Das Seaside ist wirklich das schönste Hotel bzw. Resort, in dem ich je war! Ich und mein Partner waren total begeistert und sind verliebt in diesen Ort. Das Ambiente, das Essen, das Personal, die ganze Atmosphäre - alles ist toll dort. Vor allem möchte ich die wirklich lieben Mitarbeiter hierbei hervorheben, weil jeder wirklich so nett und freundlich war. Auch der Tennis Coach Vasilis für eine private Tennis Lesson war super. Und das Essen - jeden Tag 3x Wahnsinns Buffet mit Variation! Die Pizzen 10/10. Auch die Speisen mit Meeresfrüchten toll. Und dann diese herausragende Patisserie... Wow!

Ich gebe dem Hotel gerne 10/10 Bewertung - die paar Punkte sind nur das I-Tüpfelchen, die noch Verbesserungspotenzial haben. Die Zimmer könnten etwas genauer gereinigt (Boden wischen, Ordnung, etc) werden und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre auch sehr toll. Genauso wie, dass der Handtuchservice und Poolbars erst im Laufe des Vormittags aufmachen, denn nach dem Frühstück wäre es super direkt zum Pool und Kaffee zu gehen. Aber overall wirklich top alles! Deswegen kein Punktabzug.

Our stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort in Crete was truly more than we ever could have dreamed of for our honeymoon From the very beginning, communication with the resort was excellent. The team arranged our airport transfer, and from the moment we arrived, the staff throughout the entire resort went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel incredibly special. The property’s setting is absolutely majestic, overlooking the sea and beautiful Mononaftis Bay. The views were honestly insane everywhere you looked—it almost didn’t feel real. Between the endless blue water, dramatic coastline, and beautiful surroundings, we genuinely felt like we were in utopia. The entire property is beautifully designed, and the dining areas, pools, and lounges were luxurious in both style and comfort. Whether we were having a meal, relaxing by the pool, or just sitting and taking in the views, everything felt peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly well thought out. We were absolutely blown away when we learned that our room had been upgraded to one with a private pool overlooking the sea. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful surprise and made our stay feel even more romantic and special...easily one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The food was spectacular. Everything tasted fresh, there were so many options, and the selections changed daily, so there was always something new to try. We looked forward to every meal! One of the biggest surprises was the evening entertainment: synchronized swimmers and even mermaids! What stood out most, though, was the incredible hospitality. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. We could not have imagined a more perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Endless THANK YOUS to the entire team at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort for making it so unforgettable. We left with the most incredible memories and would return in a heartbeat!

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders mit unseren türkischen Kollegen waren wir sehr zufrieden – sie waren äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Dafür möchten wir +1 Punkt bzw. einen besonderen Pluspunkt :) vergeben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

החדרים לא מתאימים לרמה של 5 כוכבים. לא מעוצבים ברמה גבוהה וקצת ישנים. הבריכות במי מלח, לא מים רגילים.

השירות היה מעל ומעבר! תמיד לנסות לשדרג ולעזור בכל דבר אפשרי! הכל נקי, חדרים ששודרגנו היו מושלמים. קיבלנו מחוות לחדר פעמיים. הנופים במלון עומרי נשימה.

האוכל בסדר אבל לא מדהים. חשוב לשים לב איזה חדר מזמינים כי יש מעט חדרים שאינם ברמה גבוהה כמו החדר הפשוט נם הנוף הצידי לים הוא לא ברמה גבוהה. ולאחר שהתלוננו על כך שודגרנו לחלק מהלילות לחדר סוויטה 2 קומות עם נוף לים מרהיב ואז לחדר עם בריכהפרטית לללילה נוסף.

