Great premium rooms with stunning sea view and access to roof pool.

Food for breakfast and dinner was mixed with a lack of quality in produce on some items. Could only get a 2pm late checkout but taxi collection was 7pm. Shower room in the gym is too compact and inadequate before leaving.

Very close to the beach. Great selection of food during breakfast and dinner buffets!

You literally have to pay extra for everything, doesn’t give any feeling to relax. You constantly need to check what is included in the price to avoid any surprises. Food was also very poor quality, no real choice.

Chambre spacieuse, personnel amical, bonne situation de l'établissement. L'hôtel n'est pas à couper le souffle mais offre tout ce dont on a besoin et le prix est vraiment bas par rapport aux autres 4 étoiles à Majorque.

Le texte est long mais décris que 2 points négatifs: Il n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce de l'hôtel que la salle de bain n'est pas isolée. la salle de bain n'est pas une pièce séparée. L'armoire est placé de sorte a délimiter la salle de bain mais les bruits et la vapeur de la salle de bain s’étendent dans toute la chambre. La climatisation était soit défectueuse ou alors le manuel d'explication ne correspondait pas au modèle dans notre chambre. La clim s'active et se désactive à l'aide d'un détecteur de mouvement, et non pas selon la température de la chambre. Même si l'on allume soit-même la climatisation, elle s'éteint toute seule au bout de 10 minutes, si elle ne détecte pas de mouvement. On devait donc s'amuser à lever les bras et les jambes dans le lit pour que le détecteur de mouvement rallume la clim.

I have been most of the hotels here but reverence is the only one spa is free, whereas the other must pay minimum 15 euro a hour.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, tuż przy plaży, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji i udogodnień kurortu Palmanova. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, super obsługa (z wyjątkiem jednej Pani na recepcji). Świetne baseny. Spod hotelu odjeżdżają autobusy na lotnisko. Ogólnie bardzo polecam i prawdopodobnie wrócimy :)

Pokój typu Comfort z balkonem lub tarasem. Ogólnie czysty, wygodne łóżko, ale po wyjściu na taras okazuje się, że otaczają nas bardzo wysokie ściany, co było bardzo klaustrofobicznym doświadczeniem, widok tylko na niebo podnosząc głowę do góry. Na szczęście spędzaliśmy tam tylko noce. Bardzo nie profesjonale było zachowanie Pani Tamary na recepcji, która skomentowała nasze zastrzeżenia, że ona spała w gorszych na swoich wakacjach i w ogóle nie widzi problemu....

We were put in the hotel across the road away from our party, the bed was so uncomfortable room very basic. The pool bar didn’t open until late morning, the indoor bar was never open, one day electric and water was off for several hours staff were unapologetic and rude.

The location is fantastic, the most central position in Palmanova and the beach is right infront. The pool area is pretty relaxing, very nice. Rooms also clean, no complaints.

The breakfast is all the same every morning and really not much to choose from. And I can’t understand why the hotel charges the guests 10€ per pool towel and also 1€ for changing it, 2€ for keeping your stuff under lock after you check out before you leave for your flight. I must say pretty strange policy for a hotel of this calibre, they can’t make much money out of it but gives out a cheap impression.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamers waren schoon en de locatie was goed.

De zwembaden waren elke dag zo ontzettend druk en er werd heel vroeg al handdoekje gelegd. Als je om 10u bij de grote zwembaden kwam, was er al geen plek meer. Wij zaten in het gebouw aan de andere kant van de weg en daar zat een eigen zwembad bij die gelukkig veel rustiger was. Ook kan je voor €20 bij het rooftop zwembad liggen. Ook hier was het veel rustiger. 1 nacht was bij ons het stroom uitgevallen. 3x naar de receptie gebeld maar geen gehoor. Uiteindelijk zijn we zelf naar de receptie gelopen. Stond maar 1 man die gebrekkig Engels sprak en dus niet zo goed wist wat hij moest doen. Uiteindelijk zelf maar voorgesteld om voor die nacht naar een andere kamer te gaan. Volgende dag zelf naar de receptie gelopen hoe nu verder met de kamers, maar het personeel van die dag wist nergens vanaf? Wij 3x het verhaal uitgelegd en uiteindelijk kregen we excuses aangeboden door de supervisor en 2 cocktails ter compensatie. Wel erg vervelend dat het zo lang duurde voordat het was opgelost, aangezien dit om 2u in de nacht was.

