Ottimo i servizi della struttura con lavanderia, piscina, possibilità di prenotare la doccia prima di andar via (in caso di partenze tardi). Colazione abbondante e varia con possibilità di avere uova appena fatte, pancakes sul momento essendoci il cuoco sul posto. Posizione ottima oer raggiungere diversi punti di interesse nel Sud di Tenerife

I'm just back from a week at these apartments they were very spacious nicely looked after rooms pool was great some tiles missing that needs maintaining but overall was a great holiday. Not much entertainment at all they said they are working on that. I would recommend it for the price you pay!!

Brilliant hotel.Check in was quick and easy Also first drop off point from airport which was great.Stsyed in block A room 307.Room was massive lovely and clean.Cleaned every day and the cleaning ladies are lovely. Pool was excellent and a good size.Few broken tiles but sure every hotel has them🙈. Breakfast in the morning was class.Fresh omelettes and pancakes to order.Great selection of cold and hot food.Drinks at the bar were good value and the staff were always happy and great.Chicken man was excellent at the entertainment and also the young girl.👏👏👏.Would highly recommend and if going back to Tenerife will definitely be booking again. We stayed here the 4th-11th of august.we arrived at 1pm was too early to check in as it's at 3pm.we could leave our suitcases in a room with others and ventured out for food til room was ready. Apartment was lovely and clean fresh towels every day and cleaned every day except for bedding which was every other.Was very warm in night we left windows open safe enough as there's bars going across.All staff was very friendly and helpful and quickly got to know us as a family.We have 5 year old twins and felt safe with this hotel and small enough to keep an eye on them.Entertainment wasn't the best was ok during the day with several kids activities nothing in evening tho.Big shout out to Samira who was lovely and friendly with us.Wasnt so fussed on chicken man tho.Sundbeds became a problem in the middle of our stay people getting them and not even on them This was soon resolved and stacked up 👍.Shops are about 15 min walk and beach is about 20min walk away all hilly coming back but that didn't bother us.All in all a lovely holiday and we would definitely come back here and stay ☺️

Apartments were exactly as described. Cleaning service every day, fully equipped with everything you need. Great poolside view, sunbeds a bit of an issue but if youre up early enough should be no problem. Poolside bar and cafe very handy. Kids (and adults) kept entertained by "chicken man" who was very friendly and funny 😁. Only downside for me was the hill up to apartments but if youre fit shouldn't be a problem. I would recommend these apartments.

We booked this hotel very last minute without doing too much research prior to our stay. On arrival we were met at reception by Jesus, he was helpful, friend and professional. Throughout our stay he was very helpful and was able to assist with all my enquiries. The rooms we stayed in was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the pool area, the kitchen area was suitably equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning in the room making it uncomfortably warm! We spent very little time in the room due to the heat. The pool was a good size however it needs some repairs as there are a few cracked or missing tiles. The area was always busy especially with families. Trying to get a sun lounger was almost impossible due to people reserving them with a towel then going away all day! There is a sign that says not to reserve loungers but people did anyway. The splash park out the back of C block was a hidden gem! My 3 year old son loved playing there with vibrant colours and a surprisingly large selection of water sprayers! The bar was reasonably priced for drinks and ice creams. The woman with short blonde hair who works at the bar was incredibly rude! However the woman who worked at night was so friendly and attentive! The hotel was cleaned to a very high standard, the housekeeping staff are amazing. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, making getting to the beach or the huge variety of restaurants nearby easy. Climbing back up the hill is more of a challenge, local taxis are great though! There are multiple supermarkets nearby making stocking up easily. Overall the hotel was great value for money, my stay was enjoyable. I would stay again, although maybe not during the summer months as the lack of AC made sleeping difficult!

Location close to everything you need. Chilled atmosphere in evenings but good chat and have a few drinks without any hassle while kids played. Spacious clean rooms have everything need for self catering.

Absolutely lovely place. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Great kids entertainment and the staff are all very happy and welcoming. I would recommend hiring aircon from the reception in July. Very good value for money especially with the added unlimited access to Siam Park included in our booking.