Un séjour exceptionnel et extrêmement reposant Tout était parfait ! Un hôtel exceptionnel pour un séjour placé sous le signe de la détente et du repos. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse. Les différentes vues sur la mer, depuis plusieurs endroits de l’hôtel, sont tout simplement sublimes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement équipées et aménagées avec du mobilier de qualité. Côté restauration, c’est également un sans-faute : les buffets proposent une grande variété de plats, avec une qualité digne d’un restaurant gastronomique. Les restaurants à la carte sont également excellents. Une mention spéciale pour les desserts, réalisés par un chef pâtissier : ils sont aussi beaux que recherchés et délicieux ! Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation à tous ceux qui souhaitent se déconnecter, se ressourcer et profiter d’un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique.

La seule chose à améliorer serait l’eau de la piscine vraiment trop salée d’avantage que la mer. De plus à savoir la petite crique voisine est vite surchargée en pleine saison, notamment à cause des nombreux transats qui occupent une grande partie de l’espace.

Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er een paar dingen gebeurd waar ik verder geen details over zal geven, omdat alles snel en professioneel werd opgelost. Dat gaf ons een fijn gevoel en liet zien dat er echt naar ons werd geluisterd. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht vanuit onze kamer (80) en het eten was erg lekker. Tot slot wil ik Bianca, Răzvan, Valentina, David en Glykeria hartelijk bedanken voor de geweldige service, hun vriendelijkheid en de warme gastvrijheid. Zij hebben ons verblijf extra prettig gemaakt! David en Glykeria nogmaals bedankt voor het ontbijt :)

This is by far the best all-inclusive hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are incredible and it’s so peaceful and relaxing. Amongst our favourite things, there was: 1) Excellent food all around, especially as far as all-inclusive goes. There is a main restaurant as well as several à la carte options which were also fab. Fresh crepes / waffles available at the pool bar as well as all-day snacks in case you get peckish. We were really impressed with the quality of the food overall, and during a 2-week stay we never really got bored 2) Service / hospitality - everyone from the reception, guest services, housekeeping, bar staff to restaurant servers (shout out to Mara and Razvan, the best duo in the main restaurant!) were so warm, attentive and friendly, they even had all our drinks orders memorised! Thank you for making our trip even more special. 3) Facilities - room was excellent, we were staying in the cape suite so we had our own pool and sun beds, but other guests said that it was always possible to find sunbeds in the other pools. The spa treatments were wonderful and the gym was amazing, very well equipped. We really enjoyed taking fitness classes with Theofilos and had a wonderful private padel class with Vasilis - highly recommend both of these! Thank you for an unforgettable trip, we hope to be back soon!

Not a negative point but just something to be mindful of for future guests (in case of accessibility / mobility issues) - as the resort is on a cliff, there are a fair amount of stairs / hills, depending on where your room is. For us this was not an issue, but again, something to be aware of and perhaps to enquire about in advance if you need assistance :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed our holiday very much. This was actually our second time staying here, which says a lot about how much we liked the hotel the first time. We were happy to see how few things had improved over the past year. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. There was a good variety of dishes, everything was tasty, and this year we noticed a much better selection of seafood. There was definitely more seafood than during our previous stay, which was a very pleasant improvement. All the staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We always felt well taken care of, and the service was one of the things that made our stay so enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also loved the thoughtful welcome touches, receiving wine and sweets as a compliment was such a nice gesture and made us feel welcomed. Another improvement we noticed this year was the internet. During our previous stay, the connection could have been better, but this time it was noticeably faster and more reliable, which was great.

There is only one thing I would like to mention as constructive feedback. The hotel offers an early breakfast. We used this option twice, both times at 6:30 a.m. Once because we were going to Santorini for the day and once on our departure day. Unfortunately, the early breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection consisted mainly of several types of cereal with nuts, one type of cold cuts, very salty cheese, one type of bread and a small amount of fruit. Coffee was also supposed to be available, but on both occasions nobody came to offer us coffee, even though the lady setting the tables told us that someone would come shortly. However, I did not deduct any points from our overall rating because the rest of our experience was excellent. We simply hope the hotel will take this feedback into consideration. Perhaps it would be better either not to offer an early breakfast in its current form, or to improve it by adding ready-made sandwiches, boiled eggs and a couple of types of pastries. Even a small improvement in the early breakfast selection would make a big difference for guests who have to leave before the regular breakfast starts. I added photos of early breakfast

The staff was super accommodating and made you felt completely taken care of. We were given a room upgrade and did not have to lift a finger our whole stay.

