Chic hotel, seems recently refurbished

Small rooms. No facilities are such

The room size was good with comfortable beds . Staff was great .

The breakfast was the only thing was not that great not many vegetarian options even though we requested it and also two of my friends was gluten intolerant , no special gluten free was served not even bread .

The rooms are newly renovated, so they are perfectly comfortable, albeit somewhat soulless. This is one of those hotels that could be anywhere in the world, with little sense that you are actually in China.

The service is by far the weakest aspect of the hotel. No one ever seems able to answer even the simplest questions, and finding the hotel in the building on arrival is surprisingly difficult. I may simply not be their target clientele, but the entire experience felt mediocre—from the breakfast to the overall service, which was particularly disappointing.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten in Peking in einer guten Gegend. Ein gemütliches, komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer. Kaffee und Tee inklusive.

Das Frühstück bietet wenig für Veganer und der Kaffee und Säfte haben aus meiner (europäischen) Sicht einen komischen Nachgeschmack.

新しくて綺麗です。静かだし、部屋も十分なスペースがあって快適に過ごせました。私は中国語が話せないのですが、チェックインもチェックアウトもとってもスムーズでした。徒歩圏内にバーなどもあるので楽しかったです。

I wanted to stay in Sanlitun area and hotel was 5 mins walk to all the shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable and was well priced. Good value hotel in the Sanlitun area! I'd stay again.

Very hip and decent property. Having staff that speak English will be beneficial. Expedia should consider this as a vip plus peoperty to enable free upgrades

The size of the rooms and the design and the vintage decoration. You have a coffee machine and you can prepare your codfee in the morning. It is clean and quiet. Tje neighbourhood is cool.

The staff dont speak very well basic english and sometimes there was no staff at the entrance to the hotel where sometimws you need assitance for asking questions.

the reception toilet has no toilet paper, and they ask for a cash deposit for unclear reasons. If you leave the country early morning, no way to exchange or spend the deposit money! Just a small thing, but surprising for such a big, international place.

If you are afraid of high temp. Don’t book. There’s no ac/fan in elevator. So in hallway. It’s so hot in the elevator. There’s ac on the first and second floor. It has visible mold behind the sink. Room is kind of small. Staff were nice, but uniform is too casual. The location of this hotel is golden. Very walkable, bikeble. And subway is just around the corner. Walking distance to SANLITUN.

Huge comfortable bed, lovely spacious room, lots of free bottled water stocked up and a fridge to use as you see fit. Nice bathroom and lovely big shower. We had a room on 11th floor. Team were friendly and helpful, but the hotel just lacks any atmosphere I’m afraid. No bar to enjoy a late (or early) drink. Great base, taxi pick up at front door, just not a welcoming arrival given check in is on the 2nd floor and lacks any excitement or atmosphere, which is a shame given everything else positive it has going for it.

The location is great. Subway line 10 is near and only takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel once leaving exit D The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Many western type foods are also available as well as a great shopping mall.

We found two dead roaches that were crushed into the carpet in the hallway leading to the elevators from our room on the 11 floor. We did not see any roaches in our rooms. This is China, you will be hard pressed to find any hotel that doesn't have some sort of a roach problem. Big or small. Rooms are nice size but bathrooms are small. Do not pay extra for room with a view option. Every room has a view. The building is in the shape of a triangle.

Air conditioning was not working well so the room was hot, need to open the window but then it was noisy

The power went out in my room not too long after I got into the room and I had to wait for someone to come fix the key card box. The shower also did not drain properly and puddled. These are things that should be maintained before guest check in. Staff were nice and bed was comfortable but for the price and a supposedly 5 star hotel, this was nothing outstanding and I was not impressed with the overall quality

Location is very good just a 5 mins walk to shopping malls.

We went in Feb where temp was cold. However the heater in room was a bit overkill we felt to warm and we need to open the windows to cool the room. We were told during this period air in room only has hot air temperature can't be set.

Stayed for 1 night as a couple. No upgrade was offered as a Explorist member. The only perk that was actively offered was 2pm late checkout which we didn't utilise as we had a 10am train to catch the following day. The design of the hotel gives a youthful vibe. The train station tuanjiehu is a short walk away, which is relatively convenient if you are coming from the airport as it only require 1 change from the airport line.

Currently under construction, and please refrain from using any upgrades, as they will be disregarded. Reserved them for a genuine Hyatt hotel. Just disappointing experience overall. location is good with subway and underground street food next door. if you do stay here go look for WAGYUKAMI Restaurant 2 streets behind the hotel just wow!!

The room is clean, but the hotel is old, there are moldy, old, humid smells in the corridors. The hotel is not friendly for suitcase, the road in front of the hotel is hard to carry suites. The concierge will not help unless you request. The breakfast is also just so-so.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited in choice. No food to be found if you get back in the moglie of the night. Temperature in the room not adjustable (despite there being a thermostat).

Big room with comfy bed. Good breakfast options and free coffee and fruits all day & night. Internet is OK. Hotel building contains another hotel, which makes it confusing. At the time of the stay, there was loud construction outside and the nearest metro entrance was closed.

Like the ambience of the hotel. Cleariness is good, bed comfy. Area is too touristy and easy to travel to majot attractions. Is located along the mail road, getting taxi to pick up is very convenient. Train station is about 5-10mins walk from hotel.

Though the staff are helpful in general but lack of smiles and friendlyness. There's room for improvemnt for this aspect.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at the Zhaolong Hotel in Beijing. Despite its advertised 5-star rating, this hotel barely deserves 3 stars. • Service: The service was terrible, with staff displaying rude and unhelpful attitudes, particularly those on the first floor. • Language Barrier: None of the staff spoke English, which is shocking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. • Amenities: When I requested an umbrella during heavy rain, I was refused, with the excuse that the hotel didn’t have any. • Noise Issues: The rooms have poor sound isolation. I could hear guests in neighboring rooms and a child running around upstairs every morning at 6 AM. • Cleanliness: The room walls were dirty, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Beijing.

DO NOT stay at this hotel, roms are small, service is poor, the manager is arrogance. Although it has a good location, STILL can not figure out any reason to live here. Keep away from this hotel!

Good location. Very close to foody and shopping places. Receptionist is very helpful. When my husband mentioned he missed Zhajiangmian, the chef went out of his way to prepare for him!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, the location is very convenient and close to the shopping center and metro. The rooms were very clean and the behavior of the staff was good. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, we realized that our room did not have a mini-bar or a refrigerator, and we asked and they said that if you need to put something in the refrigerator, there is a refrigerator at the reception, the breakfast was of normal quality. On the last day, when I went to the train station, I asked the hotel to take a taxi and they told me it would be 130 yuan, and I paid the money in cash, and they paid 100 yuan online. For me, 30 yuan is not a big number, but I was surprised by this reaction. I will upload the photo of this agent.

I won a voucher for a free night stay during of the events of CICC, and wanted to redeem it however even with notice in advance I could never book the room, it was never available and on request to extend validity of the voucher, hotel's management refused to do so. Staff is very rude and incapable to do basics of their job. I used to stay quite frequently but now won't be going back to this horrible hotel anymore!!! The most disappointing hotel ever!
