Curatenia camerei nu se face zilnic, nici daca astepti pana la ora 4 dupa amiaza. Nu exista o groaza de maruntisuri care iti fac sederea normala la hotel. Nu exista frigider in camera, numarul de prosoape e total insuficient, nu credeam ca la 3 stele primesti un singur prosop, adica unul singur de persoana si unul comun minuscul la 2 persoane. Nu poti suna la receptie pentru ca nu exista telefon in camera. Televiziunea prin cablui functioneaza jalnic, odata la 30 de secunde se intrerupe si te anunta lipsa semnal,. Nu primesti papuci de camera, trebuie sa ceri la receptie, nu exista adaptoare de prize la receptie, trebuie sa iti cumperi singur iar late-check -in ul (3 ore) il platesti separat. Ma asteptam ca la un sejur de 6 nopti platite anticipat sa existe putina grija fata de clienti.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Lage gut, ca. 1,5 km zu Fuß zur Tower Bridge. Auf dem Weg viele Restaurants/Cafes. In die andere Richtung kommt nach 5 min gleich der Spitalfields Market. Zimmer war nichts besonderes aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.
Zimmer Etwas klein, kein Schrank für Klamotten. Bad war ausbaufähig, keine Klobürste. Kein Handtuch vor der Dusche und keins für die Hände.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hotel is in an excellent location on the eastern edge of Zone 1. The rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.
The wifi had some problems with stability. More pillows than 1 per bed plus 1 per room would be very much appreciated. Otherwise nothing much to grumble about!

No fridge is the room so had to bin all my food which was frustrating. No A/C it’s temperature controlled but it wasn’t cold enough, very limited towels given. I think you can get better accommodation for cheaper in the area

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Sie war ziemlich gut angebunden, die nächste Station war 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und in der Nacht war es ruhig im Zimmer.
Das Badezimmer war eine Plastikkabine was prinzipiell kein Problem war aber leider war sie nicht sehr sauber, es waren Haare und Dreck in der Dusche und in der Ecken. Außerdem war egal wie oft sie die 2 Handtücher getauscht haben immer mindestens eines dreckig.

Peut être proposer un service de snack au bar qui est ouvert jusqu a minuit car le service de food s arrête a 22h.

El aire acondicionado no enfría mucho, y estando en pleno verano se hubiera agradecido que enfriara más. No te dan toallas de mano a menos que las pidas y luego al día siguiente la que limpia la habitación, Mariana, no las repone. La habitación es una réplica literal de un hotel en Manchester al que fuimos unos días antes pero aquí la habitación cuesta mucho más y no cuenta con servicios adicionales incluidos para justificar el precio.

Το μπάνιο….ηταν λες και ήσουν σε καμπίνα πλοίου.Επισης το δωμάτιο αρκετά στενό.

Bij aankomst en tijdens het verblijf was het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het afhalen van mijn koffers liet die persoon me zeer lang wachten waarbij hij eerst mensen liet inchecken die dan nog niet eens geboekt hadden en ze eerst zelf moesten boeken. Teruggeven van bagage duurt Max 2 min. Inchecken wel iets langer…. Moest er bodylotion in de kamer zijn, zou het perfect zijn.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026L'hotel si trova in una zona molto comoda vicino alla fermata della metro Aldgate East e a 15 minuti a piedi da Tower Bridge - da cui si può camminare in zona pedonale lungo tutto il tratto del Tamigi fino al Millennium Bridge e oltre. Le camere sono spaziose e comode, minimali ma molto pulite. La colazione davvero varia e ottima e lo staff gentile e pronto a dare risposte e soluzioni. Potrei pensare di tornarci nel prossimo viaggio a Londra!
Il letto forse un po' rigido per le mie esigenze, ma spazioso e molto pulito.

Hotel is next to a Tesco Express and yards away from the nearest tube station. Lots of pubs and eateries nearby.
Shower pressure was adequate but would have preferred stronger.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Die Lage war sehr gut, ca. 10-15min. von der Tower Bridge entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich, ein guter Service. Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, was mir persönlich noch gefehlt hat war z.B. Obstsalat, aber sonst alles gut. Wurst, Käse, Rührei, Brötchen alles reichlich da. Das Familienzimmer war für drei Leute völlig ausreichend. Was auch super war, es gibt ein Bügelbrett im Zimmer (Familienzimmer)
beim Zimmer hätte ich ganz gerne einen Schrank wo man was hinlegen konnte. Es gab zwar Bügel zum aufhängen, aber war nicht so praktisch. Was auch komisch war, dass es nur auf einer Seite einen Nachttisch gab. Und es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher, mit Tee und Instant Kaffee, was wirklich super war, aber es gab in der Nähe vom Wasserkocher keine Steckdose, also mussten wir den auf den Boden zu einer Steckdose bewegen. Oder war die Steckdose versteckt... jedenfalls haben wir keine beim Tisch gefunden. War aber nicht so schlimm

