Brilliant pools but very strict life guards, no jumping in or diving in any pools even the 2.5m one. Affordable and accessible parking. Short 15 minute walk from lovely restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good shop within facility. Pools open late until 22:00

A lot of children, very busy lifts - which can take a while. Often a wait for breakfast.

小朋友非常喜歡在那裡玩水，尋找恐龍印章，房間內也有小空間給他們玩耍，早晨起來就可以眺望大海，提供的兒童睡衣也很舒適。

美中不足的是早餐排隊時間實在是太久，入住的時候前台也不會提醒早餐可能要排隊2.5小時；電梯等候時間也非常久；桌遊沒有規定歸還時間所以可能住的期間想玩的桌遊都是被借走的狀態。

スタッフさんみなさん常に笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださり、非常にに快適に過ごせました。

Molto bella la piscina e la palestra.

Una struttura esclusivamente per famiglie. Una coppia giovane che spera di fare un soggiorno romantico e tranquillo sicuramente dovrebbe cercare un’altra soluzione. Difficoltà anche a muoversi con gli ascensori, non ci hanno fatto accedere alla lounge in quanto si aspettavano troppe persone per quelle giornate. Se come struttura accogli un numero importante di ospiti, devi garantire a tutti lo stesso servizio per cui hanno pagato. Colazione molto abbondante ma caotica e con scarsi refill.

夜でもプールに入れて子供は喜んでました。

朝食会場が滞在中、毎朝待ち時間が長くて困った。 夏休みで宿泊客が多いだろうけど、スムーズに入れるように改善してほしい。

Property was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was too crowded, food on the buffet was not being replenished, not enough staff to ensure everything was neatly replaced. Facility and food was not big enough for the amount of people, long waiting time to eat

Beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor area

部屋は綺麗でオシャレ、サンルームのような作りはテンションが上がる。浴室も広くてラグジュアリーな空間でGOOD。YouTubeも観れることに子供たちが喜んでいた。プールもとても良い。

エアコンを25度以上に上げると部屋中が汗臭くなり少し不快だった。朝食はすべて美味しくて良かったがもう少しだけ品数あると更に良いなと感じた。

Nothing

There’s a lot of pools but close together so you can’t really tell there’s different pools. The pool is also warmed so if you like waddling in it, then it’s the best to be in and not feel cold

The location is far out from everything. It’s not that relaxing since all it is is the pool. There’s not much else to do. The hotel is also an older establishment. You really need a car to get around. It’s super busy too so it feels crowded. I like other places in Okinawa better.

쾌적하고 조식도 좋았어요. 특히 스파는 여러 온도의 탕들도 있고 사우나도 있고 관리가 잘 되어있었어요!

클럽라운지를 이용했는데 음식이 생각보다 다양하지는 않아서 조오금 실망했어요.

Good room and View, the Pool area is very nice.

We had a Problem With the ordered Taxi but they only talked with us of it is okey. Nothing happened we paid much money for nothing!

The spa facilities were wonderful. We opted for a Club Lounge level room which came with additional perks like free tea time, happy hour, and night cabs which were wonderful!

The location was a little far from the airport which added travel time. We also had to travel somewhat far via taxi to reach a snorkeling expedition.

プールとオーシャンビューの部屋がよかった。プールやかりゆしビーチ利用のときタオルを貸していただけるのがありがたかった。

レストラン...夕食でしゃぶしゃぶのお店を利用したがレジでの金額が大幅に違い多く請求されていて危うく倍近くの金額を支払うところでした。 朝食の海鮮丼ビュッフェをいただけるレストラン、海鮮丼や和食のメニューが中心だったのに暖かいお茶がなかったのが残念でした。ビュッフェ会場も少し狭く回転率が悪かったです。 ランドリールームの乾燥機を利用したが乾きが悪かったです

Everything. The room was large and comfortable, the onsite restaurants were great (even the buffet restaurant). The pool was lovely (one pool was heated) and access to a great little beach that had watersports, glass bottom boat, snorkeling, touch pool.

Loved the pool areas and the amenities. Family friendly! Even have an air pump for pool floaties.

時間帯によってはラウンジの軽食が少し物足りなさがあった。

가정식 뷔페는 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 4박 중 3번을 다녀왔는데, 물리지 않는 맛이었구요. 실외수영장은 말할 나위 없어 좋았습니다. 방도 생각보다 넓어서 3가족이 지내기엔 불편함이 없었고, 침대 컨디션이 최상급이었습니다.

조식 뷔페 음식이 다른 리조트에 비해 종류가 약간 부족했던 것 같고, 식사하기엔 상당히 복잡한 느낌인데, 자리 배치가 조금은 아쉬웠던 느낌이었스니다.

Fantastisch grote kamers en prima locatie in het midden van het eiland.

De koude airco in het pand weerhield ons ervan om er te eten en borrelen. Of je moet een trui meenemen. Contrast met buiten en binnen is veel te groot. Het is een groot hotel dus ontbijt is met veel rumoer. Overigens wel genoeg keuze.

