Reviewed Sep 19, 2026المكان مرتب لكن بعيد شوي عن السنتر. تقريبا مشي 10دقايق لكنه الاطلاله على الطيران الشراعي. والاطلاله الفجر تشفع له. والموظفين راقين وطيبين وفيه كل اواني المطبخ في حال بغيتو الطبخ والتجهيز السريع للقهوه والشاهي. وارجع له في الشتاء اتخيل المكان ثلج

The kitchen is great. toaster, pans, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. we cooked some great dinners. view is insane. see Mont Blanc and paragliders landing non stop. short walk to town..Bus stop very close. Interiors are dated. otherwise everything parfait

The coffee in the breakfast was bad. That is the only thing that does not belong to that beautiful hotel :) The sauna room and swimming pool was very small, but enough to enjoy after hiking.

הדירה לא מאובזרת מספיק, במקרה שלנו היו שלושה מזלגות למשל. ניקיון הוא באמצע השהייה, מה שלא מספיק עבור שהייה ארוכה. המיטה קשה, הזרם מים יכול להיות טוב יותר. ארוחת הבוקר לא טובה (חביתות במיקרו), יש מטבח בחדר ומלא מסעדות בעיר, ממליצה לאכול במקום אחר :)

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Our stay at the hotel from start to finish was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great and our apartment was lovely. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. It had a small kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The best thing we appreciated was that the apartment had a whole wall of windows/patio doors leading out onto the balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains and glaciers. I could even sit on the sofa an look out and see Mont Blanc! The views were stunning and far beyond our expectations.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Wir haben uns für diesen Exklusiven Aufenthaltsort ein ein Top Hotel mit direktem Blick auf den Mont Blanc und dazu noch eine Suite gegönnt.. Das Auto hatte einen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.. was wirklich super war.. weil es sehr warm war und die Parkplätze sehr rar.. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gerade im unteren Bereich schon von vielen Wintersportlern mit ihren Stiefeln und Skiern abgeschrammt.. der Fahrstuhl war auch schon älter aber stand immer schnell zur Verfügung. Der Blück vom Balkon auf Charmonix und dahinter den großen weißen Berg war atemberaubend .. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Es gibt lediglich Frühstück im Hotel.. aber fußläufig gibt es viele schöne Restaurants....

- L’architecture des bâtiments crée une forme de U où il y a beaucoup de bruit notamment tôt le matin. Prévoir des boules Quies. - Les salles de petit-déjeuner sont petites et le personnel d’une qualité d’accueil inégal. - Le Check-in après 17:00 (et Check-Out avant 10:00) est un concept assez étrange. - les draps et serviettes pas changés sur les 5j de séjours

半年前に予約し、2ベッドルームのスイートに1週間滞在しましたが、Booking.comのお部屋紹介ページとは全く異なる駐車場と山の景色で、モンブラン側の景色が見えなかったことがとても残念でした。景色のためにこのホテルを選んだので、もしモンブランのマウンテンビューを希望される方は、事前にホテルへのリクエストが必要だと思います。（他の方への参考になるように、お部屋からの写真を添付します）ただホテルのスタッフからは謝罪があり、お部屋を変更できるか確認してくださるなど（結果満室で不可でしたが）、丁寧にご対応いただきました。

Very dated and old furniture. The hob only allowed you to use x1 ring at a time so it was difficult to prepare meals. It was only cleaned once in the week we were there. The people in the room beside us were smokers and the corridor stunk of smoke for this reason.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. Cerca del centro pero alejado del ruido. Genial el aparcamiento propio. Nuestro apartamento tenía unas vistas increíbles al Mont Blanc. Tenía muy buen tamaño aunque la cocina era muy pequeña. La terraza estaba genial porque era doble y podías sentarte allí a disfrutar de las vistas. También era muy agradable ver aterrizar los parapentes en el campo que hay frente al alojamiento. La piscina es un plus para relajarse y la sala de juegos está muy completa. Echamos unos billares y jugamos en las maquinitas que tienen allí. Muy divertido. El personal muy amable. Nada de ruido. Genial la insonorización. Y la cocina aunque pequeña, pudimos usarla todos los días para desayunos y cenas y nos vino de lujo. Bastante bien equipada. Las camas eran cómodas. Incluso la cama del sofá.
Precisamente la limpieza en la cocina estaba un poco justa. Y el mobiliario bastante anticuado. Aunque sé que hay otros apartamentos reformados. El nuestro tenía sólo el baño reformado pero la ducha no está bien acabada y sale agua fuera de la bañera.

Mielismy wymiane reczników + sprzatanie w połowie pobytu-duży plus. Parking podziemny -super. Do Chamonix na wszystkie głowne atrakcje można było pójść pieszo. Balkon (stół z krzesłami, suszarka ) z widokiem na Mont Blanc .
Można by trochę odświezyc apartamenty ale było generalnie b. czysto. Łazienka + wc po remoncie.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We asked for fans and they provided us with two, appreciate that.
House keeping for a fee, you have only one towels each, anything more you need to have to pay, and collect your garbage yourself. No slippers no toilet supplies, everything with a fee. No AC big issue in the summer. the windows on the ground floor doesn't have window net and it's was annoying with the mosquitos, we has mosquito bites all over

And location is in great spot next to boardwalk by the river. The pool was great. The kitchen and living room were perfect with dishes and all what you need to make dinner. We recommend this place and we will be back!

