Location for our needs was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Zimmer war sauber, normal gross, Bad auch, hat genug Ablage, Betten sind gut. Waschgelegenheit im Haus war sehr praktisch und tiptopp. Auch Belechtung war gut.

Frühstück bestand aus 4 cm lauen, weichen Burgerbrötchen belegt mit käsescheiblette, Ei und etwas Speck, dazu 2 kleine Hashbrowns von der Grösse eines Chickennuggets und 1 Kaffee. Nicht inbegriffen im Preis, war es als Option beim Online checkin buchbar, wo es nach "mehr" klang. Ein Becher Yoghurt mit Flocken der vor Ort auch angeboten wurde wäre mehr gewesen...

Buona la posizione per chi è in viaggio, per visitare Grand Falls devi avere un mezzo di trasporto proprio. Parcheggio gratis. Camera confortevole e grande.

Struttura un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di essere attualizzata.

Étape lors du retour de notre road trip, afin de ne pas faire trop de kilomètres en une même journée. L'hôtel est au calme et propose une petite restauration très correcte avec un personnel très agréable. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et dotée d’une literie confortable. Nous avons également un peu profité de la petite piscine et du jacuzzi.

Rien à redire d'important. Peut-être avoir plus de remous dans le jacuzzi :-)

Spacious room (more like an apartment). Shower over bath. Quiet even though the highway is nearby. Plenty of space to park, even for large vehicles.

Strange smell in the lobby and hallways (but luckily not in the room). Wi-Fi is not encrypted. Overpriced (I paid 460 CAD for a room with no breakfast).

i would recommend this location to anyone that comes to this area. Kristel and Emma at the front desk are a pleasure to deal with, very professional. They both take great pride in their work, if it was not for them i would have searched for another location. Their reflection of the hotel is evidently clea.r They are the staff that makes a hotel like this a special place, and a place that families would want to stay at. Thank you ladies and keep up the great work!.

Ved ankomst kl. 19.00 havde vi ikke energi til at køre rundt efter aftensmad men valgte desværre at spise i den lille "restaurant" på stedet. Ordet cafeteria er for pænt at bruge om den mad man kunne få og intet var lavet på stedet men noget der var opvarmet i en ovn/microbølge ovn. Vi frygtede for morgenmaden med god grund. Morgenmaden som var købt med ved reserveringen bestod af en muffin, en bolle med et spejlæg og en skive ost og tydeligt noget der var taget ud af en pose og varmet. Til dette kunne man vælge om man ville have en kop kaffe eller en lille brik med juice. De fleste af de andre kunder var tydeligvis håndværkere som brugte det i forbindelse med arbejde i området.

The property was fine. Our room (which we paid extra for to get a king size bed) was large and clean.

The cost was inexplicably high for an ok hotel in a small town in New Brunswick (over $300 American for one night!). The queen-size rooms were overpriced. There was nothing special about the hotel to warrant the price. There were a few other hotels available for somewhat less but we thought the BW looked nicer.

"Resto" sur place très cher et limité, mais nous avons été chez Pizzeria Delight pas loin et c'était parfait! Le bain tourbillon était brisé, mais la piscine fonctionnelle et très propre.

Chambre près de la machine à glace est bruyante.

I would have appreciated a coffee to go when I left. We barely stayed 12 hours. A pot of coffee, even though there is no breakfast would make it more welcoming.

295$ sans déjeuner inclus pour une nuit je trouve ça exorbitant. J’ai eu l’impression de déranger la réception vue qu’ils parlaient entre eux …les voisins mon réveillée à 5:30 am en parlant dans leurs chambres…

Accueil, propreté et les lits très confortables. J’ai beaucoup apprécié qu’il y est une charge pour voiture électrique.

The staff were exceptionally friendly even at our late check in time ( after midnight). The staff person in the restaurant was exceptionally friendly as well!

The only negative things were There was no microwave in the room and the hot tub wasn’t working.

The Best Western Plus Grand-Saults is the best place to explore (the) Grand Falls and its/their vicinity. Directly at the Highway located, it was super easy to reach, very comfortable. I just stayed a single night but enjoyed the very clean, spacious and well equiped room as well as the gym. Beides, there is also an indoor pool which I have used and thus, cannot assess. The gym is amazing. Proper weights up to 35+ lbs, many cardio machines including a echelon bike, which worked well, an some spaces for other exercises, too. Breakfast is quite cheap but it dot have breakfast there. Pleasant staff at the reception.

J’avais demandé, la veille de mon arrivée,la permission d’entrer dans la chambre 1 heure plus tôt soit à 14 heures. Finalement il était dépassé 15 heures et la chambre n’était pas prête. En plus la dame de la réception nous a fait attendre dehors parce qu’elle etait allergique au animaux et j’avais mon petit chien d’à peine 5 livres 😮

Convenient location just off highway if you’re traveling. Clean comfortable rooms with good beds. Easy checkin with helpful friendly staff.

Carpeting in rooms was clean but seemed rather dated. No breakfast included, and only option seemed to be a takeout counter (we didn’t use it). Restaurants in town are well off the highway, and 4-5 km from the property.

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a very pleasant front desk clerk. The room was comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We stayed for 6 days. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job and were very kind. We ordered room service from Amelia's Restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was just overnight. Lots of free parking, set on a hill overlooking the town with a gas station and Tim Hortons immediately across the road. Nice big rooms and a good place to eat onsite.

All was good - no problems

Perfect location perched high right off the highway very easy to see. Great staff! Room spacious, comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Amazing water pressure in the shower 😊. Only disappointment was after driving 8 hours the restaurant wasn’t serving any meals just pub food. We were counting on eating at the hotel so we didn’t have drive anywhere. The lovely ladies at the front desk were very apologetic and offered menus for food delivery or suggested the Bull Pen Steakhouse a 5 minute drive, which is what we did. Perfect choice and meal was delicious. Overall a a wonderful stay and good overnight stop on your road trips.

Very clean, staff very nice and professional, good location, big rooms

The pool and hot tub were gross and no towels, we had to call more than once to have them brought down. The restaurant is the most disgusting meal I have ever had- we travelled for 9 hours and didn't want to go anywhere else once we checked in so we decided to eat there. We sent back portion of the meal and were charged for everything. The meal was like they had go to the grocery store and purchased appetizers in a box and heated them in a toaster oven-fries and mozza sticks were mushy and barely cooked all the way through, their nachos(which the waitress told me was their best seller) literally looked like dog food that my 6 year old would make.I complained to front desk and they told me to speak to the manager the next morning- when I spoke to her the next day she passed the buck onto the assistant manager and said the restaurant was their responsibility. I left my number and no one has called me to discuss the issue. Would never stay here again and highly recommend driving the little bit longer and stay in Edmundston.

Prix complètement ridicule pour une nuit. Nous sommes toujours arrêter à cette hôtel lorsque nous voyageons au Nouveau Brunswick. Mais ce sera certainement la dernière. Auparavant le petit dejeuner etait inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Maintenant il ne l’est plus et non seulement cela mais le prix de la chambre a presque doublé!! Avec les frais qui s’ajoute au bout du compte cela nous fais vraiment regretter notre nuit de repos. Abusifs