The only complaint I would have is that the music played after dinner is quite loud and goes till 10-11.

מקום מהמם! על צוק משקיף על חוף ים היסטרי. אוכל ברמה גבוהה וצוות ממש נחמד. חדרים מאוד מאוד נקיים ויש מענה לכל מה שצריכים.

אין בבריכה תפריט שאפשר להזמין ממנו סתם אם רוצים לנשנש וזה קצת מבאס שצריך ללכת כל הזמן לחדר אוכל.. בשהייה של 4 לילות אפשר להזמין רק למסעדה אחת וגם שם זה תפריט קבוע מראש ואי אפשר להזמין מה שרוצים. באופן כללי האוכל טוב אבל דיי חזרתי.

Overall, we would rate our experience very highly. The hotel offers much more than a comfortable room-it provides a complete resort experience where the accommodation, pools, food, drinks and relaxation areas all work together beautifully. We were kindly upgraded to a room connected to a smaller shared pool. It was not a completely private pool, but it was shared between only a limited number of rooms, which made it feel much more peaceful and exclusive than the main pool areas. Having direct access from the room was a wonderful addition, especially in the morning or later in the afternoon when we wanted to swim and relax without going to the busier parts of the resort. The upgrade genuinely elevated our stay. The hotel also has two main swimming pools, each with a different atmosphere. One is larger and livelier, while the other is smaller and more intimate. Both pools are beautiful, well integrated into the resort and have their own bars, so drinks and refreshments are always easily accessible. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, it was very convenient to be able to order what we wanted throughout the day without constantly thinking about additional charges. The lower pool was probably the most distinctive. It provides access to a very unique and secluded relaxation area where guests can step away from the more active parts of the resort, sit quietly and completely switch off. It feels like a hidden retreat within the hotel-an ideal place to enjoy the surroundings, relax in silence and disconnect from everything. The upper pool has a different character. It is conveniently located near the hotel entrance and close to the massage and wellness area, making it easily accessible when arriving at the resort or combining a pool day with a treatment. This part of the hotel feels more connected to the central facilities while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.

חסר לי חלל המיועד לעבודה, לשבת כמה שעות , לפתוח לפטופ ולעבוד. בעידן של היום כל מקום יכול להפוך גם למקום עבודה ובמלון הזה לא ניתנה האופציה לעבוד משום מקום.

Τα εστιατόρια είναι εκτός all inclusive μπορείς να επισκεφθεις μόνο το μπουφέ διαφορετικά να πληρώσεις έξτρα και τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν room service. Είχαμε δωμάτιο swip up και παρόλο που ερχόταν συχνά άτομο με αναψυκτικά θα θέλαμε να είχαμε και τη δυνατότητα room service all inclusive για σνακ και ποτά από το μπαρ που ήταν λίγο μακριά και έπρεπε να πηγαίνουμε να παίρνουμε εμείς.

Все было замечательно - от встречи на ресепшене до всего времени пребывания. Нам не хотелось покидать территорию, настолько было комфортно и удобно. Потрясающе вкусная еда, отзывчивый персонал, великолепно оборудованный спорт зал, шикарный домик с личным бассейном. Огромное спасибо! Превзошли наши ожидания!

Staff were very attentive, loved the cocktails and pools. Effie the cleaner was so friendly and always got us enough water for the room! Loved the Greek restaurant !! Very fresh and a lovely fine dining experience. Also liked umi restaurant and beautiful views.

