We loved everything! The location was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing.

Everything was great, but if I had to pick one thing I didn’t like, it would be that the living room and kitchen area were closed off by a door, and there was no door stopper to prop it open.

Location was great. Great neighborhood and close to the heart of the city so easy cab ride in but removed enough to be quiet. Also, great bay/ocean views.

Exceptionall location in Salthill! Easy self check in with the kiosk in front. Clear instructions given for the lot code and door code to get to the kiosk. The apartment is spacious and very confortable with a nice coffee maker, and laundry in a separate room. Super quiet location, yet nearby restaurants and shops. I will return again if I can!

Great location in the heart of Salthill with lots of bars,cafes etc.Lovely views of estuary from first floor apartment which was roomy and quite well equipped. Sheltered balcony was lovely to sit out on to enjoy views.Lift and Easy parking.

A waste bin in each bedroom, another tea towel, more mugs and some larger bowls in kitchen would be useful.Another tv in great location in one of bedrooms and Netflix etc code would have been good.

Nice modern & spacious apartment with lovely glass patio doors looking out to salthill promenade. Great facilities for cooking or entertaining in if you choose to. Beds comfortable and in general the place was very clean and well kept. Close and easy access to the beach for a swim.

Check in was 4pm and check out was 10am. There was no scope for any change to either time as we requested both and were politely told no chance. Even though on the day we left we returned to get something at 1pm and the apartment had still not been cleaned (we had checked out but our apartment was ground floor so we could see from the patio in).

Il riscaldamento, avevamo bisogno di riscaldare un po', non ci siamo riusciti, siccome siamo stati due giorni non abbiamo chiamato, consiglierei di mettere un mobiletto o una mensola in bagno, non sapevamo dove appoggiare la roba

It is in the centre of good restaurants.

Parking first come first serve, ground floor has constant noise and disruption from people coming and going, hanging about outside and work vans and cars parking right outside the front window. The sea views are totally comprised. The staff didn’t respond to concerns and felt like the operation was run on Ai as just kept getting how is your stay messages and when I replied was ignored. Doors slam shut and make it feel claustrophobic. The kitchen was bare of little things like washing up liquid, condiments and dishwasher tablets also no washing powder for the washing machine. Felt like minimal things for cooking etc too. I would not recommend which is a shame as I expect the top floors with the views are nice and if they just made it more homely rather than a money trap enterprise.

Die Türen waren alle mit mechanischen Türschließern versehen, so dass man sich gerade nachts nicht lautlos durch die Wohnung bewegen konnte. Das Haus ist selbst auch sehr hellhörig. Schlafzimmerfenster lag ungünstiger Weise direkt neben der Haustür.

Great sea front location. Apartment with all amenities could need for a few nights.

The parking should be restricted to one space per apartment as far too many cars in the parking lot meant I couldn’t get a spot for 3 nights. Also it was Galway races week, but we paid a lot of money to stay!

The apartment was reasonably nice, and the views were good. We didn't use it, but the playground across the way was a plus.

Parking was sparse and the auto check in was a bit of a pain (having to check in each person individually to get each person a key). The restaurants and area around the apartments were not as nice as I had hoped. A bit overpriced for what we got - not particularly convenient to downtown area.

Communication was lacking. Held on to deposit for longer than reasonable.

Was in and ideal location. Easy to sepf check in. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfortable.

It was a perfect spot for a family weekend break in Galway.

The apartment was very clean, with onsite parking. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it was convenient to have a small refrigerator, toaster, coffee press and Nespresso machine. The location was close to convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. It was very easy to get to Galway City and it was a good central location for exploring western Ireland.

Air conditioning is only present in the living area/kitchen, not the bedrooms, however given the weather during our visit, that did not present a challenge.

Te veel auto's op de parkeerplek leidde tot parkeren buiten de voorbestemde plekken, waardoor het uitzicht vanaf begane grond balkon een auto was, en niet de zee

Superb location easily walkable into the city and so close to salthill promenade and beach. The property was immaculately clean with a very large comfortable bed.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property itself however on the morning we were leaving 2 cars were parked directly in front of the apartment which was on the ground floor. This blocked our view and was very thoughtless of the drivers especially as they were not parked in designated parking spaces.

