Friendly - clean - loved the historical feel and modern touches - GREAT location

Tiny bathroom - but made for lots of room in the main bedroom

Rooms were bright and comfortable. Location was great. They were very accommodating with our bikes and luggage.

The breakfast was plentiful but cold. It gets cooked at 8am and then is warmed for 2 hours. We preferred to eat out.

Proximity to downtown Charlottetown (restaurants & coffee shops) and boardwalk along the harbour. (Walking 😃) Cleanliness of the room, ease of checking in, nice breakfast included in rate with a lovely eating area. Especially liked the espresso machine. Its location on West street is is lovely with water view from our room.

Le lit exceptionnelle

A beautiful historic home with very engaged owners who aim to please and add an extra special touch to their interactions with their guests. They are very accommodating and moved us to an easier access room when we requested something easier. Breakfast was lovely, and the location was great.

I found the bed slightly softer than I like, but I am picking at straws here. It was such a happy stay, that I have to work hard to find something I don't like.

Magnifique auberge dans un coin tranquille de Charlottetown tout en étant près de l'activité de la ville, restos, musée, boutiques, etc. Nous avons adoré notre chambre qui avait une vue sur l'eau, très spacieuse et confortable. Propreté impeccable. La salle de déjeuner est très conviviale, et tout y est pour un bon déjeuner. Les hôtes sont charmants et attentionnés.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Excellent location, we could walk everywhere. The unique decorations throughout the property gave it so much character and made the entire experience feel special. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—not just for the adults, but for our son as well. We got a room with a beautiful view! The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, making it the perfect way to start each day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

You can walk everywhere didn’t need a car unless going of Charlottetown . They make you feel right at home

Breakfast wasn’t very good having to share tables isn’t our thing and the breakfast person didn’t communicate at all. There was a very limited choice of hot breakfast ingredients. Not the properties fault, but the grass is beautiful around and about and sadly the city workers arrived at 7:30 in the morning to cut and blow the grass

Building with character; big colonial house in a residential neighborhood, which is quiet but close to downtown (walking distance). It has nice rooms with good quality beds. Warm welcome from the staff. Colorful place.

Small bathrooms, some below standard amenities and decor, below average breakfast. Grass outside not properly kept after mowing, which is "a must" in PEI.

Interesting old property, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet good but limited choice. Lots of places to sit out and relax.

Piękny, stary, stylowy budynek. Wnętrza zadbane i efektowne. W pokoju bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Dobre śniadania w pięknie urządzonej jadalni. Są miejsca parkingowe przy hotelu.

Budynek zabytkowy, z racji tego nie ma windy. Dla osób starszych mały problem, ale miły młody człowiek pomógł nam wnieść walizki.

The room and shared areas were clean and charming. The owners Yu and Bebe and all their staff were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great and Bebe bakes the perfect croissant in house. There are lots a tea and drink options and they leave out little baked goods in the afternoon and evening

The air con in my room was a bit noisy

Our only issue was the stairs up to the third floor, hard on husbands back due to an injury but it was handled.

A wonderful restored late 19th-century home, very close to Charlottetown's waterfront (partially visible between other houses), has very comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and is walking distance from restaurants.

We stayed in room 8 and found it warm after a warm spring day. There was no air conditioning and windows open didn’t help. I wouldn’t want to stay in that room in summer.

Eden Hall has that Victorian charm and the hospitality of the owner and the staff were just so wonderful. The location is perfect and it really added to the PEI experience I was looking for.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Eden Hall Inn! The service was outstanding, the hosts were wonderful, and the historic building is beautiful and full of character. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The classical setting of the lobby, lounge, dining room and rooms is really superb. It is nicely maintained and indeed was a travel back in time. The breakfast had a lot of items available. The rooms are upgraded with modern facilities.

Rooms are not soundproof, but that is not avoidable in an old home. But there was no major issue, it is a minor aspect. The facility was overall great.

BeiBei and Yu were wonderful hosts and their staff sincere and friendly. Their B&B is perfectly located for walks and it is convenient to restaurants and shopping. So nice to stay in such a beautifully maintained piece of Charlottetown history.

Lovely old style house in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. We got upgraded to a larger room on arrival after Yu saw my large bags 😅 our upgraded room was so beautiful with a big cozy bed and views of the water. They made sure to supply me with some gluten free bread in the morning as I am celiac, very kind. The breakfast provided was good. Good heating/cooling function in room and modern tv.

Water pressure is a bit low, but it is a very old home. Jets in the tub didn't work, oh well. The iron in the room didn't work, and I forgot to mention it to the owners.

The property itself was full of character and charm and at the same time very well appointed and cared for. In addition our hosts were exceptionally gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend The Eden Hall Inn if you are considering a visit to Charlottetown.

This beautiful inn is such a gem and I absolutely loved my stay here. My room 7 on the 3rd floor was so lovely with a view of the Charlottetown Harbour and Victoria Park. The decor inside and outside was richly tasteful and so elegant and quaint.

Everything, from the moment we walked up to the front door to the time we checked out…loved, loved, loved it ! Everything was so clean, the towels had a lovely soft fragrance and the bed was super comfortable.

Spent an early birthday getaway at Eden Hall, and we are completely blown away by this property. The location is perfect for discovering the Boardwalk and Downtown. Everything is walkable from Eden Hall. The Continental Breakfast is ok, does the job with the selections (hot meals, bread, fruits, cereals), and we appreciate the all-day hot pot of coffee. As history buffs and lovers of anything vintage, the house is perfect. We stayed at the Charlotte Room, which is small but very charming, though the really cramped bathroom can be frustrating (hence the score), especially if you're tall or have a bigger build. Bathroom aside, our room has a fridge, coffee machine, bathroom amenities, plus aircon is cold. The owners/hosts Bei Bei and Yu were also very nice and welcoming. We'll certainly be back should we find ourselves heading to Charlottetown again.

Out of all the places I've stayed at between Vancouver to Edward Island. This one was by far the best, the room was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable with fresh clean cotton sheets. The room itself was tastefully decorated in a very authentic and traditional manner. There was a wide range of tea and coffee with milk included both in the room and the dining area down stairs. I particularly liked the way the house itself projected a sense of nostalgia.With it's period decorations and furnishings. The hosts of the property were very polite and engaging, and the quality and range of the breakfast was exceptional.

I felt like I was staying in one of the Anne of Green Gables houses! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Great location , so convenient and quiet enough. The room we stayed was spacious and comfortable with a good window view.

Some decorations within the hotel is a little bit cheap. especially those fake flowers.

Eden Hall is very exceptional in its themed room and antique decorations dotted around the house. The sitting areas were quite beautiful and the dining hall (albeit small) was also cozy. Our room was exceptional, was great to come in and feel right at home, the sheets were clean, and the beds comfortable. Plus as we came in the room was cold and we were welcomed with music relating to our “Lost Sea” room.

A bit pricey for 1 night, but willing to pay as the property was unique.

This was the bets place ever! BEBE was an incredible host and everything was better than Perfect! She even had an amaszing treasure box for my son at check in. We will stay here forever and had the most wonderful time on the planet! I cannot recommned this place highly enough!

A bit chilly when it is minus temp outside (heat tower provided), tiny shower on 3rd floor (I'm 175 cm/ 5' 9"). Breakfast might benefit from some veggies/real food.
