The Peninsula was exactly what we needed for a completely relaxing holiday. We stayed 7 nights and didn’t leave the resort. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They upgraded us to a larger room which was very much appreciated. The pool facilities were great, certainly something for everyone. Although it was very busy you could generally find a quiet corner somewhere. The food was good and abundant however the restaurant was always really busy. I would definitely recommend going to the Meremeti restaurant which is unfortunately only open 3 nights per week.

The evening entertainment was hosted by a very loud French man which was right above our room and went until 11 pm. It is a very large resort so be prepared for lots of people.

Very beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. I really enjoyed the salted water pool and the view from it.

There can be a lot of noice in the evening due to a lot of events happening each night and since our room was just above the main pool we could hear everything. But it was all over by 11pm.

We were in this hotel for the 3 time. It must say something. We love absolutely everything, the food, the views, the hospitality. We always book a two bedroom room with a sea view and it worth that!

I don’t want to complain about it, but it would be nice to change beach towels and we couldn’t figure out how to do that

The staff were wonderful and kind. The hotel was generally very clean.

It does not have good access to the beaches, you have to walk a lot of steps to get there.

The staff made our stay really fabulous. We were so well looked after, everything was perfect.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to three (!) different beaches. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Dinner at the restaurant (not the dinning room) was great, and the view from both dining area and the resturant was truly breathtaking.

The dining options mainly cater to French tourists, so I was pleased to see a bit more chicken and beef offered at dinner.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The views were simply breathtaking and truly impossible to put into words. We had such a wonderful stay and felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!

The only redeeming quality of this resort was the view and proximity to two beaches.

The entire resort is poorly maintained and generally dirty. The overall layout is chaotic and hard to navigate. Stairs are steep, narrow, poorly lit, and often times uneven especially outside. Not enough elevators for how many floors the property spans and for the huge number of guests it holds. The beautiful scenery and greenery is often sullied by the disgusting odor of sewage. There is a sewage outlet that lets out right onto the steep main walkway/ramp with no hand rails that leads down to one of the beaches. It was spitting out sewage when we needed to use this walkway and several people slipped. We notified the front desk and they seem unbothered. We had to emphasize that people were slipping and this walkway was dangerous and then they said they’ll call someone to look at it. The food was on the level of school cafeteria food. Most food seemed catered to the tastes of tourists with few fresh or authentic Greek dishes available. Extremely lackluster variety and quality considering the price of staying here. The cocktails came from a spout and were not good. Our room was barely cleaned. Scuff marks on most furniture, spider webs in the bathroom, curtains were stained and dirty, the balcony door could not fully close, and AC had a very strong musty smell. Our room had a private pool which did not look like it had been cleaned for a while and had some mysterious black debris sitting at the bottom which turned us off from using it at all. On a Sunday night they were blasting club music from the main open area of the resort until 11pm. This area is in the middle of a huge number of rooms including ours and it kept us up.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec mini piscine d'eau (froide). L'alimentation est bonne , il manque des yahourts. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil de Aman toujours souriant et professionnel à la réception.

L accès à la mer est très escarpé , pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Les transats payants 25 euros par jour. A éviter : L'excursion Snorkelling à l'île de DIA vendu par l'hôtel : 1h30 d'attente en plein soleil pour me transfert vers l'hôtel.

La camera era spaziosa molto bella con una vista sul mare , consiglio di sceglere all inclusive per una stanza migliore e dei servizi aggiuntivi , come una cena offerta alla carta . Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che in camera c'era il frigo bar fornito e gratis . Lo consiglio per la spiaggia inclusa nella struttura con un mare bellisssimo . Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile , e la camera era pulita . All'interno della struttura ci sono molte attività divertenti da fare in compagnia e con la famiglia , come il qd e la moto d'acqua . È stata molto bella la serata withe party .Pranzi e cene a buffet con molta varietà e buona qualità . Ci tornerei volentieri .

