Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The beds were SOOOOO comfortable!!!!! The room was very big with a nice balcony and it was so clean! Every staff member was friendly and reacted with a sense of urgency even with a simple ask. The location was perfect!!! Just a 10 minute walk to the center and the ferry port. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again.
Everything was great!!
Beautiful hotel in a lovely location.
Excellent property and excellent service
The hotel staff were exceptional. Very courteous and efficient. Great location and the hotel was spotless
The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The décor was a little dated, especially in the bathroom, but overall the room was pleasant. One of the highlights was breakfast being served in the garden, which was absolutely lovely and made for a great start to the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a good variety of food at breakfast. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was the main disappointment. During our four-night stay, our room was cleaned only once, and that was after we asked reception to arrange it. On other days, we would go out and leave the sign requesting the room to be cleaned, only to return tired after a long day and find the room exactly as we had left it. We understand that August is a very busy period and perhaps the housekeeping team was understaffed, but for a four-night stay we would expect the room to be serviced more regularly, especially when the cleaning sign was left out. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the comfortable bed, beautiful garden breakfast and friendly staff, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement.
Great facilities. Nice restaurant , helpful staff
Pricey but it was the school holiday period

Location was great, not too noisy but close to shopping and restaurants.
The beds were too small and didn’t like having to push them back together all the time
La struttura meravigliosa, la posizione, il personale gentile e cordiale. Ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate. Peccato essere rimaste solo una notte.

This hotel should be rated as a five star. From the minute, I walked into the lobby to being shown into my room first class all the way. The room is spacious and very clean with all the amenities. There is an outdoor dining experience, which is fabulous and gorgeous. I attended dinner Saturday night inside the main dining room with beautiful entertainment. I absolutely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.
Great location, nice clean room, good breakfast and very efficient staff.
Nothing!
Hotel ótimo! Bonito, equipe extremante amável e atenciosa. Muito limpo. Muito bom o café da manhã. Recomendo!
Amazing location, stunning decor and outstanding service
Cortesia staff, pulizia, ambiente
Un po distante dal mare- la mancanza di una navetta dell’hotel
Love it
Outside by the pool is surrounded by apartments. Outside surge. Was cracking. Jacuzzi’s didn’t work. Not a pleasant outdoor appearance.
This hotel is wonderful! First and foremost, the AC works exceptionally well, and we were there in the middle of a heat wave. The staff is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the msot beautiful I have ever seen, with plenty of fresh fruits and pastries and an omelette station. The rooftop pool and bar were favorites, with gorgeous sunsets and view of Vesuvius. We left for the Naples airport at 3am, and the front desk staff sent us off with a shopping bag full of food for the trip - sandwiches and pastries and juice. This was an unexpected treat and so thoughtful for our long day of travel. I would stay there again with no hesitation.
Central location, beautiful rooftop pool and view, great amenities.
The walls are paper thin and there is no sound proofing unfortunately. I stayed on the first floor, for a single room, which was still expensive. I heard every noise, footsteps, cough, and movement from the room above me and down the hall. There was also no quiet hour with people on my floor continuously coming and going throughout the night.
Just returned from a lovely, relaxing stay here! The hotel looks much better than the photos in my opinion. All staff were welcoming and polite, couldn't do enough for you. We chose a garden room due to reading reviews of the street being noisy and slept well throughout our stay. Toiletries are included in the bathroom along with a hairdryer, though you have to hold down the button to use it which isn't great if you have long hair that takes a while to dry! In the wardrobe there is also an ironing board and iron which was handy as well. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and had lunch on 2 occasions in the snack bar, all of the food was great as well as drinks in the bar. You pay your final bill at the end of your stay rather than as you go so you may need to keep track of this. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to suit everyone as well. The swimming pool was also one of the best we have ever used being a great temperature that you can walk straight into. Only downfall was that a section of it says it is a jacuzzi and this function did not work which was a little disappointing. We planned to use the gym but it is so small it can only accommodate 4 people and you have to book this on the day rather than just go in so bear this in mind as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is great for getting into the main town square as well.
