Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Apartamenty bardzo blisko plaży. Pomocna obsługa. Czyste ręczniki co trzeci dzień. Bardzo dobrze działa klimatyzacja. Nie przeszkadzała bliskość barów, bardzo dobrze wyciszające wszelkie dźwięki z zewnątrz okna.
Widać że apartament już nadgryziony zębem czasu. Sprzątanie obejmowało tylko odkurzenie podłogi. Toaleta nie dość dokładnie umyta, nieprzyjemny zapach. Brakowało naczyń do gotowania. Cena znacznie przewyższa jakość apartamentu.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Jeżeli komuś zależy na klimacie imprezy to jak najbardziej miejsce lokalizacyjnej jest ok.
Byliśmy z 2 dzieci - wyposażenie kuchni załamywało, mieliśmy np. 3 widelce. Jesli chciałaś użyć miotły i mopa to musiałeś wykręcić kij i przełożyć. Drzwi balkonowe nie działały, po zgłoszeniu zrobiono to kolejnego dnia. W pokoju były mrówki, na balkonie duży hałas od klimatyzacji gdzie był zamontowany silnik. Łóżka były okropne - skrzypiące, miękkie, pojedyncze dla wszystkich. Nie było nawet płynu do mycia naczyń.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The location is excellent. The hotel is right on a beautiful sandy beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a pharmacy within walking distance. There is also a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, with buses to Palma and Marineland (about a 10-minute ride). A large supermarket is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The apartment has two bathrooms, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking.
The soundproofing could be better. Our bedroom was next to the main corridor and the lift, so it could get quite noisy at night, especially when other guests came back late.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Прекрасна гледка към плажа и морето от апартамента. В близост до магазини, ресторанти, кафенета, барове и обществени паркинги за колата. Любезен персонал, услужиха ни с плажен чадър за периода на престоя. Ежедневно почистване на апартамента.
Едната спалня на апртамента имаше външна врата към стълбището, която не беше шумоизолирана. През нощта се чуваха късно прибиращите се посетители.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Everything was great this is our 3rd visit but on the forth day the electric went We didn't know how to get it on and there was no one in reception luckily there was a couple who we asked and the gentlemen looked at the fuse box which was very high up on the wall it then came back on but it also happened again the next day luckily it was in the day if it happened at night wr wouldn't of been able to see what we were doing i told my husband who is an electrician wr only had the aircon on so it must b a electrical fault it wasn't very good ss we had to go out with wet hair.Im lookin to book for next year but dont want room 305

Der var meget larm fra gaden. Lejligheden var ikke pæn og ren ved ankomst. Der lå en masse hår, støv og et stykke indtørret agurk på gulvet. De lovede at gøre rent, men vi kunne ikke se forskel og agurken lå indtørret på gulvet i alle 10 dage. Efter 7 dage med samme sengetøj måtte jo bede om at få det skiftet, det var meget tiltrængt da der var mega varmt. Receptionen havde faste åbningstider og alligevel kom vi flere gange til en tom reception og låst dør.

El departamento literalmente se cae al mar. Desde el balcón y las habitaciones se ve el amanecer!! El apartamento es súper cómodo y moderno, con todas las instalaciones necesarias para una estadía perfecta. Tami es una genia que te asesora en todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar sobre Mallorca. Súper recomendable!! El Apartamento Superior con vistas al mar tiene 2 dormitorios con colchones de 2 plazas.

It was very dated, the balcony door on the first floor was broken, there was lots of little ants and we had 2 cockroaches. It is central to lots of bars and restaurants so its very noisy at night time when people are going back to hotels or apartments.

Słabo wyposażona kuchnia Brak płynu do naczyń i mydła Brakowało na stanie parasola. Już teraz jest bo zostawiliśmy dla kolejnych gości Przydałyby się chociaż 2 leżaki dla wynajmujących Koce koniecznie do wyprania, aż dusiły!

Reviewed May 21, 2026La verdad todo excelente. La ubicación de lo mejor, a pocos metros de la playa, con supermercados y comercios de todos los rubros cercanos. Si alquilan un vehículos, hay estacionamiento municipal gratuito a 100 mts. La atención de Tammy es increíble, sienpre dispuesta a ayudar y aconsejar sobre lugares para conprar, ur a comer y visitar. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para tres personas.

I letti erano scomodi e la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Le porte e l impianto elettrico un po datato. Mancava Phon e sapone.

Alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Tammy ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Obsługa tak pomocna, Tammy to wspaniała, cudowna osoba, niesamowicie pomocna. Nie było problemu z przedłużeniem pobytu, z załatwieniem wizyty lekarza, czy wypożyczeniem samochodu. Cała obsługa bardzo życzliwa, uśmiechnięta. Właściciel zawsze uśmiechnięty, pomocny, życzliwy. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze☺️
Brak płynu do naczyń i gąbki. Poza tym wszytsko super.

Le logement est spacieux et lumineux, l accueil chaleureux, la literie confortable, la terrasse appréciable pour manger dehors, le linge de toilette changé au bout de 3 jours.
