Palmanova Beach Apartments by TRH

The staff were marvellous. Our studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Very central to walk to some fabulous restaurants for dinner. Very close to the bars (if that's what you like but noise couldn't be heard once balcony doors were closed).

The small pool closed quite early at 18.30. Pillows were very firm - spares were exactly the same. Kitchen opening for breakfast was a bit erratic for instance on the day we checked out (rooms have to be vacated by 11) breakfast wasn't available until 11! We couldn't realistically go out for breakfast as we had to leave for the airport by midday.

All very good

La Piscine. Chambre propre et lit confortable. Personnel gentil.

Sentralt beliggenhet Bra rom . Rent . Hyggelig personale .

Kunne vært litt mer komfortable stoler på Terrassen

Parfait

The poached eggs on toast was the best I’ve ever had.

The restaurant and pool could open earlier.

Property was in an excellent location and had everything. We would highly recommend

The apartment per se with 2 separate rooms to allow me and my friend to both have privacy!

Perfectly situated for the beach, bars and restaurants.Staff were very welcoming. It was so clean everywhere. The pool area was cleaned most mornings and tables and white sunbeds. The cocktails were good too. Room was well equipped, we only ate breakfast and lunch in the room as there were so many restaurants along the sea front. No noise at night times

Nothing

Everything about the place, it is clean and fresh and it is very central

Beliggenheten , rene fine rom , personalet

This place never disappoints! 7th stay and as excellent as ever. Same staff year on year. Meticulously clean, always beds around the pool. Highly recommend!

Nothing at all!

Pulizia ottima Servizi ottimi Personale disponibile e cordiale

Location was great and very clean apt

No washing machine but facility across the road

It was very clean, location great, staff friendly and pool bar good was delicious. Great value for money.

Nothing couldn’t fault it

I was very disappointed with the checkout experience. I was told that checkout was at 12:00 and that a €40 fee would apply for late checkout. I checked out at 12:04, only four minutes late, but they still charged me the full €40. I believe this was completely unreasonable and unfair. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. When I said I would complain to Booking.com, a staff member told me that I was free to complain and that they did not care. I found this response extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Because of the unfair charge and the way I was treated, I would definitely not stay at this property again.

Rooms were clean and was helpful having a small kitchen space.. perfect for a few days with friends. The bar was great when needing a snack too. Great location.

Nothing in particular, the pool could have been cleaner as there were a few bugs in there.

Great location. Super clean everywhere . Rooms basic but so clean and have exactly what you need. The snack bar is excellent quality.

Non c è il parcheggio

Clean apartment, location was great. The pool was a good size and lots of loungers.

The food and drink was too expensive at the pool. Most people going to the shop next door for supplies

Que no hay parking

The hotel is in a good location, near the beach and the restaurants. It’s daily cleaned.

Fist of all, to pay thousands of euros and have a retractable bed that is squeaky, that if you move you wake up all the family is just a joke at 4 stars. A bad joke that is. The reception could not care less of the problem. Don’t rent a room if it cannot accomodate confortably 3 persons. The room is very small for 4 star standards. The A/C is full winter or insane heat, there is no middle setting. I had 7 nights of bad sleep because of this. I would avoid this hotel at this price point and 0 services. The room has 0 sound proofing, you can hear eveyone when they come. For this price they offer 0 meals. They don’t have any parking spaces. Like i said at the beginning, A JOKE.

La propreté et proximité de la plage. La qualité du personnel. Nous avons vraiment adoré le logement.

Place was spotless at all times

Great location

Great location, 2 minutes away from the main strip and the beach. Extremely clean - cleaners constantly cleaning, figure and cleanliness levels super high. Nice spacious rooms, efficient aircon, good size balconies and comfortable beds Considering it’s just off the main street, the rooms are so quiet and your bake to get a good nights sleep Extremely pleasant and helpful staff

The pool is a little small and some days we struggled to get a sunbed by the pool Could do with a drainer for the dishes after they’ve been washed to dry 9:30am opening for the pool a little late especially as it’s already sunny by the pool area before 9am

Cleanliness comfort facilities and location. The staff friendly and helpful. Perfect.

Nothing

Air conditioning wasnt great but that was the only issue really

The location was very nice and the staff was nice

When we got back for the night there were ants all over the room.

Rooms very clean and comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances. All staff were courteous and friendly. Location is excellent just steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants as well as the bus stop (bus A11 direct to Palma airport and bus 104 direct to Palma centre). The Eroski supermarket is less than a 5-min walk. Would recommend for a pleasant stay.

A daily bottle of water in the room (outside the day of arrival) should be supplied given it’s such a nominal but appreciated gesture. Beach towels are provided for a 20€ deposit but require €2/day cleaning fee if changed daily.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and the fact that there is a reception 24 hours. The property is located in the perfect spot, making it easy to navigate. Definitely recommend.

The fact that there is no parking facilities, but they did say upfront.

Friendly staff, great location, very clean, good pool area and all at a reasonable price compared to other properties in the area! We had a really great stay!

One of the lifts feels a bit questionable but literally the only minor thing, everything else was 10/10

The location was just perfect

Apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable. Great location

Nothing

A perfect place to stay in Palmanova. The location is simply unbeatable: a peaceful and relaxing environment where you can enjoy a great night’s sleep, yet you are only 30 seconds away from the lively atmosphere, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. The apartment was wonderfully clean and everything was exactly what you need for a perfect holiday. The food selection is just right, the prices are very reasonable, and Rosi makes the best Mojitos! A truly perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants.

You had to pay for sunbed towels.

Spotlessly clean apartment in an excellent location in the centre of Palmanova, only steps from the beach. Aircon worked really well, no noise disturbances despite being so close to everything, would definitely stay again.

Nothing

Modern & clean

Maybe more sunbeds

Plusieurs resto accessibles a pied.

No breakfast
