Nous avons dû changer nos draps nous même. Nous avons trouvé un sac devant notre appartement, avec un mot pour nous demander de mettre les draps utilisés dans un sac fournis par l'hôtel, ainsi que les serviettes de bain.Le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois en 2 semaines.

Reception would book you a taxi and it would arrive quickly.

The staff (especially bar staff) were quite rude, very slow at serving and would deliberately ignore you at the bar when there was only 10 minutes left of happy hour so they could then charge you full price.

C'était mon deuxième séjour pour la deuxième année consécutive, et cette année c'était plus beau que l'année précédente, l'appartement était super bien équipé et très propre...

Le séjour était un peu court pour les enfants, la prochaine fois nous allons passer plus de temps...

Foi uma ótima experiência, um parque de estacionamento gratuito bastante grande, o serviço de pequeno almoço muito agradável e os apartamentos em si bastante confortáveis. O espaço exterior também foi muito bom tendo em conta que à volta da posiciona haviam imensas espreguiçadeiras e também a zona coberta com snooker, xadrez, entre outros.. recomendo

Las instalaciones comunes antiguas y poco cuidadas. Mesa Ping pong con red destensada, te ponen mala cara si les pides que enciendan las luces para que puedan jugar al Ping pong los niños. Piscina muy pequeña con gresite sucio, hamacas que debían renovarse, no te explican los servicios. Para ir a la piscina cubierta exigen llevar gorro que no te dicen previamente. Además con pelo largo afro es imposible pero les da igual. Poca empatía y profesionalidad de algunas personas en recepción

O alojamento estava limpo e o nosso apartamento estava bem localizado, com vista para a piscina. Forneceram roupas de cama e toalhas lavadas a meio da estadia.

Num apartamento alugado para 6 pessoas , o espaço exterior tem apenas 4 cadeiras e uma mesa pequena. Na receção não nos deram todas as informações, pois é necessário um cartão específico para ir à piscina interior e ao spa e temos que o ir buscar à receção quando queremos usar esses serviços.

A localizacao fo alonamento, Parque de estacionamento, zona da piscina.

Os colchões eram muitos desconfortáveis, o jacuzzi estava apenas com um lugar a funcionar, nota-se que o espaço tem sofrido algumas melhorias, mas várias das comunidades partilhadas estão um pouco abandonadas e a precisam de recuperação.

Uzkopšana vispār netika veikta. Atrašanās vieta ir ļoti neērta — bez automašīnas šeit praktiski nav iespējams normāli pārvietoties. Līdz pludmalei ir tālu, un ar kājām nokļūt tur ir ļoti neērti. Baseins ir mazs un neatbilst tam, ko gaidījām. WiFi bija pieejams tikai diviem telefoniem, kas ir pilnīgi nepieņemami, ja naktsmītnē uzturas vairāk cilvēku. Kopumā ļoti neapmierinoša pieredze. Otrreiz šeit noteikti nebrauksim un šo vietu citiem neiesakām.

La verdad es que está muy Bien, zonas comunes y el Apartamento fueron confortables para la familia, el desayuno No está Mal es variado Aunque Repetitivos si vas por muchos Días.

Que No tiene Parking Techado, que la verdad para la Época de Verano se agradece tener el Coche bajo Sombra.

Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament wyposażon we wszystko co potrzeba, czysty i schludny. W obiekcie jest gdzie pomoczyć sie w wodzie, wystarczająca ilość leżaków, restauracja, strefa do zabawy, jest i wydzielona strefa dla palących.Godziny gry piłki w basenie wyszczególnione. Zresztą , wszystko zgodny z opisem 😊 nie daleko do ulicy z restauracjami i małych marketów, trochę dalej marcadona, przystanki autobusowe czy plaża. Wszystko można sprawdzić na mapach, czy dystans odpowiada. Naczytałam sie opinii i myślałam że faktycznie będzie strasznie strome to podejście do obiektu 😅 ale jak na miejscowość nad morską dla mnie elegancko.

Zapomnijcie 😅 nie ode mnie. Zazwyczaj szukam czegoś co spełnia przynajmniej 3 z 5 moich punktów udogodnień. I w fajnej cenie miałam 5 na 5. Rozumiem ze każdy może mieć inne potrzeby. Pozdrawiam

Przestronny apartament. Świetną rzeczą było, iż ostatniego dnia (wylot mieliśmy wieczorem) nie tylko mogliśmy korzystać z całej infrastruktury, ale także dostaliśmy jeszcze na ten dzień ręczniki.

Un séjour merveilleux ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, l’emplacement est idéal et les équipements ainsi que la propreté sont irréprochables. Seul petit bémol : quelques draps et serviettes étaient troués, ce qui n’est pas vraiment digne d’un appart’hôtel à ce tarif. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Lo mejor fue poder usar el gimnasio externo sin coste adicional.

