Clean, friendly staff at reception

Basic decor, not much like the promo photos which show features that indicate cosiness

It was a fabulous location right in the centre, the pillows were amazing and my neck has never felt better. Spacious apartment and handy parking. Nothing was too much trouble for Joanne on reception, from initial email contact to meeting her in person, she was lovely. Thank you so much :)

Good accommodation in a good location in Newcastle. Plenty of space in apartment

Some of the challenges with this accommodation were a reflection of the building design, and outside management control, but some more attention to maintenance and making sure that things work properly would not go amiss

The apartments were very central to everything. They were clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our stay.

The only downside and its very minor was the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom. Thankfully it was our son that used that room, but if it was for me I would have struggled. It would have been nice to be asked/told about it or given the option in advance. But as I said it was very minor

Property was warm, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bedding was lovely and the kitchen well equipped. Location is fantastic (close to the railway station and plenty of shops and restaurants) and both of the ladies we met working on reception were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were happy to look after our luggage between checking out and going for our train home, which is a huge help. We felt very safe staying here!

Our apartment was a little dark and there was a fair amount of noise from outside on the street, but neither of these would be enough of an issue to stop me booking this property again!

We had a fantastic time here. Lovely staff. So comfortable. So much space. Great lounge. Clean. Great kitchen and washing machine. Great location. Would stay again!!

I'm traveling for business and a woman on my own, the check in instructions were excellent as I was arriving late, but the staff I met the next day were lovely. The apartment was really lovely, clean and well equipped

La ubicación fantástica. Estaba a 10 minutos andando del centro, 5 de la estación de tren, lo cual nos resultó muy cómodo para movernos por la zona, y muy cerca también del estadio de fútbol, lo que mi hijo (gran fan del Newcastle United) agradeció enormemente. Las chicas de recepción muy amables y resueltas. Repetiremos sin duda cada vez que volvamos.

Las camas demasiado altas y duras para mi gusto. Por lo demás, todo bien. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa.

Ubicación. Que tuviera dos cuartos de baño.

Un dormitorio tendría que tener 2 camas individuales, para familias

Very comfortable beds! Excellent location for the city centre, very easy walking distance. No notable outside noise, even on a weekend. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The access gates to the underground car park was a bit tight for our bigger car but we managed eventually ... i do admit to being nervous about it getting stuck, or scratched upon entry... it narrowness of it was triggering the proximity alarms on the car (Skoda Kodiaq)

La proximité de la gare, des commerces et la situation centrale dans la ville permettant une visite facile de Newcastle.

En période de grande chaleur, le thermomètre dans l'appartement indiquant 27°C, les fenêtres sont bloquées en position oscillante et la porte fenêtre est verrouillée et fermée, certes pour des raisons de sécurité, mais ceci nous a gênés.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Central Train station. Apartment was lovely, we were a group of three female friends. There was everything what we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

When arriving late at night, the entrance is poorly lit and took a while to notice it. Otherwise very easy to arrive from the train station.

Internal doors shut automatically made it a little stuffy. Adding doorstops with the ability to open the windows a little bit more would help air circulation.

The property was spotlessly clean,staff were very friendly & thy are in a good location.

Für unseren Familienurlaub ‒ sechs Nächte mit einem erwachsenen Sohn ‒ in Newcastle war das 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment (ca. 75 qm) ideal, zumal es 2 Bäder gab. Dazu ein Wohnraum mit bestens ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Da wir keine großen Gerichte gekocht hatten, war es kein Problem, dass es keine Spülmaschine gab. Eine Waschmaschine war aber vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren groß mit viel Platz zum Verstauen der Kleidung. Als ‚kontinentaler‘ Sicht möchte ich die Betten besonders loben, sie gehörten zu den besten, wie die wir in UK je hatten! In dem Schlafzimmer, das meine Frau und ich nutzten, hatten sie mitteleuropäischen Standard mit zwei breiten, sehr guten Oberbetten statt der klassischen britischen Lösung mit einem Oberbett für zwei Personen, die wir vom Kontinent nicht gewohnt sind – aber das ist sicher Geschmacks- und Gewöhnungssache. Der Zimmerservice wurde auf Anforderung gemacht, da war nichts zu beanstanden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war nicht modernstes Design, aber sauber und für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Die Lage in einem spannenden Multi-Kulti-Viertel mit hervorragenden japanisch / asiatischen Restaurants und urigen Pubs nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadion des Newcastle United F.C. war faszinierend, die Innenstadt mit ihren Shops und Lokalen zu Fuß schnell erreicht und auch das Lifestyle-Viertel am Tyne Ufer noch fußläufig. Hauptzweck unserer Reise war ein Linksfahrtraining für unseren Sohn, der demnächst ein Jahr in Neuseeland arbeiten wird. Dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt: Sie verfügt über eine gute Tiefgarage (12 GPB/Nacht) und die Anbindung zu einer Tyne-Brücke nach Gateshead mit direkter Zufahrt zur A1 Richtung Norden wie Süden und war ideal selbst zur Rushhour. Holy Island, Seahouses mit seinen Bootstouren nach Farne Island, Durham mit seiner Kathedrale, das Barbour Factory Outled in South Shields und die Strände nördlich und südlich der Tynemündung waren leicht zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen brachten wir 20 Minuten.

