Clean & tidy and in good secure location.

The things in the room were not in working order, e.g air con, shower head etc So we changed room 3 times. Not happy. expecting some refund for inconvenience.

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel serviable et très avenants. La situation de l'emplacement de l'hôtel au centre de la ville facilite les déplacement.

En tant de chaleur la climatisation n'était pas vraiment opérationnelle aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. cela rendait surtout le sommeil difficile.

Ar condicionado não funcionava. O quarto não tem insonorização. O barulho da rua ouve se no quarto. O pequeno almoço podia ser melhorado.

Jag vill varmt tacka för en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Jag stannade i fyra nätter och trivdes verkligen bra från första stund.

Jag saknade balkong.

Stanze molto grandi , frigo bar in camera , receptionist accogliente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta , parcheggio privato. A pochi minuti dalla Medina in taxi (costo circa 2 euro) . Molto pulito e in zona comunque silenziosa .Consigliato

Colazione un po’ da integrare , aria condizionata molto debole in camera .

The property is wells located in the city

Not remotely a 5-star hotel – the classification is very misleading Unfortunately, this hotel is nowhere near the standard one should reasonably expect from a 5-star property. More concerningly, advertising it as such is misleading to international and domestic travelers and, in my view, ultimately hurts the image of Moroccan tourism. The property feels extremely dated and poorly maintained. The rooms, furnishings and even the bedding are old and clearly in need of significant renovation and upgrading. The overall experience is much closer to that of an aging 3-star hotel than a genuine 5-star establishment. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was very limited, there was no fresh juice, and some of the cakes and pastries were literally rock-hard, giving the impression that they had been reheated or left out repeatedly over several days. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel positioning itself at this level. The staff were generally nice and polite, and I do not fault them personally. However, the level of training, service standards and attention to detail are far below what one expects from a 5-star hotel — and in many instances even below a good 4-star standard. This appears to be a management and investment issue rather than an issue with individual employees. Fès is an extraordinary destination and deserves hotels that properly reflect the quality of Moroccan hospitality. This property needs substantial renovation, better food and beverage standards, and significantly more investment in staff training before it should be marketed as a 5-star hotel.

I had a great experience at Ramada by Wyndham Fes. The hotel has a beautiful old-style charm that gives it a royal atmosphere while preserving the traditional character and history of Fes. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the blonde lady and the gentleman working at breakfast for their kindness and excellent service.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The soundproofing between the rooms is quite poor, as we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. The biggest issue was the air conditioning: it was very weak and barely cooled the room, which is definitely not suitable for the hot temperatures in Fes, especially during summer. The lighting in the rooms was also very poor. The lack of sufficient lighting made the room feel quite dark and less pleasant at night. Another disappointing point was the breakfast buffet, which unfortunately did not reflect the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. The selection felt more comparable to what you might find in a small guesthouse

L’emplacement proche de tout, le personnel très gentil, le petit déjeuner très varié , on a passé 4 nuits c’était agréable, c’est mon 2 eme séjour.

De ligging is perfect; midden in het centrum en daardoor goed bereikbaar.

Voor een 5 sterrenhotel mist het toch veel dingen; kapotte meubels in de kamer en veel achterstallig onderhoud in de doucheruimte. Ontbijt is beperkt.

部屋が広くて清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフもみんな親切な人ばかりです。

唯一残念だったのは朝食。種類も少なく味も口に合いませんでした。

الفندق بهذا المستوى يستقر الى اشياء بسيطة اذا توفرت كان في قمة الروعه فندق بمستوى 5نجوم لا يوجد غلاية ماء،ولا ماء في الغرف الشاي والقهوة كانت اشياء،بسيطة ولكن تضفي على الجمالية اكثر واكثر

Location is far from everything. Getting a taxi was difficult. Hotel snack bar food wasn't good. Maid service always forgot something - towel, toilet paper ect. AC didn't work. The tech guy said it works. It didn't work and made sleeping in 35C terrible.

AC was not working, it was such a terrible experience, we keep telling them for the entire time that AC is not working and they continuously told us it’s the maximum cold.

De airconditioning was slecht. Het was40 graden de bad heb ik vol laten lopen en kreeg het later niet meer open. Dus de water bleef in het bad. Het is gewoon allemaal verouderd . Voor de rest was het wel schoon

The room has kind of old furniture. The light in the room goes off frequently. The AC in the room doesn’t work. The reception guy in morning shift was rude.

Struttura un bel po’ datata, colazione che sfido qualsiasi italiano a mangiare qualcosa di diverso dalle uova e pane. Durante tutto il soggiorno ogni volta che la mattina rifacevano le camere non rimettevano mai gli asciugamani. 1 ora per aspettare le valigie che loro stessi hanno insistito a volerci portare in camera, frigobar non raffreddava. Diciamo che essendo un 5 stelle ci si aspettava un servizio e una cura per il cliente maggiore. Per esempio non sono state date manco le ciabatte

Une rénovation de certaines équipements serait un atout. Petite piscine, mais acceptable.

La struttura risulta un.po datata con qualche problemino nel bagno in quanto quello che sembrava un aspiratore risultava staccato dal muro (cartongesso) dando l'impressione di poter cadere

Mobilier a besoin d'un coup de jeune. Tout spécialement pas apprécié la qualité du petit déjeuner, c'était horrible, de vielle tranches de fromages et de charcuterie desséché, des cake et madeleine dur comme des pierres .... Tranche de tomate pas fraiche .... Et j'arrête de citer le reste . Et pr dessus , une manager qui se pavane dans la salle du ptit dej sans réagir a tout cela.

C’était un très beau séjour, merci à toute l’équipe de Wyndham le déjeuner un délice

i rapporti con la clientela dovrebbero essere coltivati anche dopo il soggiorno in hotel. Emblematico quello che mi e' successo durante il mio soggiorno al Ramada di Fes lo scorso 8 giugno: ho dimenticato i miei occhiali in camera e, purtroppo, me ne sono accorta solo dopo la partenza. Ho cosi chiamato la reception della struttura e inviato perfino della mail per ottenere la spedizione degli occhiali, beninteso a mie spese. Ciò nonostante nessuno s'e' degnato di darmi risposta. Trovo questo comportamento assolutamente deprecabile e poco professionale.

Πολύ παλιό ξενοδοχείο,αν και είναι ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων στα δωμάτια δεν υπάρχει τίποτα πέρα από αφρόλουτρο ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό με αποτέλεσμα αν φτάσει κάποιος αργά θα πρέπει να κατέβει στο μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου να αγοράσει σε τιμές χρυσού .

il y a trop de bruit dans la chambre, le bruit de la rue comme si la fenêtre est ouverte, en plus du bruit de la clim sur le toit.

La vétusté des équipements et la taille de la piscine

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. L'emplacement est idéal et les installations sont parfaitement entretenues. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