tutto perfetto, la posizione centrale e ben collegata con pullman per centro città e altro… vicinissimi al mare letteralmente dovevamo attraversare. nei dintorni ci sono autonoleggi, noleggi barche, bar, ristoranti, agenzie per escursioni, mini market e negozi per fare shopping(c’è di tutto e di più). consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel sia per pulizia, servizi, cibo, personale ma anche per la posizione. buffet vario e ampio, colazione dolce forse un po’ ristretta come scelte ma ce ne sono, la cena variava ogni sera (c’è stato sushi, kebab, paella…) al nostro check-in (avvenuto alle 00:30, per ritardi aerei) ci sono state omaggiate 2 bottiglie d’acqua e un voucher per un drink di benvenuto gratuito.

The hotel infrastructure is good, rooms are outdated but still comfortable. Location is very nice.

Some reception staff are very aggressive and not professional. I do not want to name their names one by one, but from the very beginning, at the check-in, the receptionist was very aggresive. She did not want to provide the room we booked. We were a couple of friends, she did not inform us in advance that there is only one bed in the room. When asked, her response was "many men do not mind sleeping together". She later wanted to downgrade our reservation claiming that there is no available rooms. And after an hour or fighting, calling the manager, out of the blue, more than two rooms were actually available. She did not apologize, instead she continued being arrogant and aggresive. I believe the management makes them to give first downgraded rooms, so they can sell others more expensive. I have never seen such agressive and arrogant hotel reception in my experience.

Overall, we had a positive experience.

The shampoo bottle was empty, and the soap dispenser was also almost empty. The shower door did not close properly, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor and almost into the room. Additionally, the closet, which is located in the bathroom, was in very poor condition due to water damage that appears to occur frequently. For a four-star hotel, the standard of cleanliness was not the best, especially in the bathroom.

Everything was relaxed , extremely clean and efficient and probably the best and most friendly staff I have ever encountered anywhere I have been, in fact not probably definitely without exception.

Overall cleanliness was very good. Problem we had with air conditioning in our room was attended to quickly.

Chef at the hot food counter in the buffet was extremely poor and slow, resulting in long queues. Overall food was not great. Sky lounge was a rip off, was expecting complimentary snacks and drinks like most privilege lounges we have visited in other hotels but all snacks and drinks had to be paid for. We requested a late check-out due to our late evening flight but this was refused. We were offered the use of a shower but this had cold water only with no shampoo or soap and was in a communal area with no private changing facilities and no hair dryer, we had to change our clothes in the reception area of the spa with no privacy whatsoever.

The location was very convenient, right on the beach but then easy to rent a car and explore other locations. Easy to taxi into Palma for dinner but awesome dinners close by. Emma is amazing.

Lite märkliga regler. Du får enbart fylla kylen på rummet med produkter köpta på hotellet. Naturligtvis ingen som följer detta men varför skriver man ens en så dum regel i informationsfoldern. Tramsigt att du måste köpa en drink för min 20 € för att få besöka sky baren. Vi åkte aldrig upp. Samma irriterande problem som de flesta hotell har med paxade solstolar. Verkar tydligen vara omöjligt att komma tillrätta med detta otyg. Trasiga maskiner i gymmet. Jag gillar personligen inte glasdörrar till toaletter som inte går att låsa på rummet. Frukosten var sådär. Dålig kvalitet på juicen.

Si tratta di una struttura nuova, dispone di ambienti luminosi, puliti e profumati, noi avevamo prenotato una camera con piscina privata, e fortunatamente è stata la scelta migliore, la nostra stanza si trovava in un’ala della struttura, dove regnava la pace e la tranquillità, era un’area riservata alle sole sei camere con accesso diretto in piscina che tra l’altro veniva pulita ogni giorno. La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, dove tramite un cancello ci si trova direttamente sul lungomare

very outdated and worn. room looked very different in person to the photos.

Central to bars, restaurants and shops but slightly removed from the main thoroughfare so noise wasn’t a problem at all. Beautiful pool with a bar nearby. No problem getting sun loungers at any hour of the day. The room was air conditioned and stayed at a cool, comfortable temperature all day. A very good breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a hugely enjoyable stay, we will be returning!