الموقع كان مسافه 7 دقائق عن السنتر حلو للي يحب المشي بس لما تشيل معاك اغراض تحس طويل ومتعب الحمام مفصول وهذا غير مريح لا يوجد تنظيف يومي لا يوجد مكيف بس يوفرون مروحه لو احتجت الاثاث قديم مبنى A بعيد عن الاستقبال المناشف / اكياس الزباله / المناديل لو تبغى تروح للاستقبال انت بنفسك وتاخذ

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Het hotel lag op een fijne ligging, heel mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Grote veilige ondergrondse parking en ruime kamer die ook heel netjes en proper was. Het personeel was wel heel vriendelijk
Het ontbijt was maar karig. Er was maar 1 soort brood, stokbrood. We misten een pistolet of sandwich. Zacht gekookte eitjes waren koud, geen spek en het fruit was niet meer vers. Helaas slecht geslapen vanwege slechte matrassen, met veringen.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026We went in the summer but I could see there’s a ski lift right outside our hotel. In the summer that field is a popular place for para sailers to land which was fun to watch from our balcony. The location to the center of Chamonix is fantastic. An easy walk anywhere. The staff are lovely, the room is charming- we had a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. There’s a laundry room which was a big plus for us. Spectacular view from our balcony- A perfect to relax and have a picnic.
There wasn’t anything not to like, just be aware that this is more of a charming cabin than 5 star hotel.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Size and facilities of apartment great. Balcony view exceptional and enjoyed watching para gliders. Location just a short walk away from the centre of Chamonix but far enough to be more peaceful. Nice Breakfast and staff very friendly. Lovely pool and sauna which was quiet and a lovely temperature.
Nothing really although the apartments were a bit dated and could do with a revamp and nice to have tv but couldn’t use Netflix. Very small area for breakfast.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Останавливаюсь в этом месте уже не в первый раз. Говорят на понятном мне языке. Кормят хорошо. Все объясняют. Есть где хранить машину. Вид потрясающий!!!! Спасибо!!!
На поле в земле живут какие-то насекомые(пчелы?). Ночью они спят, но на закате лучше идти домой по асфальтовой дороге вокруг.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Like a home away from home. Our room was on the ground floor, and opening the window led directly to a beautiful green lawn with a breathtaking panoramic view of Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Every evening, our favorite moment was cooking our own dinner, dining outdoors while enjoying the magnificent mountain scenery, and watching our child run happily on the grass. Those simple moments became the most precious memories of our trip. We stayed for seven wonderful nights and truly felt at home. Before leaving, we made sure to clean the apartment and left it as tidy as when we arrived, as a way of showing our appreciation for such a lovely place. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back again!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The view from our apartment was incredible. It has good facilities like a games room and pool. Breakfast was more than suffice. Location is about a five minute walk from the town centre. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. Apartment was nicely decorated.
The only thing that could have been offered was an apartment clean/fresh towels. We stayed four nights and this didn’t occur. Also we did have to ask for more pillows as we only had two in our apartment and they were slightly funny about it saying we definitely had four when we didn’t.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She gave us good information about dining in town. Breakfast was very good too. The location and the view from the room was excellent. Enjoyed watching landing of lots of paragliders in the meadow right in front of the hotel.
The facility and furniture in the room were a bit old but had a good ambience of woody country cottage, which is not bad.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026L'hôtel est super très bien situé, à peine 5 mn de marche du centre ville / restaurants. ça, c'est le vrai ++ Les lits sont confort, l'appartement bien équipé. Le personnel très aimables. Petit bonus, des parapentes atterrissent sur le grand espace nature devant l'hotel, c'est plutôt sympa à voir !
... pas de vrais tables de nuit sur chaque coté du lit pour poser ses affaires, son livre, son téléphone ou autre objet nécessaire à côté de soit. (mais je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour toutes les chambres où si chaque chambre a ses particularités.)

Nothing really. Plastic chairs in the balcony and small area for breakfast if I was being fussy. It wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Maantasossamme olevassa huoneessamme oli jatkuvasti suuri määrä muurahaisia. Keittiö oli myös hyvin kulunut. Kuntosali oli vanha ja huonolaatuinen.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Location and venue was absolutely glorious. Staff a delight, breakfast was delicious. We had a great time in the pool too. Would definitely visit again. Bonus was seeing all the paragliders come in to land from the balcony - what a primo spot!
The smallest of things, staying one night we had hoped we could have a cuppa when we got in (5pm feels like a rather late check-in) but there was no teabags or anything. Staying one night there's no point us buying a box of tea from the shops, so we went with out. A couple of tea bags and a little milks would have gone an absolute mile. But truly, that's the only downside. That's gotta be splaying something!! 💖

There is no airconditioning ? so consider which season you are going. There’s no housekeeping everyday… if you want to have your room cleaned, you will have to pay.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Everything was perfect. We had a large 1 br apartement, ground floor with a nice garden in front perfect for kids. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was super ok , saff - just exceptional
one door of one closet was broken and poorly repaired. hope they will replace it
