Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster ließen sich teilweise nicht richtig schließen, weil die Griffe fehlten. Die Geräusche von der Küstenstraße waren deswegen ziemlich laut.

It was extremely clean staff were exceptional over and beyond their job description everything to visit right at your doorstep the view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking over looking the Atlantic Ocean.

The outside stairwell to the car park was very run down and could do with a clean up. The traffic noise outside could be heard clearly inside.

Els apartaments necessiten una mica de manteniment. Faltava algún penjador al bany. Tot i això, vam tenir una bona estada.

Location and view. Apartments are spacious and clean. There is parking onsite. Great coffee options close by, and it's easy getting into town using the bus that stops right outside.

I first stayed here in late 2014 with my sister - and I loved it - and was keen to go back. Sadly, not much has changed since 2014. The apartment and the building's exterior show neglect or lack of effort/thought, and the furnishings and bathrooms are quite dated. Paintings/artwork on the walls would also make a big difference. For the price - it was incredibly disappointing. Some things had already been mentioned in other reviews e.g. the balcony needs a scrub or paint job, window handles need to be tightened etc. I told the manager about the balcony and he asked for pictures. I didn't send any becasue this is clearly not a new issue. The view is a major selling point, so not being able to enjoy sitting outside was frustrating.

Una de las habitaciones, la ventana da al pasillo del edificio y en la cocina pocas sartenes y ollas, menaje algo justo.

The location and comfort of the rooms

Loved that the apartments were on the ocean with views. It was helpful the bus stopped right outside the apartments for a ride into the town centre. The town centre was a pleasant 2km walk along the ocean into town. There was a convenience store (Spar) downstairs as well as a pharmacy, Italian restaurant and icecream shop. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable and it was spacious. There were two bathrooms. A lift serviced all floors from the ground level.

The parking bays were very tight and some guests were not considerate and took up more than one bay. The was no lift access down to the parking level. The second bedroom and bathroom faced onto the external access passage to the other apartments; this led to compromised privacy unless one left the blinds down all the time. Both the passage and road could be noisy due to inconsiderate people.

It was spacious

The washing machine and dryer did not work as described. I followed the instructions and after 3 attempts to use the dryer cycles, my clothes were still damp. The hot water ran out. The balcony was accessible by other guests. Self check in was not straight forward and parking was not clear and the signs stated you would be towed and without leaving a number plate, how were we to know it would be safe. I think it’s rude asking for a security deposit when you have done nothing for us.

L’appartamento era molto spazioso, pulito, curato e accessoriato. La posizione vista mare un plus. Distanza dal centro circa 2,5 km, fattibile anche a piedi, ma meglio utilizzare un mezzo.

Non ho osservazioni negative da fare

Ruim en comfortabel appartement, erg schoon en fijne bedden. Rustig complex direct aan het strand en bushalte met bussen naar het centrum en station.

Enkel kleine zaken, weinig keukengerei, waaronder geen ovenschaal, en miste haken om handdoeken aan op te hangen.

Plenty of room in apartment and very clean,, beds very comfortable, great location with a view across from sea and so many shops and pubs in area along with lots of restaurants, would definitely return.

Slight smell in ensuite bathroom smelt like sewerage

Location, parking and property was excellent. Ease of access and generally an excellent location for short time vacation. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

On arrival there was candy/sweet wrappers visible on the sitting room floor which indicates not a lot of attention to cleaning. Some repairs needed to window locks and mould smells in the bathrooms. A broken chair resulted in one of our guests falling to the floor sustaining bruising. Given that the company requires a security deposit I expect that they would ensure there are no defective furniture after each rental stay that can potentially cause problems for subsequent guests.

It was like student accommodation. Very basic. No attempt to make it homely. Needs some attention.

Great location if you want the hustle and bustle of a seaside town. Great pubs and restaurants. Wonderful view on arrival full moon over the bay. Extremely clean and tidy. I’m only basing the sleep on myself and living in a quiet street I couldn’t sleep my Husband and 27yr old Son did. Alternatively use the back bedroom in no 20. Parking on site or across the road in free car park. Only 40 mins to Aran island ferry along the coast.

Super noisy - road traffic outside and just beside the master bedroom; there was also a false fire alarm at the main entrance that woke us up in the middle of the night; Poor ventilation- rooms steamed over night and when you opened windows you had the noise of the street there from early hours of the morning till night; Awful smell from one bathroom - pipes, I suppose... No hanging rails for bath/shower towels; Hot water ran out too quickly - needed to reheat it for all 4 of us to shower; the first night was not pleasant having been surprised by a cold shower after a long trip...

