Es obligatorio no consumir soda o agua o alguna botana que no se compre dentro del mismo establecimiento. Ni siquiera en la habitación. Por eso decidimos hacer check out el mismo día de ingreso.

Die Dorms sind sauber und AC läuft den ganzen Tag. In den Dorms hat es eigene Toiletten und Duschen, was angenehm ist.

Die Lage hat uns wircklich gestört. Es liegt am Ende der Insel und es ist zu Fuss von der Ferry Station über eine Stunde entfernt. Man muss also jedesmal ein Taxi (was ca. 150 Pesos kostet) oder den Bus (der unregelmässig fährt) nehmen. Auch Einkaufsläden oder Restaurants sind alle mindestens 15 Minuten Laufweg entfernt.. Zudem sind die Preise im Hostel selbst extrem teuer. Ein Bier für 80 Pesos und Cocktails für 200 Pesos…für Reisende mit Low Budget leider nicht immer zahlbar und schwierig, wenn es dann so eine Lage hat…

Měla jsem krásný, pohodlný a prostorný soukromý pokoj ve třetím patře. V budově sice není výtah, ale pokoj měl balkon s nádherným výhledem na západ slunce, takže mi to vůbec nevadilo. 🌅 Celé ubytování bylo opravdu velmi čisté a komfort byl skvělý. Moc se mi líbilo také zázemí na pláži – pohodlné posezení, vybavení i celková atmosféra byly super. ❤️

Co pro mě bylo méně příjemné, bylo především velmi mělké moře přímo před ubytováním. Na klasické plavání to příliš není, na druhou stranu je voda krásně čistá a můžete v ní klidně celý den sedět a relaxovat. Největší zklamání pro mě ale představoval servis. Obsluha vás prakticky neobslouží nikde jinde než přímo u stolu a zároveň je spropitné očekáváno téměř za všechno. Trochu zvláštní mi přišlo například očekávat tip i za limonádu, kterou vám pouze připraví, ale sami si ji musíte odnést a dokonce i otevřít. Spropitné ráda dávám za dobrý servis, ale v takové situaci mi jeho očekávání nepřijde úplně na místě. Ani servis během snídaní a večeří bohužel nebyl příliš dobrý. Chápu a oceňuji, že zde pravděpodobně pracuje hodně cestovatelů, kteří svou práci vyměňují za ubytování, a jejich snaha se určitě počítá. Přesto bych vzhledem k ceně ubytování očekávala určitou úroveň a profesionalitu servisu. Další věc, která mi nevyhovovala, je zákaz přinést si vlastní pití na pokoj. Chápu určitá pravidla ve společných prostorách, ale nemožnost koupit si vlastní nápoj a odnést si ho do soukromého pokoje mi připadala zbytečně omezující. Při příjezdu mě navíc překvapilo, že jsem musela doplatit dalších 10 USD na dodatečných poplatcích či daních, přestože jsem předem zaplatila přibližně 120 USD za daně. Této cenové politice jsem úplně nerozuměla a ocenila bych, kdyby byly veškeré povinné poplatky jasně uvedené už při rezervaci. A nakonec lokalita. V bezprostředním okolí toho příliš není. Pokud plánujete hlavně odpočívat, ležet na pláži a opalovat se, může vám místo vyhovovat. Pokud ale chcete chodit pěšky do restaurací, barů, obchodů, večer někam vyrazit a celkově si více užít život na ostrově, osobně bych raději zvolila ubytování blíže k Playa Norte.

La struttura è bella ma dalla foto sembra molto più bella, non è centrale ed il mare non è molto bello in quel punto. Il personale è gentile, il bar dove si fa anche la colazione è sulla spiaggia ed è molto bello. Colazione, anche se a alla carta ed a scelta con un piatto a testa, del the o caffè e frutta, era buona

La posizione non è per niente centrale, ottima per chi vuole pace, ma per fare qualunque cosa bisogna prendere un taxi. Mare difronte alla struttura con alghe quindi niente di bello, la colazione servita sulla spiaggia ottima ma scelta limitata. Il ristorante non è male se non si ha voglia di uscire, forse caro per quello che si mangia ma buona qualità. L'umidità è pazzesca nelle camere dove risulta tutto bagnato. Il nostro Wi-Fi non funzionava in camera, prendeva ovunque tranne che lì, anche se gentilmente hanno cercato di fare varie prove e ci hanno proposto anche di cambiare la stanza

Stayed in a dorm room and it was very clean, great breakfast and restaurant (service is very slow tho), great beach and activities

location, its far from everything, as a solo traveler i felt alone since theres no much solo travelers

The entire facility was excellent / staff were outstanding . We were there for 2 weeks and it felt amazing.

