The entry from the backside of the hotel had a lot of spiderwebs. Didn’t appear clean/cared for.

Breakfast was very good.

Excellent séjour d'un soir. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel. J'ai oublié un manteau de pluie dans une armoire. La réceptionniste nous a téléphoné pour nous dire qu'ils l'avaient récupéré et ils me l'ont envoyé par la poste. Merci\

Awesome stay!! Our room was clean with expected facilities and comfy beds ! The pool and hot tub were a great end to a long day. Our breakfast was delicious and more than we expected. Hot and cold choices...even waffles !! Great value for the money and we would recommend this Rodeway to our family and friends.

Propreté de la chambre. Confort du matelas. Beaucoup de serviettes dans la salle de bain. Personnel bilingue et gentil. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.

Tapis dans la chambre. Rideaux qui ont mal à la vie 🤭 Air climatisée et fan de salle de bain très bruyants. Il y avait des meubles manquants dans la chambre, on voyait leurs traces sur le tapis. Donc RIEN de majeur!

Le personnel était gentil et l’hotel était bien situé Le café et les gaufres étaient bon

La propreté laissait à désirer (toilette sale, cheveux dans le lit, mouchoirs au sol) Le bain a remous ne faisait pas de remous. Le déjeuner finissait à 9h30

We booked through Booking.com and received our hotel confirmation through them. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM, they said their system did not show our booking and they had no vacancies. Moreover, the reception desk did not even make the slightest attempt to find us alternative accommodation in the small town and simply asked us to call Booking.com. This was one of our worst experiences with online hotel booking. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!

The hotel was built a few decades ago and requires renovation. The rooms and amenities look very tired and smell musty. The pool is cold The breakfast options were limited and for all the goodies you had to stand in the line

Des que l'on rentre dans ce motel cela sent le renfermé, la chambre que nous avons eu n'avez pas été aspiré depuis longtemps, le canapé se désagrégeait et des pistaches moisissez sous le fauteuil, Le petit dejeuner avec des œufs brouillant tellement dilué en eau qu'il n'avait plus aucun goût Bref une honte de louer une chambre et en plus à ce prix !!!

Not at all what I expected. It's a low budget motel, very dated, dirty windows in lobby, in room, mini fridge didn't close, carpet was soaked from it thawing out and they didn't dry it, kept walking through it, didn't know if bathtub was clean or not, bedsheets were not tightly fitted, didn't look like they were changed. Sign in bathroom that they do not change towels for a few days? Seriously? Drain in tub rusty looking, Could hear ppl next door, thought they were going to open that door in my room, had to put a big chair against, Kids running and screaming, could hear everyone's footsteps in hallway. The place looked dirty. Old cigarette pkgs on balcony, windows filthy. 1 roll of toilet paper? No elevator for seniors like myself. outlet behind tv could start a fire with 4 items plugged into it

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. It was quiet for sleeping. They offered a senior rate.

You had to get in the car to drive for supper somewhere.

The location didn’t seem safe to walk - dark, parking lots. And the breakfast was really bad if you were looking for protein - eggs, sausage. Everyone was having a bagel it seemed

The bed was clean and very comfortable! The young woman who checked me in was kind, welcoming and informative. The park was great for the kids and the grounds were mowed. I did not use the pool or eat breakfast for comment.

The room itself was dated. I'm not sure if it was missed accidentally, but the carpet was not vacuumed, which was very obvious. The toilet also was not clean. I used my own Lysol wipes to clean it. You could easily hear your neighbours through the walls, but with earplugs at night and everyone settling down it was a fairly quiet sleep. There were a lot of cigarette butts by the benches. The flower gardens by the front entrance were desperately begging for water.

De ligging en het ontbijt. Het ontbijt is breed gesorteerd in vergelijking tot andere vergelijkbare motels.

De kamer was smerig. Lange tijd niet echt schoongemaakt want het tapijt zat zeker op de minder vaak belopen delen vol stof. De wastafelkraan gaf geen water. Gelukkig was het beddengoed schoon. Prijs kwaliteit in onbalans. Bekleding van de stoel gescheurd.

La piscine et le spa manquaient de traitement car ca ne sentait que l'humidité et non le chlore. De plus c'était un peu glissant.

Everything was as expected from a hotel . We just stay overnight, have whatever they have for breakfast and leave. No surprises is appreciated.

I thought from the ad that it was in grand falls and it wasn't. Fortunately we went to the Irving for supper. Better choice than driving back into grand falls. Quieter.

Tout était très bien, avoir été recu en francais a été une très agréable surprise pour nous et en sommes très ravis.

L'emplacement des chambres, mais quand même très acceptable pour avoir des chambres communes.

Le tapis dans la chambre sentait mauvais. La chambre nécessiterait une mise à jour et elle n'était pas très propre.

