Le personnel lavait les biberons de mon bébé tous les jours avec le sourire. Je n’ai pas eu le sentiment de déranger L’emplacement est top pour ceux qui aiment les boutiques de souvenirs et les boutique de manucure made in china ..

ATTENTION ARNAQUES !! « Chambres double » = chambre pour 2 personnes ! Ce n’est pas une chambre avec 2 pièces ! Même si les photos sont très trompeuses et ne correspondent pas à la réalité ! « Brunch à volonté » = Cantine industrielle à volonté .. à vomir ! Rien de frais ! Immonde. Nous avons dû faire ,comme d’autres familles d’ailleurs : acheter nos fruits frais pour ensuite les amener à la cantine La propreté : IMMONDE ! Je n’ai pas pu laver mon bébé dans la baignoire (voir photo). On nous a fait changer de chambre et justifier le manque d’hygiène par de la vétusté.. c’était à vomir. FUYEZ ! La chambre 401 était un peu mieux AUCUN CALME : les murs sont en papier et les portes sont en acier donc les claquages de portes à chaque minute étaient horribles ! Notre bébé dormait à peine et nous aussi .. Nous devions aller à la plage pour pouvoir dormir vraiment. Le confort : Si vous arrivez à dormir, vous dormirez avec le drap qui sert de dessus de lit + une couverture plus épaisse est mise à votre disposition mais avec une drôle d’odeur .. Nous étions bloqué car le logement avait été payé à l’avance … malheureusement

The pool was quite deep, so you couldn’t just relax and enjoy in the water. The side of the pool that wasn’t deep was small and crowded. But otherwise, everything at the hotel was great!

Location and pool excellent, would definitely recommend a pool view due the afternoon/evening sun.

Even though a pool view room are amongst the best, we were positioned on the 2nd floor, above the bar/outside area. Can get loud with guests music etc. Also people arriving home small hours, can get quite loud!

The rooms don’t have a fridge, rooms are quite small, no family rooms. Also all you clothing and possessions are on show as there is no wardrobe so room looks cluttered

Location, Staff are amazing large pool area.

No music by the pool. Rooms are a bit small. The check in process is pointless, the poor guy on reception has to come and use the machine for you which just seems counter productive. You have to pay for the safe. No fridges in room.

The rooms were always clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, and the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast/brunch was delicious and had a great selection. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10!

The only issue we experienced was with the shower. The water would overflow quite quickly, which caused the bathroom floor to become very wet. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, so it could get quite damp. Apart from that, we had nothing to complain about and really enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage war super, wir haben nur ca. 3 Minuten zum Strand runter gebraucht. Die Einrichtung war angenehm. Dass es Frühstück bzw, Brunch von 08 - 13:30 Uhr gibt fand ich super!

Wir hatten Schimmel an der Decke über dem Bett. Könnte aber sein dass der von einem Wasserschaden kam. Für den Safe musste man täglich zahlen. Entweder der ist im Preis mit drin oder ich biete keinen an. An der Rezeption wurde uns nicht über das W-Lan Passwort informiert oder wie der Fernseher funktioniert. Nachdem ich versucht habe am Fernseher Netflix und co. aufzurufen hieß es nur dass keine Verbindung zum Internet besteht. Ich konnte aber auch nicht in die Einstellungen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es ich muss mein Handy über Chrome Cast oder so mit dem Fernseher verbinden. Die Digitale Zimmerkarte über deren eigene App würde ich persönlich nicht nutzen. Ist zwar bequem und alles, aber ich bin bei solchen Sachen immer skeptisch.

Mi é piaciuta molto la posizione, centralissima a 4 minuti dal mare e vicinissima ai ristoranti e pub. La piscina un sogno, le camere piccole ma accoglienti e il servizio pulizia c'era ogni giorno.

Non mi é piaciuto che non c'è stato il cambio delle lenzuola, non ogni giorno ma magari ogni due giorni almeno. Non é stata una bella sensazione mettersi nel letto con le lenzuola che puzzavano e il letto e il cuscino un pó scomodi ma per il resto é andata bene

Per chi cerca un hotel vicino Magaluf la posizione é ideale, a 4 minuti in auto dal centro, ma se lo scopo del vostro viaggio é di vedere cale e mare bello meglio spostarsi in altre zone. La reception e il bar sono sempre aperti e le pulizie vengono effettuate giornalmente. La colazione presenta sia opzioni salate che dolci e si può entrare anche più volte fino all'13.30, il che é apprezzato perché a volte lo abbiamo usato per pranzare. Utile anche il fatto che, avendo il volo tardi la sera, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli e usufruire comunque del buffet fino a chiusura e della piscina dandoci degli asciugamani e mettendoci a disposizione una doccia esterna prima della partenza.

Purtroppo avevamo altri piani e per noi la posizione non era delle migliori. ATTENZIONE A QUALSIASI SERVIZIO É TUTTO A PAGAMENTO! Se volete usare la cassaforte in camera sono 20€ circa per 5 giorni (mai sentita una cosa simile), lavaggio teli mare 3€, tra asciugatrice e lavatrice altri 7€ ogni volta, 2€ per il Locker nel deposito bagagli, ecc.. chiedete sempre prima. Inoltre la camera é molto più piccola di quello che sembra dalle foto. Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo altro.