Me esperaba algo mucho mejor. El establecimiento es muy pasable para lo que hay en la zona. A modo de detalle, paso a comentarles lo siguiente: - Las cubiteras estaban sucias. - La habitación con dos camas era muy pequeña, un poco claustrofóbica y con dos camas de 80 cm. Muy estrechas. Sólo tenía una mesilla y sin enchufes suficientes cerca de las camas para dos personas. - La sábana superior de una de las camas estaba manchada. - El wifi es gratis sólo para dos dispositivos. Una vez que dos dispositivos cualesquiera se conecten, el sistema guarda la configuración y ninguno más puede conectarse. El establecimiento era para cuatro personas. - La TV era de tamaño ridículo. - El aire acondicionado no tenía sistema de recogida de agua, por lo que al ponerlo, la terraza se llenaba de agua. - No se proporciona gel, ni champú, ni detergente de lavadora. - La puerta del frigorífico estaba oxidada. - A la puerta del baño le falta un trocito de madera. - Los colchones de las camas son muy bajos y de muy poca calidad. - El mármol detrás del fregadero estaba hundido. - Uno de los cajones de la cocina no cerraba bien. - La luz del techo de la cocina no funciona. - Sólo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. - El suelo de la ducha está picado. - No hay cuchillos de carne. - Grietas de humedad en techo terraza y en escaleras de acceso al apartamento.

Die Apartment sind leider recht klein. Mühsam war auch die Koffer über die Anlage und die Treppen zu tragen :( Ausserdem die Müllentsorgung nicht gut geregelt. Mann musste das durch die ganze Anlage in eine Außenbereich tragen. Was auch etwas ungewohnt war, das Aus-Checken um 10 Uhr Morgens :) sonst alles andere war gut geregelt.

We booked a 7 night package holiday through Love Holidays. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we are already planning a return holiday. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The only toiletries provided are hand soap, washing up liquid and toilet paper. I was aware of this from other reviews and it was not an issue. There was plenty of bed linen and towels. On the 4th day a bag of fresh towels and linen with extra toilet paper and hand soap is delivered at your door. The outdoor pool was absolutely amazing and the lifeguards do a fantastic job making sure people are not too boisterous in the water. An area of the pool is roped off for an hour 3 times a day for ball games (ball games are not allowed outside these times or outside the roped off area). The only downside to the pool was even though there are signs saying sun beds can't be reserved with towels this is not enforced and people start putting towels down around 7am, even though the pool doesn't open until 10am and some of the "reserved" sunbeds remain empty until the afternoon. We did find the sunbeds start becoming vacant again around 4-5pm. Our booking included breakfast which was well stocked and delicious. The restaurant staff were amazing. Lunch is served until 4pm and the bar is open until 8pm. There are only evening meals twice a week when they do Spanish and Italian buffet evenings (we had both which were delicious). The cocktail of the day is €5.50. There is a shaded picnic area which was very quiet and a nice spot for a drink to escape the heat for a while. Other facilities include a games room (with pool table, giant chess and table tennis), an indoor pool with hot tub and outdoor toddler pool, a spa/wellness centre and complimentary use of the nearby Oxygen Gym. We didn't use any of these other facilities but another guest said the gym was "amazing". Check in and out was very simple and the reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The local area was also amazing. As others have said the area is quite hilly but the hills are not that steep and make for some quite pleasant walks. There are many minimarkets, bars and restaurants a very short walk from the hotel. We ate in the Pepperoni restaurant 3 times because the food was amazing and had evening drinks in the Harp Bar on all but 2 nights (tip: there's a 10% discount in the Harp bar when paying by cash). There's Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets at the bottom of the hill and more restaurants/bars near Mercadona. The El Zoco shopping complex is also at the bottom of the hill and the Calypso street market held on Thursday's and Sunday's is only a 25 min walk away, though on the day we went there were only about 6 stalls. The beach is only a 20-30 min walk and was a lovely beach with lots of beach bars where you can hire sun beds for €8.50. The sea was very choppy with some very large boulders so we couldn't do our snorkeling. You can hire padel boards and pedalos from the Royal Pirata beach bar. If you don't fancy walking back up the hill there is a taxi rank outside Mercadona and a taxi back to the hotel is only €6 If you fancy a scenic walk we walked up the hiking trail to Ermita del Rocío which is a monument left behind by a film crew. Be warned though this walk has a >800ft elevation and takes about an hour from the hotel. It is well worth it though as the views across the Med and the mountains are amazing. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with buses to Fuengirola and at the bottom of the hill you can also get buses to Fuengirola and Marbella if you wanted to travel outside the local area. Note: the bus stop outside the hotel only serves a circular bus route with buses travelling down the hill but not back up. This was an amazing holiday loved by every member of our party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I cannot believe the negative reviews and we are already planning a return.

Las instalaciones están bien, al ser agosto estaba el aforo completo y sobretodo en la piscina se notaba. Buena atención, limpieza y el trato.

The staff were very professional, welcoming, and helpful. Access to the Oxygen gym is a great benefit, especially for guests who enjoy working out. The location of the property is also excellent.