We do realize it was a social hotel but the heavy house music continuously playing did take some getting used to. Do recommend some chill vibe / more local culture music

Κλείσαμε στο private jungle room , από κάτω ακριβώς είχε άλλη επιχείρηση ‘ εστιατόριο ‘ Το οποίο έπαιζε μόνιμος την μουσική στην διαπασόν … Τα παράθυρα δεν έκλειναν καλά με αποτέλεσμα η μουσική να περνάει μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Δυστυχώς δεν ήμασταν μόνο εμείς , ήταν και άλλοι που είχανε το ίδιο θέμα .

מקום מהממם ממש עם גישה לחוף חמוד , עצם העובדה שיש מסעדה ומקום ריזורטי לשבת זה נחמד ממש! ומיטות שיזוף בודדות ללא תשלום כמובן לאורחי המלון שווה! לגבי המרחק אומנם זה 10 דקות בנסיעה מהמרכז של פלאיה נורטה ואיסלה , אבל זה כלום!!! וזה שווה את השקט מול הים בלילה בתוך חצר ההוסטל (: בסופו של דבר נסיעה עולה רק 150 פסו ואם באים ל2 לילות זה יוצא מעט ל2 כיוונים ביום. (אני ניסיתי ללון במקום אחר בסנטר והיה גרוע) , לעומת ההוסטל הזה שהוא סטייל ושקט ושירותים ומקלחות לכל דורם.

Estaba viejo. Dejado y poco cuidado. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad porque está mucho peor. Nuestra habitación además de húmeda funcionaba mal el retrete, se atascaba cada día. Las colchonetas de la piscina sucias durante días y no se limpiaban, daba asco sentarse. Es un hotel para jóvenes no muy exigentes. Totalmente decepcionante.

The place was gorgeous, gave jungle vibes. The rooms were clean. I would only recommend for there to be more group activities but besides from that the money was worth the money!

La posizione è ottima se si vuole essere distanti dal caos del centro e della movida, sicuramente non vicina a tutte le attrazioni dell'isola. L'autobus urbano molto comodo.

La cucina è sporca e gli ospiti non sembrano rispettare le regole di suddivisione degli spazi e della conservazione degli alimenti. Nonostante avessimo posizionato in una cassetta i nostri alimenti con tanto di etichetta con nome, ci sono stati rubati degli yogurt. Il piacere di avere un alloggio fronte mare viene alterato dalla costante presenza di musica a volume altissimo.

La habitación compartida para dormir se pasa calor. No nos gustó nada el trato de la encargada, fue muy fría y distante

La zona de playa es agradable a la vista, pero aunque digan que no hay sargazo, estaba lleno. Lo buenl es que hay agua potable disponible fria y caliente. Hay yoga 8 am que nos gustó y otras actividades interesantes. Desayuno de pago pero muy bueno.

La piscina es pequen̈a y muchas veces estaba sucia. Los preciós estan demasiado inflades, un helado de palito kitsch kat costaba 6 dolares. El agua del grifo es SALADA, nos dijeron que era asi en toda la isla pero eso es MENTIRA. Cuandk estas disfrutando tranquilamente de la playa a las 3 de la tarde empieza a pintar un DJ A TODO VOLUMEN que hace miy desagradable la experiència. Cuando no esta el DJ (lunes y martes) comkenza la música a las 11 am y muchas veces a un volumen muy alto. No hay sombrillas ni cojines para las tumbonas para todos, es ridículo. La habitacion parece sucia, el suelo sucio con manchas y pelos. El vàter se tapaba. En la terraza 1 sola silla cuando la habitacion es de 4.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The hostel Staff were really welcoming and attentive. Also the location was right on the beach front.

The food in the beach club could definitely be improved. The breakfast provided was good but the general food you could purchase was overpriced and very very bland. Probably the least enjoyable tacos we had in our two week trip.

