Loved everything about it. The breakfast, pool, cleanliness and the services were all perfect. The staff were all so friendly especially Nicola. He works so hard and made sure we had the best time possible, he really made our stay an 11/10

A basic but sweet little hotel with a fantastic buffet breakfast, very friendly staff, great little swimming pool with sun beds & a rooftop area with fantastic views over the sea & over to mount Vesuvius. The rooftop should be the location of the buffet breakfast & hotel bar… a seriously missed opportunity

We had 3 people per room (2 rooms) .. the queen & single beds were comfortable but the sofa bed for the 3rd person was unfortunately hard & not comfortable at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, great value for money. The staff were so friendly, rooms were cleaned daily, the pool was such a welcome relief after a day out. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Location was good and free shuttle into Sorrento centre in the evenings was good, never had to wait long.

Excellent hotel very impressive. A 1st time visit to Italy feeling a little apprehensive etc. Once we arrived at this hotel I felt so relaxed. The shuttle bus from the hotel to Sorrento was fantastic.

Great breakfast selection which set you up for the day. Nice and quiet area about a twenty minute walk from Sorrento centre. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and always happy to help you. Lovely, tranquil rooftop terrace to watch the sunset from!

Location is perfect. 20 mins walk to sorrento and 5 mins to marinella beach which has stunning views and a beach club. Quiet and relaxing, staff are friendly and very helpful for everything you need. Pool is beautiful and maintained well. Stunning roof top terrace with amazing views of Vesuvius and the mountains surrounding Sant agnello. Train is 17 mins walk if you are travelling from Naples. Shuttle service with hotel from 6-11 from hotel to sorrento and back is excellent.

Small bathroom space, needs a shelf for toiletries. Sewage smell at times in room as well as by the pool. Breakfast could be improved slightly.

The location was excellent. A 20 minute walk to town or a 10 minute walk to the local beach club

The ground floor pool drains were a bit smelly and the roof terrace was a lovely size but no bar and plastic beds with no cushions . They are not maximising the use of that area considering some stunning views

Lo que mas me gusto es la buena predisposición del personal, en especial de Nicola. Siempre lo veíamos con buen humor. Tuvimos un inconveniente ajeno al hotel y Nicola nos lo resolvió desinteresadamente. La limpieza es impecable. Muy buen desayuno. Cama muy cómoda. La habitación cuenta con un hermoso balcón.

El parking es excesivamente caro. Baño pequeño.

Very welcoming staff who were always happy to see you. Plenty of facilities as well as free breakfast and a free shuttle bus to and from the town centre. Nice loacation, quiet away from the crowds. Great rooftop view.

Room was very small and was unable to fully unpack bags as nowhere to store clothes. Walkable to centre of Sorrento but a bit of a trek.

This is an outstanding hotel for the price. The location in St Agnello is quiet and away from the mayhem of Sorrento, but only a 10 minute walk away if you want to go into town. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes not far away. The pool area is beautiful for a peaceful swim. The roof terrace is breathtaking, with views to the sea and mountains. The staff are exceptional, going out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. We would definitely return and I will be recommending this hotel to our travel agent.

Hice una reserva para una habitación con balcón , al llegar me dieron una que no correspondía , al hacer el reclamo me dieron otra de acuerdo a la reserva pero el olor a desagüe era desagradable … recién al siguiente día nos cambiaron a la habitación correcta , el resto de la estadía bien , desayuno e instalaciones ok , personal ok.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, goed bed, busje van/naar Sorrento, zwembad, niet ver naar station…. Alles eigenlijk!

Really friendly staff, helpful with everything we needed. Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco which was delightful. Facilities were super, pool, rooftop, bar etc. Breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Evening shuttle to get into the centre was useful and a great extra! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, 25-30 minute walk to marina. 20 minute walk to town. Pool area and 3rd floor deck very nice

Dusjen hadde nesten ikke vanntrykk, og de klarte ikke fikse. Fikk nytt rom etter halve oppholdet. Det er for dårlig. Kjedelig frokost. Hotellet lå litt langt unna sentrum.

Great roof top terrace. Great balcony. Great staff, especially the guy who does the breakfasts. Always happy to see and if you want he'll make you eggs anyway you like for your breakfast.

There was a lack of shelves in the bathroom, so it was difficult to put all the toiletries in the bathroom. Likewise , it had a lack of hooks to hang coats and jackets etc. The rooms aren't massive so this would really help. The location is ok, but a bit of a trek to the center. There is a minibus but it only runs in the evening!