Just home after the worst hotel we have ever stayed in 20 years. 1st day we arrived we were 1hr waiting for our food order, eat out every other time thereafter. The place was so run down and dirty, Pool tiles broken (cutting feet), water so dirty, a rat in reception area, staff said its ok we get them all the time and laughed, 🤬People still in pool at 11pm one night, no hot water for 1 day, when we asked at reception she said it will be back when its back, no air con, long queue at bar at all times, entertainment as in just bingo on at 5pm but other entertainment cancelled twice. Aqua dance on 1 day at 3pm, No evening enterainment. Minimart never opened while we were there. Lifeguards have zero english and sat on their phone with earphone on, Most staff so unfriendly with awful attitudes. All cleaning ladies were so friendly. Room was big and nice size safe balcony. Had to keep asking for our room to be cleaned and was told we had do not disturb on the door in which we did not. Blind in room fell down on 1st day, still not fixed 1 week later, Lots of steps, no ramp for buggy on our side of hotel. We were all vomiting, We spoke to loads of families there and all were so disgusted. So disappointed.

Came here for 5 nights and what a shocking experience this has been. Food - if you’re happy with freezer stuff that is deep fried. Nothing made fresh. Ate out for most of it. Drinks - can’t comment as I don’t drink but coffee and soft drinks appear to be fine. Room - could do with some sort of modernising. Looks very dated. Looks old and worn. The cleaner with the pink hair she was brilliant at cleaning and make sure it looked presentable. No air con which I hear is very common in Spain - this was a struggle. Poolside - pool I have not seen been cleaned in 5 nights of being here. Very worrying. Children playing in the pool until late at night. No cleaning or maintaining water being done. Dirty cups and plates still left from the day before around the pool. Unfortunately our last night my partner and 2 children were up all night vomiting. They have been in the pool most of the holiday and very concerning that this is due to it being dirty. Speaking to a few other whilst being here their children have also been ill. Check out is 12pm I asked if I could keep the room on for an hour or 2 I would pay for this but was a blank no! Baring in mind my 2 children actively vomiting. There reply was ‘they will be fine’ Honestly I will not be coming back here again. Staff did not want to help. Friendly enough but not willing to help you with any problems. Overall cleanliness isn’t the best.

We stayed as a family of 4 in July 2026. We arrived late but got to our room quick and we're very happy with our room in block A room 411. It's a high up room with a solid balcony so felt very safe with our 7 year old. We got the sun until evening. Only thing is there was very little privacy from neighbour. My overall impression is that this is a small resort, very relaxed. Majority of rooms are big with a pool view. It's high up on hill of los Cristianos so the views are great. It has loads of seating areas away from the busy pool. My kids were in pool early and late which suited us to avoid very busy time. No issue and I liked that we were never told to get out of the pool. Pool was good, few tiles missing but that didn't affect us. It was cleaned every morning and although it did get busy throughout out stay with sunbeds, we never struggled for a bed. Once the hotel took action with towels being left out, the problem seemed to resolve the next day so I really appreciate the hotel doing this. The kids play pool section wasn't open during our stay due to a technical fault which was a shame. Food from bar was always nice and reasonably priced. Food seating area is nice. You are 5 mins away from loads of different shops, bars and restaurants. It feels like a quieter area for families and I felt safe. I would recommend and I hope to return.

We arrived just after midnight due to a late flight. On arrival, we were only given our room key and room number, with no information about the hotel or its facilities. Unfortunately, we struggled to find our room, and the staff member who checked us in appeared uninterested and was not particularly welcoming or helpful. Our room had a very strong damp smell. I reported this to reception the following morning, and while the receptionist did raise the issue promptly, the problem was never resolved during our stay. The smell was especially noticeable in the wardrobes, making it impossible to unpack our clothes, lived out of suitcases throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, and housekeeping attended daily. However, the overall cleanliness could have been better, and there were several maintenance issues, including worn and cracked tiles on the steps, dried bird poo on the balcony wall, beds need replacing for more comfort, possible stable beds that don’t move every time you move. On one occasion, housekeeping left our room unlocked with the patio doors left open. As our passports, money, and other personal belongings were inside, this was extremely concerning. I reported the incident to reception, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or explanation. On a positive note, we spent each day at the beautiful seafront, which was only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area offered plenty of restaurants, cafés, and activities, making it an enjoyable location to explore.

It was a pleasure to stay here. We have a cooking room so it was the best thing because we can make our food , eat what we want. Also the cleaning was the best, everyday the cleaning lady came and do it.