Los mozos, mucho cuidado te cobran demas. Si no observas bien te cobran más de lo que consumis. Y no es la propina, es mucho mas. En una me di cuenta, uno de los mozos que tiene un tatuaje en la cara con los número 77, me cobro demas cuando reclame me dijo que era el IVA q me cobraba. Me levante fui y hable con los encargados y no se hicieron cargo, dijeron q no cobran IVA pero no me devolvieron mi dinero. Q lastima un lugar tan lindo tenga gente sin buenos valores trabajando en sus intenciones. Deberían revisarlo. No importa la cantidad, si alguien roba o engaña a un hospede debería irse.

Zeer schoon, alles is nieuw. Comfortabel bed. Uitstekende service van al het personeel; ze waren zeer hartelijk, behulpzaam en respectvol.

Het ontbijt vond ik niet lekker. Het is niet internationaal; het is lokaal. Bijgevolg was er geen fruit, yoghurt, vleeswaren, brood, enz. Het is heel karig: ze serveren alleen 1 koffie en 1 sal. Er is geen variatie, en ik vond het duur. Het ligt ver van het stadscentrum en de bus rijdt 's nachts niet. Je moet Uber gebruiken.

Me gustó todo realmente.. el personal super amable y atento a todas las necesidades. Me hospede en una habitación compartida femenina y realmente excelente la habitación, los baños también muy bien (habían dos), el espacio de guardado súper amplio eso es genial. Las instalaciones súper organizadas, limpias y bien cuidadas. La cocina con espacio amplio para guardar en la heladera y con los canastos a disposición para dejar allí tus cosas con etiqueta. En cuanto a los lugares comunes todo impecable siempre. Destaco sobre todo la atención del muchacho Alex del restaurante que cada vez que estuve allí fue muy atento a mis necesidades y servicial, si pueden pidan que lo atienda él no se van a arrepentir. Realmente recomiendo hospedarse aquí. Hicieron de mi primer viaje sola algo increíble. Ah y también recomiendo incluir el desayuno es abundante y merece la pena!

Ось тут можна говорити безкінечно… ми вибрали не найдешевший номер, джунглі. По-перше, там дуже темно, поям аж некомфортно. Все прям так «аутентично», що в номері не хочеться навіть босим ходити. Це був номер з терасою. Тераса-це максимум метр від входу з двома стільцями… Обслуговування- це взагалі «топчик». Кожен, що хоче, те й видумує. Ми попросили на барі лід, сказали «не можна» в номери брати лід. Попросили на ресепшені, принесли з бару (з якого не можна). На наступний день ця схема не спрацювала. НЕ МОЖНА ЛІД!!! Для розуміння, усюди в готелях Канкуна навіть є відерця для льоду, а й інколи на поверхах льодогенератори… а тут НІ! Навіть, за гроші. Сніданок- щось одне з меню. Дуже скудне. Типу хочеш омлет, є ось такі інгредієнти, але можна обрати лише 2 з них. Попросила води, сказали «закінчилась, є платна тільки». Басейн: це взалі жах! Калюжа, в якій до тебе помили «бабу і діда» ще тиждень тому і воду не міняли! Раз залізли, хотілось відмитись максимально. Море: дуже мілко, на глибину не потрапити, бо усюди водорості, купатись взагалі неможливо. З іншої сторони острова, просто ідеальний пляж! До того ще й вологість, всі валізи пахнуть наче тухла риба, хоча ми там були 2 дні. Однозначно, не рекомендую цей готель. Це жах. Як варіант, лише коли ви дуже обмежені в грошах, але навіть й тоді. Ми побували в 4 готелях під час відпуски, і цей просто ад. Якби не оплатили заздалегідь, то точно не залишились би і на день.

The property has a very jungle-style vibe which is super cute! I like that it has double shower and separate bathroom which make it easier for shared bedrooms. Also check-out at 12pm makes it super comfort. Super clean facilities and great music around!

It’s a bit distant from the main nightlife and center of the island, you have to take a taxi. There aren’t that much options for eating around, so prices at the inside restaurant could be high. There’s no coworking zone, so for digital nomads is no good, cause working from the bedroom is not worth it cause also the WiFi in the restaurant doesn’t reach that good. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming, specially at the bar, there wasn’t any interest in having you attended.