The sofas in the lounge were dirty, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The door locks are very old and urgently need to be replaced. I also noticed cockroaches and ants in the shower areas, so hygiene definitely needs improvement. The swimming pool is quite small, and the sun loungers are almost always occupied.

Die Apartmentausstattung war total in Ordnung und ausreichend. Die Pool Anlage war top, Liegen gab es immer allerdings würden mehr Sonnenschirme nicht schaden. Was noch super ist das es 4 Fahrminuten von apartment einen Lidl zum einkaufen gibt. Natürlich auch mehrere aber der war uns am bekanntesten:) In grossen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wenn man die Gegend oder generell Marbella / Strände oder Einkaufsstraßen sehen will sollte man sich ein Mietauto zulegen den direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants und mini Märkte aber dies haben wir persönlich zu wenig gefunden

La piscina è una giungla. Noi avevamo due bambini piccoli io e l'altra coppia, tuffi continui. Gente che metteva occhialini e nuotava come se avesse una corsia tutta per se, persone che si buttavano in piscina con le magliette..... Non costumi, la maglietta comprata a 5 euro sulla bancarella sudata...... Ma poi ripeto tuffi a ripetizione, peccato veramente......

Apartaments were nice, exceeded our expectations. Pool clean, warm, with long working hours, with a lifeguard. Beach was close (15-20min walk). Restaurants and shops, also.

This is the second time we have visited this resort. Our apartment on two levels was great. A balcony overlooking the pool. A kitchen that met all our needs (albeit my partner and the hob didn’t get on!!) Downstairs. A twin with a balcony and bathroom. A double with own bathroom and view of the pool. Yes. The furniture is a little dated. But was perfect for what we needed. The resort is great. The attention to detail. Watching the staff early morning cleaning the pool, the glass barriers, seating area. Perfect. We ate at the restaurant twice. Food was amazing. Again. Perfect service. Our last day the flight wasn’t until late. We could use the facilities and given towels so we could shower before leaving the resort. In all honesty. One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to return. X

Wi-Fi libero anziché limitato a solo 2 utenze collegate alle stanza. Puntare di più su una ristorazione di qualità. In un paio di occasioni abbiamo trovato delle formiche (molte) in bagno.

We came from USA on a friend's timeshare booked through RCI with points. He should get his points back. This would be considered a one star hotel (run, don't walk) in Mississippi where we are from. First, the furnishings: The hide-a-bed couch had the bars sticking out of the cushions in back, unusable as a sofa. The old chair looked like a Good Will reject. We could get more TV on rabbit ears in the States. There's not a single chest of drawers in either bedroom. Ikea would be a major upgrade. The kitchen was barely adequate--no dishwasher; microwave from the 80's, ancient unworkable ice trays, refrigerator was the most basic model available. The mini-split air was too small and located poorly. We slept hot every night. There was an unanticipated upcharge for utility cost. Yes, the pool was pretty, but we are cultural travelers not beach people and this place is waaay out of the way. Yes there was a large patio but it was furnished with cheap plastic furniture and had a stunning view of the alley between buildings. A walk to the beach would take half an hour and risk your life crossing a main highway. Do not stay here if you don't have a car. We booked an excursion to Gibraltar through the front desk and the directions to the bus stop, on a main busy thoroughfare, were confusing and inaccurate. Come on, man. The "restaurant" is a buffet lunch and a bar by the pool. Not open for dinner. In sum, not what we expected having traveled across an ocean to get here. It's run down. Don't book it.

Basen był zabrudzony, pan z obsługi zaczął czyścić ściany z zielonego nalotu w trakcie, gdy basen był dostępny dla gości po godzinie 10:00 i dużo osób było w wodzie. Budynek w którym mieszkaliśmy lata świetności ma za sobą, tynk na tarasie odchodzi płatami. W pokoju były małe mrówki wszędzie (faraonki?), nam bardzo nie przeszkadzało, ale jeśli ktoś ma fobie to będzie niezadowolony

Crown Resorts is clean with friendly helpful staff. Good secure car parking facilities. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and restaurants.

The location is very hilly, not manual wheelchair friendly, on site pathways are very steep. They do hire mobility scooters which did help. Very small balcony that over looks a lovely pool that unfortunately is not part of the hotel.

Hablamos por tlf por qué éramos 4 personas y quería venir 2 más uno de ellos 3 años nos dijeron que no había que pagar nada más , pero cuando llegamos tuvimos que pagar 45€ ,por un seguro para los 2 .

Muito boa situação geográfica. O Resort é muito bom, muito limpo e o pessoal muito simpático e disponível.

Maga a szállás gyönyörű, kertes, virágos és a szobából a tengerre látunk. A medence mindig tiszta volt, mindig találtunk napozóágyat, napernyőt. A konyha és a lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, még az apróságokra is figyeltek (vasaló, vasalódeszka, hajszárító, konzervnyitó, szemeteszsák, konyharuha, mosogatószer , ... is volt). Autóval kb. 2-3 percre több vásárlási lehetőség (Lidl, Carrefour, Market, ..).
