Super Lage, tolles Hotel mit super Blick aufs Meer.

Es sind zu wenig Parkplätze verfügbar

Sehr schöne Unterkunft wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon davon gibt es nur Vier also wenn möglich am besten dieses buchen. Man hat seine Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick. Die Betten sind gemütlich und alles ist sauber. Das Meer ist direkt gegenüber und eine Liege kostet 5€ pro Tag. Bei dem Frühstück ist aufjedenfall ausreichend Auswahl und würd ich als standart einstufen.

Das Fitnessstudio ( GYM ) ist nicht genügend ausgestattet und Geräte defekt.

Un peu déçus par le buffet du dîner … très copieux mais des entrées, plats basiques et répétitifs d’un soir à l’autre. Attention au parking, qui est petit et étroit, difficile de manœuvrer et à 18h il affiche complet

Grundsätzlich kann man wenig am Hotel aussetzen, jedoch ist es auch schwer etwas zu loben. Das Hotel ist solide, die Lage ist super, das Personal bemüht.

Die Zimmer sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen (aber immer noch ok), das Frühstück hat Kantinenflair, die Garage ist viel zu klein für die Zimmeranzahl und daher immer voll, der Fitnessraum besteht aus drei Geräten.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Frühstück - bis auf den Kaffee - sehr gut mit reichlich Auswahl an Brot, frischem Obst, Süßem und warmen Speisen. Direkt gegenüber dem Strand und sehr schöner Strandbar.

Von Ponta do Sol musste man zusätzliche Abholgebühr für Ausflüge zahlen. Es gab keinen ÖPNV, nur Uber, Bolt, Taxi.

Die Lage war super gut, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und hell.

Very nice hotel, the perfect spot to explore the island. All rooms are facing the ocean, the rooms are very big, and spotless.

The breakfast could be a bit more local. The organisation around the parking needs to be changed, this is not working.

Beach is right in front of the door

Parking garage was full no parking available. All the street parking was also taken which caused a problem with no solution so u had to sit there and wait till somebody pulled out. Bed was also very hard.

Le parking de l’hôtel est trop petit et il n’y a pas assez de prises dans les chambres.

I like the cleanliness of the place, the emplacement is convenient and the staff was nice!

I stayed in a room where there was a connecting door to the other room (locked), so we could hear everything… The buffet breakfeast is good and varied, but the dinner one is way to expensive for what it is. Also, the smell of chlorure coming in the hotel Is so strong you think you are going to public pool.

We stayed for one week and we loved the location, the breakfast, the staff and the rooms, they were very clean!

The only thing I could say is parking in the hotel but the area is so good that there is a free parking right next to the hotel which has roof so it’s perfect. Half of the days we found parking in the hotel anyways

Zeer goed hotel met super vriendelijk personeel, vlakbij het strand. Ook de strandbar vind ik een aanrader.

De shuttle van en naar de luchthaven moest ik wel zelf betalen. Maar de sympathieke chauffeur Louis gaf mij een eerlijke prijs. (terugkeer op zondag!)

Sehr großes und komfortables Zimmer

Im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr laut. Das Personal räumt lustlos und laut Geschirr ab, was keine angenehme Atmosphäre zulässt. Der Spabereich ist gleich neben dem Hoteleingang. Eine Sauna war kaputt. Das "Gym" ist nur eine kleine einsichtige Ecke neben dem Pool.

Confort de l’hôtel face à la mer. Parking, bon petit déjeuner et restau testé un soir, très correct.

Onze frigo werkte niet. We hadden dit gemeld aan de receptie, maar niks aan gedaan. Hierdoor konden we ons water niet koelen voor de volgende dag

Alles, van zwembad tot sauna tot ontbijt tot kamer alles afgewerkt. Kamer was groot genoeg een wasdraad in de badkamer wat echt wel handig was. Ramen waren schuiframen, hadden geen balkon, konden zo ook de schoenen drogen die nat waren geworden. Ontbijt af meer moet het niet zijn. Hadden enkel ontbijt, heel de dag onderweg.

Niks, uitschuiver gedaan in de bergen en kreeg telkens een zak met ijs!!

La dame à l’accueil est très gentille. L’emplacement est parfait : juste au bord de la mer. Petit déjeuner très bon, vrai jus d’orange pressé, choix varié. Piscine très belle avec sauna. Parfait.

Il serait bien de mettre un vrai sèche cheveux. Parking sous terrain trop petit, difficile de se garer quand il est plein (ce qui est régulièrement le cas).