Wonderful location, peaceful, comfortable hotel, amazing sand beach free of Algue, daily morning Yoga, great DJ every afternoon/evening. Amazing!

LA PLAYA QUE SE ENCUENTRA FRENTE AL HOTEL Y ALREDEDORES NO ES BUENA, NO SE PUEDE NADAR. ADEMÁS, DESAPARECIERON 60 DOLARES DE UN SOBRE QUE TENÍA GUARDADO EN UNO DE LOS LOCKERS DE UNA HABITACIÓN QUE A PESAR ERA PRIVADA (SIN COMPARTIR), PUES SEGURAMENTE ALGUN PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA LOS ROBÓ.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, en lo referente al servicio una felicitación a Julián, la playa privada, la comida es excelente en el desayuno , comida y se lucieron con mi cena de cumpleaños Gracias al Chef

Pensé que sería mas tranquilo en Área Jungle , solicité mi habitación ahí pensando que sería más silencioso, pero no fue así, el restaurante de al lado tiene música hasta las tres de la mañana, a diferencia de la música del restarante que la tiene hasta las 22:00 horas y es mas suave el volumen.

If you’re booking Jungle rooms, know that there’s a restaurant right next to them (not part of the hotel) that plays loud music until around midnight so not ideal for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen is pretty small and the fridge was super dirty.. The staff at the front desk and beach club is awful! At the bar we had to pay way more for our drinks in the menu was a different price, but they add in purpose sodas which they drink in the end! I felt robbed! Also the breakfast is pricy for what you got!! And isnt tasty!! Europe is way cheaper than this!! Been there when was NOMADS and the experience was amazing but know as Mayan monkey is not great.. my only night there was very dissatisfied, disappointed.

I liked that the facility is located on a beach surrounded by palms tress and other plants on nice, fine sand. Nice lighting decorations, nice music but extremely loud which is very annoying. I enjoyed the loungers and various seating through out the ground.

I didn't like that everything was expensive in the beach bars.and it was impossible to swim in the sea because the sea grass grew almost from the shore and far inland, leaving little water above.My hostel room was not nice with concrete floors. The price for me were high for such a standard.

The best place I have ever stayed at. Came for 1 day, stayed for 6. Perfect beach, quiet, they let you sit at the tables (which I loved for work with my feet in the sand) and use the recliners and all else.

It may be little weird with random people coming with the boats/jetski. Otherwise its pretty private

Le lieu est très beau, et a vraiment tous les caractéristiques du Beach club un peu chic. Mais justement il en a aussi les prix.

L’utilisant, les chambres étaient vraiment trop importante. Il laissait la clim non-stop donc le froid ne permettait pas de limiter l’humidité et vraiment il y avait une odeur inconfortable dans la chambre. Pour un Hostel, je trouve que 12 $ le petit déjeuner c’est vraiment abusé… pareil pour pouvoir manger le midi ou le soir. Les prix sont assez chers, sachant qu’il n’y a pas grand chose autour si vous êtes à pied.

I honestly am very upset! I contact the property ahead of time to schedule transfer/transportation to the hostel. They suggestion a company that I booked and then eventually didn’t use because of miss communication on their end. The lady at the front desk stated I would be getting a refund and even ask for my banking information. 4 weeks later no refund and no response to my countless emails! They scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. I’m pissed and will never stay with them again. I also will tell everyone I know.

Colazione, dovrebbe essere un po più mista, anche magari con croissant, toast semplici, e il caffè espresso se siete italiani non è incluso!

- right at the beach - enough (!) sunbeds, shade, umbrellas etc. - also a cute pool! - all staff was super friendl and helpful, shoutout to Miguel in particular - if you‘re in the dorm: AC all day long, two bathrooms and toilets, just a reall good dorm experience

- music was just a bit too loud in the beachclub to really relax. Turn it down a bit for a perfect chill atmosphere! - not in the center, and not much around so you either take a taxi everytime you go out or just stay. Luckily it‘s nice enough to just stay there for a few days ;) - the cooking classes were good but the other activities were very loveless or didn‘t even take place - food was okay, but not great. Especially breakfast was often a very small portion

Me gustó mucho la habitación, un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido, me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar. Me encanta su muelle, la música, su playa y la gente amable.