The buffet food got very boring! It would be nicer to have themed nights - Mexican, Spanish - tapas, Italian etc. Loved the Greek restaurant- would love food like this at the buffet! The entertainment at night was not good especially with the Cuban man the other day who kept picking on people :( Even some Greek dancing or Greek music would have been nice. It would be nice to have a third or fourth bar as they got very repetitive considering we also stayed at these bars during the day while sunbathing! Oceano restaurant we felt very rushed and staff wanted to get us out!

Personeel & locatie zijn fantastisch.

We hebben een goede week gehad in Seaside Resort op Kreta. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig, het eten is uitstekend en ook de gym is top en goed uitgerust. Toch zijn de kamers duidelijk aan renovatie toe. Ze zijn oud, versleten en passen niet meer bij het niveau dat het hotel verder uitstraalt. Ook hadden wij last van een onaangename rioollucht. Bij het lezen van andere reviews en na gesprekken met andere gasten blijkt dat deze klacht helaas vaker voorkomt. We hebben wel een andere kamer gekregen maar die had het probleem ook…. Al met al hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad. Met gerenoveerde kamers en een structurele oplossing voor de rioollucht zou dit hotel absoluut vijf sterren kunnen verdienen. Nu is dit meer een prima 4 sterren hotel.

הכול פשוט 10 מתוך 10! ⭐️ החל מהרגע הראשון בקבלה, מרגישים שמגיעים לריזורט שמכבד את עצמו – ובעיקר מכבד את הלקוחות שלו. השירות הוא ללא ספק אחד הדברים שהכי הרשימו אותנו. כל הצוות, ללא יוצא מן הכלל, היה נעים, אדיב, מחויך ושירותי. לא נתקלנו אפילו בנותן שירות אחד שלא היה מוכן לעזור, לתת יד או לעשות מעל ומעבר כדי שהשהייה שלנו תהיה מושלמת. מה שהיה הכי בולט הוא שמעולם לא נתקלנו ב"לא". ביקשנו שדרוג לחדר – במקום לסרב, בדקו מה אפשר לעשות ונתנו לנו את המענה הטוב ביותר שיכלו. ביקשנו עזרה בהזמנת מסעדות ובהסעות – הכול נעשה בחיוך, בסבלנות וברצון אמיתי לעזור. גם האוכל ראוי לציון מיוחד – ברמה של מסעדות! כל האוכל בבופה מבושל במקום מאחורי הפס ככה שרואים הכל! כל מנה שאכלנו הייתה טעימה, איכותית ומושקעת, עם מגוון רחב ואיכות שלא תמיד מוצאים אפילו במסעדות טובות. קינוחים ברמת קונדיטוריה, שלא מביישת את פריז! המלון כולו משדר איכות, השקעה וירידה לפרטים הקטנים. מרגישים שהמטרה היא לא רק לספק חדר ולינה, אלא ליצור חוויית אירוח אמיתית, מפנקת ובלתי נשכחת. ללא ספק אחד המלונות הטובים שהתארחנו בהם, ואנחנו כבר מחכים לחזור!

We had an incredible few days here. The location is stunning with all the dreamy views and clear sea you could want, the staff were the perfect balance of friendly and attentive without being OTT, the food was great quality and options for all diets, fab massages from Maria and Irene.

Not a ‘didn’t like’ but a helpful side note: lots of stairs and steep hills around the complex.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the attention we received was second to none. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with plenty of loungers by the pools available every day. The food in the Veranda restaurant is also great with plenty of options available and really tasty food. However, the best thing about this hotel are the staff. The cleaners did a great job every day, and special mention to Dina and Elina in the restaurant who were super friendly every day. The pool bar staff and the guest services staff were amazing, and when I fell ill towards the end of the trip they were so helpful and organised medicine from the pharmacy and a doctor visit. We also enjoyed the entertainment, particularly the traditional cretan dancers and the saxophonists.