La posizione ottima, a 30 minuti dall’aereo porto , situato su una scogliera con l’accesso a due piccole spiagge molto belle e un beach bar sulla scogliera con lettini ad utilizzo gratuito. Essendo in una piccola baia il mare è molto bello e calmo (fondale di sassi) Il cibo buono è abbastanza vario

Tutto perfetto… staff, organizzazione, cucina, intrattenimento, piscine e posizione perfetta con affaccio su due baie! La spiaggia del resort è sempre soleggiata e comodissima per tuffarsi direttamente nelle acque limpide e cristalline…Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica!

Сподобалось все. Ми дуже задоволені своєю відпусткою. Всім велике дякую! Персонал чудовий, дуже привітні, завжди готові допомогти. Все було дуже смачно і дуже великий вибір. Багато персоналу з України, тому це теж для нас був плюс. А найбільший плюс цього готелю-це краєвиди. Духу захоплювало від краси. Це один з найкращих готелів у яких ми бували.

Були маленькі дрібниці. Єдине, що нам не сподобалось, що анімація була на французькій мові, діти були залучені переважно французькомовні. Ще хотілося б щоб на стійці реєстрації розмовляв хтось німецькою мовою. Але в загальному, то все супер.

Note et classement de l’hôtel incompréhensible (faux commentaires ?) La faible qualité de la nourriture (hormis les crêpes) On se croirait à la cantine. Salle de restauration indoor fermée et désagréable en vacances. Coupure électricité récurrente ( gens bloqués dans l’ascenseur et l’accueil semblait résigné et assez désagréable!) Surbooking des chambres on avait réservé un bungalow et on a reçu une chambre familiale. La réception nous a balader …. La manager inefficace nous demandant chaque jour de repasser pour voir si un bungalow allait se libérer … Les boissons imbuvables (du coup la formule tout compris ne sert a rien…) Les cocktails sont imbuvables même l’eau et soda coca etc. (Horrible) Odeurs d’égouts dans la chambre et remontées dans la douche car les toilettes sont dans la douche et douche et non entretenue correctement. Chambre familiale très bruyante pour les enfants car les couloirs sont très passants et sans luminosité Au final hôtel peu chaleureux et bourré d’escaliers. Même le personnel est résigné! Sans oublier Mal de dos car literie très inconfortable Absence de couverture Piscine centrale sale Climatisation bruyante Bref que dire On voyage beaucoup mais la on est vraiment très déçu de la gestion de l’hôtel et la non resolution de tout ces problèmes…

The property is located just above the sea so you can have an amazing view, especially for sunrise.

We came here for the second time, because we liked our first experience in 2021. But this time was definitely the last time because we were really disappointed. First of all we booked a bungalow with sea view, and we got an family room with garden view. But the most disappointing thing was about cleanliness. I never stayed in a hotel room as dirty as this one, and the photos will speak more. The walls were peeling from the damp, the shower was extremely dirty and clogged, a sewer smell throughout the bathroom and the windows were covered in spiders. After a lot of complaining and discussions we had another room, not the one that we initially booked but a better one.

A beautiful hotel and facilities, food was great also for Kosher eaters. Entertainment was poor and apart from the main pool, the other pools didn't have any staff nor a proper bar and snacks, although its an all inclusive hotel. no lifeguards as well in any of the pools. Maria from the reception was amazing.

La comida es excelente. Tipica griega e internacional. De super buen sabor y variada. El personal es super amable y atendió todas nuestras necesidades. Amenities muy buenos como cancha de tenis, concrete beach privada directa al mar gratis para los huespedes. Nos encantó la experiencia y volveríamos!

Los tragos incluidos en el all inclusive eran directo desde una máquina, no te los preparaban en el momento, por lo que sabian artificial. El bar de la playa era pagado, por lo que si querias algo debias subir 3 pisos de escaleras para traer algun trago o comida. Solo estaba incluido el bar de 1 piscina. Preferiamos haber pagado más pero que incluya todo.

We spent a 5-day vacation at Peninsula Resort & Spa in 3 rooms with sea view. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and had an excellent view. When one of our rooms had a problem, we received extra attention and they moved us immediately to a better room. The food was very good with a variety of options. Great pools and a private beach. The staff was very polite and professional. A special extra recommendation goes to Victoria from room service!