El servicio del desayuno es muy poco y el café es muy pequeño deberían de tener la opción de capuchino, el servicio de desayuno no es bueno ha perdido la calidad con el tiempo, viajo cada 6 meses ahí me hospedó y el servicio ha bajado la calidad y cantidad.

Beautiful accommodation and one of the nicest hostel dorms I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot!). Great place to relax and unwind, especially in the mornings. Friendly staff. Generally the place is great value for money.

The music at the bar is really loud, and the playlist very repetitive. People are trying to chill, read a book, have a nap - it's not ideal to have thumping bass. A few people asked for it to be turned down.

Just a friendly heads-up: when we checked out, reception asked for an extra fee over £30 for the couple of nights, but they did not mention it when we checked in. We declined and asked the booking team to look into it. Please keep an eye out! Also, we have noticed that all staff members are writing down extra fees and tips by hand on the receipt and asking for them at the end. If you are hoping to swim in the sea, you might find it a bit uncomfortable after about five to seven minutes from the shoot. The water plants are quite thick, and it is the same along the whole beach. You could maybe wade in up to your waist, but it might not be the most enjoyable experience.

Excelente atención por parte de las recepcionistas en especial la caraqueña que está en el día, la gerente y los meseros del beach club del turno de día. Creo que se llama Kevin el chico que nos atendió en el beach club y estuvo súper atento en todo, nos gustó nuestra habitación, muy privada, cero ruidos, el masaje en la playa un poco caro pero estuvo súper deli, definitivamente si volveríamos sin pensarlo. Tienen varios comentarios malos que nos hicieron dudar pero decidimos arriesgarnos, vivir nuestra propia experiencia y nos fue súper bien!! Precioso lugar para ver el atardecer y nos tocó lunada también 😍

Dos veces me despertó no sé si era un huésped o estaban haciendo limpieza en la habitación de arriba y rodaban cosas a eso de las 10:30am. La atención del mesero del beach club en la noche, parecía que no estábamos ahí, nunca llegó a ofrecernos nada. Todo lo contrario al del turno anterior. Las paletas de la recepción, un poco elevados esos precios!

Osa henkilökunnasta oli töykeitä. Rannalla soi kovaa musiikki ja basso oli kovalla lähes aamusta ilmaan niin, että se kuului koko hostellin alueelle. Alueelta ei sen takia löytynyt rauhallista paikkaa, minkä takia lähdin sieltä päivää aikaisemmin. Lisäksi aamiaiseen kuului vain yksi asia.

Comida y decoración atencion personalizada

Foi dos melhores hotéis onde ficámos pela full experience: decoração e envolvência linda, staff super simpático, imensas atividades (yoga, workshops), restaurante ótimo e beachclub muito confortável.

A localização, apesar de muito bonita e tranquila, fica longe do centro e obriga a viagens recorrentes de táxi ou necessidade de alugar veículo (custo algo elevado).

Tout était parfait, entre la chambre, le personnel, les équipements et l’auberge en elle-même. Emplacement paradisiaque, comme sur les photos. Petit déjeuné très qualitatif. Rapport qualité/ prix incroyable.

Amazing facilities. The places is so big, there s many different areas to chill/eat/sunbathe.. they have a bar and a big restaurant too. Comfy beds. Felt like a peaceful oasis. They do Events if you want to join in too.

The kitchen is very very small and there is only one table in the middle. Considering there are not restaurants or other places around to eat or shop that was not ideal. Also the sea was beautiful but very shallow and with lots of seaweed not ideal for swimming.

El lugar en sí muy bonito, lindas habitaciones

Me pareció bastante caro para lo que ofrecía el lugar , la habitación con balcón privada que renté tenía una vista linda pero muy tapada por palmeras y pedí la mejor .. el agua para bañarse salada , toda el agua para higiene parecía agua del mar.. te cobraban hasta por respirar , pedí un kayak y me lo querían cobrar cuando pagué una habitación de 3600 pesos, el desayuno muy poco abundante y el restaurant del beach todo lo que pedías estaba bien cobrado pero poco abundante si sos de buen comer … apenas llegué me cobraron por saneamiento aparte de lo que ya había pagado y no quise preguntar por más nada porque seguro también me lo iban a querer cobrar .. el mar lleno de algas no había espacio para poder meterse cómodamente , en si el lugar es un hostel por eso me pareció relación precio calidad a lo que se ofrecía bastante flojo, en lo personal no volvería a ir

