Frühstück, Massage und Personal war super. Fitness auch. Aussicht vom Zimmer war traumhaft. Dir umliegende Liegenschaft ist sehr schön gepflegt.

Premium Zimmer war überhaupt nicht Premium. Teilweise etwas heruntergekommen. Steckdose auf Balkon defekt. Das Bett war Steinhart. Premium streichen dann passt es aber. Ist trotzdem ganz angenehm halt nur nicht der Erwartung "premium" entsprechend.

Chambre vieillotte et pas cosy, odeur de climatisation horrible. Parking payant ..les rideaux de l hotel sont vieux. On s attendait a beaucoup mieux vu le prix . Franchement il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher sur Lugano.

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel ist sauber und die Anlage gut gepflegt.Man läuft gute 10 min bis zur Altstadt.Der Pool ist auch sauber.Es gibt noch einen Innenpool und auch ein großes Gym.

Das Hotel ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen,sprich die Zimmer könnten einen neuen Farbanstrich gebrauchen.Man muss auch wissen,dass das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt und die Schlafzimmer zu dieser Straße liegen.Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig.Es gab jeden Tag das selbe.Vorsicht bei dem Restaurant,die reinste Abzocke.Ein Wolfbarschfilet für 140€ ist schon heftig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten am morgen bereits vor dem Check in, die Rucksäcke abgeben. Da wir zu Fuss unterwegs waren und noch shoppen wollten, hat uns das sehr geholfen. Als wir dann im Check in waren, waren unsere Rucksäcke bereits im Zimmer. Wir staunten beim aufschliessen nicht schlecht, denn wir hatten ein grösseres Zimmer als gebucht. Ich vermute mal, Sie hatten eine doppel Buchung und das Problem so gelöst. Auch das Bad war super, aber Achtung, aussen Bad ist 1.50m tief, innen Bad 1.30m. Das Frühstücks Buffet war top. Es hatte alles was das Herz begehrt.

Das Restaurant bietet am Abend fast keine Veggie Menus. Da meine Tochter Veggie ist, sind wir dann zum Abend essen, in die Stadt ausgewiechen. Die Waage hat im Zimmer gefehlt, die anscheinend hätte dort sein sollen, nach Beschrieb. In der Küche, die wir nicht brauchten, waren nur Tassen, ein Wasserkocher und Bachblech. Im Beschrieb heisst es aber, eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Sofa war der Überzug defekt, aber gut kaschiert, mit dem Kissen darüber. Für uns waren es nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht störten, da wir ja eine kleinere Variante an Zimmer gebucht hatten und sehr positiv Überrascht waren, dass wir statt einem Zimmer, gleich mehrere erhielten.

Very loud AC, I wasn't asked for my room number during the breakfast, while I was checking out, I corrected the company address on the invoice, although I shared with the reception the correct address during the check in. When the employee changed the address, he picked up the phone and spoke 10 mins with that person which extended my checkout. For a 4-star hotel I am expecting that the focus is on my and not on the phone

Die Lage ist Perfekt, vor dem Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle vorhanden man kommt überall schnell hin, zum Bahnhof Lugano, Lugano Centro, und Restaurante so wie zum Fussball Stadion Fc Lugano, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Lebensmittel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr Freundlich. Zimmer war schön und sehr gross 100 Quadratmeter der Ausblick vom Zimmer Wunderschön direkt zum See, Berge Stadt. sehr Hunde freundlich

Bei unserem Zimmer hatten wir bei den 2 Einzelbetten Zimmer in der ersten Nacht festgestellt das es keine Lamellen hat und die Nacht vorhänge fast überall zu kurz waren so das Licht hinein kam. Ich ging dann in das kleine 3 Zimmerschlafen. hatte zwar Lamellen doch der Nachtvorhang war auch da zu kurz.

È una struttura particolare più simile ad un residence che ad un albergo tradixionale ., Molto piacevole con camere ampie ed angolo cottura e tanti servizi interessanti . . Molto bella la piscina ! Ottima la SPA con Eva molto professionale e comunicativa. C'è anche una pasticceria gourmet. Molto gentili le receptionist. All'interno c'è un bel giardino con facilità per parcheggiare a pagamento ma importante data la difficoltà di parcheghi Lugano . Ci tornerò!!!

Che dire all'inizio non è facile orientarsi ma poi è tutto agevole .

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Das Angebot in den verschiedenen Restaurants war sehr gross. Am Frühstücksbuffet war die Auswahl sehr reichhaltig.

Zum verlangten Preis wäre eine Kulanz bei den zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffeekapseln angebracht.

Sehr grosse, geräumige und saubere Suite. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. ÖV direkt vor dem Hotel mit direkter Verbindung zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum. Mit dem Ticino Ticket fährt man gratis ÖV. Bahnhof 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel. Frühstück ist fein und ausreichend

Quelques signes de vieillissement ou usure, le plan évier dans la salle de bain, évier avec fissure, sol balcon irrégulier. La rambarde du balcon est basse, je la trouve dangereuse.