We had an incredible stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort! Everything was beautiful, modern, clean, and stylish. The service was truly 5-star, and the views are simply 10/10 from every corner of the resort. The all-inclusive food was delicious and offered plenty of variety, while the à la carte restaurants were absolutely outstanding — definitely worth trying! We also loved the beautiful walking path down to the beach. The resort has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. A truly wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the perfect getaway. We would happily return! ❤️

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have better irons available.

Although it is relatively a big resort the personal touch does not disappear. The staff all round were always willing to serve with a smile. It is the small things, like glasses and plates that gets quickly removed and not standing forever on tables. I have to mention the food. I am not sure how the chefs get it right but the food is of exceptional standard at all the restaurants. We wentfor dinner one evening at their Oceanos restaurant. The view, the food, the service will always be remembered.

Prachtig uitzicht, perfecte ligging, goede kwaliteit en variatie van het eten, service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel (dit is echt extreem goed), prachtig gerenoveerde resto’s en publieke ruimtes. Ook mooie zwembadzones (zetels kunnen wel iets nieuwer en staan dicht bij elkaar, maar net ok) Wij kregen een prachtige upgrade omwille van wat opmerkingen rond de kamer en we zijn het hotel hier ontzettend dankbaar voor, dit maakte ons verblijf top. Het personeel is echt ontzettend behulpzaam en zeer klantgericht, geen vraag is hen teveel.

Kamers zijn ruim, wij hadden een loft suite … maar de kamerfaciliteiten zijn wat verouderd en kunnen beter. Hoewel er wel alles wordt aan gedaan deze netjes en proper te houden. De druk van het stromend water in de douche in combi met een verouderde douchekop was niet goed, kleine badkamer met wat schimmel en bij te werken siliconen, een smal dubbel bed (150cm) met doorgelegen matras en versleten kussens, vlekken op stoffering van zetels, geen usb laadpunten, … Maar we kregen een prachtige upgrade naar een betere kamer en de eerdere (dit was een loft suite) was snel vergeten.

There was an unpleasant smell sometimes in the room, but I could not figure out if it was when the a/c was starting up or if it was the toilet system….it was upp and down with the unpleasant smell.

All inclusive drinks are exceptionally bad! There are too many stairs in the club to go the sea, to the room, the restaurant, on average be ready to go up 200 steps a day. Evening entertainments needs to improve.

Lovely stay for our mini-moon! Having our own pool in the room was such a bonus too, food at the buffet is incredible best we've ever had at an all inclusive, deserts so so good!! We also ate at Umi and Oceano and both were so lovely, welcome treat of turkish delight and wine was really nice, the hotel does cost a lot of money but it is a very special place! The whole hotel is very well kept and lots of entertainment thats not 'tacky' like a sax night was so good!

Room could have been a bit more luxurious - curtain was partly off of its hooks and shower room is very very dark

The breakfast is great! The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is amazing.

We got many messages from the hotel about not to reserve the sunbeds and when we got to the pool there were stuff on the sunbeds (other people reserved) and we needed to contact guest relations of the hotel to remove the stuff. No AC in the gym. The entitled dinner is set menu with small plates.

