Santos and staff were amazing very polite and smiling , i been to othe hotels but staff were best here welcoming

Some of the items on the breakfast were poorly cooked, especially the scrambled egg, and most were cold.

Food could have been warmer and items often ran out, room was not very clean, there was no cold water so we could not have a drink, no biscuits, bathroom was poorly decorated and bath panel was in a state of disrepair, whole hotel needs updating and redecorating

Location was very convenient, super close to the beach, a few mins walk to local shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes drive from the wedding venue we were attending. The hotel was pretty quiet even though it was rather booked up. We used the pool, sauna and steam twice during our stay and it was fantastic. For such small facilities, we were able to swim lengths of the pool, and the times we went meant we were mostly the only ones in the pool at the time which was very peaceful. Breakfast was excellent, the food was hot, delicious and plentiful. The breakfast staff team were always very accommodating to provide me with some oat milk for my teas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

There were a few things we didn’t like. Firstly, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable - we only had 1 flimsy flat pillow upon arrival, the night staff were really accommodating and actually gave us 4 extra pillows which was really helpful but still uncomfortable. The mattress was quite hard and lumpy and both mornings, my body felt achy from a difficult sleep. There was also an open, used bar of soap in the shower upon arrival - now look, I’m completely aware that other people obviously stay in the room because it’s a hotel, however, I am a firm believer that basic levels of customer service in hospitality is ensuring there are no signs of previous guests in the room for the next guests arrival. Things like this shouldn’t happen. It’s not the end of the world, and it didn’t stop us enjoying our stay but it would have been preferable to not have that and have to dispose of it myself. Also, the shower itself was really small and not that powerful. Although that may seem like a lot, I am not complaining, the price was well worth the stay especially based on location, breakfast and the fact we had access to the spa facilities.

Dark cramped rooms which were very dated, dirty & uncomfortable. Small bathroom towels which were mismatched. Bed was so uncomfortable.No hairdryer even though it was advertised. Staff on reception were abrupt & not welcoming at all. Stairs carpet was threadbare & the paintwork was flaking off..

Its dated but I don't mind that, it adds character. I think the price should reflect that though. Our room was £246 for one night in a family room. I think this was over priced. £180 max would have been more reflective of our room and the breakfast we had

Staff cleaners allowing strangers to enter my room i had all my banking details wrote down on paper the whole time I was worried about being a victim of fraud again and wanted to paper i wanted to protect my information I did not feel safe it spolt the holiday I would not recommend staying there the staff were very rude and did not understand that my son has autism and is vulnerable you need to talk to your staff about allowing strangers into people s rooms disgusting.

Had no shower gel or shampoo for 2 days was empty asked cleaner she said they had run out of refills. Water coming from cold tap in bathroom was warm so had to brush my teeth in warm water. Wi-Fi was useless didn’t work at all. Pool was very small and had to get out after ten minutes as chlorine was too strong. Breakfast passable but nothing exciting, weak coffee and undercooked scrambled eggs . Very long wait for the lift each time, when you pressed first floor it stopped at 2nd floor several times being disabled wasn’t ideal. Carpets worn around stairways and chipped paint needs a refurb in areas

Fantastic location, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

We had to eat in the bar area as we had a dog with us. Very pleasant lady served us. Good food. Room looked a bit tired but we were v glad it had quiet airconditioning.

Disappointed that we were not able to even have an ice cream after our main course as the "kitchen was closed"

Отличное расположение. через парк уже на пляже 8 мин пешком. Мы были с собакой отлично встретили. за дополнит цену в 15 фунтов. Быстро заселили. Басейн с соленой водой небольшой, но утром с 7 до 8 поплавали в одиночестве. Матрасы отличные выспались замечательно, постель чистая, дополнительные полотенца дают для бассейна. Жим зал полностью новые тренажеры. Кофе чай в номере.

Номера чистые, но уже требуют ремонта общие коридоры. Мы снимали 2 номера, окна с внутреннего двора были чистые, а вот окна с центрального входа, были слишком грязные.

There are many things to like about this hotel - staff were friendly, it was very clean, breakfast was good and well-managed (although like all these similar hotels, avoid the vegetarian sausages!) Room was pretty comfortable and check in etc were easy.

Our room was unfortunately downstairs in the basement area directly underneath the dining room so we got woken up quite a bit in the early morning. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom was generally a bit less user friendly. The room faced onto the main road so traffic noise was quite loud - there is air conditioning which we could have used (I just prefer the window open!) One of the pillows was very lumpy (I'm sure they would have replaced it straight away if we had asked though 🙂)

Very depressing room, ruined the whole holiday mood. It’s not a 4 star or even one star hotel.