大きいプールが設備されていて良かった

電子レンジが清掃されておらず汚い。 食事がイマイチ。海鮮ブュッフェと洋食ブュッフェを分けないでほしい。 スタッフの愛想が全体的にイマイチ。

ラウンジを利用するプランで予約したため、ラウンジや客室の飲料が全て無料で利用できたこと。朝食や夕食、軽食に加えてお酒についても無料で飲み食べ放題だったのが満足できた。また、ビーチでタオルレンタル、ビーチパラソルと椅子を無料レンタルできたのも素晴らしい。

スパも含め、全体的にファミリー向けの雰囲気でした。子供に年齢制限などもなさそうな様子で、あまり注意をしない大人も多いみたいです。ファミリー向けには気兼ねなく遊べるのでおすすめです。

●整潔：整體乾淨 ●飲食：1.早餐有分國際跟日式，入住兩晚剛好都有使用到，兩邊的早餐都很不錯! 2.有提供晚餐自助吧的優惠券，使用起來很超值，不過另一邊的火鍋因為不熟悉點餐方式，吃的不是很盡興 3.有很貼心提供小朋友的吸盤餐具與圍兜 4.備品區設有排毒水跟不同口味的黑糖可以使用 ●設施：有給小朋友的玩樂室可以放電，比較可惜遇到天氣不好沒有使用到戶外泳池。電梯有暖氣，遇到滿多人從泳池直接回房的，不用擔心會著涼，另外房間跟床鋪都很大很舒適! ●服務：服務人員很仔細解說入住事項，且這次有額外升等為高樓層房型，非常感謝!

●飲食：晚餐的火鍋因為不熟悉點餐方式，吃的不是很盡興 ●設施：浴室內缺少小椅子，幫小朋友洗澡不是那麼方便，另外若有飲水機會更加分! ●服務：辦理入住手續有等比較久

スパ入るとき 年配の男性スタッフ ヤギさん？ の対応がムカついた あと チェックアウトのとき 携帯の落とし物ないと 言って へやも スパもプールも探し回って 無くした携帯に 電話すると 後ろの事務所に 届けられてた💦

売店やレストランが遅くまでやっている。 プールが広くて子供が大喜び。 ベランダがついていて気持ちが良かった。

전체적으로 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 가장 좋았던 것은 위치와 온수 수영장 등 아이랑 즐기기 너무 좋았어요.

엘레베이터가 너무 느리고 사람이 많아 탑승 못 하는 경우가 잦습니다.

The staff were rude. Everything I asked for was denied and no alternative was given!

Les piscines intérieurs et extérieurs. La salle de sport. Le restaurant buffet qui permet de trouver de la nourriture qui plaisent à tous. La chambre était aussi très belle.

Nous avons eu besoin d’aide à cause de l’annulation de notre vol suite au Typhon ce qui nous as fait partir 2 jours en avance de l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé l’aide à l’accueil car nous n’avions pas accès avec notre téléphone aux éléments permettant de changer le vol. Ils n’ont pas appelé rien juste ils nous ont donné un numéro de téléphone erronée qu’ils nous ont facturé car nous avons appelé de la chambre d’hôtel. (Bien sûr nous nous avons aussi perdu l’argent des deux nuits que nous avions payé sans pouvoir être présent dans l’hôtel à cause du départ anticipé )

スパを無料にして欲しかった

아침 식사는 맛있었고 직원들의 친절도는 아주 우수했다. 수영장 이용은 늦은 시간까지 운영하여 놀기 편했고 무엇보다 셀프 어매니티가 유용하였다.

아침 식사는 가지 수는 생각했던 것보단 다양하지 못했다. 위치는 차를 타지 않으면 아무 곳도 못 갈 위치였다.

Kids friendly, location is good. Easy to travel to most of the tourist areas. Friendly staff and very clean facilities.

Club Lounge Breakfast need some improvement.

Loved everything and even extended our stay by one night. The staff were so helpful, all areas were kept very clean. The pool area was quiet and the beach was beautiful. Loved that you could help yourself to any amenities for free. Shop was reasonably priced and really well stocked. Short walk to the beach or there is a shuttle bus option. Laundry room was great, best one we’ve used during our 2.5 week trip. Only thing I would say is that the food isn’t cheap compared to some other places we have been (still a pretty good price compare to the UK and average for a big hotel). The food was very good and worth paying if you just want a chilled evening and don’t want to leave but if you have a car there are lots of local places which are a cheaper option. Didn’t want to put this as a negative as we knew the price before booking and we chose to eat in the hotel, the quality overall was really good. However we ate out on our last night and had similar quality for half the price. From start to finish though we absolutely loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend.

A beautiful and modern hotel with comfortable amenities and food options

직원 친절. 고급스러움. 깨끗함. 조식 만족함. 위치도 좋음. 넓고 좋은 방. 조식은 현장에서 먹거나 take out 할 수도 있음.

아쉬웠던 점이라면.. 딱히 없음. 굳이 따지자면 해변에서는 조금 멀리있어서 호텔에서 운영하는 버스를 타고 가거나 15분 정도 걸어가야함. 그 외에는 너무 다 좋았음.

Lots of inclusions, lots of space in the rooms. Comfortable bed. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the food was exceptional.

Terrible breakfast, dirty unventilated area. Aircon filters full of mould

The staff were very helpful and kind, the ocean view was beautiful. The parking was easy. The beds were 🔐 comfortable.

The eco clean. I thought this should have included providing clean cups without having to ask and also toilet paper, and making the beds but not changing the sheets would have been Good.