Bel hôtel, très belle vue. Personnel très agréable (réception, ménage, service...). Equipe d'animation top, dynamique et francophone qui pourrait être plus exploitée pour les soirées (traduction en anglais). Chambre confortable. Literie confortable. Belles piscines.

Nourriture et boissons all inclusive mauvaises et peu variées. Impossible de dormir avant la fin des animations vers 23h car la scène est au milieu de l'hôtel. Manque de respect des autres vacanciers (cigarettes, gobelets qui volent partout, transats monopolisés toute la journée sans personne dessus). Soirées show pas terribles sauf la soirée grecque. Pas assez d'animations ados (instant ado c'est 30 minutes 2 fois par jour). 2 jours pour réparer une chasse d'eau qui fuit, c'est long. Pas d'eau chaude, elle est tout juste tiède. Plage de l'hôtel en béton avec transat et parasols payants. 2 petites plages de chaque côté, mais accès difficile. Une consommation de gobelets en carton hallucinante et il y en a partout. Spa: massage trop fort, j'ai eu d'énormes hématomes sur les cuisses, c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive.

We loved everything at Peninsula,the view is fantastic,the sea view room was great ,the staff very nice and smiley. I would like to mention the reeption team was amazing starting with Aman who welcomed us when we arrived at 5 am in the morning ,followed by some sweet ,happy very helpful ladies called Maria,Eirini ,Fotini. These people made our stay perfect. Also Christian ( the grill chef who in my opiniom was born smiling 😊). Also a special shout out for the entertainment team who were so much fun,and created amaxing activities during the day amd evenings. Aqua dance was the best and the disco nights were superb. The food was great ,nice variety, yummy greek dishes,the restaurant was open 24hrs,fruit and vegetables good quality,water bottles replenished im the room fridge daily(it does not happen in all 4 star hotels). Over all our stay was extraordinary!

I think the only aspect maybe that needs attention is for the animation team to try speaking English more because French was predominant but its not a negative bit just maybe to be considered for the guests

The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. They also thoughtfully prepared a lunch box and bottled water for each guest to take along when going out for the day. We could choose which foods we wanted to take with us, which was a really nice touch. The food was different every day, and on our last day, there was a seafood-themed meal. We were very satisfied with our stay! 👍

We found a very large cockroach above the toilet, but the hotel staff responded quickly and cleaned it up.

Cependant , il n’y a pas de bar à cet étage .

Gros point faible pour le restaurant qui s’apparente plus à une énorme cantine bruyante où l’on n’a pas envie de s’éterniser . Manque de diversité dans les plats . Restaurant non climatisé . Personnel du restaurant débordé et de ce fait pas très accueillant ni souriant . Les cocktails et softs de la formule All in ne sont vraiment pas bons . Si l’on veut quelque chose de correct , il faut payer . Toilettes de la piscine d’eau salée , sales et sans papier toilette ni savon pendant 24h parfois . Personne ne repasse en journée pour nettoyer . Nettoyage de la chambre à améliorer . Des cheveux partout qui de jour en jour n’étaient pas balayés … Les plages de sable à proximité : transats payants !

After an initially terrible start in this beautiful resort (a room with big cockroaches - something I had never seen before on the Greek islands), we got moved to a beautiful room with sea views and a large terrace. From that point on, it was the perfect holiday and everything was great. The location is breathtaking and despite the steep decent there is wonderful access to the sea for swimming (via a small beach and also a concrete platform with steps leading into deep water). The rooms are modern and spacious and with good housekeeping, though we just got unlucky with the first one. The buffet has a special “kids’ corner” which is pretty good. We would stay here again.

The check-in was difficult, with the receptionist not knowing where our room was (!). She searched for 15 minutes while we waited, and in the end had to ask her colleague. It’s a big resort but I was still surprised by this lack of competence. And it’s strange that the whole kids’ entertainment program is in French, with just a tiny bit of English, though the resort seems to attract people from all over Europe. Finally, the shower cabins are pretty dark and the food is OK overall but could be better, especially the fish.