O hotel está muito bem localizado, tem excelentes condições, o pequeno almoço muito bom com bsatante variedade, é para voltar

Prettige kamer met Frans balkon en groot bed. Rotan stoelen. Gelegen aan het kiezelstrand. Parkeergarage inbegrepen. Redelijk goed ontbijt. Rustige ligging doordat de tunnel buiten gebruik is.

De prijs (190,-) voor één nacht LO was te hoog. Het hotel zelf hanteerde op dit moment aanbiedingen met 20% korting. Binnenbad is een open ruimte naast de receptie en sterke chloorlucht. Geen tuin of zitjes buiten. Dit hotel zou een eigen beachbar moeten bieden.

Glutenfreie Kost wurde nach Rücksprache veranlasst.

Mooi hotel, perfecte locatie. Kamer was ook heel groot en netjes. Personeel was heel vriendelijk!

Een heel klein puntje. Voor zo’n goed hotel is het jammer dat ze niet een betere koffieautomaat hebben bij de ontbijtzaal. Cappuccino die met chocolademelk wordt gemaakt is een klein beetje jammer.

Les chambres ont vue sur la mer. La piscine intérieure est chauffée à 30 degrés donc très agréable. Solarium sur le toit. Magnifique buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Bon accueil. Le parking en sous sol est un plus car il est compliqué de trouver une place. Une bonne adresse.

Lokatie. Zeer mooie Levada wandeling in hoger gelegen dorp. Parkeren bij de kerk en je kan een vrij vlak rondje lopen van ongeveer 7 km.

Heel vreemd open zwembad /sauna beneden in de hal.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We had a beachfront room on the second floor, and as the weather was beautiful, we had the windows wide open while we were there, allowing the beach sounds and smells to drift in. Ponta do Sol is a fantastic little town, in a spectacular setting, with trails coming in from each side. We were gutted we only had the 1 night there, as it would've been quite easy to fill in another day or two. As it is, the hotel location is perfect for doing the popular Levada do Moinha hike, as the start is only a few kms away, uphill. The included breakfast is one of the best we've had on Madeira so far, with a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes. We made use of the gym, which is pretty small and basic, but were still able to get in a suitable chest/triceps workout. There is an indoor pool next to the open gym, which looked great (and was popular), however we didn't use it. One of the better things about the hotel, which we were unaware of until we were there, is the rooftop relaxation area. There are various chairs and couches there, some in the open, and some undercover, but all with a fantastic view over the neighbouring roofs and ocean. Free parking is available in the underground carpark. Having completed our tour of the island of Madeira, this hotel is the stand-out choice of all our accommodation options, and as I mentioned previously, is the one that we really wish we'd had another night or two to spend at!

Some more gear in the gym would be nice, and maintenance on the gear you have (eg. the multi-function machine) would also be appreciated!

Hôtel idéalement placé en front de mer, chambre grande et confortable avec très bon lit. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux ! Personnel adorable et un plus pour le parking privé sous l'établissement.

Un mini-bar frais mais vide et une cafetière Nespresso serait la bienvenue.

Topplage in der ersten Reihe am Meer. Dementsprechend frontaler Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Brotauswahl. Auch sonst alles da. Service beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam. Die Architektur des Hotels, es sieht von Aussen aus wie eine bunte Häuserzeile, das finde ich vorbildlich. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr geräumig. Tolle Dusche. Es war Nachts herrlich ruhig, man hört nur das Meer rauschen. Bars und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. TV mit großer Auswahl an internationalen Sendern. Tolle Dachterasse. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Absolut empfehlenswert !

Recht laute Atmosphäre im Speisesaal durch größere Reisegruppen. Die Möblierung ist teilweise schon etwas älter, aber in einem guten Zustand.

The cleanliness is very good. The room was much bigger than I expected. The aircon is perfect, and keeps the room at perfect temperature all the time. The breakfast is superb, and great value.

Fantastic location with great views from the rooms and impeccably clean. Good to have on site parking available too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is tremendous so close to the water. The breakfast was great, especially the section with the fruits. Most of the personel was very nice especially one lady at dinner and breakfast. The pool water did not use (a lot of) chlorine which made it nice to swim in even without goggles.

The breakfast would be perfect if you would offer some local fruits as well. We and other guests had difficulties communicating with one of the servers during one dinner. It was difficult to understand the beverage options. A menu to handout would really be helpful here. The pool was cold, so you had to move to keep warm but the water is shallow so you can't really swim.