Easy bus service in road behind building

Noisy building. Shower flooded across floor so could not use main bathroom. Could not use sofabed in lounge as boiler pump noises in same room too loud. So two rooms not fit for purpose. Everything is shoddy, cheap and flimsy (fittings) and some not working properly as a result. Very poory equipped kitchen. No partial refund offered for the loss of use of the two rooms. No visitors pack or welcome pack. Car park too small so only got to park nearby once. No actual people there to help with any issues or questions. Very expensive and calls itself luxury but very much NOT luxury.

It was a lovely apartment very clean with air conditioning and an extra fan for the children’s room, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could have needed really, Check in was much easier than expected and the location is fantastic we went to the beach every day we stayed with them. A little bit pricey but worth it I would 100% stay again with them.

The only thing I didn’t like was finding cigarette buts outside the front door where you check in, guests have smoking areas and ashtrays but didn’t like using them I suppose.

Lol..the 2nd shower was very small but not a big deal. And we couldn't figure out the dryer setting on the washer.

We liked the location, comfortable beds and how well the apartment is equipped. The cleaning ladies are really hard working and helpful! We had to wait for our check in for a while and we travelled a long journey to Salthill, so we had to use the bathroom, but there is none in the main building for the guests, so our lovely cleaning lady let me and my son to our apartment to use the bathroom even before we checked in! A big shout out to her!

Too late check in time and far too early check out, just a suggestion to the owners something to look at and adjust! No bathroom in the main building, only in the apartments. Very limited parking spaces, first in first served basis. Absolutely no contact with staff in person which is very inconvenient if you have an issue. There is a phone number provided to ring in case of an emergency etc. I found self check in kiosk at the entrance of the building very good, but I still think there should be a staff around to deal with any issues that may arise.

★★★★★ I’ve stayed here at least 10 times and keep coming back because I genuinely love it. The location is perfect, the views over Galway Bay are beautiful, the balcony is fantastic, the apartments are modern, clean and spacious, and it’s one of the few places in Galway where I haven’t had problems with damp or mould. The only issue I’ve had is with the appliances. This time, the fridge spent the first three days freezing, thawing, freezing and thawing, so I didn’t feel comfortable storing food in it. Every time I got hungry, I had to go out and buy food instead of being able to keep groceries in the apartment. The washing machine is also a bit hit and miss - sometimes it works perfectly, and other times the drum is full of water at the end of the cycle and I have to start the wash all over again. If those two issues were sorted, it would be an exceptional place to stay.

We have booked these apartments for the past four years and look forward to returning again next year. The accommodation has never failed to impress, modern, very clean and close to all the local amenities and tourist attractions. The Management Team is very accommodating and helpful to guests.

Great location in summer as v close to beach. Only a 20 min walk into the Latin Quarter so easy to get around without a car. Clean modern apartment with easy check in.

Sehr schönes und großes Apartment. Zentral gelegen und schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Küche war ausgestattet, aber es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es leider nur 5 Kapseln.

Amazing stay at Shoreline Apartments. The property was just as described, clean and comfortable, easy seamless check-in, parking was a breeze. Easy access to taxis around the corner for those who don’t want to take the bus. Re Coffee was yum and just around the corner on Salthill Road. I would 100% return.

Clean, comfy beds, great location, lots of room

The apartment is very modern and clean. It is finished to an exceptionally high standard with tiles, kitchen, bathrooms all clean and ultra modern. The double blackout blinds provided exceptional darkness and made it so easy to sleep in the glass fronted rooms.

There is very limited parking with only 8 spaces including a disability space and two EV spaces. Most people seemed to be international tourists so maybe they don't need one per apartment but it did feel like a gamble taking the car from the car park to go on a trip.

Tiles on the balcony very wobbly and dangerous. Couldn’t really be out there as almost tripped over the loose tiles.

The location is great,the apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The parking is a bonus too.

The bathrooms are bare, nothing to store our toiletries vanities etc.

When my brother in law arrived ,( at eleven at night), he couldn't access apartment as key code mechanism was broken. It took a few hours to get an employee of Shoreline to come and try to fix it...he managed to unlock door....however, my brother in law couldn't lock door from inside ....he was very nervous sleeping there that night with the door unlocked and the following day, he had no choice but to leave the apartment unlocked when he left for the day( leaving his possessions unprotected inside).They fixed it during the day. I contacted Shoreline via email, requesting a refund of some of their rental fee in order to compensate for the upset and inconvenience caused....they didn't even reply. I find this very very disappointing and not good business practice.