Roof strepitoso per panorama e posizione
Piscina del roof da rinnovare.
Clean and tidy and good facilities with friendly staff
I paid for a deluxe room with side on sea views but we were right at the end of the side with sea views and our main view was a building site
I loved this hotel one of my favourites of our whole trip. Staff lovely. Amazing location such an easy walk to shopping . Rooms very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Great view from room. I only tried the garden pool which was huge and quite deep up one end even had a spa surrounded by shady trees on one side. Pool water felt like it was heated absolutely loved this pool so didn’t try the rooftop one. Would absolutely stay here again.
No negatives
The property was clean and comfortable
Overall the hotel was great. I used the transfer service. They charge €150 from Naples airport to the hotel. The terms cleanly state an additional charge of €70 if your flight is delayed more than an hour. My flight was delayed by 50 minutes, so I sent the hotel an email whilst at our departure airport to let them know. Nonetheless, the driver was sent to the airport early anyway. On arrival at Naples, I was advised on email by the hotel concierge that there would be no extra charge. I was then sent a follow up email the next day saying I would be charged an extra €70 as the driver logged we were an hour late. The concierge at the hotel was completely unwilling to hear my point of view and I gave up arguing with her as I didn’t want to taint the short holiday I had any forthe. Very disappointing that a hotel of this standard can get this so wrong ! We ended up paying €220 in total for a one way journey to the hotel in Sorrento. I booked a return transfer on the Viator app which was significantly cheaper with no t&cs, it was the same standard transfer and it arrived on time.
Elegant hotel, decorated with Italian treasures. Cleanliness to perfection. Service with attention and warmth. All staff have friendly and respectful manners. Walking distance or short taxi drive to most attractions. Highly recommend!
We visited for a family wedding at nearby Positano. Rooms were a mix of sea view and singles. The sea view were excellent and to a high standard of comfort and decor with excellent aircon. Quality toiletries, however they were not replaced until we asked. The single rooms are small but well equipped and were ideal for our elderly mother. Breakfast is excellent as was the food at lunch. We found the main restaurant food of a high quality and reasonably priced compared to restaurants in the centre. Service was outstanding from Mikel at reception, to the waiters and serving staff with a special shout out to Samuele who was super attentive. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the main square away from the city noise but close enough. We had to use taxis due to mobility within the party and note the min fee is 15/20 euro depending on vehicle which was quite expensive over the stay. A place I would not hesitate to revisit
Good location and nice roof top
A bit complicated to reserve the gym
Ótima localização, espaço e funcionários
Staff were so wonderful
The outside pool area looked old. With cracks in the paint. The jacuzzi didn’t work.
What a wonderful hotel, it has 4 stars but the staff and aesthetic, particularly in the lobby and gardens deserve 5 stars. At check in the 2 ladies were really helpful and informative. The concierge chap was lovely too and worked long hours but kept smiling. We went to grab a drink outside while they were getting our room ready, what a lovely outside eatery/bar and very reasonably priced food and drinks. We had lunch and then went to our room. The room was 312, very spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfy and air-conditioning brilliant. The only part that could have been better was the bathroom. It was a shower over the bath with an attached metal plug which was irremovable and a bit of a trip/stub hazard. The shower itself had good pressure and the rest of the bathroom was great. The staff - room cleaning - fantastic staff who did a wonderful job and with a turn down service. The restaurant/bar - the barman was great and personable. The restaurant staff - Samuele and his team were superb! They were so impeccably turned out and attentive, a real credit to the hotel. I told Samuele we've been to hotels all over the world, 4 and 5 stars and Hotel de la Ville stood out brilliantly on every level, particularly the service 5 star! We were here 4 nights and dined at the hotel for three of them, something we've never done before. I recommend and would return.
I enjoyed the hotel for the most part. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and was included in the price. I had dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and both times the food was very good. The biggest complaint is the view from my room. I had a sideways partial sea view room on the sixth floor with a balcony. I paid over €500 per night and for that price the view was mostly disappointing, because what I saw primarily were buildings with construction, as well as an orchard of some sort in front of the hotel that was covered with a large green tarp! I am including photos, so you can judge for yourself.
