Spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and very friendly and professional staff. The hotel offers great facilities, including a beautiful pool area and relaxing gardens. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long road trip and an ideal base for exploring Fes.

Les chambres non pas changer en 5 ans que nous venons elles sont vieilles et pas moderne. Le prix est devenu exorbitant et déplacer quand nous le comparons à d’autre hôtel et le petite déjeuné ne mérite pas un tarif aussi élevé par personne quand nous sommes avec 3 enfants sa s’appelle du vol.

Je recommande, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les chambres sont propres et très confortable, tous les personnel est attentif et à l’écoute, merci à Youssef pour son accompagnement de qualité.

Nous avons vraiment été traité comme des reines dans cet hôtel. Que ça soit la chambre, la piscine, les restaurant, le café … Cette hôtel est juste magnifique , sécurisé, impeccable! La chambre est magnifique, tout était à notre disposition, en terme d’hygiène tout scintillé de propreté ! La restauration parfaite! Tout était super bon! La personnel était très agréable et accueillant !La piscine était de haute qualité. Niveau rapport qualité prix ça en vaut vraiment le coup ! L’hôtel était encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Pour 4 nuit nous nous sommes tellement amusés , compte vivement y retourner ! Merci infiniment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance, de l’accueil jusqu’au restaurant. Tout le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Un immense merci également pour la belle attention à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma fille Cela nous a vraiment touchés et a rendu ce séjour encore plus spécial. Cela fait maintenant deux ans que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. Je pense déjà à réserver pour l’année prochaine ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne les serviettes et les peignoirs : il était parfois très difficile, voire impossible, d’en obtenir ou d’en faire apporter dans la chambre, sans vraiment savoir pourquoi.

- het personeel doet er alles aan om je verblijf aangenaam te maken, contact tussen personeel en manager verloopt erg vlot en problemen of verzoeken worden onmiddellijk opgepakt. Wij waren niet tevreden met de airco in de kamer en de ruimte voor het gezin, dit werd meteen opgepakt en we kregen dezelfde dag een duplex familiekamer, top geregeld. - het zwembad is erg groot en ziet er top uit, water superhelder en schoon. - locatie is perfect, 5 min afstand naar het centrum met de auto. - Marokkaanse restaurant is geweldig, heerlijk verse traditionele Marokkaanse gerechten onder het genot van Marokkaanse muziek dat live wordt gezongen. - het gevoel van veiligheid, auto op bewaakt terrein met 24 uur bewakingspersoneel, en alleen toegankelijk voor bezoekers van het hotel. - mooie en ruime fitnessruimte.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool, superb buffet breakfast, extremely comfortable bed and very friendly staff. It's walking distance to the newer Fes and just a short taxi to the Medina.

The only problem we had was that for two days in a row, towels weren't left in our room and we had to chase house keeping for this.

The first thing that I like is how they received us with a smile welcoming from the first gate entrance and all the way to our room, was so pleasant 😊. The Room was very clean and well organized. The breakfast was wonderful and has a variety of delicious food. We had a dinner at a moroccan restaurant JF it was a good experience with a tasty food . The bi-level family room, comfortable beds, spa and generally helpful staff.

There were a number of issues with our room. Downstairs tv didn’t work, downstairs bath plug didn’t work, there were only 2 rather than 3 Towels and only 1 bathrobe for our family of 3. However the issues were rectified when raised.

J ai demandé à l’hôte de me référer à une agence pour faire visiter les monuments historique de la ville de Fès Le guide qui ont référé pour moi et ma femme nous a fait une visite commerciale plus que culturelle Il nous amène au bazar pour acheter des choses plus que d’aller voir les monuments ( une fois il nous amène chez un baza ou une commerce il nous laisse tous seule, nous sentant gèné et on achète des choses que nous on a pas besoin et c’est été chaire) À la fin de la visite, le guide nous a laissé tout seul dans un restaurant et nous a dit une fois vous finissez de manger appeler moi et je vais vous envoyer vous le chauffeur pour vous amener à l’hôtel) J ai mentionné tous sa à la réception comme quoi il n’ont pas référer le bon guide malgré j ai payé chair pour le guide et le transport) J’ai réclamé même le remboursement mais ils ont demandé juste les excuse

La restauration avec ses différents choix de cuisine internationale et marocaine.

La vue depuis ma chambre et la nécessité de déposer une provision au check-in afin de pouvoir consommer et payer à la fin du séjour. Cette information ne nous a pas été communiqué au moment de notre enregistrement. Je n’ai pas apprécié l’insistance de l’employé pour que l’effectuer le règlement sans nous donner le temps de prendre notre petit déjeuner.