Great location, nice pool. The staff are friendly and the cleaners are fantastic. The entertainment seems to only happen when the chicken man is on they have a board up with times darts/killer pool etc but no-one seems to bother. Rooms are large and clean with a good size balcony . Loads of restaurants and bars 5 minutes away recommend Taurus steak house everything was spot on from there. I would decide on breakfast when you get there as it may not be what you like. Overall for what we paid it was a bargain £1300 for 3 adults inc transfers and 3 bags. One thing I have never seen was people putting their towels out at night some even just left them on all the time , 6am is no good they are all taken also there was one lifeguard who constantly complained about people having a ball in the pool the other 6 days no one bothered very strange.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Having fans in both the living room and the bedrooms made a huge difference and kept everything cool and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, cleaning the apartment every day to a very high standard. The pool area was one of the highlights of our stay. The pool service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The reception staff went above and beyond for us. They kindly arranged taxis every day, and they always arrived within 2–3 minutes, making getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The outstanding service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This hotel is a great value for money me and my family have really enjoyed it. I abit disappointed no splash park as this is one of the reasons I booked here but its been amazing. Service at bar is very slow and getting food but staff all lovely. Chicken man is great my kids absolutely loved him. Hotel room clean come in daily and to clean and change towels. Kitchen is kitted out good for people wanting to make breakfast, lunch and tea. Pool is not cold its really nice a few tiles missing in there but its a good pool. Sun beds have been abit of a nightmare but if lifegard sees nobody on them after so long he takes off and takes to reception for people to collect this is have manged to get a sun bed every day but I no people thats got up late have struggled and complained. Entertainment has not been good I thought there would have been abit more going off especially at night for kids.

Rooms are a fantasyic size, certainly not enough sunbeds available they are all towelled up by 8am. Swimming pool requires some serious upgrading alot of missing tiles from both inside of pool and steps leading down to pool,ladders at sid of pool also missing top rung. Bar closes very early for a holiday complex on more than one occassion although there were more than a few people sitting the bar got closed and unfortunately people were coming down for a drink to find it closed. Not a great deal of games or animation entertainment for kids (1 guy only)and no entertainment at night. Kids splash area was out of order so very little for kids to do. Value, i suppose if your prepared to get taxis ever day its ok. Pool srea got cleaned every day but pool lets it down due to it requiring repairs. A lot of bird poo on balcony which has i believe never been cleaned.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Coral Los Alisios the rooms are spotless, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and the pool area is lovely. Even with people putting towels on sun loungers there is still plenty of space to find somewhere to relax. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere to it and it is very safe,you need wrist bands to access the main complex and without them you cant get in making it very secure. Thank you for making our stay a perfect one.

Great spot,fab pool facilities,down early for a sunbed thou,but place is clean rooms done every day by the maids,place is spotless not an issue in the bathrooms or with anything in the apartments,we were here 2 yrs ago and the place has had improvements since then.. we don't eat in the bar,food wasn't that great w yes ago and plenty of places within walking dostance,10 mins to closet beach 5 mins to nearest show and supermarket.... Ok it's up a hill when walking home but this place ticks slot of boxes.. would Def come back again

Apartamentele sunt foarte spatioase si curate. Am avut camera la etajul 4 si am avut parte de un view superb. Micul dejun nu foarte diversificat dar cu cele necesare.

Am fost o familie de 2 adulti si 2 copii si nu mi-a placut faptul ca 3 paturi au fost pregatite in dormitor si un alt pat in living. As si preferat sa fie toate paturile intr-o camera sau 2 si 2.

Thank you so much we had a great holiday so relaxing and chilled out, currently on our last day and we have had nothing to complain about, rooms are cleaned daily, staff are all so nice, wristband keyfob is an excellent idea hadnt seen this before. Food was good ate out of the pool bar a few times. Usual sunlounger carry on but to be honest we were never without one. This is an excellent location for shops, supermarkets, bars and beach its not a bad walk small hills back up but its managable. We ate at Harriets a few times lovely food and people id recommend walking down for dinner. All in all im gutted to be going home this is a lovely place, hope to come back.

