It was close to the hospital.

Coffee was bad..was told there was a restaurant in the motel. It was only a little c9ffee shop.

We had bugs in our bed that kept us from sleeping. They weren’t bedbugs but I couldn’t identify them. They were in the carpet as well.

Room was outdated. Looked old, smelled old, bathroom was dirty (I bring my own cleaning supplies for this reason). The cost does not match.

Could have a pool to at least set outside. Food was horrible husband had a burger and I had chicken enchiladas which the lady recommended I threw it away! 😡

Staff were great to answer any questions patiently and directions to clinic. Each time I called the front desk, they were prompt to answer. When we needed something brought to the room or cleaned, they were prompt and courteous. Norman (if i remember his name) from housekeeping was very good, great!

To get a better price to help save due to medical issues, had to go to booking.com and check them out comparing to patient discount. However, it was worth it and we so enjoyed our stay. This does not count against the hotel. We preferred to be close without having to get into the car to drive, but it is connected to the hospital and easy walking. The garage access is outside and we did see homeless laying around, no one bothered us. Thank you

Staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Very close proximity to UAB hospital and the parking deck. Once parked, didn't have to move my vehicle the entire time we were at the hospital.

The outlets near the beds were loose and couldn’t be used.

Every person in the hotel, including guest, were so helpful and incredibly professional. The hospital and clinic connected to Wyndham were within walking distance which made it even better. I don't like driving in a big city that I'm not familiar with, so it was a perfect choice.

It was close to the event. Good parking. Good night sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast. Pricey. Had to pay to park. Only good was convenient to UAB hospital. And the front desk was pleasant. One morning I did go into café and the three ladies working in there were quite pleasant. Even though I had to pay $6.50 for a small bottle of orange juice. Ridiculous. But they did give me a banana because they couldn't sell it the way it was.

A continental breakfast for what the room cost each night. A little less profit on bottled juice! Cheaper parking arrangements! Cheaper nightly rates or a discount for seniors.

I was there for a medical procedure, so the locatiion was perfect. We walked to the hospital with ease. Using valet parking was a blessing.f We didn't eat breakfast so that's N/A

No microwave in the room. I slept wonderfully well through the night. My daughter said the helicopters and sirens kept her awake, but, after all, we were literally connected to a medical facility. Duh!

Only got room service one time out of the 5 day stay, our door wouldn't close right, really noisy outside all night, homeless/sketchy people right outside hotel.

the mattress was very old an worn out. I was supposed to have a sofa sleeper and did not. I asked about it at the front desk they wasn't bothered. You don't even get free coffee. I killed a roach on the wall. The lighting in the room was so dim. I was very disappointed

We stayed overnight since my wife was scheduled for surgery early the next morning at UAB. Being the hotel was just across the street it made from where the surgery was taking place, the convenience was welcome! The Choice of dining in the hotel and also the surrounding restaurants within walking distance also helped. Hotel staff were helpful, professional, and very courteous. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