We spent our honeymoon here, and it truly felt like a dream. We already miss it and can't wait to come back someday! What made our stay so special was the incredible staff. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thank you to the amazing manager, Glykeria, who made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. Every restaurant experience was outstanding. I don't remember everyone's names, but Dimitrios at the Greek restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The girls at Oceano were wonderful, and our evening at Calea with Manos and his colleague (whose name I think started with a D) was unforgettable. The food, service, and atmosphere at every restaurant exceeded our expectations. Our room had the most breathtaking view, and waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. We also loved having our private pool on the balcony, it made our honeymoon even more special. The buffet was delicious every single day, with so much variety and excellent quality. We also really enjoyed all the activities available, especially pickleball and padel. It was such a fun way to spend our days. The beach is just a few steps away and is absolutely beautiful. Watching the stunning sunsets there every evening was one of the highlights of our stay. Everything about this place was perfect. From the incredible hospitality to the amazing food, breathtaking views, beautiful beach, and fantastic facilities, it gave us memories we'll cherish forever. Above all, it was the people who made this place so special. Every single member of the team contributed to making our honeymoon unforgettable. Everything was perfect. If I had to mention a few small areas for improvement, here they are: 1. It would be great if the floors could be dusted or vacuumed before being mopped, as this would make the cleaning process even more thorough. 2. The room doors could also be adjusted, as they currently require a bit of force to close and can therefore be quite noisy. If neighboring guests are opening and closing their doors early in the morning or late at night, it can easily wake you up. 3. One more suggestion would be to install mosquito screens on the balcony doors, as mosquitoes are definitely a real thing! 😊 These are honestly just very minor details. Everything else was exceptional, and addressing these small points would simply make an already amazing experience even better.

The hotel sits on a rocky cliff, overlooking a beautiful bay. The views are breathtaking. The staff is incredibly lovely and hardworking and they really made our stay. We stayed at Casa Swim Up Sea View, the shared infinity pool is fantastic. The food is not your standard All-Inclusive, as a picky eater, I loved every single dish I had, the variety is incredible! This is the first time when I felt like the buffet at an All-Inclusive was not repetitive. Even after 7 days we did not get bored with the food. The drinks at the main Panorama bar were very nice as well, lots of choices included in AI. We ate at two a la carte restaurants. Oceano was nice but we prefered UMI, the food was amazing. Pools are lovely, perfect temperature, so many different lounging spots to choose from so you dont get bored of the same location easily. The sunbeds are super comfortable. This is the first hotel where we have seen the "no sunbed reservation" rule being enforced. The staff collects the towels on unoccupied sunbeds early in the morning and thanks to this, there is always a sunbed available at pretty much any time of day. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with palms, trees and flowers. Every single corner of the hotel is simply stunning, the design is impeccable. There is a lovely little beach with crystal clear waters next to the resort (lots of water activites available) and you can easily reach it by a picturesque trail going down from the pool bar or by an elevator and a short walk. We are definitely going to be back!

-our sharing pool sea view room was absolutely gorgeous but keep in mind that your experience will depend on your neighbours. We had a very loud (always drunk) group staying next door during all the 7 nights there (thankfully, they were only loud during the day), so our pool was noisier than the main pool despite being shared with only 6 other rooms. Obviously, someone else's inconsiderate behaviour is not the hotel's fault, it is just something to keep in mind when choosing your room type. -very loud generator (AC?) directly next to our room. It did not run all day, only early morning and late afternoon (probably when someone in the neighbouring room turned on the AC), but it was very loud. Apparently, the hotel knows about the issue and they are in the process of moving these devices to a more discreet place which is great. -drink quality at the pool bar could be better but this is pretty much a standard at AI resorts and there was always something nice to choose from, for example Aperol Spritz was very nice -the pool bar and the main Panorama bar need more waiters. We did not mind waiting for our drinks at all, however I feel like the staff was overworked at the busiest hours and could use some help -very small and stuffy luggage room with toilet and shower. It is great that the hotel has a facility to use after you check out, however the area was very small and hot

The food and restaurants were amazing, pools and pool services were great. Loved the location and views. The grounds were so well kept and staff were very helpful and friendly. Evening entertainment was good and had a good variety.

I had mentioned to staff before arriving that we were coming on honeymoon. A little congratulations card of bottle of prosecco or something would have been nice. Also, the communal shower rooms are very hot and claustrophobic and could be cooler and better aired. We also thought it may have been nice to have some music whilst we were hanging around the communal pools throughout the day.

