Staff wasn’t attentive what so ever and there was a massive puddle of water in the middle of the lounge guessing from the rain food also in the freezer and hair on the bed sheets

It was lovely and clean and the staf are so lovely and helpful.

El.apartamento tiene una buena distribución, con salón cocina, baño completo y dormitorio con una cama muy comoda. Electrodomésticos completos y lavadora. Bien de vajilla. Su ubicación, céntrica, tiene en su proximidad estaciones de trenes, autobuses, centro comercial y mercados de frutas y verduras y pescados.

No está preparado para el calor pues no tiene aire acondicionado y con muy mala ventilación pues, pese a tener las ventanas abiertas no circulaba el.aire y con 34° era muy incómodo estar en el apartamento. Aparte de eso, al llegar los cristales de las ventanas estaban cubiertos de excrementos de gaviotas. El interior muy limpio. Por ultimo, se echo en falta que dejarán jabón para la lavadora.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well presented. Very well-kitted-out kitchen.

You are in the city centre, so it could be noisy. Premier Suites could do better at communication.

We didn't sleep 7 nights. Near apartment is warehouse - working from 00 AM -06 AM. Noise Is too high. Housekeeping did not come in room at all for 7 days. Suite Is like students apartment not like on picture.

Modern but then needs air con or similar planned. Uncomfortable in recent heat. Fan but not answer. We asked for more tea bags, these very sub standard, and towels which was agreed. Not forthcoming we brought tea from shops. Slippery bath from shower. Needs a mat we used a towel

Had a living area and two bedrooms.

No one on reception. Not given codes. Left outside ringing for 40 minutes just to get in. Lifts not working and 5 floors up. Kitchen cupboard broken and no clothes to wipe up ect. No email back to say we had parking. Hallways smelt.

The location was close to many places and transportation modes. The staff of around were very responsive and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean. The things in the room like cutlery and cooking vessels are well stocked. Safety of the place is good.

The surrounding gets a bit noisy at night with people on the street late at night. The off office hour assistance there is no contact details given and the response was slow like the case when the elevator broke down, hot water stopped in tap late in the evening and took few hours to fix.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very light. I was delighted with my dual-aspect French doors, which opened South and West. The bed was super-comfortable, and the kitchen, though old-fashioned, provided everything one needed. There was little to no disturbance from neighbouring apartments. The location was excellent. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

One or two issues: a misunderstanding with a member of staff (I asked for her name to leave positive feedback for her excellent manner; she thought I was going to complain, when quite the opposite was true), and attention to detail in the room; I needed to ask for missing items. Both issues were easily resolved.

Perfect location, easy walk from New Street station. Central location immediately above a Spar. Apartment was huge - living rm / kitchen / bedroom / bathroom. Very clean, very comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Construction noise from adjacent land was a little annoying but this was contained to working hours, looked short term and could hardly be helped. Manager was very apologetic anyway.

The apartments are located next to the Birmingham City Council refuge depot. On the first night it was very noisy most of our party found it difficult to get any sleep. The lift was out of order for our entire weekend. The shower in the main bedroom had mould all round the tray.

le nettoyage et le lit ne sont pas faits durant mon séjour et l'ascenseur qui est tombé en panne, j'ai fait descendre ma valise par un agent de l'hotel qui me l'a complètement abimer et je me suis rendue compte lorsque je montais dans mon taxi... quel dommage!!!

The room was like a sauna and the windows could not be opened fully. The lift was also broke so this meant stairs were challenging with the bags

Low shower water pressure in the bathroom. Out of order lift which was not repaired promptly. We had to use the stairs to our 5th floor apartment during the last two days of our stay.

The room was advertised as having a balcony but the door to it was chained and in any case it wouldn’t even open an inch for ventilation. There is no air con so it was very hot and stuffy. So we had to change rooms. Also the lift was out so we had to take stairs to the 5th floor every time.

The apartment structure was nice, it was pretty much homely and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms were moderate in size.

After evening time, no person to attend to any queries/problems/check-ins. It is all on phone.

