Bed was comfortable

Heaters were preset so you couldn't turn on heat in bedroom towels could be better quality used many times. 1 was stained they hadnt a fresh smell.

Great location, access to food and entertainment, quiet, carpeted bedrooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms.

Ice block tray was useless,

We had three bedrooms over two floors, for five people, loved the split especially for those who needed a single occupancy for various reasons, it meant we had good space and bathroom facilities to speed everything up. Location was a bit away from the town centre but easily walkable in 20 minutes or via a 10 minute bus ride. There was a really nice pub nearby and a mini market, which was handy for breakfast stuff or home snacks.

Both bathrooms could do with shelves and space for toiletries, hooks for towels, and the essentials. There was no shower gel, just shampoo.

wohnung war nicht sauber, nicht gut geschnitten und nicht schön eingerichtet. erhoffter meerblick war durch eine mauer von einem schacht vor dem fenster zu 2/3 versperrt.

Personal war ziemlich unfreundlich. Leider wurden die Rezeptionszeiten nie kontrolliert beziehungsweise aktualisiert bei Booking, weshalb wir vom Gastgeber sehr unwirsch behandelt wurden.

Très bon accueil de l'hôte, aucune attente. Grand appartement (n°10) propre et bien équipé, avec une très belle vue sur la baie et des restaurants et commerces à proximité dans la petite ville de Salthill.

Tout était conforme à nos attentes. Un peu loin de Galway lorsque l'on veut s'y rendre à pied (20-30 minutes).

Nosaltres no mirem la televisió però crec que no funcionava. Potser altres persones els interessa que la Smart TV funcioni

Perfect location and close to all amenities. Very clean spacious apartment

L’appartement est situé juste derrière la promenade de la plage, ce qui est très agréable. On peut rapidement aller en ville à pied ou en bus. L’appartement était très bien équipé. L’hôte est sympathique.

Il y a plusieurs appartements, celui dans lequel j’ai logé n’était pas celui pris en photo sur booking (pas de balcon notamment).

Sehr netter Vermieter, hervorragende Lage. Der ein oder andere Einrichtungsgegenstand könnte sicher erneuert werden. Aber für mich alles absolut okay.

It is a beautiful space with gorgeous views and less than a mile walk to city center. It was a joy to watch the tides come in and out. The grocery store was around d the corner which was wonderful, the entire apartment was nicely furnished and having a washer dryer was a real,plus. can’t say enough about how we loved being here,…we walked to town every day and came back to a sunny and breezy apartment .

It was all wonderful.

In event we stayed at a related location as the room set aside for us had a plumbing issue (alternative was down the road a short distance). On site parking access was a bit tight but that was no surprise. Nearby facilities were good.

La ubicación, estaba bastante completo en cuanto a electrodomésticos, tiene lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora, plancha de la ropa y secador.

Las sábanas estaban sucias, con manchas de no lavarse correctamente. Las toallas eran viejas.

Lovely water view; close to the city.

Internet was very slow, spotty; TV options were limited; bathroom with shower disn’t drain well and doors didn’t close, resulting in a wet bathroom; host was a bit snappy at first, but more cordial at the end.

The water was always cold, for 5 people the geyser was only put on for 2 hours during the night. Everything very old and outdated and not well maintained. Kitchen not well equipped. Pillows old and hard and flat.

Great location for visiting Galway. Easy to reach the city and the coast yet quiet at night. The accommodation is roomy and well equipped. Private onsite parking is a great bonus.

The beds were very soft. Too soft.

The apartment is "Tired" - needs updating, a thorough cleaning, and maintenance.

Thought it was well designed. Separation of bedroom & living room, gave feeling of space. Bedroom a good size. Apt. Comfortable and warm. Built for efficiency, ease, simplicity. Beautifully quiet. Ideal location. Lovely sea view. Vat & Agent fees push up the price but when shared, not so bad. Value for money compared to hotels. Much more freedom & relaxation in Arus An Gratin. Thank you I enjoyed my stay immensely and feel the benefit. Would give Arus An Gratin the thumbs up. Nice and warm. Imelda Kearney

Probably requires more kitchen equipment - dishes etc. Some repairs needed - door handle in the bathroom - window latches. A smart TV would be very welcome. Access to You Tube it may have that but wouldn't care to tap in my phone or email for access. Watch as a guest exists on smart TV..

The apartment is perfectly located, clean and with all one needs. Sean has been very kind and accomodated all our requests.

Le lenzuola e le federe non erano state cambiate......abbiamo dormito su biancheria non pulita. Abbiamo chiesto con un messaggio almeno una federa pulita e altri asciugamani ma non abbiamo avuto risposta.

the location was right by the sea, close to the city center and the sports facility where we were playing a tournament

the water heating system was a bit confusing even after the owner explained it to us but it is understandable as the facility is an older house :) this wasn’t a big problem

Es un sitio agradable, tranquilo, con buenas vistas y cercano.

En general estuvo bien, el mobiliario es anticuado pero nada alarmante, el único problema que tuvimos fue que dejamos nuestro equipaje para recogerlo por la tarde y el anfitrión no respondió a nuestras llamadas durante cuarenta minutos, gracias a que llegó una vecina y nos ayudó, estuvimos a punto de perder nuestro vuelo.

Sean was so nice and showed us all we needed to know for our stay. Location was close to public transport and a really nice walk into town.

Showeres had to be spaced out to ensure there was enough hot water. We hard to turn the hour water heater off to wash clothes on cold water and the dryer didn't really dry. The shower door was missing some pieces that held it on the tracks and it took some finessing to get it to close all the way.

Very convenient-Just a short walk into the Latin Quarter and steps from the promenade in Salthill! Clean and very comfortable. The proprietors do a great job of making sure you are set up properly. This is our second stay here and not likely our last.

Plenty of space, comfortable apartment, friendly host. There was not far everything we needed (shopping store, gas station, restaurant, pub). Nice neighbourhood.

The location is perfect as you are not too far away from the city centre. The view from the appartments is stunning 😍 Very private and safe location. Staff all very friendly. Sean and Conor were very friendly and gave good advice about the restaurants and bars near to us.

Sehr schöne Lage, Blick in die Bucht. Kneipengasse Salthill gleich um die Ecke, Tesco ca 2km entfernt. Tiefgarage, Aufzug. Appartment 1 rollstuhlgeeignet. Küchenausstattung ausreichend.. Sehr netter Vermieter.

5 minute walk to Salthill

Dirty, unclean. Had to clean the place ourselves before bringing the family in the next day. Very uncomfortable.

Superb location with a gorgeous sea view. Spacious rooms, all facilities, hot water, heating, comfortable beds, ensuite in every bedroom.

Shower models are a bit out of date, but the pressure is good.

Location is great with excellent facilities, particularly the kitchen. Delightful check in process.

Not really a comfortable stay. Beds weren't comfortable. Front door was glass, which didn't allow for much privacy and gave us some security concerns.

Located in beautiful Salthill with short ways to the seaside and nice beaches. Our flat (No 3) was big. The artifical oven create cosy evenings with a side view to the ocean.

The price of 150 Euro/night is definetely too high...but not unusual in galway. For this price I usuallly do not expect humidity spots in the bathroom and a dropping faucet in the kitchen. Also the kitchen equipment could be more diverse.

I don't like giving poor reviews, but this property disappointed. Dishwasher connected to cold water line and no internal water heater or dryer. Soap dispenser does not open during cycling. Washer/dryer combination unit takes some experimenting to get both working. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Rugs are worn. Refrigerator had smell of mold. Used coffee grounds to clear.