A remarkable experience…… the resort itself is a given( great comfort, options, food, drinks etc etc)but the real magic is in the staff……. the customer-centric training of each and every staff member is exceptional……we travelled a long way for this experience and we were not disappointed……. thank you

Ein paar Optimierungsmöglichkeiten: - Es gibt wenig richtige Schattenplätze rund um die Pools. - Ein Polstermenü bzw. zwei verschiedene Arten (weicher und härter) von Polstern wären super.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Ein besseres Hotel hätten wir uns auf Kreta wirklich nicht aussuchen können. Das AI Buffet war jeden Tag sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich. Wir durften zwei A la Carte Restaurants besuchen wir haben uns für das Oceano und das Umi entschieden - beides top! Mein Partner schwärmt heute noch von dem Chicken Teriyaki aus dem Umi. Das Personal wirklich klasse und aufmerksam!! Es gab leider Gäste, die den freien Alkohol ausgenutzt haben und uns sowie auch andere Gäste sehr gestört haben am Pool - nachdem wir dies gemeldet haben wurde sich auch direkt darum gekümmert, indem Rezeption und Security kamen. Ich war außerdem über meinen Geburtstag dort und habe eine kleine Torte bekommen. Gegen Ende des Aufenthaltes haben wir noch selbstgemachtes Olivenöl geschenkt bekommen!

Nichts auszusetzen!! Was uns nur aufgefallen ist: ist gibt fast keine freien Steckdosen in den Zimmern, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Overall, everything was very good except for the food. There weren’t many options, and the food ran out quickly. It also wasn’t always refilled, and sometimes entire sections remained empty with trays left unfilled. The pool bars were not open all day, and they offered a very limited menu. The staff provided excellent service, but the food was disappointing and was definitely the main reason for my lower rating.

The bugs! I understand the importance of non-toxic environments but the property should consider a solution to the mosquito problem. My group, as well as many other guests, were sharing mosquito repellent. Also, the pool bar closes too early. The term “swim up room/suite” should be changed to shared private pool. There is no swim-up option. I shared a pool with 8 other suites and had to leave out of my room to get to it. Umi restaurant has the best cocktails. Some should be offered at the late night bar. Restaurants should add a 3rd or 4th seating and limit guests to 1.5hrs so that more people can experience the offerings.

Nejlepší hotel na líbánky jaký si můžete přát. Krásný a vkusný hotel, pohodová atmosféra a vynikající jídlo formou all-inclusive. Pokoj byl krásný s výhledem na moře, tichý, úklidová služba udržovala neustále pořádek v pokojích i v celém areálu. Bazény byly krásné, lehátka pohodlná, drinky a kávy dobrá, ale nejlepší bylo jídlo a luxusní zákusky na oběd a večeři. Restaurace taktéž skvělé s krásným výhledem. Krásný západ slunce nad resortem. Doprovodný program každý večer ale nikoho neruší a neobtěžuje. Super krásné fitko a protáhnutí, padel, tenis, pilates, wellness se saunami a masážemi. Celkové skvělý zážitek a lepší pohyb už jsme si ani nemohli přát. 100% doporučuji !

First, the resort is very picturesque with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains in the background. Also, we received an upgraded room with a private pool. Second, there were stylish and reasonably priced bags and jewelry available for purchase at the market. The icing on the cake was a sales associate at the market who was very knowledgeable and kind, and not pushy. She made me want to shop there, and my sister and I returned for a second round of purchases. Third, the reception and housekeeping staff are very efficient and kind. There were also a number of extremely kind waiters. One remembered our drink orders and made us feel welcome.

Access to the restaurants other than the buffet is too limited. Reservations can one be made once within three days and was only available for one of three specialty restaurants. Also, we had a 6:20 a.m. car pickup for a scheduled tour and requested a 5:45 a.m. breakfast. I had to walk to the reception to let them know no one was in the restaurant after waiting 10 minutes. There appeared to be only two staff members on duty. Nonetheless, the young man at the reception area was very professional and assured me someone would be there in minutes. Shortly after, an older man who I had just observed assisting early guests with luggage unwrapped dessert items that were sitting out and provided us with hot coffee and yogurt. He was very diligent, but the chef did not arrive until after 6 am. We had to leave at 6:10 to meet our car, but I used the restroom near the restaurant at 6:15 am, and there still wasn’t any additional food available. Since we would be out during lunch, I was really hoping to have a good breakfast before leaving the resort. Most concerning is the mosquitoes that ate me alive during meals at the specialty restaurant and whenever I walked the property. My sister also observed mosquitoes in our beautiful private pool. More needs to be done to address the mosquitoes.