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Good place for us to access any specific spot of london. Had the possibility to access several good restaurants around. Local store right next door for anything we could have missed. The room was great, good light in the room.
The only issue I can really note down was in the room equipement: - Electric wise, i feel the outlets might have been in low voltage because my phone had a lot of difficulty to charge. - The TV couldn't be used to connect netflix or youtube which left us with the existing program where the TV lost signal every 10 to 20 minutes.

Die gesamte Zimmereinrichtung wirkt sehr verlebt. Das Bett qietscht, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, der Teppichboden ist fleckig, die Armaturen im Bad sind abgenutzt. Die Badtür ist innen und außen an der Oberfläche beschädigt, der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist nicht dreckig und auch nicht direkt kaputt, aber bedarf einer Renovierung.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Wie beim letzten Mal die Lage ist unschlagbar, Tower und Tower Bridge mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichbar. Anschluss an öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super.
Der defekte Aufzug hat gelegentlich gestört, aber war alles gut machbar. Da wir dieses Mal im zweiten Stock waren sind wir gelegentlich einfach die Treppe gelaufen

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026J'ai énormément aimé l'emplacement qui trouve juste en face d'un super bon restaurant Coréen ainsi qu'un supermarché Tesco situé juste a coté, j'ai trouvé cela extrêmement pratique. En plus de cela la station de métro se trouve à 1 minute à pied ce qui est génial.
Rien du tout tout était parfait, je n'ai rien à redire

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026È un hotel fantastico dove torno ogni volta che vado a Londra. La posizione è strategica, la dimensione delle stanze è molto generosa, la pulizia impeccabile. La colazione è varia e i prodotti sono di qualità. Ho provato anche il bar/ristorante ed è top anche quello. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile: Marina e Peter della reception sono deliziosi.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt bei einer U Bahn Station. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, einfaches, schnelles Ein- und auschecken. Sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltige Frühstückauswahl ( Buffet ) man kann sich sogar ein English Breakfast zusammenstellen. Grösse des Raumes ist OK, Ich war im 7. Stock und hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit einer guten Matratze.
Es gibt keinen Grund für eine Beanstandung.

Η καθαρίστρια δεν κατάλαβε οτι η σακούλα στο χώρο της τουαλέτας με τα απορρίμματα έπρεπε να αλλαχθεί!!Οι πετσέτες δεν επαρκούσαν. Τη μέρα που ηταν να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο, έστρωσε το πάνω σεντόνι και απο κάτω τα άφησε όλα άστρωτα-με τα ρούχα μας ενδιάμεσα . Το πρωινό δεν κάλυψε τις προσδοκίες μας.Το λοιπό προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου αρκετά ευγενικό!

Que no hubiera una hora fija de limpieza de habitaciones, dan un rango muy amplio, por lo tanto a veces volvía de estar toda la mañana para descansar y ya no me limpiaban la habitación.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach, jedoch sauber und effizient eingerichtet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Bar mit ausgezeichneten Cocktails und leckeren Snacks. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet mit der U-Bahn Station Aldgate East wortwörtlich um die Ecke und ca. 15 Minuten gehen zum Tower Bridge.
Fällt mir jetzt nicht wirklich was ein.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero ottimale, poco distante da stazioni metro e bus e a pochi metri da un supermercato Tesco. La reception è aperta 24/7 e questo è stato fondamentale considerando il nostro arrivo in piena notte per via di un ritardo del volo. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano
La pulizia della camera non era eccellente, sul davanzale della finestra abbiamo trovato una mosca morta e visibile solo aprendo bene la tenda e anche il water era sporco. C’era molta polvere, suppongo per via della moquette, anche sugli interruttori delle luci, sporco anche il battiscopa e le finestre. Ci aspettavamo meglio

I could not get consistent wifi service and the TV would go out often, drinks and food were just okay.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Notre chambre n'était pas "informatiquement" prête alors l'accueil nous a fait patienter avec des boissons gratuites au bar. La gentillesse du personnel est très appréciable. Un petit convenient store à la sortie de l'hôtel et le métro tout proche. Le restaurant coréen juste en face de l'hôtel est vraiment à découvrir.
La propreté de notre salle de bain quand on est arrivé était discutable mais tout a été réglé dès le lendemain de notre séjour.