Arrived last night 26th have to say 1st impressions not good receptionist rude treated me and my family like we were stupid couple of times he shouted at us when we didn't understand what he meant will be complaining to jet 2 also had sent an email we are family of 6 to have 2 rooms next to each other they didn't answer but we are not together on the same floor but miles apart they key fobs they gave us wouldn't work we had to go back to reception for the rude receptionist to shout at us again asking us what colour was coming up on the door red everytime we were late arriving very tired the lift was painfully slow so we took the stairs hopefully things will improve but not impressed so far the rooms are lovely very roomy and everything you need that's the plus

I stayed at Coral Los Alisios on my first trip to Tenerife and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but the property really stood out when booking—and it didn’t disappoint. Check-in was quick and easy. Jesus was very helpful, explaining everything clearly, including the room location, restaurant, breakfast area, and bar. The wristband room key was new to me but very convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for self-catering. We had breakfast included, which was a highlight—especially the chef cooking eggs, bacon, and pancakes to order. A really nice touch. The pool area was pleasant overall, though it could use a bit of maintenance as some tiles were missing. The usual “sunbed reserving” became more noticeable as the week went on, with towels placed early in the morning and no one returning for hours. One day, we couldn’t find three beds together because of this. The bar had a relaxed atmosphere, with pints priced at €3.50. We didn’t eat there, but the food served to others looked very good. The location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the centre and 20 minutes to the beach. A great bonus was the storage room and showers available for late departures, which can be reserved the night before. Pool towels are also provided, which is very handy and saves suitcase space. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Location was really good you had beach and shops just a small walks away including buss stop around the corner. Atmosphere was really chill. Rooms were cleaned every single day in the morning, we had all things we needed kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom felt like home.

Currently on our last day here, I’ve travelled with my two sons who are 15 and 11. The actual apartments are really big and airy, if you leave the bedroom window open and the patio door open while you’re out the room is really cool when you go back, the bedroom windows have bars in front of them so it’s safe. The kitchen has all you’d need for self catering. The main bedroom has a double wardrobe with adequate hangers and then shelves, the beds are comfy and the pillows are probably the best we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The bed in the lounge is also comfy for a teen. Bathroom is spacious and plenty of towels supplied, we did notice that when it’s cloudy the water isn’t as hot, but after a day in the sun a cool shower wasn’t too bad! The hairdryer in the bathroom is perfect, didn’t need mine as it’s a proper hairdryer and not a mini fan that takes 2 hours to dry your hair. The balcony is roomy and has a table with 4 chairs and then two lounge chairs with foot rests, if you’re lucky you’ll get good neighbours as the dividing wall is so low and not private! Bar prices for non alcoholic drinks isn’t too steep but there is a local shop two mins away that sells them cheaper. The on site shop shuts between 1-4 but isn’t that well stocked anyway. Plenty of sun loungers to go around, it’s currently 2.35pm and there’s lots of empty ones, towels do get removed if put down before 9.30am. Pool is ok, says it closes at 6 but we saw people in it at midnight! Splash park is a good cool down but isn’t well signposted, you have to walk past the gym and up the stairs. My lads had it to themselves for hours. Walk to the beach and strip takes about 10 mins and cost about 6 euro to get back which id recommend as cardiac hill is called that for a reason, especially in the heat! We had tickets to Siam included in our package and the bus stop for the free bus is 5 mins away and is very reliable. Definitely need water shoes or crocs for Siam tho as the floor is lava. There’s a real mix of travellers, families, older people, groups of young adults and solo travellers. It’s been a really lovely two weeks and we can’t fault the hotels all but we’d not return as it’s slightly too isolated and we like a pool that has a couple of slides or on site waterpark to cut out the travel to one, I would recommend tho to families with younger children who don’t need all the extras as the splash park is perfect.

Stayed in A202. Sunshine on balcony until 12 ,then down by the pool. If you wanted quieter sun you could lie out the front of the apartment were there was a variety of seats and sunbeds. Rooms were cleaned everyday if you needed that. All staff were helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel. Main bus stop 5 min walk, eating places 5 mins walk and about 15 to the beach. If you haven't got much energy probably need a taxi back. For the price I thought it was excellent value.