The hotel was in an excellent location, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming.

Other than the fact that there were a lot of mosquitoes, we have nothing to complain about.

Excellent seaside resort. The most stunning views of the sea. We got a free room upgrade although we only stayed for 2 nights which was amazing. There are free yoga classes daily and also other fitness classes for an extra fee such as reformers Pilates. The buffet food was really good and slightly different each night. There is also a public beach with a beautiful walkway down if you would like to swim in the sea. There are multiple pools and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are SO attentive. Cleared plates immediately, making sure you are hydrated in your rooms coming round with drinks. The best hospitality I have ever experienced. The hotel manager is also very friendly.

I think some of the evening entertainment could be better quality in terms of the performer.

From the very first moment, we were greeted by a charming and smiling team that made us feel welcome instantly. The hotel boasts breathtaking, insane views, and the culinary experience was on par with high-end luxury restaurants. There was a huge, impressive variety of dishes, including fantastic options for those who don’t eat meat or poultry. But above all, it was Maria, the Front Desk Manager, who truly stole the show. She handled everything with an enormous smile, went completely out of her way to help us, and single-handedly upgraded our vacation from good to absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

I want to also thank Dimitri(or Dimitrios) at the bar (making for us the best cocktails). and in general thank you to the entire staff for working so hard. This is an adults paradise, beautiful views for evening cocktails & enjoying meals. Especially the Oceana restaurant, worth booking in there. All the staff are welcoming & work really hard. The hotel never felt crowded, spaced out with different areas to swim or relax, always being able to get a sun bed or seat in the restaurant. Easy to get down to the beach for a swim or to hire water sports equipment.

Don’t forget your mosquito spray like we did (there is a shop you can buy some)

The place is kept really clean and the panorama is amazing. The staff is really helpful, professional, kind and polite. Just to mention a few who we had more interactions with during our stay are Dina, Stella, Gulser in the Veranda restaurant and Alp and Dimitri in the Tahalassa pool bar, thank you for your kindness! We checked out 2 of the 3 a'la carte restaurants, they were nice and food was good, though we liked the main restaurant more overall. We planned to try out the Omi a'la carte restaurant too, but during our stay we weren't able to get a reservation there, unfortunately. We had a good time and we'll likely try that again next year :)

The only "minor" inconvenience for us was the display of allergenes on the food cards in the main restaurant. We're more conscious in terms of what we eat and try to avoid, for example gluten. While they had small food cards at most of the foods, it felt like they were not really reliable (unless we assumed that they use wheat flour in the kitchen then possibly everything can contain gluten ). During our stay I tried pannacotta 2 times, also tried spanish custard and a couple other mousse+jam+chocolate type cakes and all of them contained gluten according to their food cards, yet I had no reactions (which I was kinda happy about). Most of these cakes should have no gluten at all, they're mostly just milk, cream, eggs and some sugar, maybe some cocoa. So thats why I tried them and I was pleasantly surprised. Other than the confusion about the food cards, I found everything else really good, had a great selection of food overall ... We went for a lazy vacation and I gained weight, just as I expected I will :)

Excellent location, outstanding service and very good value for money. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view over the sheltered bay. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Lack of activities (other than the pool, you could only play pickle ball and tennis with reservations). I do not believe it was advertised that you only get ONE al a carte dinner at the restaurant for a 3 night stay- your only option for the remainder of your stay is the buffet where the food was lacking in variety and flavor.