Location and great swimming pool areas

Pool bar was closed throughout my stay, blaming the hot weather even though the pool bar is completely in the shade. Room was only cleaned twice, roof top premium terrace did not have any staff to serve drinks, there was a note in the bar saying to ring down but was never answered. I’m a type 1 diabetic and was suffering from low blood sugar, just needed a full sugar drink, had to risk going down in the lift to the main indoor bar area.

Pool area clean. Rooms cleaned daily staff very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Great location .

Escolhemos a suíte privilege com acesso ao sky e foi tudo perfeito. Gostamos de tudo

Struttura moderna a letteralmente due passi dal mare, dove si possono trovare sia spiagge private che libere, stanze pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort, letti comodi. Colazioni molto varie e ben fornite, stessa cosa per le cene. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Aree relax di ottimo livello con piscine e spa veramente carine. Al nostro arrivo la nostra stanza non era disponibile ma ce ne è stata fornita una di livello superiore per una notte e ci è stato regalato un buono per una cena. Ottimo servizio.

Se cerchi un parcheggio gratuito devi girare un po' perché i parcheggi in zona sono quasi sempre pieni, l'hotel mette a disposizione un parcheggio privato (a pagamento) appena sotto la struttura. Sinceramente non l'ho utilizzato perché ho quasi sempre trovato parcheggi liberi in zona facendo qualche minuto a piedi.

The main reason we chose this hotel for our short break was because we specifically wanted a swim-up room. Unfortunately, on arrival we were informed that the swim-up rooms were unavailable and we were moved to the Presidential Suite instead. While we appreciated the intention to upgrade us, it wasn't the experience we had specifically booked and paid for. During our stay we also experienced a leak in our room which disturbed our sleep over two nights. Maintenance attended and the issue was resolved, which we appreciated, but it still had an impact on our stay. We felt our concerns about the room allocation weren't handled particularly well when we raised them as we were told due to the upgrade we 'could not complain'. From what we could see during our stay, the swim-up rooms appeared to be occupied, which made us question why our booked room was unavailable. Another disappointment was the facilities available after checkout to freshen up before the flight home. We were directed to a small shower/changing room behind the spa and had to wait quite a while for it to become available, which wasn't ideal after spending the day by the pool before travelling home. I contacted the hotel directly after our stay to give them the opportunity to address our concerns, but unfortunately we have not received a response. The hotel itself was clean, fresh and well maintained, with a great location. We really wanted to have a good experience here, which is why it was disappointing that our stay didn't quite live up to expectations.

Stayed in the swim up room, it was lovely but feel we got lucky with the location of our swim up room, as other ones could be used by any guest in the hotel. Food quality and flavour was good. Staff were excellent, reception very nice and helpful with everything. Location and room was nice.

Nothing majorly stands out, no free loungers available during the day at main pool, Could be more options with food, but all food was very nice. Swim up rooms need a proper table and couch added them, they bare minimum.

La comida, desayuno pobre y la comida de la media pensión bastante básica, poca variedad y calidad.. los bebestibles caros y no puede ser que no se pueda pedir un vaso de agua en todo el hotel..

The time of the swimming pool is not the best. They open at 10am and close at 6pm. In the summer time this is not the best time to enjoy the pools, because evening is still very hot. The hotel could rethink about it.

Had to request room cleaning twice even though it's supposed to be daily, pool closes at 6pm and gym closes at 7pm, bins by pool were regularly left overflowing, having a bathroom with glass/plastic door that doesn't close properly and having sink in the actual bedroom was not acceptable for a supposed 4 star

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Mietwagen waren mehrere schöne Buchten in etwa zehn Minuten erreichbar. Palma Stadt ca 15 Minuten. Besonders praktisch war auch der sichere Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, der durch ein Tor geschützt ist. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war top. Die Auswahl war groß und abwechslungsreich, und das Essen war immer frisch und richtig warm – was bei Buffets leider nicht oft der Fall ist. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

They didn’t have good facilities for departing if you are unable to pay to keep your room on , there were showers but not private , were flooded floors and covered in ants , was very disappointing after such a lovely stay, should have better system, like booking a slot to a shower room , or room , was very poor.

