Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Suite Upgrade: I paid an additional amount for a room upgrade to a suite, and I was pleased with the size and overall space. The suite was spacious and comfortable, consisting of a separate bedroom and a separate living room, which provided a good level of privacy and convenience throughout my stay. Excellent Assistance from Mr. Mohammed Reda: Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Mohammed Reda, for his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude. He made a genuine effort to ensure that my check-in and overall stay went smoothly. His welcoming attitude and willingness to assist whenever needed made a positive difference to my experience. Welcoming Gesture: I would also like to thank Mr. Mohammed Reda for arranging and sending a complimentary fruit plate to my room as a welcoming gesture after check-in. It was a thoughtful touch and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Late Check-Out Assistance: Many thanks to Mr. Kareem for his support in extending my check-out time until 6:00 PM due to my flight being delayed until 11:00 PM. His flexibility and understanding were highly appreciated, especially considering the circumstances. Overall, the suite itself was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the assistance and hospitality provided by Mr. Mohammed Reda and Mr. Kareem. Their efforts contributed positively to my stay. However, several operational issues—including the limited elevator availability, housekeeping replenishment, internet and mobile connectivity, restaurant service, crowded pools, and pharmacy operating hours—need improvement to provide a more comfortable and convenient experience for guests.
Elevator Availability: One of the main concerns during my stay was the elevator situation. Only one elevator was operational for the entire hotel, while the other two elevators remained under maintenance throughout my stay. This caused considerable waiting times, particularly during busy periods, and was inconvenient for guests staying on the upper floors. Housekeeping Supplies: The housekeeping service needs improvement in terms of replenishing essential room supplies. During several cleanings, toilet tissues and towels were not replaced automatically, and I had to contact the hotel and specifically request them. These basic amenities should be checked and replenished as part of the standard room-cleaning procedure. ATM Availability: Although ATM machines are available in the hotel lobby, they were not consistently operational during my stay. Having functioning ATMs within the hotel would be much more convenient for guests, particularly when they need cash urgently. Internet Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was inconvenient because it would disconnect whenever I left my room. This made it difficult to maintain a stable internet connection when moving around the hotel and required reconnecting repeatedly. Mobile Network Coverage: Mobile phone connectivity was also a significant issue on the upper floors. I stayed on the 5th floor, and there was little or no mobile network coverage there. Whenever I needed to make or receive a call, I had to go down to the lobby to get a reliable connection. This is particularly inconvenient for guests who need to remain reachable during their stay. Food Quality and Restaurant Service: The food served at both lobby restaurants was below my expectations in terms of quality and taste. Another concern was the lack of flexibility when ordering food. When I asked the restaurant staff to deliver my order to my hotel room, I was told that this was not possible.

My mother couldn’t come down for meals, so he kindly sent food to her room every day. He is a truly respectful and wonderful person. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Le souci avec les ascenseurs Deux sur trois étaient en panne ou en travaux. Au niveau du 9 ème étage travaux dans une chambre . Et le personnel oubliaient du papier wc ou des serviettes lors du nettoyage

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Posizione centrale in un buon quartiere, con davanti anche una caserma della Polizia e l’Ambasciata russa. Ahmed all’ingresso è molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina carina con la vista sulla Torre del Cairo. Grande e confortevole bar. Negozi all’interno dell’hotel.
Pulizia delle camere. Menù fisso a cena con piatti sempre uguali poiché aprono il buffet solo quando ci sono molte persone e noi ci siamo trovati al buffet solo ad una cena su 4. Servizio a colazione e cena molto lento. Cibo molto arabo e poco internazionale.

Everything is great, just the housekeeping need to be informed to clean specific areas in the room

التاخير عند الطلب من الاستقبال في خدمه الغرف او طلب عربة حمل العفش كذلك مواقف السيارات للنزلاء بفلوس لااعرف وش السبب والافطار جيد لخد ما وغير متغيير