Very centrally located and very clean
So charming and friendly staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel de la Ville in Sorrento. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean, and every detail is thoughtfully maintained. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento and would gladly stay here again! The only downside was that the stunning rooftop pool closed quite early. After a full day of sightseeing, it would have been wonderful to relax, cool off, and enjoy the beautiful views until sunset.
Fantastic hotel. Extremely well located, with breathtaking views. Excellent facilities. Exceptional staff—very kind, attentive, and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent swimming pools. Phenomenal bars and cocktails. I highly recommend it.
Everything about this hotel is beautiful, the staff, the staff, the facilities, the views from our bedroom balcony and the food!! The location to the city centre was about 3 minutes walk but far enough away to not be noisy. Breakfasts were served in a lovely garden area and had every variety of food you could ask for! We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Hotel de la Ville!
Nothing
The facilities were great as were the staff.
Nothing
The staff were wonderful
The building was older. The pool was not modern and you are looking at cracks on outside of the building. The spa part of pool wasn’t working. I also switch rooms for an upgrade and it was older furniture and there was blood on the pillow case.
This was our second visit to this marvellous hotel, (our first visit was unfortunately cut short last year due to a medical emergency), so we decided to return this year. My husband and I agreed it was the best holiday we have had for many years. The staff are absolutely marvellous, so kind, friendly, and attentive. We chose a sea view room overlooking the Bay of Naples, and whilst it was lovely, we spent so much time on the roof terrace drinking in the view, it would not have mattered if our room did not have a sea view. The rooms are possibly the cleanest we have found anywhere. The floors are spotless. Breakfast was plentiful. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant so cannot comment on this, but the bar food is very good. The hotel is in a great place to explore Sorrento, only a few minutes walk to the centre, and very close to the train station and the port. We cannot wait to return to this hotel and spend more time on the roof terrace sipping cocktails!
早餐太棒了!
Achei o hotel bom e limpo, mas caro demais.
Achei caro e está longe do mar e da costa. Deveria custar menos.
Breakfast, bars, and lunch/dinner services we're all great! Nice clean room and friendly staff. Killer views from the rooftop and central location.
Their ordering / tablet system seemed to be giving their staff some trouble. Just took a little long for them to figure out the system it seemed, but not a huge deal.
Huone oli upea ja siisti. Myös hotellin muut tilat olivat erittäin tyylikkäät. Aamiainen puutarhassa oli erinomainen.
Huoneen kylpyhuoneen ovi piti kovaa ääntä.
שירות מצויין של כל עובדי המלון. .מיטות מאוד נוחות. .
The rooms have beautiful balconies, especially on floors higher up becasue of the view. The rooftop pool/bar has a gorgeous view of the sunset. The staff are nice, breakfast was always a thrill.
Asides for no complimentary water in the rooms, nothing. It was worth every penny spent. 100% recommend
Hotel was not up to what we expected especially for the price. Hotel seems to be lacking in many areas for what they are calling Luxury. Fake/instant coffee in rooms- in Italy. What? A/C does not work well. We needed 2 rooms for our family of 4 which ran us over $6000 total for 4 nights. Room 1 was meant for kids. Peeling paint, broken toilet, down the hall instead of using the hotel "wing" option. Clearly a dysfunctional room which is why they even stated at checkin that it was for the kids. Room 2, mini bar missing items (water). Champagne glass in the room was used/dirty. Amenities opened/used including a toothbrush and vanity kit (cotton swabs) very gross. Front desk staff are not welcoming. Concierge was not available. Food/wait staff are generally great. Salvatore in particular was great and friendly. Food quality is excellent. Luxury hotel should be a bit more connected. Wifi seems fine, but no streaming options on television in room. Apartment building next door is unsightly and seen from balcony. View from the rooftop is beautiful. Lobby is nice looking with marble floors. Common area furniture is dirty and stained. Beds are comfortable. Located in a relatively quiet area. Good food. Not too crowded. Most of the staff speaks other languages which is a helpful plus.