Positioning of bedroom tables. Windows in bedroom doesnt open much making it claustrophpbic in hot weather.

Location and cleanliness.

Taps leaked easily and needed strength to turn them tight. Room was extremely warm in the summer. Ended up sleeping in the living room where there's luckily a set of balcony doors that could open fully for cool air to get in at night.

This is my 3rd stay at the property and it maintained it's standards in service and comfort. Everything was working fine. The reason not a 10 is perhaps my own fault. Didn't realise there is no air conditioning and although a fan is provided, comfort was still compromised. However with such value for money, would still return should I be in Birmingham again.

Highly recommend these apartments, they are extremely spacious and beds were amazing, the lady on reception was extremely helpful and one of the nicest receptionist that I have ever met .

The booking.com information provided around arrival and check in was almost entirely wrong. The actual details were provided by the vendor through WhatsApp, which booking.com had told us was suspect and not used by vendors on its platform. At no point had I given WhatsApp as a communication channel, so the assumption I had it was questionable. Also, the in room guides to the appliances referred to totally different ones to those actually present in the room.

The apartment is clean and well equipped, in a good location.

Due to the hot weather it was very warm and there was no air conditioning and only two fans, and we could not open the windows (only a small opening on top). It was still quite ok at night with the fans, but super warm during the day.

All good great apartment and location

It was clean and spacious. Kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils etc Bed was very comfortable. I was there on a Saturday night, windows open and it was quiet. There are staff at the desk during the daytime. I arrived at one and the appartment was ready so I could make use of it immediately. The central train station is very close, closer if you walk through the bull ring shopping centre. There is a bath with a shower over it. Water pressure was good

Pillows are very thick, would be nice to have thin ones too. Other than that all was good

The street outside was extremely noisy with people talking and fighting on the street immediately under the bedroom window until 1.30am.

Stayed here for one night, so we didn't really get to make full use of the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and parking at the Bull Ring car park was convenient. Access was easy, with a door code to get into the building and a key safe containing the apartment keys. I do recommend bringing an extra towel, as we found the number of towels provided was a little limited.

The apartment looked a little tired in places and could do with a few minor repairs or a fresh coat of paint. The shower was also a little unbalanced and could do with being looked at.

Everything was perfect! Spacious comfortable, quiet apartment with great views to people watch the comings and goings of the city. Perfectly located. I used to live in Birmingham many moons ago, so I know the area enough to choose this as a safe location and it delivered. Close to all the fun of the city, but placed just outside to have a quiet feel to relax in the apartment. Very well equipped apartment and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was super clean, there is nothing I would change This will be my go to accommodation to book whenever I’m visiting friends or venues in the area. Definitely recommend, GREAT value for money.

It was convenient for access to the train station and then the tram as well as walking access to Victoria square and China town and digbeth. The apartment was large and comfortable with a table and good kitchen and bathroom and lounge room.

Very hot in the west facing heat wave but the staff did everything they could to help this. They opened our windows and provided fans which was appreciated.

The rooms were spacious and there were modern equipments in kitchen and sitting area. It gave a feeling of home away from home.

It was very hot, although we did find a fan in the cupboard the next morning! The street noise through the night from the building site was terrible but obviously not the venues fault.

Large space, 2 bedrooms, clean linen, clean kitchen, full size fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, good location.

Although we had a large terrace outside the patio doors were locked and boarded shut at the bottom ,wasn't too bothered about not being able to use the outdoor space but you couldn't open the doors at all so it made the living room area unbearably hot, no way to get any fresh air in, the whole unit is well used and could do with air conditioning if you are going to lock the windows shut, was fine considering what we paid for it.

Check-in after hours was fine, messages received in plenty of time and with good detail. Overall the place was nice, clean and comfortable - plus it was in a good location in town.

The noise at early hours in the morning was a bit much. I also didn't receive a reply when asking about free parking, which it stated is available on the website; however there's a big public car park nearby (£43 for 36 hours though!)

Great stay, close to what we needed, clean and comfy.

Fantastic stay, warm, cosy, extremely clean. I can't fault it and will be using again.