The hotel was really graet. It is situated in very beautuful place. On place there is everything you need. Great food, three swimming pools, access to two beaches.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Am meisten hat uns das All-Inclusive-Konzept enttäuscht. Wir hatten uns auf gutes Essen und leckere Cocktails gefreut. Die im All Inclusive enthaltenen "Cocktails" wurden jedoch in Pappbechern serviert – wenn man Glück hatte, mit einer Scheibe Zitrone und ein paar Eiswürfeln. So etwas haben wir in keinem anderen All-Inclusive-Hotel erlebt. Hinzu kommt, dass Getränke an der Strandbar und in der Lobby gar nicht im All-Inclusive-Angebot enthalten waren. Auch das Personal wirkte überall völlig unterbesetzt – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Überall stand schmutziges Geschirr herum, die Tische wurden oft nicht richtig gereinigt und Getränke musste man sich selbst holen. Teilweise funktionierten die Zapfanlagen nicht und insgesamt machte der Restaurantbereich keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Wir fühlten uns eher wie in einer schlechten Mensa als in einem Hotelrestaurant und sind deshalb bereits nach dem ersten Tag lieber außerhalb essen gegangen. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr stark auf französische Gäste ausgerichtet. Die Animation sowie viele Programmpunkte fanden ausschließlich auf Französisch statt, sodass man sich als Gast aus einem anderen Land eher ausgeschlossen fühlte. Der Hauptpool war ständig voller Kinder, wodurch an Erholung kaum zu denken war. Deshalb sind wir auf den Salzwasserpool ausgewichen. Allerdings musste man dort die Liegen bereits früh morgens reservieren, da später praktisch keine freien Plätze mehr verfügbar waren. Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise erfüllt. Besonders das enttäuschende All-Inclusive-Angebot, die mangelnde Sauberkeit, der Personalmangel und die fehlende Organisation sorgen dafür, dass wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen können.

מקום נקי, נעים ורגוע על שפת הים. אהבנו הכל - החדר, הצוות, המיקום, האוכל :) לקחנו חדר משפחה שהיה מאד נוח ונעים. דלפק קבלה יעיל שטיפל במהירות בכל בקשה. אוכל עשיר ומגוון עם הרבה אפשרויות לצמחוניים. שתייה ונשנושים לאורך כל היום במסגרת הכל כלול. והכי חשוב - הים המהמם מסביב בכל מקום שתסתכלו.

לפעמים קשה למצוא מקום על שפת הבריכות. החופים הסמוכים קטנים וצפופים גם הם (הגענו בשיא העונה)

Kambaryje esantis privatus baseinas nešildomas. Gavome kambarį, kuriame saulės priėjimo beveik nėra, todėl degintis neįmanoma. Tad šildomas baseinas būtų pagerinęs situaciją, kadangi tomis dienomis buvo labai vėjuotas ir vėsus oras. Privačiu baseinu beveik nepasinaudojome dėl šalto vandens, tad ir sumokėta suma už kambarį atrodo per didelė.

Ми зупиняємось в цьому готелі вже третій рік поспіль. Це свідчить про якість готелю в який хочеться повертатися знову і знову! Готель побудований таким чином, що здається, що ви знаходитеся на кораблі! Куди б ви не йшли у вас буде неймовірний вид на море та гори! А світанки які!!!! Що створює особливу атмосферу в цьому готелі так це команда людей, яка працює задля вашого ідеального відпочинку! Ви відчуваєте, що чекали саме на вас! Якщо ви прибуваєте вночі, вас зустріне Тоні, яки надасть всю інформацію про готель, запропонує поїсти і покаже де відпочити. Зранку, Фатіні, королева цього готелю, зробить все можливе щоб ви отримали саме той номер, який вам сподобається! Вона взагалі має таку властивість допомагати з усіма питаннями та робити гостей щасливими! Аман, гарний молодий чоловік, завжди посміхається та допомагає! Чарівні дівчата Марія та Клаудія! І це тільки на рецепції! Бармени, прибиральниці, люди в ресторані всі привітні та усміхнені! Чекаємо на зустріч знову!