Lovely property
Bedrooms could be slightly bigger
Breakfast, staff, design and layout
The roof bar and swimming pool was brilliant and the bests views. Staff very helpful and responsive. Great location near the old town, you can walk to the train station 10mins, walk to the ferry for boat trips 20mins
I was happy with everything, so not really things to dislike
Amazing views, perfect location and wonderful staff.
Charming and lovely
We have returned from a week stay at this hotel. Here is my honest opinion Pros.. *Immaculately Clean and daily housekeeping in the room *Staff friendly and helpful *Both pools and gardens are well kept *5 min walk to the centre of Sorrento *Views are amazing Cons... *Bathroom could do with an upgrade, only a shower curtain so after every shower we had to mop up the water. *Occasionally the electrics would go off in the room. *Breakfast was ok. I was expecting better given other reviews. You won't go hungry but it wasn't anything special and after 6 days is repetitive as no variety. The takeaway breakfast on our last morning was disappointing considering the price of the stay. *Music at the rooftop pool was the same every day and on some days really loud so you couldn't read. Overall it's a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone but there is room for improvement.
todo bien

Staff were friendly, nice bath area & two pools. The rooftop bar is lovely
Noisy corridors. Also, breakfast finishes a bit early, so you can't enjoy a lay-in
Stay away from this hotel. They have extremely rude at check in and quick to take your money away. I cancelled my room a day ahead because of a flight delay. Not only was our flight delayed for hours we’re eventually cancelled and could not make our connection. Instead of being understanding, they doubled down not to help us and proceeded to insist about their terms and conditions. You survive based on tourism learn to treat your potential customers better and with respect. If not hire someone who can. Lose the ego and attitude . Try to remember 2020 when everything was shut down and that should humble your hotel.
Specious room and the view is spectacular
The limited choices for breakfast.
Location , clean
Breakfast need some improvement , more hot dishes, better coffee
Great location and nice reception area facility. Breakfast was good!
The rooftop pool area was deceivingly smaller than the pictures which was a big letdown.
Location, breakfast included and friendly staff
Strong odor of gas in our room. We were told it was a known issue but since the hotel doesn't use gas, there is nothing they can do. Made me nervous and uncomfortable for the entire stay.
In May, we were on a tour with Ciao Italy and they placed us at the Grand Hotel De La Ville in Sorrento for a few days to explore the Amalfi Coast. The location was amazing, the staff very helpful, the room -- OMG the view of the volcano and Sea -- breathtaking, the breakfast buffet had everything one could think of to start your day. Beyond the loveliness of the hotel itself -- location, location, location!! We were able to spend our downtime walking into town -- very short distance -- to enjoy eateries, shopping (got my Italian leather bag) and town itself. Simply amazing experience!!
My sister and I stayed at Hotel De La Ville during our third trip to Italy while visiting Sorrento on the amazingly picturesque Amalfi Coast. This was our second stay at the hotel, and I truly cannot imagine choosing anywhere else. Hotel De La Ville is reasonably priced, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home rather than simply like a visitor. From the bellmen and reception staff to the maître d' and wait staff, everyone is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was gorgeous, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with a spectacular view of Mount Vesuvius from the balcony. The rooftop bar offers one of the most breathtaking views imaginable. Sipping a glass of red wine while watching dusk settle over the water, as the city lights begin to glow beneath the mountains, was an unforgettable experience. My sister and I also looked forward to breakfast every morning. The continental breakfast here is far beyond what most travelers would expect. There was an impressive selection of fresh fruit, a salad bar, cereals, cheeses, meats, breads, pastries, and a buffet of freshly prepared hot dishes. This is the only place where I genuinely get excited to wake up for breakfast. What stood out most, however, was the kindness of the staff. During our stay, I noticed what appeared to be an elderly gentleman being welcomed in for breakfast. Whether I understood the situation correctly or not, the compassion and generosity shown by the staff left a lasting impression on me. Hotel De La Ville, thank you for your warm hospitality, five-star service, and genuine kindness. You are one of the reasons that visiting Italy is worth the long journey. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when returning to this beautiful coastline, and I look forward to visiting again. With gratitude, A returning guest
מלון מדהים עם שירות מצוין
Close to Capri, supermarket, bus and taxi stops. The staff were excellent, great value for money :)
The beds were ok, but could be comfier.
