La ubicación, lamentablemente es lo único que destacar.

La atención del tío alto, moreno y con barba en recepción fue desagradable. El resto del personal encantador, pero cada vez que él interactuó con nosotros parecía que hablarnos era un suplicio. Solo le pedimos dejar las maletas el día de nuestro check y nos dijo "pfft es que habéis venido demasiado temprano" suspirando. El día de nuestra partida lo mismo, queríamos dejar las maletas y ni nos miraba a la cara, fue lo único que pedimos durante nuestra estadía aparte de que arreglaran la puerta del armario que no abría cuando llegamos. Por otro lado, la sábana blanca interior de la cama tenía una mancha roja como de sangre, uno de los vasos en la habitación tenía una marca de pintalabios, muy desagradable. Al momento de hacer la limpieza, solo hacían la cama y ya. No repetiría hotel, esperas calidad de un hotel de 4 estrellas y lo único con lo que nos gustó fue la ubicación.

le lit king size était très confortable. le petit déjeuner était bien achalandé. la situation géographique bien desservie par les transports en commun. endroit calme. hôtel bien entretenu et assez récent. Je tiens à remercier une nouvelle fois Dorrota la responsable de l'accueil qui a su trouver une solution à un problème rencontré dès notre arrivée. Encore merci pour la prise en compte de la situation et sa gentillesse.

dans l'ensemble tout était bien. A noter plusieurs fois durant notre séjour dès 9 h 45 du matin des travaux de maintenance notamment avec perceuse que l'on entendait depuis notre chambre. peut etre choisir un horaire un peu plus tardif pour ne pas déranger les clients le matin ?

The beds and duvets were genuinely great, very comfortable. I also liked that the water in the room was refreshed daily.

Cons: The room doors are designed in a way that makes them slam very loudly. Since housekeeping is cleaning rooms on the floor constantly, this creates noticeable noise in the mornings, I had two mornings in a row starting at 8am. The hotel did accommodate me and moved me to another room, which I appreciate. But if you're planning to sleep in until 10-11am, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is extremely clean and the location is good. But we especially want to thank the reception staff, and in particular a young woman who assisted us in finding one of our bags containing our document, which we had actually forgotten in a pub the previous evening. We eventually recovered it, and without it, we would not have been able to continue our journey. She was sweet, patient, and gave us the right support, reassuring us and offering us cappuccinos afterwards.

We loved everything

Nous avons aimé l’accueil l’emplacement à proximité avec les transports et les activités à faire à Londres, le design de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner qui propose un large choix de très riche à plutôt fit. La chambre était calme, la grande baie vitrée donne sur un paysage urbain moderne. Le matelas est confortable même si ce n’est pas un King size. Commerces et restaurants de proximité.

Dans la salle de bain, le lavabo est plutôt bas Il n’y a pas de couvert pour les toilettes et le séparateur de douche est un rideau qui nous fait un peu plus penser à un hôpital qu’à une chambre de standing

The location is great, very convenient; also in safe, clean area; overall facility is good.

No window can be opened which is a pity; also no washing machine and movable clothes rack for washed clothes.

De tussen deur van corridor maak echt grote klappen ! Je kom Horen dat de buren thuis was . Mega irritant. Soms was 7 uur en hoor je de deur dicht gaan met hard klapt dat is minus punt van zo mooi hotel .de koelkast werk niet .

Die Lage ist direkt beim Underground und rund 10 Fussminuten zum Horizon22. Das Frühstück sieht sehr schön präsentiert aus, ist aber mit wenig Geschmack, trocken und nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Personal nicht sehr freundlich und herzhaft. Auch ist das Personal nicht sehr engagiert.

הצוות בקבלה היה מדהים ועזר, תמיד ענו עם חיוך והיו סופר נחמדים. החדרים נוחים, המיטה נוחה, מקלחות נקיות ומיקום מצוין, ממש על התחנת רכבת.

המזגנים נכבים אוטומטית כל שעה או שעתיים, אז במהלך הלילה קמתי פעמיים או שלוש כל לילה מזיע להדליק את המזגן. אין חלון שנפתח בחדרים, ככה שיכול להיות קצת חנוק (יש חלון אבל הוא לא נפתח ככה שממש יכול להיות חנוק) שירות הניקיון רק מחליף מצעים ולא באמת מנקה את החדר

The price. The server in the restaurant was unhelpful and uninformed about what was available.