Quite old and not very well maintained room

After a long travel day by rail from Marrakech to Fes, arriving at this hotel exceeded any expectations. From the minute you arrive, you are treated to incredible hospitality. The room was a great size with comfortable beds & cookies. The location was not close enough for us to walk to the Medina, but the hotel helped us arrange transportation when we decided to go there for dinner one evening. The staff is truly unparalleled. Friendly & accommodating. We wish every hotel was like this.

Beautiful property. Staff are incredibly friendly. Maimoun and Bhattar made our breakfast experience amazingly incredible. They were kind, considerate, welcoming and also very funny. They were able to get our teenagers to smile! lol Overall a fantastic experience. Rooms could use updating with better air conditioning and appropriate adapter and electrical outlet for foreign guests.

The facilities are ok.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending a wedding in Fez. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. 1. Laundry service issue I specifically requested a full laundry service and was told my suit would be ready by 6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, it wasn’t ready. I followed up again at 7:00 PM, and still nothing. I eventually had to go to the reception myself and wait another 15 minutes before receiving my suit and shirt at 8:00 PM. By then, we were already late for our event. The biggest issue, however, was that the suit had not actually been cleaned. It still smelled and showed no signs of having been washed. It appeared that they had only ironed it in a hurry. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff insisted that the suit had been properly cleaned. 2. Lost sunglasses I lost my sunglasses in the parking area after they were apparently left on top of the car. Despite the hotel having cameras covering the parking lot, they were unable to help locate them. Overall, this was far below the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Le retard pour check in, on a attendu longtemps, jusqu'à 16h et on était très fatigué arrivant d'un autre voyage..

Hotel ist Standard und nicht in der 5-Sterne-Klasse sonstiger großer Mariott-Hotels. Darüber kann auch die hübsche Möbelierung der Lobby nicht hinwegtäuschen. Denn der Service insgesamt ist enttäuschend: Wenn livrierte Mitarbeiter nur Dekoration sind z.B. stehen vor einer automatisch öffnenden Tür oder sie stehen neben einer Kuckentheke und kennen noch nicht einmal die Geschmacksrichtung der darin ausgestellten 5 Kuchenstücke ? Niemand reicht ein Wasser oder einen Tee, wenn man das Hotel betritt, das gibt es nur einmalig nach dem Check-In!! Im gesamten Hotel nicht ein einziger Wasserspender !!! Auf dem Concierge-Desk eine Teekanne aber keine Gläser dazu... Das Zimmer war okay und sauber, für den Preis aber auch absolut zu erwarten.

Der Pool: Laute Beschallung mit ständig unterbrochenen Musikstücken. Das Personal an der Pool-Bar daddelt ständig auf dem Handy und wechselt die Songs mittendrin, denn: "wir machen die Musik für die Kinder". Die Speisekarte im marokkanischen Restaurant ist missverständlich: Lamb Brains, Veal Liver 40 DH. Ich hatte es so verstanden, dass eine kleine Portion Hirn und eine kleine Portion Leber als 1 Vorspeisen-Teller gebracht wird. Stattdessen kamen zwei anständige Portionen und der Tisch krümmte sich unter allen Vorspeisen. Da fehlte das Wörtchen "or" und mir bei der Bestellung wohl das Hirn. Leider war der Kellner auch keine Hilfe, denn er sprach nur fließend marokkanisch. Insgesamt ein Hotel ohne Charme und Atmosphäre, leider auch ohne den sonst üblichen Service und die Freundlichkeit. Nur für 1 Übernachtung zu empfehlen.

The room is nice, but it's not a hotel experience as there's no sound except for the noise from neighboring rooms and the staff talking while cleaning early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

Incredibly friendly staff, exceptional facilities; Fantastic breakfast with a huge selection; Rooms are excellently equipped and spacious even for a traveling family. Beautiful and fragrant green space; Sprawling pool complex.

