and not just on arrival. But this was not an issue for us as we bought some when we were out.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very attentive, always friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Special shout out to a young gentleman on Reception (didn’t catch his name but badge said he was in training) who have lots of advice on local places to visit and the best transport mode to get there. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious overlooking the pools. We had fresh towels every day, bed changed and the room cleaned. The pools were very nice and there was waiter service as well. The hotel is on a steep hill, but we knew that before we booked and as we are quite fit the walking didn’t bother us at all. All in all a lovely hotel that we would definitely return to.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Valparaiso Palace Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. The standout feature was the staff, who truly went above and beyond. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and they made it feel incredibly special with thoughtful touches that exceeded our expectations. The level of service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and genuinely first class. The pool area is exceptional—beautifully maintained, with incredibly comfortable padded sun loungers that made it easy to spend entire days relaxing in the sunshine. It never felt overcrowded, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was excellent, but the real star is the view. Enjoying breakfast while looking out towards Palma Cathedral is a wonderful way to start the day and is something we'll remember for a long time. The hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, which is worth bearing in mind if you plan to walk into the city. However, this is hardly an issue, as taxis to and from the centre of Palma cost only around €10, making it quick, easy, and inexpensive to get around. Overall, this is a superb hotel with outstanding service, excellent facilities, and spectacular views. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing luxury stay in Palma.

Amazing resort, we loved it here, best pool in Palma, 2 things for us stop this being 5 star. 1 - the air conditioning, the rooms don't go cooler than 23c as the air conditioning is old, out of date and controlled centrally, we like our room cool but this was too hot at nights and despite the lovely staff trying to sort this to make it cooler, after several visits they could not and this is just what it is. 2 - the lunch offerings, they do not offer a light lunch option, a sandwich, pitta or wrap, they are big evening meal type dishes, the food is fantastic but I feel they are missing a trick here. We were clearly not the only people to feel this way as we, alongside others, ordered from uber eats who deliver to the hotel no problem but we'd have rather eaten here ideally. These are the only 2 things for us that stop it being 5*, the hotel is fantastic, clean and luxurious, the staff could not be better either, if they can sort that air conditioning out we will definitely be back

From the minute we checked in, we were made to feel like we were friends of all the staff - watch out for the bar man Lucas! He is amazing! The location is beautiful and the rooms clean and airy. And the pool needs no words. Everything about our short stay was perfect.

Facilities are wonderful, breakfast is outstanding, and staff are attentive and helpful.

I felt the menu for dinner is quite restrictive and at times over-priced. We stayed 7 nights, and ate in the main restaurant most evenings - we asked for a small salad on our last night, which on arrival was rather basic. We were charged 18 euros - not really worth it.

I can’t praise this Hotel highly enough. The wonderful Staff who were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and on hand for anything that we needed. The food at the buffet breakfast was fabulous, delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel generally and the room was spotlessly clean and the room service was faultless.

Todo el personal es un 10 desde recepción al pool bar. La habitación comodisima,, grande, perfecta con terraza y vistas espectaculares a la catedral y bahía de Palma. Las piscinas exteriores dos espacios grandísimos, con zonas para estar a la sombra, tranquilos, agua salada, …de 10. El espá muy cuidado y amplio. Es para no salir del hotel. Tuvieron varios detalles con nosotros que nos sorprendieron muy gratamente y que en otros hoteles de su categoría no tienen. Muy de valorar. Volveremos porque han sido 4 días fantásticos. Ahhh riquísima la hamburguesa wagyu con ensaimada del pool bar.

Nos gustó todo. El hotel no está en el centro pero en taxi se llega en 10 minutos. Vale la pena por lo tranquilo que es, las instalaciones y jardines, lo cómodo y por la amabilidad del personal. Un 10

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Valparaiso Palace & Spa hotel and were very impressed. The hotel is beautifully maintained with immaculate grounds, spotless pools and plenty of sun beds. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a mini bar and a large bathroom and the shower has excellent water pressure. Breakfast was one the highlights of our stay. Set in a beautiful room with fresh and good quality food with a great variety of options. The hotel is in a convenient location and close enough to Palma without being in the hustle and bustle. It takes around 20 minutes in a taxi and costs €11 to Palma city centre. There is also a bus stop that is 5 minutes walk from the hotel that takes you to city centre for €2. Reception staff are friendly and helpful with your questions and booking taxis. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily stay there again. We would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent facilities and service.

La chambre assignée à notre arrivée n'était pas la bonne. Certes plus grande (petite suite) MAIS sans la vue sur mer commandée et très bruyante (isolation phonique sur rue inexistante, / fenetre sans joint...). La situation s'est rétablie le lendemain. Le personnel a été au petit soin, mais cela reste tout de même désagréable à vivre.. Matelas des transats piscines usés.

Localisation un peu éloignée du centre ville nécessitant obligatoirement une voiture. Aucun personnel pour s’occuper des bagages, aucun nécessaire de toilette dans la chambre. Il faut toujours demander à la réception même pour avoir de l’eau. En revanche personnel de l’accueil sympathique qui fait son possible. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of girlfriends on a mini break and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel! From check in to check out we had the most amazing stay! Our rooms were spacious and with everything that you’d expect to find and a few little extra touches! All staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, from reception, to breakfast and bar staff. Breakfast was incredible, with the choices on offer & even cava was on offer …. The staff at breakfast were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble! The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool area was spacious and we always managed to get beds together, even after 11am. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride (15minute walk) down into Palma, which is a beautiful city, with do many restaurants and sights on offer. We’ll definitely be back to this beautiful hotel!

This hotel is amazing . The friendliness from the staff is 5 star . Linda , Tolo and Alex were exceptional. The breakfast choice was 💯 and the food was 5 star . The beds were very comfy and the room was clean . Our view was amazing . The only thing I would say and it’s a very small negative is that the pool food should be more snacks like sandwiches / burgers as the menu only really offered larger meals . We will return though

In general the place is not 5* standard and rather aged. Pricing was absolutely out of this world for what was delivered. From a dusty, a dirty pool area, to a not refilled mini bar, a really really, really average restaurant, I would say this is a really good 3 star experience.

We had such a good time at the Valparaiso palace. Starting with a very chic and luxury smell when you arrive, then the staff at the hotel is just too nice. If you are lucky enough maybe you will meet Alicia at the reception which really adapted to our customer profile and needs in a very kind and professional manner. She really is the 6th star of the hotel. Every thing was clean, rooms were luxurious and well decorated. One of the best hotel experience in a lifetime.

Bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie. W cudownej atmosferze i przy bardzo pomocnej obsłudze. Piękny wystrój sali śniadaniowej. Przepiękny ogród i niesamowicie mila obsługa, specjalne podziękowania dla pana Miguel z recepcji.

To nie tak ważne, ale mnie osobiście w tej bogatej ofercie śniadaniowej, brakowało tylko jajek na miękko.