I would say that the hotel is ideally located, with both the underground station and bus stop just a 2–3 minute walk away max. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was much appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Andreea, the Operations Manager, and Moni for their exceptional kindness, understanding, and genuine support during a particularly unpleasant situation I experienced while in London. Their professionalism and compassion truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for the way they handled the situation.

That being said, I unfortunately cannot say the same about most of the reception staff I encountered during my stay. Their approach often came across as rather pretentious, inattentive, and unwelcoming, which was disappointing and somewhat inconsistent with the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel.

La struttura è comoda per raggiungere tutto il centro, la stazione di Aldgate east è a nemmeno 50 metri, quella un po’ più grande di Aldgate è comunque a due minuti. Gli operatori tutti gentili.

Gli standard di pulizia sono diversi dai nostri, ma ritengo piuttosto insopportabile sedermi al tavolo della colazione e avere un tavolo appiccicoso, sedie sporche e pulizia scarsa intorno alle cose da mangiare. La camera era sufficiente, ma la doccia negli angoli era davvero sporca, il wc macchiato.. Ho trovato particolarmente spiacevole trovare le signore delle pulizia in camera nel tempo in cui facevamo colazione. E parlo delle 9.30 non delle 12!

You could hear the neighbours going into their rooms constantly and was always banging their doors which woke us up all the time.

Que nos asignaran una habitación doble adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida cuando no habíamos hecho esa petición en la reserva, lo que implicaba que todo estaba más bajo de lo habitual y resultaba muy incómodo para dos personas altas. El baño especialmente tenía los sanitarios muy bajitos, también el espejo y la ducha a ras de suelo y solo con cortina, resulta bastante incómodo. La cama también era más bajita en comparación al resto.

Staff were very nice and accomodating, shoutout to Dorotta who really turned an issue around with our room that ended up being a nice solution and what helped the overall experience.

We asked for a quiet room and the receptionist gave us a great room on a higher floor.

The staff were amazing and helped us as much as they could. The beds were so soft that after coming quite late, it was a joy to drift off on them.

Nothing, except the light controls were weird to get right.

The location and the neighborhood are great, the check in process is really simple and the daily complimentary waters and cookies positively surprised us. The AC worked well. The staff are nice. We could use an adapter free of charge during our stay.

The shower head would not stand on its own, we actually reached out to reception about this and someone was sent to fix it. It was not fixed, the problem stayed the same. Using the handheld shower was made more uncomfortable because the overhead waterfall shower dripped cold water while using the handheld one. The duvet we got was too thick, we reached out to the reception about it and asked for a simple sheet. We got another duvet - the same as the first one. Slippers are not included which was weird for a four star hotel, the charge for them and a bathrobe was an extra £15 per person. The bathroom and the bedroom are not separated by an actual door but a sliding glass door so there is virtually no privacy even when closed - we could hear each other like the door was wide open. There is no good lighting in the room for getting ready, even in the bathroom.

Direkt an der Tower Bridge gelegen.

Amazing breakfast, would have every day if I could haha. Bedroom was clean, good tv, really nice bathroom and loved the popcorn that was given on arrival in the room.

We didnt have any instant hot chocolate packs in our room, not a big problem everything else was exceptional.

La habitación era cómoda. Reponian todos los días agua mineral , te y café. Había supermercados y restaurantes cerca y en la esquina la estacion de subte comodisima. Al estar ubicado al final de la city solo se llegaba caminando al Tower London y atracciones de la City.

El frigobar no enfriaba. Vimos muchos ratones en la cuadra aunque eso no es responsabilidad del hotel

The location was perfect, very close to the metro station and surrounded by several great cafés and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy, exactly as expected.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel. During the two nights we stayed, we only had breakfast on the first day. The croissants were as hard as a rock, the coffee from the machine was awful, and the sausages were the worst I've ever tasted.

Gorgeous hotel in a very convenient location just outside if Aldgate East Station and walking distance from Tower Bridge. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our engagement trip very special. We will definitely return!

2 Min zu Fuß ist der Eingang zur U-Bahn-Station. Man konnte zu Fuß zur Themse/Tower Bridge laufen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ich würde es wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war relativ dunkel gestrichen. Ohne Licht nicht so schön.

