Beim Einchecken wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Die Dame am Empfang bemühte sich sehr und konnte uns dann ein Zimmer geben.

Obwohl das Zimmer ein nicht Raucher Zimmer ist, roch es nach Rauch . Im Bad liegen noch alte gebrauchte Seifen Reste in der Dusche. Der Wasserhahn an der Badewanne tropft die ganze Zeit.

Bed was comfortable script like a baby

The rooms are spacious and everything you'd expect from a motel room. Beds are very comfortable. Pillows are plump. The rooms are very clean. It's nice to have a microwave. Photos are accurate. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Location is on the edge of town with great transport links (exactly as stated in the description). Set back from the road we experienced a peaceful night.

The swimming pool area was a bit disappointing. The pool was available but the hot tub was not and looked a bit manky. Not really a relaxing space. Perhaps it's the end of the season. We had three rooms and one was positioned with a very obscured window and was dark. One was 'upgraded' to twin double beds but as a couple we would have preferred just one bed and a sitting area / sofa. For one night, neither of these were an issue, just a niggle.

Die Zimmertüre hatte kein Sicherheitsschloss und bei Bezug einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch. Leider auch Schimmelflecken an der Badezimmerdecke. Es war schade, dass es nur Nachtvorhänge am Fenster hatte, somit gab es keine Privatsphäre am Tag oder man musste im Dunkeln im Zimmer sitzen. Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken schwer bedienbar und leicht defekt.

Hot tub was not working and pool needs updating

We were only there to sleep and then hit the road early the next day so it's hard to say anything else.

It was quiet. Smoke was really bad so you didn't leave the room.

Clean tidy good location

The Aircon was too loud returned hours off and we could hear next doors had to use earplugs. Also the cleaner from the restaurant next door turned up at 6:30 am and had a call radio on full blast outside our room. Try not to stay in a room near the restaurant.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Leider war Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt und noch Inhalt vom früheren Gast drin. In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich ebenfalls noch alter Kaffee. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr niedrig eingebaut und eher für kleine Kinder zu nutzen.

Found a stray shirt left on the toilet and wall.Heavy dust buildup on the electrical baseboard heaters.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Utile come tappa di strada verso i parchi dell' Alberta. Stanza grande e confortevole. Comodo e buon locale ristorante a due passi.

We went in July and it was fire season,,,ashes falling and smell of fire... But we only stayed for 1 day...

Helemaal niets, we hadden geboekt een kamer met een full equipent keuken en kregen een " hok" met 2 bedden waar de vlekken in zatten 🤢. Ook stonk het enorm , terug gegaan naar de receptie om aan te geven dat we dit niet hadden geboekt, maar kreeg als antwoord dat Booking mooie plaatjes op de website had gezet en dat dit niet klopte , ook was er geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Tja daar sta je dan, wie is nu in gebrekke gebleven ? Wij zeld denken het hotel en niet booking omdat we al jaren via Booking boeken en nooit geen problemen hebben gehad. Ik kreeg een lucht verfrisser mee voor de stank. We zijn gebleven maar hebben met onze kleren aan geslapen en zijn de volgende ochtend heel vroeg vertrokken

The extreme conditions. But bit the fault of the venue

easy to find, short drive from basscoast festival, clean, comfortable

the windows didnt open. There is an ac/air unit for the rooms and most hotels or motels do not have windows that open. But my very minor claustrophobia plus ive never liked AC i would love to have an open window. the day of our stay we understood that check in wasnt until late afternoon, and we didnt ask for early check in ahead of time because we booked for the night of the monday but on the sunday or monday i contacted and asked to change to the tuesday last minute because we had late plans to arrive a day later. they switch our room to the tuesday with no extra charge and no complains which was sooo appreciated. the only issue at all was the interaction with the staff member tuesday morning. we arrive very early and nobody was in the office for about a 15 min wait and then when they finally greated me they were very irritated and rude. We asked if we could check in early at all and they rudely replied that check in isnt until after (3?) ish pm and that they were sold out the night before, scoffed at us and walked Way. we completly understand that since we were at the festival and merrit is never as busy as it is after basscoast. but we were extremely tired after working at a festival for 5 days, hoping for an early check in but only expecting the staff to tell us no and maybe be willing to call us when the first available room was ready

Easy access to the highway without highway noise. Room was somewhat dated but in good repair and clean.

The room was on the to floor that ewe had to climb stairs to get to. We are older people that have a hard time climbing

The staff were helpful in finding us a room that was more suitable to our needs but not good enough. We were told we were getting a Kitchenette. This wasn't the case!! Very dissatisfied. Had to drink out of paper cupps. Dreadful.

The hot tub was broken. The pool was filthy. Our mattress was quite terrible and broken and covered in stains and there was no laundry facility anywhere.

I requested a quiet room upon reserving and got place on the ground floor with parking right in front of my door. Not the end, or the second floor, just right in the middle with bonus foot traffic over my head. To be fair, the front desk did respond to my request to change rooms for the second night but I declined since I was already settled in. And no water pressure in the shower

The room was clean. They honored m6 request of ground floor. They had the air con on and our room was very comfortable upon arrival. We ate on site in the restaurant and the food and serv8se was excellent.

The hot tub wasn't working :( We didn't use the pool.

As soon as I entered the lady at the desk/owner was VERY courteous and after a long drive from Calgary to Merritt, she was a welcomed surprise, thank you! Room was spacious, clean, and had everything there to make the visit pleasant...again, THANK YOU! I will probably stop here again next summer while driving out to the island! Thank you for everything =;)

Old pillows needs replacing. And our pillow case had stain on them and one had hair 😩 Cleanliness can definitely improved, room 206 had strong unpleasant smell as we entered.

Home Restaurant is attached and good value

Windows were wire mesh and didn't open. The bathroom was missing baseborda and the paint job was awful.