Velice hezké ubytování,bohaté snídaně i večeře,každý si přijde na své. Před hotelem je hned zastávka,cca 40minut můžete jet primo z letiště autobusem A11 a nebo cca 30minut z centra. Hotel má několik bazénu,Welness.my měli štěstí a měli jsme pokoj se vstupem hned do bazénu,takže člověk nikam nemusí.pred hotelem je jedna ze tří velkých pláži,průzračně moře,viditelnost 2m do hloubky.lehatka a slunečník za popllatek cca 21eur.Na recepci pracuje paní F (česka/španelka),velice ochotná,příjemná,vše zařídí a vysvětli. Pomohla nám s výměnou ručníku na pláž a mohli jsme si je nechat i po check-out celý den a zároveň nám daly i kartu na využívání všech služeb hotelu po celou dobu,než jsme jeli odpoledne na letiště. Zajeli jsme dle doporučení na pláž Platja Santa Ponca-dle mého pláž před hotelem je mnohem hezčí,ale člověk aspoň vidí něco víc. Poděkování patří i skvělému barmanovi na hotelu Ivanovi z Ukrajiny,takové Cuba libre a Aperol jsme nikdy nepili! Skvěle místo,relax,zážitek.Moc rádi se sem opět vrátíme,nic nám nechybělo!

Možná jen dříve sklizené jídlo v restauraci,než skončily snídaně. Menší arogance číšníků při objednávání pití při večeři,dlouho trvalo než vůbec někdo přišel a zeptal se,co si dáme k pití.

Ottima struttura nuova, molto pulita ed elegante: tutto climatizzato all'interno. Ristorante elegante e molto pulito: ottima l'idea di avere i cuochi che cucinano al momento pietanze calde sia a colazione che a cena. Area piscina molto rilassante. Personale molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile, tutti molto amichevoli ed espansivi. Non tutte le stanze però hanno la stessa dimensione e vista sul mare, ma anche quelle più piccole sono molto confortevoli con letti ampi e molto comodi.

Il mobilio è un pò usurato in qualche stanza, ma può andare; nelle stanze comfort (non fronte mare) il bagno è open: con poca privacy e con un'area antibagno dove si trova anche l'armadio. A cena potrebbero inserire, come a colazione, i dispenser dell'acqua liscia gratuita ( nella opzione mezza pensione la formula è all you can eat , ma nel prezzo non è incluso alcun tipo di bevanda: una struttura di tale livello dovrebbe prevedere almeno l'acqua).

Ich war mit dem Essen leider nicht zufrieden. Das Frühstück war zwar in Ordnung, aber die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Beim Abendessen waren vor allem der Salat und das Obst frisch und gut. Die warmen Speisen haben mir jedoch nicht gefallen, sie waren nicht besonders lecker und entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen

fand ich das Personal nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt und der Verpflegung im Hotel leider nicht zufrieden.

Die Lage ist schon super 2min bis zum Meer

Es war nicht wirklich sauber, die Betten sind schon durch und bei jeder Bewegung hört man es! Die ersten 3 Tage wurde das Zimmer erst gegen 15 Uhr gereinigt! Der Fitnessraum fällt schon auseinander, keine Handtücher oder Tücher zum reinigen! Türen und Möbel quietschen oder sind schon locker

Raznovrsan doručak i večera, zadovoljni smo velikim izborom hrane, svaku večer na terasi kod bazena bio je program, pjevači i plesači. Velika pješćana paža je udaljena par minuta hoda od hotela.

We contacted the hotel by email to ask about a room upgrade and this was arranged quickly and without any fuss. We later emailed again to ask whether there were any rooms available for our daughter, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Even though they couldn't help on that occasion, the response was prompt, friendly and helpful. We then contacted them once more to ask if our daughter would be allowed to spend a few days with us at the hotel and use the facilities, including the pools. The hotel kindly accommodated this request, which meant we were able to enjoy some valuable family time together during our holiday. Every email we sent was answered very quickly, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. That level of care and attention really stood out to us. On arrival and throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. It is clear that customer service is taken seriously here, and it makes such a difference to the overall holiday experience. A lovely hotel with great food, but for us it is the people and the outstanding customer service that make it special. Thank you to everyone involved for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. - Sauberkeit der Zimmer - Freundlichkeit des Personals in allen Bereichen sehr ausgeprägt - Halbpension hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig und von guter Qualität, und an jedem Abend gab es andere Gerichte. Auch das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und gut! Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr herzlich. - Sehr zentrale Lage in Palmanova, und zum öffentlichen Strand muss man nur über die Straße gehen

Die Pools sind nur bis 18:00 nutzbar. Schön wäre, zumindest einen Pool auch für den Abend zu öffnen.