Amazing room was spotless and clean and was also quiet of a night Friendly staff

Everything was perfect, can't complain about anything. Friendly staff and brilliant facilities. Loved the breakfast in the morning with loads to choose from cooked fresh. To top it off we had unlimited entry to one of the best waterparks I've been to my son loved it the 4 days we went. Definitely coming back 👌🏽

Great location, welcoming staff, large apartment. After reading other reviews I was a little worried but pleasantly surprised. Mush say all 5 of our party with 2 teen kids have had a fantastic time. Would stay again. Jesus on reception was extremely helpful.

Instalaciones bonitas, apartamento muy amplio y limpio. Hacían un repaso diario del piso (quizás sea excesivo pero puedes colocar el cartel en la puerta para que no lo hagan). El personal amable y atento. Zona tranquila y por la noche se descansa sin ruidos.

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y, creo, éramos los únicos o de los pocos españoles que estábamos instalados (lo que significa que los horarios de actividades están más adaptados a otros horarios). Menos mal que las ventanas insonorizaban bien la zona de la piscina porque si no la siesta se complica...

Great accommodation! Very large airy apartments with modern facilities and decent size balconies. Lovely staff especially Poppy (animation) & Corina & the reception team. Good value for money. Perfect for anyone with children or not.

Great stay at the Los Alisios. Spacious rooms and very clean. Staff are very friendly also and is a good hotel for lazing at the pool while the kids play in the pool. Food wasn't bad but better than expected for a 3 star and good selection. Would definitely recommend this hotel especially on a budget as its a great deal

This was our second time staying here. Absolutely loved the place. Everything you need in one place , couple of minutes walk to main strip , great experience, great staff. Room cleaned and beds changed daily, will definitely be back!

Please do not listen to the bad reviews - this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day. The pool has lots of sunbeds, but be prepared to put towels out in the evening as there were barely any beds left in the morning. 10 minute walk to the beach downhill - but getting back up that hill in 30 degree heat was a K I L L E R 😰 The food in the hotel isn’t the best but lots of places outside the hotel for food and drinks! The lady with the short blonde hair working behind the bar at the pool was very rude so avoid her if you can 🤣 We have had an amazing holiday, and been so lucky with the weather ☀️ we would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again!!

The hotel was clean and yhe apartment was very big which was lovely. Unfortunately there was no hit water fir 3 days which did put a bit of a dampener on the holiday as showering in luke warm water when the weather wasn't very hot was a bit if a downer. Once it was fixed it was lovely and warm. The hotel us mark with dome providers as a 4 Star definitely not 3 Star is more accurate. The furniture in the rooms was very dated, draws not opening and shuting, wardrobe stuck unable to get clothes out, but was sorted very promptly on that. No plug in kitchen sink or bowl and as was self catering very difficult to wash up. We did request either but never materialised.

So glad we chose this hotel for our first visit to Tenerife. The location was really good for us as it was 10-15 minutes walk from the beach but lots of restaurants and bars in between but at night we found the hotel a quiet peaceful area where we could enjoy a drink. The rooms were brilliant, so big, clean and airy and contained everything we could possibly need for a self catering break and loved the balcony overlooking the pool too. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and all the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. In fact it was a lovely atmosphere all round. We had such an enjoyable week that we have just re-booked to come back in October. Thank you for making our first Canary Island experience so brilliant!

We went with Hays Travel on Easyjet. A lovely quiet family hotel. Clean spacious apartment consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen with a balcony all linked by a long hallway. Fans in ceiling in bedroom and living room. View from the balcony of the pool area. Fantastic sunsets. Lots of places to sit around the buildings - whether you want shade or sun. Built to make the most of the breeze. Great bar with outside sitting area. We had fantastic cocktails there. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great Cactus collection outside. Easy walk to the town and beach. The steepish hill back can be avoided! And finally, a value for money holiday.

recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Tenerife with an amazing pool, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, modern, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the pool area — it was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and the views around the pool were stunning. The hotel also had excellent food! The location was ideal, close to the beach, within 20 minutes walk! restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Tenerife. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great facilities and excellent service. I would definitely return in the future.