View from pool
Bar at pool closing too early at 6:30pm Breakfast not opening until 7 am caused us to rush through it for a few days to get to our scheduled tours. On departure day we had to skip breakfast because our taxi left at 6:45.
An absolutely wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean (we even saw a chambermaid cleaning between the rails of a balcony!) The gardens are so beautiful and serene and the flowers & plants well tended. Breakfast wasn’t a rushed affair and the waiters were extremely attentive. (A waiter even appeared with a tube of ‘AfterBite and applied it to some mosquito bites) The view from the rooftop swimming pool is breathtaking. We could have sat all day just looking at the view. This is most definitely one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Sorrento.
Beautiful view from the balcony and walking distance from the town.
Felt that the soundproofing should be better. Could hear anything in the hallway and next door. Also bathroom shower needs update tub so high to climb into, hardly any room. Also a constant whirring in bathroom, maybe a vent but loud and annoying.
Location is just a few blocks off the main square- good location off the beaten path a bit but still within 15-20 min walk of pretty much any where. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and it is fine…buffet style. Nothing special but was included in our rate so nice to get a quick cup of coffee. Although they do not have to go cups FYI. There are many more upscale and beautiful hotels in Sorrento but this was nice and very good value. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We did not spend much time at the hotel so it served the purpose very well.
My husband and I just had the trip of a lifetime. We were so pleased to stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. They really cared about us and went above and beyond in kindness and service, especially Fabio in Concergie. The hotel was so beautiful in every area and immaculate. We had the breakfast buffet and it was outstanding including a chef. We had a side ocean view room and it was fabulous. The views were, as our Italian guide said, "Mama Mia". God's creation is beyond words here. If we were ever able to go back to Italy we would stay at his hotel or any related to this group!!!!
Le jardin
Pres de 500 euros pour une chambre donnant sur des immeubles. Un service médiocre au restaurant...150 euros pour 2
It was well appointed, less than a ten minute walk from the main square so very convenient but in a quiet location. A beautifully decorated, destination hotel with impeccable staff who were both friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. We ate in the outdoor restaurant and the bar and of course had breakfast, all made with good quality ingredients and were flavoursome and they didn’t skimp on anything. We used the pools and the rooftop bar, enjoyed the garden and our room was beautiful with good quality linens, a comfortable bed and pillows, a balcony with a magnificent view of Vesuvius. We didn’t have a single complaint.
Nothing
Very nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful bars/restaurants.
This was our first time in Sorrento, and we are so glad we stayed here! The hotel is beautiful, and in a great location. Our rooms were spacious, and had wonderful sea views! The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the bar, rooftop, and fabulous breakfast each morning!
Everything !!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

What a delightful hotel and a truly memorable stay from beginning to end. The location is perfect, right in the town centre and ideal for exploring the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic lobby that creates a wonderful first impression, and check-in was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, extremely well presented, and the marble floor tiling throughout the hotel added a real touch of elegance. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the hotel several times during our stay, and every meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options including an egg station, and the added touch of a glass of prosecco available in the morning was much appreciated, especially on our final day :-) The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering stunning panoramic views, particularly of Mount Vesuvius and the sunset. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening. What really made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the hotel was polite, attentive, and professional throughout. Special mention must go to Samule in the restaurant and Dino behind the bar, both of whom provided wonderful service and made us feel incredibly welcome. My father even said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in, which says everything. Speaking with other guests, many had returned multiple times already and after our experience, we can completely understand why. We would happily return ourselves and highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.