PIRE EXPÉRIENCE MARRIOTT DE TOUTE MA VIE !!! Je séjourne régulièrement dans des hôtels Marriott dans le monde, mais celui de Fès est de très loin la pire expérience que j’ai eue de toute ma vie. ❌ Propreté totalement inacceptable Les transats au bord de la piscine sont sales, avec des traces visibles. Et malgré ça, on vous donne une seule serviette, alors que les transats sont déjà sales. Concernant la chambre : J’ai fait tomber du fond de teint par terre dans la salle de bain. Lors du ménage, la femme de chambre n’a absolument pas nettoyé correctement. Elle a simplement passé un aspirateur ou un balayage rapide, mais aucune serpillière alors que du fond de teint MARRON était visible. En revenant, le sol était marron et sale, ce qui est inadmissible ➡️ Clairement, le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. ❌ Équipements défectueux Le système pour insérer la carte afin d’avoir l’électricité : - était cassé - mal fixé au mur - ne fonctionnait pas correctement (disjonctions) ➡️ Ce n’est ni sécurisant ni digne d’un 5 étoiles. ❌ Service incohérent et incomplet Nous étions 2 (moi et ma fille) - La femme de ménage laissait 1 seule serviette - Je ne comprends pas comment cela est possible dans un hôtel de ce standing. ❌ Réservation non respectée Lors de ma réservation, j’avais demandé : un étage élevé une vue sur la piscine ➡️ Résultat : - chambre au premier étage - vue partielle de la piscine ➡️ Donc exactement l’inverse de ce que j’avais demandé. ❌ Nuisances + gestion catastrophique Première nuit : voisins extrêmement bruyants dès 07h00 du matin Ensuite : bruits très forts au-dessus de moi dès 08h00, comme des meubles déplacés ➡️ Impossible de se reposer.

Absolute GEM! A long overdue review from February. What an amazing resort and a lovely stop during our holidays to Morocco. From the front office staff to every single outlet, they were absolutely amazing. The resort - you can just spend days here and never get tired of it. A beautiful, large outdoor pool, a spacious gym, saunas, a small piano space, beautiful art pieces and exhibits, a stunning bar with the finest whiskey and cigars and their restaurants too were amazing. The rooms are beautifully laid out with a lovely little balcony overlooking the gardens where you can just read a good book. I’d definitely revisit if I ever had the chance!

Awesome stay! It was superb in all respects. We loved the Moroccan restaurant, along with everything else. But one of our biggest highlights was meeting Badr and Mounaim, two of the waiters at the breakfast buffet. These guys were funny, charming and amazingly helpful!! Amongst a great staff, these guys really stood out! Highly, highly recommend a stay here.

Wife and I stayed for one full week at the Fes Marriott. Stuningly beautiful lobby. Were met by Sara servicing Bonvoy customers. An absolute Gem. She checked on our stay all week to make sure all was good. The M Club for owners was a treat with a great Happy Hour consisting of appetizers, hard and soft drinks. We enjoyed chatting with the young hostess there. The rooms were fresh, clean and roomy. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Provided with as many bottled waters as desired. Comfortable beds and linens. We ate at the Spanish and Moroccan restaurants in the hotel as well as drinks in the lounge. The food and service were top notch and delicious. The staff are a wonderful group of people alway ready to tend to your needs. They were fun, kind, friendly and professional. We are planning on returning in January.

Great base in Fes for the family. Terrific service and food choices. Fantastic pool. Don't miss the Hammam treatment - Btissam is superb!

Be aware there are a number of large tour groups who use this hotel. Bearing that in mind we went later for breakfast on both mornings we stayed there - after 0900, however on the first morning we were greeted with three words by the front of restaurant host. "Room number?" followed by "anywhere" On entering the restaurant there were a large number of empty tables but they had not been cleared away. We eventually found a table but there then followed a search for bowls to use for yoghurt and then spoons. When the waiter eventually came back with spoons we were told that they had been busy and did not have enough! One waiter did come to our table and apologised, bringing mint tea with him, and he chatted with us suggesting that the following morning we ask for a breakfast Moroccan style which he highly recommended. The following morning there was less chaos, but on asking for the recommended breakfast we were told that they did not do that. The bathrooms do not have extractor fans, so that if you use the shower there is quite a bit of condensation builds up. I asked for a copy of my bill to be sent by email, but all i received was a blank invoice with no details on it. All in all I felt this was an overpriced hotel which under delivered on service. Not what I would have expected from Marriott.

Service poor. I had a number of problems with the room and lack of service in the first 24 hours, and on going poor service. Impossible to get a simple breakfast of muesli, plain low fat yogurt and a banana. Various things on menus not available. Quality of aspects of room poor. All disappointing in what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

I had a Hammam with Badr and it was absolutely wonderful! If you have not had one, I highly recommend it. You have not visited Morocco without a Hammam, and this one was superb

This is a very classy hotel, 10 minutes by car away from the Medina. Rooms are very spacious and the breakfast options are awesome. Staff members go out of their way to please you and are reflective of the Moroccan culture and hospitality. Price is a bit on the higher side but well worth it.

It’s just that if you prefer not to eat in the hotel restaurants, you will have to either walk quite a bit or take a taxi- which is not about the hotel but a personal choice