Everything very clean and professional. Professional front desk and security at nights, which as a group of young women was very reassuring. Right in the centre right next to all the bars, restaurants and shopping! Really couldn’t fault it for the price.

Slight funny smell in the kitchen but that’s only if I’m being very picky.

The stay was perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location with easy access to the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Newcastle. Check-in was simple and everything was exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small issue was that the shower would occasionally turn cold for a few seconds before quickly heating back up again. Other than that, everything was excellent.

In city centre convenient to travel in city. Good with 2 bedrooms for family stay one with twin beds.

Bedroom bit cramped with small double in one room. Main bathroom exhaust fan was sounding like an airplane taking off. Limited parking so book in advance. If not can park in Grainger car park 50 metres down the road with free overnight parking 7pm to 7am.

Fully equipped and furnished 2-bed apartment in the city centre, close to the train station. The staff we met were super friendly and helpful.

Communication re booking and access was excellent, clear and accurate. Staff were very helpful and excellent attitude - friendly and professional. Location really good Close to all amenities. Ease of access to and from underground parking too!

The coffee machine leaked all over the top. Also some time in the night water leaked in the corridor and bits of roof ( plaster) on the floor and a lot of water

Excellent location, few min walk from station and walking distance to food joints, restaurants, shopping mall. Very well equipped kitchen, loved good quantity of coffee and tea supply. Spacious living +kitchen space, sufficient bedroom and good enough bathroom. Certainly feel of home away from home. Reception is not 24 hours but enough care is taken that guests do not have problem with it. We checked out before reception opens, there was instruction to drop kees in box clearly marked. They kept luggage as we arrived early and made our room ready before officoal check in time. The lady at the reception was happy to help.

Loved the friendly staff and the spacious apartment which was so clean. Located in a great spot for train station, science museum, St James Park and shopping areas.

Our apartment faced the street, and we found it a little noisy. Not the accommodation's fault, just quite an amount of people shouting at all hours.

The accommodation was perfect for our trip. The location was with easy walking distance of the city and only five minutes from the station and hop-on-hop off bus stop. Having secure on site parking was very useful as we did use the car to visit the surrounding area.

Not really a criticism but a suggestion - a night light would be useful in the hallway. The fan in the bathroom was noisy.

Lighting a bit dim in the living room. A bit of noise from outside overnight. Heating controls were a bit temperamental.

Czysto, bez nieprzyjemnych zapachów, blisko centrum, apartament/ mieszkanie bardzo duże, dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki i duży salon z aneksem kuchennym w pełni wyposażony. Blisko do restauracji i pubów.

The location was great, and the people were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was large, and there was plenty of parking in the underground car park. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the place was quiet enough.

The lighting could be a lot better. The shower in the ensuite had complicated controls, and I couldn't figure out how to work it (so I used the shower over the bath in the other bathroom). The room doors wouldn't stay open, which made it impossible to get any air flow. The rooms could have used luggage racks.

Very, very loud throughout the night. There’s no double glazing at all on the windows so all the revelling outside was easy to hear.

Comfortable and spacious

The bathroom shower didn’t work and the lift was out of order, which we didn’t receive an email about, one of our guests had difficulty walking and we picked the property on having a lift. We struggled to get into the building and had to wait outside in the rain as the entrance door was locked and nobody was on reception to let us in.

The service and staff was exceptional. The loveliest people. Couldn't be more helpful Everything is there for self catered property, fully equipped kitchen.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Close to the main attractions and 15 minutes from the RVI.

The lift was out of service for the last day and being on the 5th floor didn't help as we had a two year old toddler and a pregnant lady with us.

The location was excellent. Apartment was better than expected. Very clean, beds were comfortable and complimentry tea, coffee, etc was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

We did not have the code to the carpark when we got there so someone had to run to reception. Then on exit it was a different code that we did not have until we spotted a sign in the carpark.
