The bedroom smelt of urine. There was obviously a previous guest had urinated on the carpet or something. It was revolting.

Room wasn’t clean Shower tray was filthy all round was black mould/dirt - water was hot though Mattress fair to soft Door to bathroom was way off the wall even for a sliding one - may as well not even bothered with it. We were beside reception, so whole night listen to the lift and door bell going off to let people in. When the pub down stairs closed it was non stop noise. Breakfast in cafe underneath was dreadful , poached eggs that were ice cold on soggy bread. Irish breakfast, beans and mushrooms were only hot items! Over all disappointing for the cost €249 !

The location fit our needs

Mattresses were springs and no padding. We didn’t sleep much. Broken bedside lamp. USB ports on single bed side didn’t work. Mold in shower. Very noisy ac unit on the building next fort which was 10 feet from our window. Floor creaked. Bugs inside bathroom ceiling light.

Once you pass the black and cream carpet the hotel rooms are terrible like a hostel movie nightmare. My rooms shower door was broken and wasn’t able to shower. The TV was broken along with the remote. Beds were sagging and uncomfortable. No air or heat, couldn’t open the window. My room was over the night club that played heavy base until 2:00am and then noise patrons. My adult kids room was over the alley to the bar and patrons of Cruises hung out in the patio all night smoking, laughing, loud talking, on top of the DJ music, went until past 2:00am. Then at 4:00am construction started with hammering and what sounded like jack hammering. Their bedding was missing bedding, toilet didn’t work, and was so hot in the room. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and definitely the worst hotel on our Ireland trip.

Went to get a shower. Only for it to be blocked and vomit to come up around my feet. Moved to another room. Not much improvement hairs on the bathroom floor. Skirting board off the walls. Tv remote didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable. Only for we had a 5 hour journey home we wouldn’t have stayed. Would never be back and wouldn’t recommend. Looks like a hostel. Foul smell dark and not very welcoming

THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS FANTASTIC. THE BREAKFAST WAS SO TASTY. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. SARAH IS A GREAT RECEPTIONIS NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.

IT IS RATHER NOISY BECAUSE OF THE BAR ACCROSS THE ROAD AND THE NIGHT CLUB. THIS WE ALREADY KNEW ABOUT SO WE WERE PREPARED FOR IT. THE SECOND FLOOR WAS VERY QUIET REGARDING HOTEL NOISE WHEREAS THE FIRST FLOOR WAS VERY NOISY, WE HAD FAMILY STAY ON THE FIRST AND THEY COULDN'T SLEEP WITH DOORS BANGING AND NOISE FROM DOWNSTAIRS. 202 NEEDS A MIRROR OVER THE SHELF NO MIRROR IN ROOM ONLY IN BATHROOM NOT IDEAL.

In de kamer hoorde je het lawaai van een ventilator juist voor het raam. Gemeld aan de receptie en gelukkig nog een kamer vrij. Matras heel slecht, je voelde de veren.

The location was great! We parked our car and could walk to the places we wanted to see.

The hotel is old and could use some updating but was fine for the time we were there.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Ennis. Worth every penny! The nightclub nextdoor wasn’t even bad with earplugs in. I slept like a baby every night.

Bit disappointed with the breakfast.

Everything was very basic but value for money. Room was very clean. The two girls on the desk were lovely, very helpful and honestly couldn’t do enough for us.

Bedrooms very outdated , breakfast want great ,got scrambled eggs done in microwave, sponge was oily, had to ask for some toast, and had no folk to eat with when breakfast arrived.

Nice place right in the centre of town. Good room and bathroom. Breakfast was not an option .door closes at 11 pm and you have to ring a number on your phone to get in .

I really liked the location of the hotel and the proximity to the bus station. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and organised.

Hotel agréable, grande chambre avec 2 lits. Propre, équipement conforme. Ennis est une jolie petit ville.

Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est en face d'un bar donc il y a eu de la musique jusqu'a 1h du matin. Personnellement ça ne nous as pas déranger vu que l'on a un sommeil lourd, mais attention pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger.

Frokosten var ikke inkludert. Veldig bra beliggenhet.Hyggelig personale.

Location was great and our room was clean. The shower was fine. The breakfast was good.

The hallway carpet is old and stained. When you enter the room, it’s creepy, but at least the bed is white and clean. My husband had to get on top of the desk to open the windows as it was a warm day.

O alojamento está muito bem localizado, perto de tudo o que é fundamental. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias e os funcionários são de uma grande simpatia e prestabilidade, facto este que, aliás, é típico de todos os irlandeses com que contactámos (foram muitos). Na realidade, logo na manhã seguinte à primeira noite que aí passámos perguntaram-nos se precisávamos de alguma coisa (toalhas, champô, etc.). Sempre que passámos por algum funcionário, perguntavam-nos se estava tudo bem e se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Também devemos registar, muito positivamente, que logo no primeiro dia nos deram uma proposta (escrita por eles) dos locais a visitar em Ennis e nos arredores com a indicação os locais mais importantes em cada cidade, vila ou zona de natureza.

Não houve nada de que não tivéssemos gostado. A única coisa que pode ser incómodo para alguns viajantes é o facto de o hotel estar por cima de um pub e ter outro bem perto, o que faz com que à 6:º feira e sábado à noite haja bastante ruído na rua, com gente a conversar e a cantar até às 3 da manhã. No nosso caso adaptámo-nos bem, até porque o isolamento do quarto (vidros duplos) retirava a maior parte do ruído e foi muito bom verificar que os irlandeses cumprem totalmente os horários definidos.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and the showers were brilliant. Breakfasts were of a high standard and staff were always courteous.

There wasn't a hairdryer and the aerial reception was poor.

Decent quality, very reasonable pricing. Attentive staff. Very good bathroom. Excellent coffee shop with pastries on ground floor.

The decor for rooms is a little too dark greige for my tastes. During the warm weather a fan should already in the rooms. It can be a bit hit or miss with your view from the windows. Some get the street overlook but some just get an alleyway/service yard of some sort and what I assume to be an audible kitchen ventilator.

Fantastic location and reasonable price

Not a great place to stay in hot weather. Room was uncomfortably warm and with the window open it's incredibly loud outside first thing in the morning.

The location is ideal, located beside all the main night bars and night club.

The lack of air conditioning, during heatwave, the radiators were full blast and opened window but that didn't help, rooms were far too warm and no bottles of water provided in rooms, had to buy them downstairs.

There was a storage room close to our room, from early morning the door was opened and slammed shut causing is to wake on a number of occasions. When you go to a hotel you like a sleep in!