Неймовірні краєвиди та незабутній запах сухих критських трав !!! Три пляжі на любий смак де прозора, кришталева вода! До пляжу сходами вниз, але є басейни з морською водою, найсмачніша різноманітна та якісна їжа, багато овочів та фруктів. Купа розваг та екскурсій, до села Агія Пелагія 10-15 хвилин пішки. Також є автобус до Іракліону. Місце в яке хочеться повертатися знову і знову ❤️

The front-row sunbeds were frequently blocked by people sitting directly in front of them who weren’t hotel guests, and nothing was done about it, spoiling the experience for paying customers. Also worth noting is that not all bars are included in the all-inclusive package, so expect to pay extra in some areas. We enjoyed our four-night stay, and that felt about the right length. Personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here for a two-week holiday. The location is very good - stunning sea view from my room! Two public beaches couple of minutes walk from the hotel. One is more rocky than the other - please keep in mind when travelling with children. The room was clean and spacious. Amazing animation team.

The breakfasts were too basic and even stuff like sausages were not of the highest quality - my son could hardly find something to eat in the morning. Lunch and dinner were much better though selection of fruits could be better. The cleanliness of the main restaurant left much to be desired - this is something to work on for sure.

Our honeymoon here was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend this resort! Everything was amazing, but here is what we loved the most: ​Hospitality: The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from day one. ​The Views and Pools: The splendid sea views from our room, the private pool and the beautiful pools were breathtaking. ​The Food: Every meal was delicious. A special mention goes to the Meremeti Restaurant, where we had a truly exceptional dining experience! ​Facilities: We loved the private beach and the convenience of the bars, where you could always get something outside of regular meal times. ​We left with beautiful memories and we would return in a heartbeat!

Just a light comment about the evening entertainment mainly spoken in French language that we could not understand.

Les cocktails compris dans le all inclusive n’etaient pas fameux malheureusement.

Ho fatto un pasticcio con la prenotazione e lo staff (in particolare la signora Fotini, che tra l’altro parla perfettamente italiano) non solo ha risolto il problema ma ha fatto l’upgrade dandoci una stanza familiare. Sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo resort perché nonostante sia una grande struttura c’è molta attenzione al cliente. Ha accesso ad una bella spiaggetta. Le piscine sono molto belle. Cibo vario e buono.

El cuarto bonito, la vista espectacular y un hotel resort amplio. La parte en la playa es bueno.

La decoración de la parte central del hotel podría estar actualizada y elevaría el hotel mucho. La gente colgaba su ropa de los balcones que afea el hotel. El comedor y la piscina central están congestionados.

Tutto la vista meravigliosa pulizia ottima personale ottimo .. tre spiagge di cui due meravigliose !!! Attività la sera .. è stata una bella sorpresa questo hotel molto romantico … unica pecca il cappuccino ma il resto tutto top … gestito bene anche per chi ha bisogno di partenze la sera senza stanza con possibilità di doccia con asciugamani puliti tutti i comfort . Una vacanza a cui non pensi a nulla solo rilassarti. Tornerò … perché mi è rimasto nel cuore . Vi consiglio stanza vista mare per un effetto wow .. mi ha lasciata a bocca aperta svegliarsi così .. da sogno

Nulla… piccola pecca per gli italiani il cappuccino … ovviamente se si paga nelle spiagge dove ci son i bar a mio avviso c’è più qualità … però per il resto non c’era una cosa fuori posto . Veramente bello son rimasta contenta . Perché hanno puntato sulla qualità oltre che la vista mozzafiato .

The food was really bad and not local. I don’t think they gave a proper chef.

This is the 4th time we stayed in this property. We live the all inclusive package and the space and coziness of the sea view room. The rasy beach access. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, to go to Heraklion city centre. The staff in the resort is helpful, and geniunely kind. The check-in receptionist, Claudius from the restaurant and Constantina from the beach bar.

