La habitación era pequeñita pero muy completa, incluyendo nevera! Que no es sencillo en China! La habitación está limpia y además la limpian cada día. El personal es super amable y te ofrecen un aperitivo nocturno gratuito con el cual puedes cenar. Está super bien conectada por metro y tiene restaurantes alrededor que están super ricos. El personal es super super amable. Muy recomendable!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was excellent — restaurants and cafés were always just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore and dine. The room itself was consistently clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided every day. The bathroom was modern and comfortable, adding a real touch of convenience to the stay. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The front desk ladies always greeted me with a smile, and the gentleman who checked me in on the first day was exceptionally kind and courteous. A special mention goes to Li, who served breakfast every morning. She was simply the best — always bringing delicious tea and coffee with a warm smile, and going above and beyond whenever we needed anything at all. Her hospitality made every morning brighter. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of great location, spotless rooms, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning!

El mobiliario está un poco anticuado. Me dieron una habitación al lado del ascensor, después de quejarme me la cambiaron. No está aislado, por lo que se escucha tanto a los vecinos como también a los vehículos que pasan por la calle.

The hotel is comfortable, well located, immaculate, all the things you hope for. I speak only English and the staff communicated thoughtfully and efficiently despite not being fluent in English. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic and friendly from all departments, always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to Ms Li at breakfast and the night porter who went out of his way to help me contact my insurance agent late at night. The property is excellent, the staff are outstanding!

Доброжелательный персонал, отличный кофе. Комфортафебельный и уютный отель. Мы взяли номер побольше, чтобы не чувствовать стесненности, а обо всем остальном позаботился персонал. Они делают больше, чем ожидаешь и не рекламируют это. Очень достойный вариант за приемленную плату.

Отличная расположение: две станции метро рядом, в 8 вечера есть бесплатный мини - ужин: пельмени, арбуз, йогурт. До Санлутуня 15 -20 мин пешком. Персонал старается чтобы вам было хорошо.

1. Уборка была очень плохой. Жили в этом отеле два раза по одной неделе, в перерыв уезжали на несколько дней другой отель и каждый раз заселяясь в этот отель - пол был грязный после предыдущих Жильцов: к ногам липли крошки всякией мусор, под лавкой пыль паутина и мусор, рядом с кроватью и тумбочками засохшие кусочки фруктов от предыдущих Жильцов. На полках и на тумбочках пыль. Ходила два раза разбираться на ресепшен, показывала фотки этой грязи и просила перемыть пол – но в течение каждого дня все было то же самое ничего не менялось 2. Оплатила номер с холодильником и диванчиком ( мягкая лавка) , но сначала заселили меня в очень малюсенький номер без холодильника и диванчика, раковина в прихожей. Пришлось заново собрать вещи и переезжать в другой номер, который собственно я и оплачивала, он соответствовал картинке. 3. В первую ночь мы с ребёнком не могли спать - каждые 10 минут включалась и выключалась внутренняя подсветка на зеркале и озаряла светом всю комнату, это невозможно было выключить, ну что в туалете появился запах канализации И на следующий день мы уже во второй раз переезжали в другой номер. Это было очень утомительно.

We really struggled to communicate although they do use translation apps. The girls at reception always seemed tired like they were doing us a favour but they did try. A little more instructions in English would be useful, like the TV or what was in the food items

La calle donde está ubicado no me gustó aunque es cierto que la parada de metro está súper cerca y eso hace que la estancia sea mejor.

My friend and I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station, which made it really easy to get around Beijing and visit the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely furnished with modern amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back and stay here again on my next trip to Beijing!

Hartstikke lief personeel, kleine, maar comfortabele kamer, prima ontbijtje (in een mini ontbijt ruimte met 5 2persoons tafeltjes) om de dag mee te starten en de metro is om de hoek. Echt wel een fijn en kleinschalig hotel. Bij de lift stond een tafel waar je de hele dag flesjes water en een klein snackje kon pakken. Het viel ons wel op dat iedereen van het personeel bijna liep te bedelen om een goede beoordeling...we werden gevraagd om complimenten briefjes te schrijven en we moesten hun namen etc erbij vermelden...dat vonden we wel een beetje vreemd eerlijk gezegd. Maar verder echt een prima hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. A special thanks to Wang for always making sure our room was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of food. The hotel is also in a great location, with a metro station nearby and a convenience store just around the corner, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente y no tenemos absolutamente nada negativo que decir. Queremos agradecer especialmente al personal de recepción por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. También queremos destacar a la señora Wang, del equipo de limpieza, que hizo un trabajo excepcional. La habitación estuvo siempre impecable, muy limpia, ordenada y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Asimismo, queremos agradecer a la señora Li y a todo el personal del bufé. Siempre fueron muy atentos y amables, y el desayuno era variado, abundante y estaba delicioso cada día. En general, todo el personal del hotel fue extraordinario. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, con estaciones de metro y otros medios de transporte justo al lado, lo que hace muy fácil visitar Pekín. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda y estaba perfectamente limpia. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso de este hotel y queremos dar las gracias a todo el equipo por el excelente trato recibido. We liked the room, especially the bathroom had a great toilet, and it was enough room to have proper shower without having everything else wet. The beds were comfortable and despite being only meters away from a very busy road, it was quite inside.