Just back from a week staying in a Premier high floor apartment at Coral Los Alisios. Had a brilliant relaxing stay so here's my overview. The Room:- I was in block C on the fourth floor which gives you a full view of the length of the pool towards the entrance/exit and is above the poolbar and shop. The room itself was massive, with high ceilings in the living/kitchen area. It was bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Cleaners come every day however you can request no cleaning if you want. I only actually asked for a quick clean twice in my stay as I kept the place clean myself. Beds were very comfy and had a great sleep each night. Had everything needed in the kitchen but as I was eating out every night so other than making snacks I didn't really use much. Plenty storage everywhere. Top Tip- to get great airflow through the room open the bedroom windows(which have a grate over them for security) and the balcony door and you get a brilliant breeze through which keeps the room cool) The balcony/terrace was very large and perfect to sit on and get some sun during the day as I did if you don't want to go down to the pool. My balcony got the sun for the majority of the day and although there is a pergola over the top you get plenty sun with minimal shade. Although there are no sun loungers there are seats with footstools you can still lounge on. Also a table and chairs for sitting at with a drink. If I only have one negative for the balcony it is that they aren't private at all. You are only separated from your neighbours by a waist high open railing so you absolutely see and hear everything. Fine if you are a really social person but no so much if you want a bit of peace by yourself. The Complex:- Clean and tidy and really has everything you need but there is also tons of places nearby. Shops and bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk but the area is on a hill if you have any mobility issues. No problem getting taxis called though. I didn't actually use the bar/restaurant or shop during my stay so can't make any comments on those. The complex is fairly noisy by the pool area during the day as expected with a lot of families and activities going on but that's not a negative in my eyes.....people are having FUN! During the evening and night time it is very peaceful and quiet. No problems with rowdy parties. The solarium area behind block C is a lot quieter and there are plenty tables and chairs and a few sun loungers dotted about and is perfect for a little afternoon chill. On the subject of sun loungers there are plenty. I never saw a day when they were all in use and witnessed no "sunbed wars" in the mornings. The hotel offers a late check out (normal is 12pm) if you have a night flight, which I did, but you can only ask about it on your last morning and if the room has been booked in the meantime you can't have it which is another small negative. They do however still give you full access to all the facilities for the remainder of the day by reprogramming your card/wristband so you can still pass through security gates. This means you can still enjoy the pool and pool bar for the afternoon and they also have a couple of shower rooms in reception you can book for half an hour to get ready for your departure time. There is also a luggage room in reception. It doesn't lock but I had no issue leaving my case there. I thought that this was all in all a nice touch and a good alternative to the late check out but would definitely have preferred to pay and keep the room for a little longer. Business is business though. The Staff:- Every single member of staff were a credit to the hotel. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, bar (i didn't use the bar but did go in one day for a look)..... they were all so polite and went out of their way to help you as much as they possibly could. From a simple hello to taking time to explain things in detail they were all fantastic. An incredible bunch of people. All in all I had a great stay at this hotel and all the positives massively outweigh my 2 little negatives. I would definitely return.

I thought i would give my honest opinion of our stay here. The hotel is pretty much the last hotel and furthest away from the main part of Los cristianos,up lots of steep hills. I did not find the staff very friendly or helpful. Breakfast is 7.30am-10am,which is way too early for us,so we had to go&eat out everyday. Food ordering system needs to change,you order food,they do not give you a receipt or order number so you have no proof what you have ordered when there is a problem, we had our food bought to us on first day,next day ordered food,lady asked where we were sitting, after 40minutes no food,went to check, it was sat on the side going cold,I also saw other people's food left on the side going cold,pizza box was open,so any bugs could go on food also aswell as going cold,very limited choices,especially for vegetarians. Mini market,is not well stocked,no bread,toothbrush but no toothpaste,shampoo but no conditioner,open at bizarre times,meant to be 10am-1pm,4pm-9pm,but first day we had to wait til 11am for them to open,again not customer friendly,causing us again to shop outside of hotel. Rooms are well stocked with toilet roll,handwash,shower gel/shampoo,washing up liquid,beach towels supplied, rooms cleaned daily,fresh towels,but that could be bit hit and miss there were lots of days,all towels were taken and not enough clean ones left for all 4 of us to use. Hotel was clean,did see couple of cockroaches in our room,but we were on ground floor very spacious room(jumbo duplex room)over 2 floors,3 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each,bed situation bit weird both bedrooms had twin beds,but my kids were sharing a room and didn't want beds next to each other but u couldn't just move apart as bedside cabinets were attached to wall,so bed had to be completely pulled out and moved to other side of room,massive wardrobes but only about 10 hangers so not great when 4 people sharing,no air-conditioning in rooms,only ceiling fans,when we were there is wasn't very warm,but not sure how hot rooms would get in height of summer. Hair dryer and diffuser supplied in room. Overall our stay was average,lots of good points but also lots of bad.