Molto bello per socializzare, posto in mezzo alla natura con una spiaggia spettacolare. Pulizia top e numero di bagni adeguati al numero di persone. Semplicemente perfetto

La ubicación

Llegando al hotel nos cobraron impuesto, cuando pague a través de la página decía por pagar en el alojamiento nada. Me he hospedado en muchos hoteles por Booking y siempre avisan cuando se debe pagar algo en el establecimiento, pues por esa diferencia que nos hicieron pagar podríamos haber agarrar una reserva mejor en otro hotel pero uno se confía y hace la comparación mal ojalá lo tomen en cuanta y aclaren que se cobra una tarifa adicional en cuanto llegas al establecimiento. Igual tuvieron un tema y todo tenía sellos de clausurado no se el motivo pero quizá se deba a estos cargos ocultos.

I letti erano comodi, gli armadietti spaziosi, i bagni puliti. La vicina spiaggia non è la più bella dell'isola ma è perfetta per rilassarsi.

Poche docce. La porta che dà sul balcone è ruomorosissima, se qualcuno la apre di notte il risveglio è assicurato.

Amazing location at a quiet beach (no big waves, not windy). Great facilities to relax.

La musica constante todo el dia y parte de la noche llega un punto que te duele la cabeza y lo estrictos que son para algunas cosas todo es un coste adicional hasta lo mas sencillo

Super schöne Lage, nettes Personal, alles sauber & das Essen war gut. Würde es wieder buchen.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons fait face a quelques petit gêne mais l’hotel est quand même joli. Surtout la plage qui est vraiment incroyable. La chambre reste quand même jolie. Manque juste un peu + d’éclairage. Les réceptionnistes étaient souriantes.

Il n’y avait pas de service de bagage donc nous avons dû porter nos valises. Vraiment pas top. Pas d’eau chaude durant tout le long de notre séjour. Nous y avons eu le droit à peine 3 min et c’était limite chaud. Nous avons demandé de l’aide au personnel qui est venu "faire le nécessaire" mais ça n’a pas changé. Nous avons tenté de demander une compensation par le biais de Booking et l’hôtel a clairement refusé d’entrer en matière. Le bruit. Il y’avait énormément de bruit la nuit (route juste en face) donc si vous souhaitez bien dormir BONNE CHANCE. Le service au restaurant : nous comprenons que les pourboires sont importants mais malheureusement lorsque nous donnons ce que nous avons l’un des serveurs à vraiment tirer la tranche et nous à même ignorer jusqu’à ce que nous partions. Pas de frigo dans la chambre donc si vous souhaitez boire quelque chose de frais vous serez embêter. Loin du centre, si vous n’avez pas de moyens de déplacement vous serez embêter à part en passant par des taxis.

Endroit MAGNIFIQUE avec plage privé et propre. Le bar et restaurant étaient au top. Hôtel plus éloigné mais tellement luxueux et beau. Chambres propres et personnel super gentil Merci à Sebastian et Marlyn les réceptionnistes vous étiez géniaux. Merci également à Christopher le serveur et Luca pour leur professionnalisme.

Peut être mettre des sèches cheveux dans chaque chambre aurait été idéal mais ce n’est qu’un détail

This Mayan Monkey hostel is even better than it's sister hostel in Cancun. It's like a luxury resort except you sleep in dormitories (very comfortable) and it's cheap! The layout and location is sublime. The staff are great! The yoga instructor, Lorenza, is awesome! 😍 Tip: opt for "breakfast included" (it's a fraction of the normal price, $12, are you also get coffee and juice)

There's nothing to dislike here. It's paradise!

The hotel is beautiful, it has so much potential and the beach is amazing. It's a shame to give it such a rating.

Wifi didn't work in the room. They didn't clean the room (sand was piling). Our room keys stoped working once a day. We came to the reception with those problems and they ignored and gaslighted us ("You probably put the keys next your phone", "The cleaning lady did come", "There isn't any other Wifi network"). I hope they improve, because the place is beautiful, just doesn't worth the problems.