Facilities poor, lights not working, smoke smell, broken window handles, creaky doors… really needs maintenance, big downgrade since my last visit.

The facilities were as described.

The building is very tired, in every way, and looks like it is hasn't been maintained in years. The location was much noisier than expected, though the double glazing helped cut this down. The washer /dryer refused to dry, and the plumbing around the HWS was very noisy during the night.

Fabulous location overlooking the water and close to many restaurants and activities. The patio and outdoor table were so nice to sit outside and relax and enjoy the view, it made us want to get take out as we had the best view in town! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and nicely designed. Loved having a washer/dryer and a French Press coffee pot in the unit.

I found the bed to be too hard. My husband thought it was fine. I guess it is a matter of personal taste. Also, we had written ahead and asked for a 2:00 PM check-in, which was approved, however when we arrived at 2:15 and checked in at the kiosk, it stated the room was not ready. Kept trying at 3:00, 3:30 and was finally able to get in at 4:00. Luckily, the ice cream store below the apartment was serving and we were able to enjoy an ice cream while sitting in the sun on the promenade so we filled the time.

Super location, near the promenade and within walking distance of Galway, and right beside the bus stops. Excellent facilities, very easy check-in.

Some traffic noise but can’t be avoided if you want the lovely sea view!

All the windows handles were broken and you could hear the traffic or the people walking passed very clearly.

Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia, Ścigany brudne, meble uszkodzone, brudne rolety. We wnętrzu brakuje górnego oświetlenia przez co wnętrze jest ciemne. W ciagu dnia brakowało ciepłej wody bo zabrakło informacji, że należy włączyć podgrzewanie.

The view was fantastic

A light was out in the hallway, we had to find a cleaner to request enough toilet paper, the remote controls for the TV didn’t work, the bathroom was tiny, the balcony door was very hard to unlock & open, the rooms were oddly shaped, there were odd step downs & step ups, and the cabinet doors in kitchen were damaged. The location was great-but not worth the money.

Täckena var tjocka och tunga. Föredrar två täcken i dubbelsängen. Inredningen ganska sliten, svårt att reglera värmen i duschen

L'arrivée autonome très bien faite, le parking sur place, les deux salles d'eau, la literie très confortable, la vue sur l'océan, la présence d'un lave linge séchant.

Plusieurs dommages présents (une fenêtre ne fermait pas du tout, l'équipe est venue faire un bricolage pour nous améliorer le confort), une poignée de salle de bain était cassée, ainsi que le bac à boisson du frigo. Des petits travaux sont à revoir. Très bruyant, on entend la route toute la nuit (peut être à cause de la fenêtre qui ne fermait pas ?)

L’appartement est grand et propre. La literie est bonne. La balnéothérapie est un plus.

Manque des ustensiles de cuisines : 1 seule poêle, pas d’epeluche légumes, pas de cafetière. Vue sur la cour intérieure au rdc.,Appartement sombre.

We stayed here while visiting for a friend’s wedding and had a really lovely stay. The location is excellent, really close to the beach and within easy reach of everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was a great base for our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a great location close to the beach.

Our bedroom faced the ocean which the wave sound was amazing but the noise from the crosswalk walk noise buzzing was annoying. In other room near hallway something kept banging outside at different times. No air conditioning so can be pretty hot some nights.

The apartment was fine, the view over the sea was nice - position wise it's right across the road from a nice beach with a great boardwalk along the ocean

The hotel really needs some tlc, the balcony door didn't lock properly and there's windows that you can't open

The location and cleanliness and comfort was brilliant

Lovely apartment, quite spacious for two people - the bed felt massive and so comfy! Plenty of hot water and very handy to have a dishwasher! Very easy check in and check out and the view is directly over the bay so it's beautiful even if the weather isn't the greatest. An Italian restaurant is right downstairs but we didn't try it as there were so many restaurants within walking distance. There's a bus stop right outside which is great for getting in and out.of Galway - we recommend heading into the city centre and trying the Kings Head pub. There is also a Spar shop right downstairs and a Tesco up the street with plenty of options if you'd rather stay in. We would highly recommend the apartments, especially if you go to a wedding in Salthill! Will hopefully be back in the future 😊

The tiniest negative comment - the apartment we stayed in at the furthest end was by a pedestrian crossing that beeped every few seconds all day / night but it's not loud enough to cause any real issues and I normally sleep with light earplugs so I didn't hear it at all - my partner said it didn't keep him awake and we were on the first floor.