Vor allem das Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick und Blick über Lugano und den Luganer See gebucht. Erhalten hatten wir das Zimmer 224 mit Sicht auf die sehr lärmige Strasse und den alten Betonbauten. Auch die Fenster liessen sich nicht ganz schliessen. Somit war der Lärm komplett. Die extrem laute Musik am Abend von einer Gesellschaft war unaushaltbar um auf der Terrasse zu essen. Zu all dem Krach lief auch noch die Hotel eigene Musik in einem Lautsprecher. Wir verliessen fluchtartig unseren Platz und gingen zu Fuss nach Lugano in eine Pizzeria. Eigentlich nicht das was wir wollten. Als wir endlich zu Bett gehen wollten, hatte es nur eine Bettdecke.

Hotel needs repainting

Don't know where to start. This hotel was simply amazing. The location is prime, with the restaurant area giving a breathtaking view over the city. Our suite had its own mini garden which was great for our small dog, and the mini garden gave way to the pool area, which was so convenient for us. The facilities of the hotel are incredible. The largest gym I've ever seen in a hotel, a beautiful spa, and some great food service whether at the bistrot, restaurant, or pool area. We will be back!

The only thing I would say was that the warm food at breakfast (eggs, bacon, beans, etc.) could have been a little better. The eggs were too salty, bacon not cooked enough (to my taste), and the beans didn't have much flavor. But that's because I have to pick something negative to pick on.

The rooms were a long way from the main reception and the breakfast area. We were travelling with two grandmas (80 years plus) so accommodation much nearer to the main building would have been better. The building looked like it needed a repaint. Our room had aircon in the living room but not in our bedrooms. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive and the quality not as good as other restaurants we visited in Lugano.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and moved us to two rooms with balconies because they had become free. The hotel rooms were very spacious.

It wasn’t in the hotel’s control but the weather meant we couldn’t use the pool and outdoor facilities.

Die Phänomenale Aussicht vom Garten des Hotels aus, der Pool, das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet und der freundliche und schnelle Service beim Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war zwar gross aber schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung wäre nötig. Unsere Koffer und Taschen, welche wir vor der Abreise zur Aufbewahrung da gelassen hatten, wurden zuerst nicht mehr gefunden.

Notre chambre était d'un confort absolu, un véritable rêve. Le lit, moelleux à souhait, avec une literie soignée jusque dans les moindres détails, m'a offert des nuits parfaitement reposantes. La salle de bain, spacieuse et raffinée, ajoutait encore à ce sentiment de bien-être. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace généreux de la chambre, où je me suis sentie à l'aise sans jamais me sentir à l'étroit, et la propreté était irréprochable dans chaque recoin. Ce qui m'a le plus marquée, c'est le calme absolu qui régnait : j'ai enfin pu dormir profondément et me reposer pleinement, un véritable havre de paix. Et quel que soit mon besoin, à tout moment, le service était toujours là : chaleureux et d'une rapidité remarquable. Le service en chambre m'a également beaucoup plu : rapide, attentionné, et toujours assuré avec le sourire. Je n'ai jamais eu l'impression de trop demander. Le petit-déjeuner a été, pour moi, un véritable point fort du séjour : un buffet magnifiquement présenté, avec des ingrédients frais et de grande qualité — j'ai savouré chaque matin avec plaisir, tant l'attention au détail était perceptible dans chaque plat.

We love the very spacious room and also the view of the room to the pool/city/lake/mountains. The outdoor pool is so good, and the wellness centre is perfect! The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Villa Sassa really giving you that holiday vibe!

I think the room is spacious and it's great. But with a little bit more decorations and more stuffs, I think the rooms will not be feeling a little empty. Also, I think the electric vehicle charging could be cheaper than 40 CHF/day. It's almost more expensive than paying for gas... During our stay the elevator broke. It was a bit tough for us who has a baby with many kind of belongings, but I guess there is nothing we can do. We were happy that the hotel staffs were very helpful in helping us checking in and out, though!

Ich wäre froh gewesen wen man schon eine nachricht bekommt vom Hotel das drin steht das der Wirlpool nicht funktioniert.

Wir erhielten ein Zimmerupgrade, sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal, schöner Pool und gepflegte wirklich schöne Parkanlage, gute Lage mit toller Aussicht. Mit dem Bus in ein paar Minuten ab BHF zu erreichen. Busststion ist nah beim Hotel.

The pool and grounds were the only good thing about the property.

The rooms were old and dated. Beds were atrocious, and the elevator (the only one) broke during our stay so we had to haul our 6 bags up and down 7 flights of stairs

The elevator in our building was out of order during the entire stay and our room was 4 stairs up. We had to carry our luggage all the way up to the room and then also down and we had some heavy bags. Also the air conditioner was making very loud noise, almost difficult to use it in the middle of very hot weather.

Teilweise schlechte WLAN Versorgung. Jalousien funktionieren teilweise nicht! Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gute Qualität der Möbel und Inventar. Sehr kleiner TV. Es gab keine Adapterstecker für EU Stromstecker, diesen musste ich selbst organisieren/kaufen.