We love the location. You’re roughly halfway between home and our yearly destination. We like that you have a pool and a hot tub and a theoretical gym. We like the free breakfast and the breakfast options. The beds are comfortable too, and the fridge lets us cool our liquid snacks.

We’ve stayed at your hotel three times now over two years and the gym has remained closed. After a 6-8 hour drive it would be great if we could use the gym to move our legs around. And soak in the pool, which is extremely cold.

L'hôtel en tant que tel est mal entretenu, ça paraît très vieux et sale pour le prix. Il y avait une saucisse pendant les 2 jours dans la cage d'escaliers...

When we arrived the original room we were suppose to have had an air conditioner that wasn’t working, but the girl at the counter (Sun), gave us a room with a working air conditioner. She was very pleasant and helpful

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom had mold on all surfaces from ceiling to floor. There was dirt on all corners of the room. My white socks became brown and black from walking on the carpet

The air con did not work. Musty smelled in the room, but the room was clean. Horrible breakfast, toast, bagel, cereal. Nothing else.... Boiled eggs would have been nice.

Nice location for our stop. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the access from the parking lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet in our room was not clean. There were muffin crumbs on the floor. The windows were dirty. The hallway near our room smelled badly. The air conditioner in our room was loud and struggled to keep up. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cut into unappetizing big squares. I’ve never seen that before. To enter the hotel with our luggage, we needed to pass by an overflowing ashtray positioned at chest height just by the door. Yuck!

Place was fairly clean, quiet and had a very good free hot breakfast in the morning. I really liked that the room did not have that typical hotel/motel room smell. sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

the really need to replace the carpets, the shower is in a bit of need of repair as well but still acceptable and plenty of hot water.

La propreté dégueulasse, la salle de toilette tellement sale que l'on a pas pris de douche. L'air climatisé trop fort et tellement sale que l'on ne voulait pas la débrancher. La porte patio les tracs dégueulasses. Beaucoup de bruit dans les corridors. C'est assez. Merci

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Opened and closed on the early side, but we are later risers than some. Friendly staff at breakfash.

No complaints, but there was a tired feel about the accommodation. And it seemed expensive, in terms of normal value.

Très grande chambre, correctement équipée et confortable. Le motel est facilement accessible si on a une voiture et permet de se rendre à la chute et au centre-ville en quelques minutes.

Arrivées à 14 h, nous nous sommes fait dire qu'il était impossible de s'enregistrer avant 16 h sans aucune vérification si la chambre était prête ou non. Soyez avisés et n'arrivez pas trop tôt.

Le rapport qualité prix est horrible ca ne vaut vraiment pas sont prix , s'étais vieux sale , les lits extrèmement inconfortable et un mauvais emplacement , je ne recommende pas du tout , ca vaut 125$ la nuit maximum.

Great location. It had everything we needed for a one night stay, including a nice pool and playground for the kids.

The free breakfast was nice but some yoghurt and boiled eggs would be great for those who are looking for a healthy start to the day.

Staff were friendly, the lobby has a clean modern look and parking was available right outside the room.

The room was less than desirable. The chair was falling apart, the bathroom was pretty grungy and we had to vanquish a couple bugs (cockroaches?) from under the sheets that left us with an uneasy feeling. There was also a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Didn't expect a great deal from this place but definitely expected more considering the cost.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de disponibilité. On aurait parfaitement pu nous attribuer une chambre convenable. On nous a mis dans une chambre enfermée dans un coin avec petit balcon renfermé. Il n’avait pas été nettoyé. En plus, une petite fenêtre vue sur la piscine intérieure. On entendait tout. Pas d’eau chaude. Senteur forte d’humidité. Très sombre. Cette chambre vaut que la moitié chèrement payée. Chambre 141. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi.

This hotel was rated 4 stars so we chose it over the others in the area for that fact. We were so tired after a long drive and was looking to a hot shower but the tub was so disgusting and around the tub that I would not step foot into it. The pillows were lumpy, not soft and fluffy like normal hotels. There was garbage (pizza boxes) in the hall that were there for 12+ hours, during our entire stay. The hallway carpets and stairs were very filthy and nobody vacuumed them our entire time there. The pool had life jackets, we went to grab one and the float stuffing was cut out of the life jackets, safety hazard. Lights were off in pool and very dark in there at night so I had to search for the light switch to see to swim.

Sur notre route. Le déjeuner chaud est cuisiné maison - il est frais et bon. Les enfants ont apprécié.

Les chambres sont chers considérant la qualité des installations. C'est un hôtel OK, sans plus.

Une erreur dans les heures d’accès au déjeuner inclus… les employés n’étaient pas au courant des nouvelles heures que le patron avait mis en place. Il a donc fallu déjeuner à la hâte!!! Pas très relax et que des restants… Le mobilier est discutable (voir photo)

The fridge wasn't cleaned before our arrival, and the AC was very noisy. We asked them to check it and change our room, but they said all the rooms are the same because the AC units are old..

Seniors méfiez-vous...