Compact double room was super tiny, dirty and depressing. I upgraded to bigger one by paying £30 it was slightly bigger but still depressing room. Bedding has blood stains. Picts attached Windows were full of bird poo. Picts attached Bad lighting dirty carpets, Check in staff least bothered with what customer says. Stay away if you are looking for relaxing place

I couldn't connect to wifi in my room as connection was poor. The pool and sauna are so small. There is no fridge in the rooms. The hotel is overall very old.

The interior of the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Our room was very tired. No safe and no mini fridge and very limited for hot drinks - simply a cheap kettle is all we got. No usb ports in the room as advertised and when we asked staff about it they had no solution which led us to running out of power and having no access to our mobile Phones for most of our stay. We all suffered flea bites around our ankles during the stay so we assume our room has an infestation of fleas. The bathroom was very dated, toilet roll holder falling off and the shower very old and clunky. The television was very small and limited in terms of channels. The floor boards in the room are so creaky to the point of it being a constant noise. The room key cards are so sensitive even though we stayed just one night we had to go and get the room key reset during the stay as we were locked out of the room. The swimming pool is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel and amount of guests it is catering for. There was also a great deal of hairs around the pool which made it see unclean. The elevator is extremely slow and small considering the size of the hotel and amount of guests. The parking is ridiculous having paid 15 pounds for the privilege of parking there - we were told if we moved the car out of the parking area at any point we would lose the spot / possible access to the car park.

One tiny wardrobe (no hangers) etc were not a "superior room". The bathroom was old-fashioned and rusty in most places. The hotel was fine but not luxury.

The staff were very good and the hotel is in a convenient location, albeit parking is tricky.

Room described as having air con but it wasn’t working and windows wouldn’t open. Room was too warm for us and the dog. I ended up walking the dog at 4am to cool him down. Mentioned this to the staff and they were very good and tried their best to help. Just disappointing that it specifically stated air con and then it doesn’t work.

4 star spa hotel it is not. Pool tiny and grubby, the whole hotel needed scrubbing and painting very outdated, carpets grimy. The view was of the roundabout. Towels had holes in and had dubious stains. Furniture very old and dirty. Breakfast was not great, ingredients were poor quality. Fawlty towers come to mind. The only good thing was the staff were polite.

I liked: the breakfast, the area, the single beds were comfortable and the location was jist perfect being near the sea and the beach made it soo nice and very enjoyable for my family especially it was soo beautiful

Double beds were all stiff and the carperts were all dusty and the corners of the bed were ripped apart, the pool was cloudy and it smelled musty in there as it didnt have a good vent circulation which is why it smelled musty, the parking was not fair

The checkin staff were very efficient and helpful. The main bed was nice and comfortable. The sink had a cabinet above it which meant it hung over the sink

Parking is impossible and finding parking nearby is hardwork/stressful. The hotel is very dated, the aircon was very loud and we had to power it off at night. We were in room 100 on ground floor which was under reception so felt like people were walking through our room constantly. The first portable bed we were given had springs missing they were quick to replace it but it was a camping bed and not comfortable at all. Premier inn or Holiday inn have much more comfortable beds.

Pool was OK - fixture and fittings very tired nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t cover - which begs the question why it hadn’t been done ?

Very tired decor - noisy - nothing but cold sandwiches available after 9:30 pm . Aircon unit was just about working .

Brudny,o mętnej wodzie,zanieczyszczony włosami i niezidentyfikowanymi kawałkami czegoś basen(bardzo zresztą mały), główne oświetlenie w pokoju nie działało, w wykładzinie podłogowej była szpilka,na którą nadepnęła córka ,okno pokoju (od ulicy,na parterze ) się nie domykało,co powodowało dyskomfort i obawę,że ktoś może się wlamac .Nasz pobyt obejmował 2 doby,próbowano nam wcisnąć opłatę parkingu na 3 dni (£15 za dobę bez gwarancji miejsca,czyli jeśli wyjedziemy a ktoś zajmie miejsce,to £15 idzie do śmieci). Klimatyzacja chyba nigdy nie była czyszczona, po uruchomieniu sypały się z niej czarne drobinki.

Parking was catastrophic. We arrived late and nearly had nowhere to park. At the last moment we found a nearby space but that was luck. The car park is expensive but full anyway. Best not drive if you can manage it. Train and taxi.