The hotel was very comfortable with a lovely roof terrace. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, the chef makes yummy fresh cakes and pies every morning.

Miejsce na dachu jest super. Można tam przebywać kiedy się chce i ile się chce. Dobre śniadania. Jak dla mnie super warunki jak za tą kwotę. codziennie w pokoju było sprzątanie, więc to też duży plus. Obsługa bardzo miła, wszystko wytłumaczyła.

Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is between two train stations which are both walking distance, free shuttle service into sorrento town and back on evenings (saved us walking after a lot of walking each day), good value for money for the area

Walls thin, could hear snoring in the room beside us, hotel needs to upgrade toaster (only two slices at time for everyone and it is very slow)

Comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop area. A bit further from the hustle and bustle but the hotel has a free shuttle service if you don’t want to walk.

Nothing we didn’t like but really think a bar on the rooftop area would be a winner.

Great location, just a 15 minute walk into the centre or they provide a shuttle service during the evening that can take you from the hotel to the centre. The room was lovely with complimentary bottle of bubbles and water in the fridge. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, particularly Nic on reception & breakfast. They couldnt have done more for for you, highly recommend and would stay again

No light fixture in bathroom. TV reception did not work even after promise to have it fixed. On our last two days there was no hot water for my shower. When we booked we were told on site parking but when we arrived we were sent next door to another property at $15 euros/day. The pool area smelled of gas so we couldn’t use it.The staff were very good but had no authority to help. They called the manager about my issues and he only refunded us 25 euros. In travelling over 40 years for business and pleasure this was the worst property we have ever stayed at. Again not the fault of staff. I really would like to have my money back at least for the 2 days where I could not have a shower. Overall Hotels.com should consider delisting this property.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, but they also provide a convenient shuttle service in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights is the rooftop area – it’s beautifully set up with sun loungers and offers a fabulous view over the town, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel is in a good location. A 20 minute walk into Sorrento with an evening shuttle bus running back and forth. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Viktoriya on reception was brilliant. Always happy to help with a smile!

Hotel is a bit dishevelled, I would not rate this as a 4 star. Easily could get there again with some TLC. Pool was very dirty, and very cold. Not much room to manouver in the bedroom. Plug sockets next to the beds do NOT fit a UK to EU travel adaptor, leaving only 1 useable socket in the room (outside of the bathroom).

The hotel is lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast. Shuttle bus that runs from 7pm-11pm to the square is very useful as taxis are expensive. Lovely local restaurant 5 minute walk away. Overall a lovely stay thank you.

A little far out of town but once you have walked it once (around 20 mins) and know the way it’s easy and actually breaks up the day!

Beautiful and modern property. Hot waterfall shower, comfortable beds and pillows, decent sized rooms, lovely balcony. Excellent pool and sun deck! Decent breakfast. Amazing air conditioner in the room. Staff were incredible and so friendly, nothing was too much for them. Free shuttle in the evening was a very good bonus!

Sometimes the noise at night was a bit too much from other guests and music in the gardens. As well as not enough sun loungers by the pool

The stay was good until I had my pre booked taxi not show up at 4am so I could go back to Naples airport. I needed some assistance with taxi companies in the local area and reception wasn’t helpful at all. They couldn’t even suggest a company to use so I had to sort it myself.

I really liked the amenities and the perks of this location.

Very good value for money with free shuttle service into Sorrento centre, a multitude of different breakfast options and a clean swimming pool/jacuzzi area. All of the staff were very welcoming and greeted us warmly on site.

The only negative we found was that there was left over food from previous guests inside our fridge. The balcony could also benefit with lights outside so it’s not so dark late at night.

Stayed 5 nights first week of June with my husband and son. Very happy with the experience, loved the renovated look of the room/hotel and having the swimming pool. The terrace is absolutely fantastic for views :) All staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Ladies simply great. The shuttle bus was very handy in the evenings and again courteous, excellent driver made it even better. Thanks so much for making our stay amazing.

El desayuno era correcto, la cama cómoda y el tamaño de la habitación estaba muy bien. El secador de pelo era malo. El personal fue amable. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas el último día.

La ubicación es lejos del centro. Pero x el precio calidad estuvo ok.

Tutto perfetto… stanze pulitissime e confortevoli, ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata la gentilezza di tutto il personale.
