Nous passions une seule nuit à Charlottetown .L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter à pieds la vieille ville et de profiter de l'animation du samedi soir. C'était parfait.

The bed was very comfortable. The room Was very clean. It was very quiet until about 7am.

Gute Lage und eine sehr schöne Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war sehr schön in einem tollen Raum.

Für eine Nacht mussten wir alles in das oberste Stockwerk tragen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht besonders gut und es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Der Empfang war gelinde gesagt unterkühlt von einer mehr als gelangweilten jungen Frau.

They have an excellent breakfast included in their stay, as well as plenty of parking. You truly can't do better location-wise, you can leave the car in their parking area and walk to wherever you need to go.

It's an excellent place to stay overall, but it could do with some updated flooring and appliances.

It was like home from home. Beautifully decorated and subtle colour schemes. The breakfast area was casual and plenty of cereal, bread, and juices were available. Six cooked breakfasts were available and everyone was delicious. You could get lost in the myriad of stairs, passageways and places to chill. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

No tea or coffee facilities in our room, this was off set by drinks facilities on the lower floor, open 24 hours.

It does not have an elevator so be aware of that if traveling with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast is included and was okay but just not our thing.

Wonderful location for walking to downtown, to parks, waterfront, and historic areas. Beautifully decorated historic building, lots of spaces to sit and read. Very nice breakfast with many choices of main dish, juices, pastries. Comfortable beds, good lighting, A/C if needed, thick towels. Parking lot in back was tight, but we could always find parking for the 2 cars in our party.

Front desk staff was always busy, and maybe not as friendly/welcoming as some other inns. And if you have a room on the top floor, expect lots of stairs!

Horrible stay - don't stay here. Nothing good about the place apart from it being fairly well located to the city.

Most things. The beds were rock hard, and the walls were like tissue paper. We could hear everything next door and they weren't trying to be loud. We spoke to the front desk about lack of privacy, and we were offered another room in the basement. This fixed the noise problem, but the beds were unbearably hard. I don't even generally like soft beds, but this was just terrible. Could not sleep at all. Phones in both rooms did not work either causing quite the safety risk. The girls at the front counter were nice and tried to help but when we spoke to the owner, he was quite frankly a jerk and lied to us (said he couldn't refund our money as we went through booking.com. We since found out that the property owners have the final say on refunds. He would not answer booking.com phone calls or emails and essentially ripped us off). We spent 4 weeks in Canada in total, and this was literally the only negative experience we had. We recommend staying up the road at The Holman Grand Hotel. We ended up moving to here, cut our losses. Much more centrally located and magnificent rooms.

出窓のロビーでゆったりできるところが良いです。 コーヒーや冷たいお水がいつでも飲めます。 ゆったりしていられました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。

ベッドで寝返りを打つと、ベット下から耳障りなガツンとした音が響くので寝られませんでした。 部屋はイエローの手前のベットです。

The whole experience was very good. We really liked the size of the suite.The location was very close to the diwntown and the pier.

Should have a bigger sign about the breakfast process. We nearly left with a piece of toast before anyone took our order . We finally saw the sign on the table but it’s very small and we noticed we weren’t the only ones confused.

Très bien situé, dans le quartier historique de la ville. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Chambre confortable. Hôtel agréable et plein de charme avec plusieurs petits espaces communs tranquilles pour se poser hors de la chambre (terrasse, salon, cuisine, etc.). Buanderie sur place. Bon déjeuner. Thé et café disponibles en libre service 24h/24. Employés sympathiques et serviables. Le seul bémol, la grosseur du réfrigérateur. Il est tout simplement minuscule. Je n'ai jamais vu un aussi petit réfrigérateur d'hôtel. Et la section congélateur est tellement petite, qu'elle est inutilisable. Endroit à recommander. Nous y avons passé un execellent séjour.

Great location in town within walking distance of the waterfront, great restaurants and the Confederation Center of the Arts. Good breakfast. Guest pay laundry was a real help.

We were extremely impressed with our stay. The room was a great size for our family of five, with two queen beds and the sofa bed made up as a single, which worked perfectly for us. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. We also felt the price was more than fair, making it excellent value for money. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options. Everything was well presented, and there was something for everyone. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The gentleman who checked us in during the evening couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. He truly made our trip extra special with his kindness and professionalism. We were very impressed with him, and we hope our thanks are passed on to both him and the management team. We actually switched to this hotel at the last minute, and we're so glad we did. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and would happily stay here again.

The only area that could be improved was the bathroom. Although we were staying in a family room, the bathroom was quite small and felt cramped. It would have been helpful if the room description had mentioned that it features a walk-in shower and a compact bathroom, so guests know what to expect before booking. As we were travelling with a larger member of our group, the limited space made using the bathroom a little challenging. Having this information included in the facilities description would help guests determine whether the room is the right fit for their needs. The bathroom was the ONLY reason we scored a 9!

Beautiful old converted home. Many lovely spots to sit and relax Comfortable beds. Bagged breakfast was left for us when we had to leave extra early in the morning. Friendly, helpful staff.

