por motivos de agenda y tener que madrugar mucho, solamente desayunamos un días de las 4 noches que nos alojamos, pero ese día fue genial, ofrecia tanto comida china como estilo internacional y todo de muy buena calidad y sabroso

que no tengan posibilidad de comprar un bañador en el hotel para mujeres ya que si que ofrecían para caballeros y tambien gorros para el pelo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que tienen piscina y que por cultura no es muy habitual encontrar un traje de baño en cualquier supermercado más que en tienda específicas.

Esta bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son buenas. El personal de recepción y de servicio de habitaciones

El personal del desayuno. Poco amable y poco práctico No habla inglés casi nadie, y el que lo habla, lo hace muy mal. Es muy dificil entenderse El desayuno es muy malo

Este hotel es de mi agrado debido a su ubicación estratégica, la amplitud de las habitaciones y la diversidad de su oferta de desayuno.

No es de mi agrado que el gimnasio no sea de libre acceso. Sin embargo, al realizar la solicitud a través de la plataforma de reservas, se permite el acceso. Considero que no debería haber restricciones de horario para el ingreso, especialmente para personas que trabajan y llegan del extranjero, ya que el desfase horario afecta significativamente el sueño y el gimnasio es una manera de mantener equilibrado la salud mental y la disciplina que algunos tenemos para ir al Gym.

El hotel goza de una ubicación estratégica en la ciudad, lo que resulta particularmente conveniente para los asistentes a la feria de Cantón, dado que el establecimiento ofrece servicio de transporte para este evento. Asimismo, valoro positivamente la diversidad de opciones disponibles en el desayuno.

Se recomienda que los televisores incorporen conectividad inalámbrica con otros dispositivos.

Ms.Tiffany at reception made everything so comfortable as soon as I checked in. Also she personally helped me for my personal medical related requirements. She is a wonderful lady and she is the best as long as gust hospitality is conference. Thanks once again to entire hotel management and special thanks for Ms.Tiffany for making my stay comfortable.

Bugs in the room, staff walked in to our rooms right before checkout as if to make sure that we checked out. Towels were dirty, air conditioning wasn't working properly in 2 rooms, and an extremely outdated hotel.

Buffet Breakfast, lots of options. Location was excellent. Train just outside the hotel. Bus services to Canton Fair and back. Lots of eateries and shopping market nearby.

I was charged for third person breakfast on 1st day although we had breakfast booked and paid for 3 people. This was resolved the next day however I wasn't refunded the amount. The receptionist did try to help me to sort the issue but no refund.

I had a great stay at Guangzhou International Hotel. Our room exceeded our expectations as I did not expect to get such a large suite which had 2 separate bedrooms, separate sitting area and 3 bathrooms. It was fantastic. Our bartender Jason was very personable, friendly and accomodating. He took pride in his work. If there were any complaints i would say that they don't provide you with a mini fridge in the suite and elevators could be slow at times. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you upgrade

The staff are extremely helpful. We even was given an upgrade to an executive suite for free. We relied on the staff to give us directions and travel advice daily for our 8 days stay. Highly recommend for a happy stay. The metro station is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel does not provide a free airport shuttle service as is advertised. The room was very large but a little old and tired and in need of up-keep.

I enjoyed my trip to Guangzhou, a beautiful and warm northern city in China. My accommodation at the Grand Int'l Hotel, which provides up to 4-star services, was a plus. The people who work there are super friendly, and they provide the best quality service! The room was clean inside, but the hallway carpet was stained with whatever it was. The room facilities and equipment were below expectations, i.e., overly dim lights, malfunctioning mini freezer, noisy A/C, and slow sewage. I recommend this place to all if they improve the infrastructure in the coming days.

The staff was very kind and service-oriented. Although the property itself seems a bit older, the hotel has been well maintained.

Hotel has clearly seen its better days but it hasnt been upkept to its best. Carpet are a bit stained throughout but good quality and clean. I had a non-smoking business suite but previous visitors smoked inside the room and left it smelling like ashtrays. Staff gave a airfilter which helped but still smelly. Unfortunately you can still smoke indoor public places in China, but the hotel should put some roles to separate them. They have robots for room services which make things quite efficient, except if it's something you have to pay for straight away, then they send staff to persist. All the lanes in the swimming pool was closed everyday between 10am-12noon for wxternal paid swimming lessons. So no hotel guests allowed. The reception lied saying the lifeguards had to take breaks during these hours. The gym is there but no lighting. The steamroom has turned into a cleaning storage room so not available either. When I came back at the end of the day with child carrying bags of shopping, the two doormen stood there watched us and continued chatting with hands on their back. It would be nice for them to offer me a hand. Staff was generally quite professional and facilitating. But lots of improvements are yet to be made.

Location of this hotel is fantastic. There are many places to eat nearby. A small shopping mall is right opposite the hotel. Starbucks and Mc Donalds are very close by. Few bakerys are also nearby for freshly made sandwiches and other food items.

Staff speak very little English.

Comparing with the past, breakfast was a little poor.

The main thing is the location of this hotel. Free parking is offered. However, gym and swimming all closed for maintenance. I had 2 meals in the lobby Chinese restaurant not bad !

Good comfortable hotel convenient for canton fair. I have used for many years and rooms maybe a little tired now but it’s clean, comfortable, quiet, reasonably priced, does a decent breakfast and offers free shuttle bus to and from canton fair.

Its really terrible. The hotel is pretty old. Even for non smoking room, you can have unpleasant smell inside the room. The TV reception is bad. The staff not that friendly.

Very close to shopping malls and tourist spots. Its just hard to communicate with most of the staff. Overall i will stay in this hotel if given the opportunity to visit guangzhuo again.