Good hotel very clean very friendly staff good location apart from the hill to beach OK going down bit of a hike going back would definitely book again.

Very pleased with the location, within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops & Bus stops to several locations. Fine outdoor swimming pool available within hotel grounds. No noise night or day in room. Fine big airy living room and comfortable bedroom.

The cleaning every day or every second day wasn't required in my opinion, but a notice could be put on door if guest decided room didn't require cleaning, which solved 'problem'.

Lovely clean very large apartment. Staff are lovely and very friendly. Could really do with a nice comfy sofa or chair for relaxing in the apartment, the sofa bed in the lounge is extremely uncomfortable. Also the chairs on the balcony are not comfortable. We had an apartment in Block C which got no sunshine at all, seems like Block A got morning sunshine and Block B Afternoon sunshine. You can choose an apartment if you book directly with the hotel but there is a charge of €60 for this. Hotel is right at top of a very steep hill, it is a long walk from beach/bars etc. Very good price apartment, onsite shop expensive. Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Overall a nice clean well priced complex, just not ideal for us with the location and the very shady apartment which was actually very cold having no sunshine at all all day.

Els matalassos estaven deformats i els coixins amb bonys. En tot l’hotel es fuma menys al restaurant. A la sortida dels ascensors hi han cendrés i la gent fuma. A la piscina no es compleix cap norma d’higiene, tothom es banya sense dutxar-se, la gent entra amb les sabatilles d’aigua a la piscina, juguen nens i adults a pilota que no pots no entrar per por que et tirin la pilota de beisbol a sobre, esta ple de tot tipus d’inflables,…

We spent a week at the Coral Los Alisios in a one-bedroom self-catering apartment. It's a relatively small complex, uphill from the beach and harbour of Los Cristianos, approx 15-20 min walk. Taxis from the beach front to the hotel cost less than 5 euros. The hotel and it's environs were kept spotlessly clean, with a daily room service if required. Our apartment consisted of a spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room, with a small but adequate bedroom with lots of storage space, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen was well-equipped for a short-term stay with a 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge. A good range of pots and pans, and decent crockery and cutlery; again, everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. There was a flat-screen TV in the lounge and we were able to get BBC channels. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool - plenty of room with a table and four chairs, and two armchairs and 2 soft pouffes. We opted for breakfast and this was served in the restaurant, buffet style. There were lots of options for the usual cooked breakfast and cold meats, with a lovely selection of fresh fruit and pastries. We also had a few snacks from the pool bar, well cooked and presented. The staff were friendly and helpful and very industrious. We deliberately booked our stay for after the school Easter holidays, but were disappointed to find the pool area terrorised by a number of British children who were determined to be as noisy and boisterous as possible, for as long as possible. Obviously it's cheaper to pay the fines at school for taking them on holiday out of term time than to pay the hiked prices for the school holidays. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of bars and restaurants if you didn't want to walk all the way to the front. Overall, the hotel deserved it's 3+ star rating, and would be a good base for a family.

Great place to stay. Huge rooms with everything we needed. As cyclists the location was perfect and the hotel bar was superb for post ride refreshments. All the staff were very polite and attentive. No problems at all. Would definitely stay again.

Great room on the top floor and the house maids were excellent

Our room was clearly not cleaned upon arrival, with visible dirt and blonde hair throughout (we both have dark hair). This is unacceptable and immediately made us uncomfortable. We were told our takeaway would be ready in 30 minutes and that timing was important, yet it was delivered approximately 30 minutes late. This lack of coordination reflects poor service. More seriously, the food quality was unacceptable. The burger, fries, and condiments appeared spoiled. The ketchup smelled and tasted rotten despite a valid expiry date, and the avocado in the burger was clearly bad. This is not just disappointing. It is unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. We could not eat the meal. The pizza was also of very poor quality. We reported the cleanliness issue the following morning and were told it would be handled immediately. Instead, we waited around 30 minutes, and even after cleaning, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing. The lack of basic cleanliness, poor food quality, and inconsistent service fall far below any acceptable standard. Based on this experience, we will not return.