Hrana je bila ukusna, uredna, odlična. Lokacija je mirna, u neposrednoj blizini plaže i autobuskih stajališta. Dobro je povezano sa Palmom. Prednost hotela je sopstveni bazen i dvoriste za neometan boravak i odmor.

Sobe su manjih dimenzija ali uredno se održavaju. U sobi nedostaje sadržaj poput frižidera.

Almost everything was brilliant about this hotel.

Only two laundry machines zed two driers, for what was a rather huge hotel. And the sangria I ordered had fanta in it ... that should never be put in sangria.

Air conditioning wasn’t great. No fridge in rooms.

The room was a decent size and felt clean, the bathroom was also pretty good. Having included breakfast was the best and it all tasted pretty good. The pool facilities was a highlight, nice sun lounges, delicious cocktails and a great pool. The hotel was located in a good spot close to the beach, convenience stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made checking in and out easy. The air-conditioning was amazing and made the room nice and cold.

The shower was a bit small, and the bed sheets and rugs were very slippery and kept sliding off the bed. You couldn't control the air-conditioning which was annoying as sometimes it felt too cold.

Mitarbeiter waren extrem hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Das Frühstück bzw. der Brunch waren sehr gut und es gab für uns Erwachsene und auch für die Kinder eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Toll, dass es bis 13:30 Uhr möglich gewesen ist essen, wenn gewollt auch mehrfach, zu gehen. Die Lage zum Strand ist toll. Ein kurzer Fußweg und in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand.

Die Zimmertüren sind sehr schwer und fallen laut ins Schloss. Nachts stört dies und vielleicht sollte man diesbezüglich über eine Alternative nachdenken. Das man für den Safe bezahlen muss finde ich heutzutage schwach. Wenig Ablageplatz für Kleidung.

The service was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to solve even the smallest issue right away. The hotel has a great location, close to the beaches and, most importantly, just a few minutes’ walk from two bus stops, which makes getting around very convenient. The rooms are cleaned every day, and there is a great variety of food available for breakfast/brunch. 👌 We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel ❤️

One downside is that some rooms have bathtubs instead of shower cabins. We were initially given a room with a bathtub that was in quite poor condition, and the drain was not working properly. We immediately asked to change rooms, and the staff kindly arranged another room for us, which was nicer and had a proper shower cabin. I think the hotel could consider renovating the rooms with older, outdated bathrooms, as for the price of the stay, you would expect the bathroom to be more modern and well-maintained.

Esperienza davvero fantastica! Mi sono trovato benissimo al Tent Palmanova, a partire dalla struttura, molto curata e accogliente, fino alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Camera pulita, ambiente piacevole e ottima organizzazione. La posizione è comoda e la struttura è perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per vivere Palmanova. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Sicuramente una struttura che consiglio e dove tornerei molto volentieri!

I didn’t like the location at all. I would choose another area in future:

Perfektná lokalita hotela kúsok od krásnej pláže. Všetko bolo blízko, mesto, obchod, reštaurácie. Unlimited brunch bol tiež super, stále bolo plno jedla aj tesne pred koncom. Izba pekná, čistá. Nemám čo vytknúť.

Muy recomendable, está limpio. El desayuno merece la pena contratarlo, ya que es muy variado . La piscina es ideal, así como el resto de instalaciones.

Стаята е просторна и чиста. Местоположението е отлично. Близо до плажа, магазини, автобусни спирки. Има много общи пространства. Дълга закуска.

Няма достатъчно място за съхранение на багаж. Липсва хладилник в стаите, а при 35+ градуса всеки има нужда от студена вода и лед.

Drainage system was very noisy. When people used their bathrooms it woke you up in the middle of the night

The possition of the hotel is good , it is close to the beach and restaurants.

The foods and drings are not a good quality in the breakfast. There is not a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, literally like a tent. But the price is as much expensive as the other hotels.

3 third visit in as many months ,so says it all ..

Could have more Gym equipment ,otherwise all coolio...

Veldig bra air condition, bra beliggenhet og estetisk.

Bassenget var veldig møkkete og alt av vårt badetøy ble ekstremt skitne etter vi hadde brukt bassenget, det var gult fett rundt hele bassengkanten noe som virket som noe man lett kunne vasket bort.

No drawers in the room, not enough storage.

The hotel was situated in a great location. It was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful and work hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The unlimited brunch was great for those who do not want to be restricted by early breakfast times. There were a range of food options in the restaurant. The online check in and digital key was great too. We would certainly return.

Morgen/brunchbuffen var meget varrieret, men af meget dårlig kvalitet.

The cleaners were lovely and the rooms were clean. The location is great just a small walk to the beach and lots of restaurants & bars. There’s a good selection of options for breakfast & they have a cocktail hours good bar staff.

The check in and reception staff are unhelpful. They want you to check in yourself even if passports etc aren’t scanning on the computer it’s somehow your issue. Didn’t give any information about the hotel location facilities Didn’t tell us what time breakfast is or was. Only found out the last day brunch was unlimited and until 13.30. Could’ve saved money on this. The rooms were ok. There was missed paint jobs. I wouldn’t say rooms were roomy either. Snug.

Posizione ottima e colazione abbondante,che poi in realtà si può anche pranzare dato l’orario lungo dell’esposizione del cibo.

Nella camera non è presente l’armadio ma un appendi abiti,questo non mi è piaciuto molto e la non presenza di un frighetto in camera (dato il forte caldo l’acqua diventava subito calda )