Super fint hotel, som har en rigtig god beliggenhed i et dejligt område.

Morgenmaden var skuffende. Den varme buffet var ikke varm og det virkede ikke helt færdig lavet.

The hotel was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All really friendly and helpful. Managed to get checked in early which really helped as we were going to a concert. All the staff were super nice. The room was beautiful and spotless.

Chromecast für Fernsehen. Frühstück als Buffet und frisches Porridge/Ei zum Bestellen, auch glutenfreie und vegane Angebote. Immer Wasserflaschen im Zimmer.

Kein passendes Licht zum Schminken, immer nur Licht von oben, nie von vorn.

Wheelchair accessible room which we didnt request, so had a wet room instead of a proper shower, only had one bedside table also. Fridge didn't cool down drinks.

Jajecznica z proszku w hotelu o takim standardzie to nieporozumienie, słodkie wypieki też bardzo kiepskiej jakości. Przydałoby się więcej warzyw na śniadaniu. Ale to jedyne, do czego mogę się doczepić.

Si te estás planteando reservar estancia en este hotel, te diría que que lo puedes permitir vas a acertar de pleno! La ubicación inmejorable, yo lo elegí porque el tren nos dejaba en Liverpool Street. Tienes cerca estaciones de metro como la Aldgate y Aldgate East que conectan perfectamente con el centro de Londres u otros barrios y/o estaciones de Rail Train. La zona es muy buena, tranquila, no se oye nada por las noches y como dato, si te gusta, tienes un restaurante de ramen (se llama KOI) justo debajo que es muy recomendable. Llegamos bien entrada la noche y nos recibieron estupendamente. Check in perfect! La habitación estaba bastante limpia, las camas comodísimas y el espacio bastante bien para una habitación de 3 adultos en Londres, donde suelen ser bastante reducidas! El baño con mucho espacio para dejar cosas, lo que agradezco cuando viajo porque se necesita. El plato de ducha y el grifo del lavabo no funcionaban del todo bien y dimos aviso en recepción, lo arreglaron enseguida aunque a los días se repitió, con lo que entiendo igual era algo más relevante. El desayuno merece mención aparte porque era realmente bueno. El personal amabilísimo, de 10. Buffet libre con mucha variedad y calidad, incluso opciones sin gluten ;) El café es de máquina pero de grano, molido al instante y nada que envidiar a un "specialty coffee". Muy rico. Fruta, embutido, opciones dulces, saladas, y con posibilidad de prepararte al instante el huevo como tú quieras (tortilla, frito,...) . Desayuno continental y británico. Vamos! No dudes coger alojamiento y desayuno! Y poco más. Todo esto lo cuento desde mi experiencia personal porque estoy muy satisfecha con mi estancia.

Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla e in posizione comodissima, la fermata della metro e dei pullman sono esattamente sotto all’hotel. Camere ampie e ambiente moderno, staff gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta.

Nulla, tutto era nella perfezione e tornerei volentieri in questo hotel.

The cleaning was not good at all. The stuff didn’t even smile. The towels were always a confusion.

Vicinanza fermata metro Aldgate East, a una fermata da Liverpool Street Station, per chi arriva da Stansted. Tower of London e Tower Bridge facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, colazione abbondante, camera ampia, doccia spaziosa, personale disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, postazione fissa prenotazione Uber, vicinanza supermercati, zona tranquilla...

Problema con serratura della camera, prontamente risolto dal personale durante la giornata.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Old Coach House. It is such a charming and cozy home, full of character and little thoughtful details. We especially loved the beautiful crockery, plates and dishes, which made the house feel warm and homely — almost like staying in someone’s much-loved family home. Everything had a very personal and welcoming feel to it. The location in Boscastle was also wonderful for exploring Cornwall.

Nothing significant. It may not be the most luxurious property we stayed in during our trip, but its charm, character and homely atmosphere more than made up for it.

I really liked the hotel’s location. The room was also very spacious and quiet.

A szobában a hűtőt naponta töltik vízzel. Teát, Instant kávét, valamint kekszet minden nap feltöltötték a szobában. Ingyenes csomag megőrző érkezéskor és távozáskor is igénybe vehető.