Our stay was great. The apartment was well fitted out, clean and tidy. All the staff were very nice and the complex was well looked after. We didn't really use the hotel much as self catering and out and about but we had a lovely time there. It was good value for money and I would recommend for couples and families. It's a fair walk from the beach but we love to walk so not a problem for us.

Не везде вытирали пыль и это было заметно, в ванной тоже убирали не очень хорошо, унитаз был со сколами и трещинами. В описании написано, что бассейн с подогревом, но он был всегда холодный.

The apartment was excellent. Three bathrooms and two massive bedrooms. I could not fault the apartment at all. The location was too far away from the activity areas for us. We had a 30 min / 40 min walk to get down to the beach area. The location is excellent was anyone who doesnt want to be close to all the action and just wants a relaxing holiday. The food in the poolside bar/ restaurant was excellent. Never ate in the main restaurant so cant comment on that.

Back again at Los Alisios. This is about the 10th time we have stopped here. Everything here is what we want. Location good for us albeit up a hill, so walk down to sea front (about a 10/15 minutes walk) taxi back at a minimal price. Local supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Apartments are spacious, clean, tidy and quiet. Pool good and there is a small shop on site with a bar. The staff are good, friendly and whenever we have had a minor problem they have resolved it quickly and without a fuss. All in all Los Alisios is good value for money for families and couples. We will return, obviously.

Visited in April 2026. First impressions were great, friendly staff, VERY clean throughout and good location. Room (A207), was excellent. We were self catering and very impressed by the facilities in the room. Plenty of cooking equipment, kettle, toaster, utensils, hob, microwave, cutlery and even washing up liquid which we’ve never had provided before. Lots of space in the room and great balcony with table and chairs and separate comfortable chairs. Cannot fault the room at all. Only downside was the other guests. A family staying just below us were kicking a hard football around the pool area for the whole time we were there. They had a few young (7-15) children who were shouting and swearing loudly around the pool which I feel the hotel should have intervened on. Not nice to play dodge the hard football when you’re trying to relax in the pool. Pint at the bar was €3.50 which was average for the resort. You can walk 15min to the front and pay anywhere between. €2 and €4.50 a pint so prices aren’t bad. There’s an onsite supermarket which you need to avoid as prices in the supermarket 5min away are half of what they charge. There’s just a small hill to deal with. If you fancy a change of scene, hotel paradise park is just around the corner. A pint is slightly cheaper and the terrace bar at the top of the hotel gives good views. Disappointed that there is no all inclusive option. Apparently this was discontinued a couple of years ago. Seems to be room only / self catering only. They do offer breakfast at around €12 per day but this seems very expensive as lots of local bars do breakfast from €5 if you can walk 5min. Overall great hotel and we’ll probably be back as it’s good value for money for the basics. Just hope THAT family aren’t there!!!

Apartments are basic, however have everything you need and the house keepers do a great job. Customer service was poor. I would not return or reccomend. Location is OK, 20 mins walk from the promenade. Pool is mostly in the shade, no sun on the balcony. Tennis courts are not for customer use. Laundry is not fit for purpose. Food is not good, best to visit local food places instead of the hotel. Entertainment is poor, however local places over this. Over all, it is not terrible but I would not return and I would not reccomend to others.

Perfect location, walking distance to almost everything! The room were big, got cleaned every day, no breakfeast included but dinner out were cheap! No AC but we could rent one, the temperature were fine without one in march. In the summer when its hotter i would choose another place with AC included. But everything went perfect.

First time staying here and we enjoyed our stay. Room and facilities good for the price and staff were all lovely too.

Stayed in Apartment in Coral Los Alisos for 7 nights, fine big apartment with microwave & cooker and all utensils required available. Bathroom shower towels etc in plentiful supply together with separate bedroom and comfortable bed available. The cleaning of the apartment and changing bed linen towels etc was done too often (every day), which wasn't required in my opinion. los Alisios is very centrally located, just 10 to 15 minutes walk from beach and Shops/Restaurants and main Bus/Taxi service, and secluded enough to have no late night noise problems. Overall very happy with stay in Los Alisios.