Air conditioner was super weak even at max settings, and it was hot in the room, the only reason we don't give a 10.

First time stay here. Have been coming to Palmanova for 10 years now and previous stays have been at Fergus Style and Zel, this time wanted to try the Reverance. Hotel is stunning, don’t listen to the negative AirCon comments as it’s honestly fine in the room. Breakfast is excellent and the poor area is spotless. We will most definitely return.

4th visit to this hotel .everything spot on staff helpful we had booked sea view room. Had emailed to ask to be in main building .when arrived were given a room in other building so we asked to swap they already had a note against us saying could move to main in 3 days .on the day of swapping they had told us would need to check out at 11 but room might not be ready 10.30 that morning get a call yo say that room wasready .new room brilliant only room with massive balcony and great views .Hotel dead clean and all staff friendly .would defo like that room again.

On arrival we got our room to which it was ok with jacuzzi bath on balcony! Wasn’t aware it was across the road from reception but still ok

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Still currently here and 3 days in know its a 5 star review. I was slightly ary as we had booked two comfort sea view rooms and there are some negative reviews... Don't worry, it's a clean modern hotel with a link to the main hotel underground. Food is great, good choice at breakfast and dinner and the quality is very high for a buffet. Usually a good selection of fish, meat and vegetarian/vegan options with loads of salad and deserts. The staff are very attentive and keep the place absolutely spotless, we haven't done much pool sunbathing as it is right in the heart of Palma Nova, I would say you do need to be ready at 10am when the sunbeds become available to get space at the main pool if that is your thing. We have sat at the panoramic pool and it is quiet. The air-conditioning in the rooms is brilliant too. The lifts work well but we usually take the stairs as they aren't bad. Towels available for 10 euros each deposit and 10 euros for safe, bith good value in my opinion. Gate at the bottom of the pool takes you right onto the strip and multiple bars and resteraunts. Panic over about the panoramic building! It's great!

Reverance Mare was recommended to me by a colleague and I am so glad I booked it. The location, room, staff and food were all fabulous. We stayed half board (5 nights) and we couldn't fault the breakfast or dinner - so many choices and high quality food so we never went hungry! We felt Half Board was great value for money. We ate lunch in the hotel's Gourmet Snack Bar three days and it was great too - prices were reasonable especially in comparison to a lot of the other places we walked past. We had drinks most nights in the hotel as it was chilled and relaxed with reasonable prices. Pool area was busy but had a chilled atmosphere and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger. Hotel is in a great location. Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We had an early pick up on our last morning and the hotel kindly let us have an early breakfast before our departure and we were very grateful for this. We had a fantastic holiday in Palma Nova simply because of this hotel and we can't wait to return. Overall, I would highly recommend Reverance Mare to anyone wanting an Adults Only hotel in a prime location in Palma Nova.

It's our second time staying at the Reverence Mare hotel, and this time was just as great as last time. Very good location right next to the beach and with great transport options. The room was clean and had a very nice view of the ocean despite being marketed as a sideview room. We stayed in the second building, which we also did last time, and actually prefer rather than the main building. Friendly staff, who were very attentive, especially in the restaurant, they were so fast at clearing plates and cutlery (almost too fast at times, although this of course is necessary to keep enough dishes clean). The food at dinner was more varied this year which was a great upgrade since last time we stayed here. We were well received in the reception as well. The aircon worked well. The shower is great. Overall a fantastic stay, and will definitely be coming back in the future. Best hotel I have ever stayed at honestly.

I honestly don't have anything really negative to point out. The only small thing is if you prefer your duvets compelety wrapped in a sheets (which we usually do since we're from Denmark), this was not something you could do in the room.

As a returning guest ,we found this hotel to be just as welcoming ,clean and friendly as last year,great location to beach & shops ,plenty of food choices for breakfast & dinner ,the hotel is immaculate and our room was cleaned daily ,the bar staff are friendly and work very hard especially whilst the world cup was on (Angel & Ivan) we will definately be back another time .