Our group of 10 stayed here for a week, and we loved it. The location is great…walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. We had a variety of rooms, and all were pristine. Ours had a sea view. Comfy beds, large fluffy towels, a cute balcony, traditional decor. The staff were terrific. Dino in the bar was fantastic. The rooftop pool deck was a great place to have a drink. The only negative is that that pool was freezing in May. The garden pool was a bit warmer. Breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold items, and an egg station. When we had an early morning tour booked they even packed us a take away breakfast. Highly recommend!
The room was nice and clean. The stuff were the best, very nice also very patient, love them.
Breakfast could better. The food was not bad but the selections were limited.
Views from the front rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and the waiters and all the staff are friendly, attentive without being over the top. It's in a great location, just a short walk into town but quiet in the evenings.
We stayed here in a deluxe room for our wedding anniversary. The standard at this Hotel is a high 4 star. The breakfast was exceptional with fabulous choices. We ate our evening meals on 2 nights in the restaurant. It was a very high standard and great value for money.
Was top goed geregeld en leuk personeel

The service is over the top. From the restaurant maître D to room service to the front desk to the bar staff. Everyone was concerned that you were there on vacation and wanted to take care of you. The view from the rooftop was stunning overlooking Capri and Vesuvius. Rooms were generously large terraces were also large in the garden was stunning. I would stay there again I would recommend clients to stay there.
Buffet breakfast was amazing.
.
Very clean and well kept
Nothing
Good location and very clean. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool side area.
Front desk staff were not overly friendly. Room and bathroom was dated. Room doors were very noisy. Impossible to close them quietly. Room at front of the hotel overlooks the road and was noisy. We requested a change and hotel accommodated our request.
All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and the dinner menus had a great selection to choose from, and all the food was prepared perfectly. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was to the highest standard.
I was disappointed that we had to pay for parking at the hotel.
Impeccable from start to finish.
A short stroll from the train station and in a quiet location. The room was nicely decorated and a good size with small balcony overlooking the orange trees. On arrival I booked a massage treatment which was wonderful while my husband wandered around the town. We ate in the restaurant two nights and both times the food was superb. Lovely bar and lots of relaxing seating areas and the decor throughout was beautiful and serene. Roof top swimming pool with loungers and amazing views plus a ground floor pool, although sadly it was too chilly in March to make use of these. A short walk to town with an abundance of shops, coffee bars and restaurants. We shall definitely return.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, although it was a very small negative and did not impact on our stay.
The moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. We were very happy with our exceptionally clean room, which was an upgrade from the basic room. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. The included breakfast was wonderful with many delicious options. Make sure you take some time to visit the pool/bar area on the top floor. The views are spectacular during the day and in the evening!!
It would have been nice to have some room in the refrigerator to chill our water bottles. The mini bar was packed with great options, but left little room to store our purchased items.
Our stay at the Grand Hotel de la Ville was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento, it made exploring the area incredibly easy while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were outstanding, but a special mention must go to Rosalisa and Federica. They made such a genuine effort to greet our son George with a cheerful “ciao!” every morning and evening, which meant so much to us. Their warmth and kindness truly made our stay extra special—they are an exceptional asset to the team. The hotel itself was immaculate, with cleanliness maintained to a very high standard throughout. Breakfast each morning was gorgeous, with plenty of choice and a lovely setting to start the day. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel—calm, welcoming, and effortlessly relaxing. It created the perfect environment to unwind after busy days exploring Sorrento. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay—we would return in a heartbeat!
We were upgraded to a full Napoli Bay View and our room was gorgeous with painted tiles and inlaid wooden furniture. The bedding soft was extremely comfortable a
Excellent hotel in a great location just a 5 min flat walk to sorrento town centre. Beautiful sea views, bar and restaurant. Perfect for a family, very clean! Large room with great facilities. Would recommend, we had a brilliant stay as a family of 4.
Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, friendly staff and two incredible pools including the rooftop lounge area

The staff are amazing, the food choice is broad enough for anyone and excellent quality, the rooms are clean and fresh, the outdoor areas beautiful, the proximity to central Sorrento is a short walk, there is a lovely lemon farm opposite to visit and also a great museum. We loved staying here, they make you feel like royalty, and would definitely come again.