For a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, I found it frustrating that the staff had only very little English. However they tried to be helpful but didn't go all the way. The most frustrating fact was that we used the navigation tab on booking.com to get to the property. We ended up completely wrong, unfortunately we used the metro and had to go back. Only by pure coincidence a Chinese lady with good english rung the hotel got the correct address and was able to direct us towards the hotel. Once we knew where the hotel was it wasn't a problem any more.

The location of the hotel is great, only a minute from the metro station (Exit C). They provide free snack at night, which was very good for me as I sometimes didn’t feel like having a heavy dinner. The staff was generally friendly and helpful although they do not speak English. I was a little puzzled because almost all the staff members asked me to write a good review of their services.

It would be better if some drinks were provided at the snack counter.

Комнаты очень маленькие, надо брать улучшенные. Девушки на ресепшн не всегда приветливые и готовые помочь, а вот парень всегда помогает и готов пытаться понять что Вы от него хотите.

I like the staff. The girls at the front desk were always very helpful. And acted on my behalf when things got difficult with using local applications and the Chinese language. I love the hotel and the chef was cooking excellent delicious food every day.

The media setting was impossible to change to English. So be ready to learn to navigate in Chinese.

Прекрасный небольшой отель рядом со станцией метро. От аэропорта Шоуду ехать 35-40 минут. Номер очень чистый и уютный, полностью автоматизирован, современный унитаз, шторы. Есть все для комфортного пребывания, размер не очень большой, но нам вдвоем было комфортно. Останавливались вдвоем с ребенком 9 лет. В 7.00 утра сервировали завтрак, в 20.00 ужин. Все вкусное, есть что выбрать. Персонал приносил кофе. На этаже вазочка со снеками , можно было брать. Также есть терраса, можно завтракать и ужинать. Очень дружелюбные сотрудники! Спасибо большое, нам все очень понравилось, с удовольствием вернёмся к вам ещё!

The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping staff was trying very hard to make us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean and the terrace was a nice bonus. The location was good - close to the metro and Sunlitun.

一间非常舒适的酒店，位置非常好，隔壁便是地铁站，距离只需要两分钟，员工非常有礼貌，尤其是负责早餐的李姐，她非常乐于帮助客人，尝试用英语去和客人沟通，记得每个客人早上点的饮品，我在这里住了一星期，虽然早餐选择比较少，但一份普通的早餐已经有充足的力量，房间比较细，但非常整洁，每天都会帮你更换毛巾和给你足够的食水，房间没有提供咖啡和茶点，但有冰柜。下次来北京， 我也会到这个酒店。

Спасибо, отель превзошел наши ожидания, за эти деньги максимально комфортно, обслуживание супер, уборка со сменой полотенец, тапочек, зубных щеток ежедневно, в номере есть всё необходимое, за такие небольшие деньги ощутили комфорт на 4-5 звёзд. Локация отличная - по кольцевой ветке с максимум одной пересадкой удобно доехать в любую точку, в том числе аэропорт и парк юниверсал. Рядом с гостиницей вкусная барбекюшная и сразу за углом дома метро. Есть рестораны и через дорогу национальный банк где можно обменять наличку при желании.

Только один сотрудник на ресепшене владеет английским. Но все очень милые и бодро пользуются онлайн переводчиком.

The location, almost next to the metro station (line 10), was just perfect. The entrance and reception made us worry at first, about what to expect. But the room was just perfect. Good bathroom, hot shower, fancy toilet. The bed was very good, though we couldn’t appreciate the pillows very much; too flat and too hard. Temperature is good too. Our days in Beijing started extra well after a caring breakfast, provided by the kind Mrs. Li.

As said, the pillows. But we’re spoiled. Maybe they have a pillow menu.

The staff was extremely nice and accomodating to my needs - I was leaving the hotel early, but I needed a late checkout due to my visa appointment, and it was not an issue. The room was very modern, comfortable and had a nice tarrace. Besides, the breakfats was yummy, and there was an aption of late snack, small snacks and unlimited water near the elevator. The shower was working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The big plus for a very conviniebt location.