No enought beds and place at the swimming pool for people to sit. We remain without visiting the swimmkng pool becouse of that in both swimming pools

C'est un très grand complexe avec beaucoup de chambres. Mais un peu en dehors du centre ce qui est très agréable. L'hôtel propose absolument tous les services. Il y a deux piscines avec vue sur la mer, des escaliers pour descendre à deux plages différentes. Le buffet pour le souper était varié, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Nagyon szép helyen volt, finomak voltak az ételek, több különböző hangulatú és adottságú strand is volt a közvetlen közelben, a felár ellenében vehető koktélok nagyon finomak voltak

Néha kicsit rugalmatlan volt a személyzet, az ételek talán kicsit lehettek volna változatosabbak

בית מלון שיש בו הכל לחופש משפחתי. אוכל טעים בשפע ותמיד יש מה למצוא לבררנים קטנים. חדר אוכל ענק ונקי. צוות אדיב, תגובה מהירה לכל השאלות ובקשות שלנו. שתי בריכות, כמה יציאות לים, אופציה להזמנת סיורים ואטרקציות שונות. חנות נוחות למי ששכח את הציוד שלו בבית. פעילות ערב מגוונת ולא בהכרח דורשת שליטה בשפה אנגלית או צרפתית. מי שיש לו בעיה עם מוזיקה כדאי לקחת חדר ללא חלונות לכיוון בריכה עם מים מתוקים. יש לציין שעל פי מדיניות המלון מוזיקה נסגרת בשעה 23:00 ואומדים על כך. לא חייב אוטו למרות שאנחנו הינו עם רכב בגלל שאוהבים להרגיש חופשי במידה ומתחשק לצאת לאיזה יעד. חניה בחינם לא גדולה אבל בדרך כלל אין בעיה עם המקום. מקום יפה יפה, ירוק ומטופח עם נוף מדהים. חדרים בכל מיני סוגים, רק לבחור מה שיתאים לכם.

לאחר המלצת צוות בדלפק קבלה הזמנו ארוחה במסעדת שף נפרדת של המלון (יש להזמין לפחות 3 ימים לפני). קיבלנו בסך הכל אוכל באותה רמה שיש בחדר אוכל, רק שהגשה היתה מפוארת יותר. סלט היה ממש אותו דבר ובשר יבש מידי לעומת מה שאכלנו בארוחת ערב "רגילה". היה גם בלאגן עם כמות הסועדים. הזמנו לשלוש אנשים וכאשר הגענו השולחן היה ערוך רק לשנים. המלצריות בררו הכל והוסיפו את מה שחסר אבל ההרגשה כבר ירדה.

Struttura abbastanza datata su più livelli, con tantissime scale per spostarsi dalla zona comune alle piscine e al mare. Arredamento basico. Pulizia da migliorare. Cibo discreto

We had a enjoyable family stay at Peninsula Resort. The location is beautiful, with stunning sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our family apartment with a sea view was spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The pools (recommend the one with the salt water), tennis courts, and facilities made it a good place for a peaceful holiday. The staff were kind and welcoming. Due to our delayed late-night flight, we were warmly received and offered night access to the restaurant, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. On our departure day, as we had a late flight, we were also provided with a place to shower and change after check-out. Thank you for this thoughtful hospitality. The food was varied and tasty, with different dishes available each day. We really appreciate the gluten-free options - there is a full gluten free plate for breakfast etc - you just need to ask the staff. It is a good place if you have this kind of allergy and seek a hotel in Crete. We enjoyed the sea-front area which is a concrete deck rather than „beach”. Nevertheless it is a nice spot for swimming and snorkling. Majority of guest are French thus are entertaiment, animation is held in French. There are also many Polish people and from other european countries. The hotel is rather calm and relaxed. People are ok for each other.

There are a few areas for improvement. We unfortunately encountered some cockroaches during our stay. The beach sunbed policy at the beach could also be enforced more consistently, as reserved areas were not always respected. The gym is very small, has limited equipment, and the reservation system was not always followed. The only aspect that did not meet our expectations was the all-inclusive drinks. While the food was very good, the included cocktails were very poor, and we were informed that if we want proper coctails we  need to pay extra (such as a proper Piña Colada [charged 10 euro per coctail] or iced coffee) were only available for an additional charge. Also - some bars and places are not included in AI option. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the resort to families and anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday by the sea.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de sport. Je l’ai mentionné 4x à la réception et on me a dit qu’un technicien allait la réparer. Or, cela n’a pas fonctionné de toute la semaine. De plus, le tapis roulant était défectueux (il n’a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours) La TV dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Impossible de suivre correctement un match de foot. L’image se brouillait régulièrement.