Limited accessibility which was not mentioned on the website when we made reservations. The steep stairs are not for the faint hearted. Nice menu choices on the included breakfast menu, but the food we had each day (scrambled eggs, omelet, breakfast sandwich, fruit) was unremarkable and bland. During strawberry season it was surprising that the fresh fruit bowl only contained pieces of melon with a couple of pineapple chunks. However, there were many good off- menu choices that people could help themselves to. All things considered, I would definitely recommend Harbour House to friends who could manage the steep stairs,

there's a 1030 quiet hours rule which I knew about, but that also extends to showering - they don't want you to shower after 1030 and I would have liked to have known about that before I checked in. Felt like I was on pins and needles every evening after 1030.

Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt im Hotel haben wir ein Upgrade gemacht. Aufgrund der Reklamation wegen des Zustandes des Bades haben wir hierfür einen Rabatt bekommen. Dieser Zimmer war groß mit einer Küchenzeile.

Auch hier war das Bad nicht in Top Zustand.

Being totally annual about parking tried to park to avoid entrance way being blocked,they made me move my car at 9:30pm and lots of cocktails? They didn’t care 😳

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Harbour House. We arrived early and enjoyed their sunroom while visiting with another guest until our room was ready. We had a King Suite room that was large and very comfortable for is with a patio deck, microwave, small fridge and couch. We walked easily to town for the theatre and a historic tour. Staff was very nice throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

Aufgrund von 2 Betten im Zimmer war es relativ eng, das Badezimmer gerade im Bereich Waschbecken sehr eng. Hat natürlich mit dem Alter des Hauses zu tun...

My sisters and I did a trip to PEI to celebrate an 80th BD. I booked directly with the hotel. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are clean, comfortable and charming. Breakfast is included with a choice of. Close to major amenities in Charlottetown and easy and safe to walk. An excellent stay!

Most comfortable bed of our 3 week trip. Grafton Street was a great location and so easy to get in and out of Charlottetown and visit the rest of the island. Enjoyed the breakfast choices, pleasant staff and being able to use the laundry equipment mid-trip. Good sized car park but always full, so glad I wasn't driving a big vehicle!

The building is getting a little worn, it was also quite loud (just from steps, normal sounds from people above us). We had a white noise machine that helped block it out but I feel like it might have been tough without it!

All small details were covered. Everything worked. Our room was a bit small and beds noisy. The breakfast was great. We liked ice and filtered water availability. Lovely sitting areas and liked that window opened.

Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Bed&Breakfast Flair. Die Einrichtung der öffentlichen Räume ist dementsprechend natürlich nicht modern. Das Frühstück wird zum Teil serviert, also nicht das übliche Continental Breakfast. Die Lage ist nahe dem Zentrum.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im Untergeschoß. Das hatte den Vorteil, dass wir unser Gepäck nur ein Stockwerk tragen mussten. Die oben liegenden Zimmer sind aber auch nur über Treppen erreichbar. Sollte jeder beachten, der nicht wirklich gut zu Fuß ist oder auch schwer bepackt ist. Ablagen für unsere Koffer gab es leider nicht, was bei vier Erwachsenen mit großen Koffern ein Problem war. Dafür ist das Zimmer dann doch zu klein. Sehr winziges Duschbad mit Toilette.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. The House and all the amenities are spectacular. It was very clean, staff extremely friendly and loved the atmosphere. There were 3 of us and we chose the basement suite which was very spacious. We had 6 different choices for the included breakfast and Rod, the Manager, helped us to plan our daily excursions. Great value and did I mention free parking 👍. Would highly recommend

The beds were very comfortable and the room had a lot of space. The location is very central and the air conditioning worked well. The morning breakfast was fine, nice to have hot options included. There were many balconies and common areas to sit. Also convenient to have a laundry room in the basement. Lots of parking available.

There was a light sprinkling of sand on the floor that I couldn't seem to get rid of. The television only had basic cable, without the ability to connect your own streaming accounts. Otherwise, we had a good stay!

A very pleasing experience. I liked the quiet and attentive atmosphere. Breakfast was all served with glass/ceramic dishes. No paper products. And portions were perfect and food was artfully on the plates. Coffee was good. Our room was cozy and met our every need. I like old homes made into accommodations. Quaint. Attentiveness of the staff impeccable. Keep up the good work. Close to other services, in walking distance.

While the beds were comfortable and the room size was good, the bathroom was dated and the floor in both the bedroom and bathroom was not clean. My feet got dirty walking around the room barefoot.

An unusual,non-cookie cutter hotel, more like a large old renovated house, with three floors and coffee lounges on each floor. Our queen room not only had all the usual amenities (soap and shampoo) but wine glasses and a refrigerator. Breakfast included not only the usual bread, bagels and cold cereal, but there was a choice of omelette and also vegetarian or vegan cooked entree. Staff was most friendly and helpful. Location is on quiet side street but only four blocks from center of town.

The Harbour House is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located about a block away from the water where you can enjoy a gorgeous walk along the boardwalk and easily walk to many delicious restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful with any of your needs. I would definitely stay there again.
