Rooms described as comfortable and new with good storage; one guest noted low lighting and rooms being a bit distant, but overall room quality is positive.

Notable problems: repeated complaints about shower design (open/frosting/privacy issues), rooms flooding when showering, occasional A/C failures and missing towels; some rooms described as comfortable but issues are significant.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and truly felt like luxury, exceeding expectations.

Multiple guests explicitly praise cleanliness and well-kept facilities; described as 'zeer schoon' and 'impecable'.

Mixed reports: several guests praised a generally clean property, but there are explicit complaints about the pool being dirty (traces of grease/oil) and issues with rooms flooding.

The resort is gorgeous, modern, calm, super luxe, and spotless everywhere you go.

Multiple comments note the hotel is far from the city center and that buses don't run at night; also a guest mentions rooms being somewhat far within the property.

Strong location: quiet spot, good beach area and jetty, convenient for activities (Whale Shark trips) and easy island access with rented golf carts; some guests noted beach barriers that limit enjoyment.

The views are unreal… waking up to that water and seeing it throughout the property never got old.

Service repeatedly highlighted as excellent and very friendly (staff described as 'zeer hartelijk, behulpzaam', 'super amable'); specific praise for an employee named Alex.

Generally very positive: multiple mentions of super friendly staff, helpful waiters (snack bar and dinner). However, there are isolated reports of unhelpful receptionists in specific incidents.

EVERYONE there was so friendly and genuinely happy to help, making our stay amazing.

Mixed reports: one guest found the breakfast sparse and not tasty, while another praised an abundant breakfast—overall mixed-to-below-average.

Food had positives (lovely main restaurant, good meals, friendly dining staff) but also drawbacks: limited variety, small portions, vegetarian options scarce in some outlets, and bars sometimes ran out of beer.

The food was delicious, and the variety of restaurants kept meals interesting.

Common areas, kitchen space, fridge storage and labeled baskets praised; some limitations noted in food options but physical amenities are well organized and clean.

Excellent facilities highlighted: rooftop pool with stunning view, pool bar, main restaurant, beach area, jetty and available golf carts. Some operational issues noted (beer shortages, early closures, occasional pool cleanliness problems).

Outdoor activities were fun, including kayaking, snorkeling, and paddleboarding.

At least one guest explicitly called the offering 'duur' (expensive) and felt the sparse breakfast made it poor value.

Mixed value: good facilities and location but reduced by rigid all-inclusive check-in rules, limited food portions/variety and supply shortages which impacted perceived value.

With the level of service and luxury, the experience felt well worth the price.
