9月15日ㄧ晚 (Reservation No. 5595014129) 曾入住 3001号房，我不滿意～全房燈光暗，水 bar 離洗手間遠，使用洗臉盤時把門關上不放便，枕頭有怪味。

Posizione periferica ma ben collegata al centro: fermata della metro vicinissima, fermata del tram davanti all'hotel, autobus per raggiungere l'aeroporto a pochi passi dall'hotel. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie dopo il check-out.

The room cleaner used our used towels to mop the floor. Even though the towels were replaced by 'clean' ones, It is still totally unacceptable!!

For us (a family with 4) this hotel was a good alternative for the generally small, even tiny, hotel rooms Hong Kong tends to offer. Not cheap, but on a good location and with the facilities we needed. We especially liked the luggage service, where we could leave our bags during the day after having checked out (we had an evening flight).

The staff could have produced a smile when we checked in, we're guests, not an inconvenience.

這是第二次入住 上回一個人住 這次帶了妹妹 所以選擇兩張床 想不到單人床那麼小....我想以後還是一張大床好點 另外這次是直接訂的高級客房 房間給了21樓的房間 高樓層能看見海 妹妹看到也很高興

浴室淋浴的地方有點小 轉身不是很方便 另外因為有墊高 出來的時候沒注意到會滑倒 有老人住的話要注意

Wir haten ein großes Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten gebucht. Die Betten waren super bequem, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionel. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleines Restaurant, sehr authentisch und gut. Auch viele Supermarkte wie 7 Eleven sind in der Nähe. Zur Fußgängerzone mit den Einkaufszentren mußte man die Metro nehmen, fußläufig gut erreichtbar.

Der Empfang an der Lobby war nicht so aufmerksam.

Staff are accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was firm and comfortable. The location is perfect being right infront of a tram stop and walking distance from a Metro station.

The hotel lacks a proper drop off/pick up place.

Spacious room, near the tram station and mtr, and bus station to the airport is just a 2 min walk.

Comfy bed but i want it softer, its a bit hard, aside from that, everything was good.

Sometimes its better to not stay in an expensive 5 star hotel and get and average room, but go for something cheaper and stay in a better room. The Best Western is such a case, with a family room on the top floor 40m and a great view over the sea. For a similar room in another Hong Kong Hotel ( if you could find one would cost 5 or 6 times more )

Decor is a bit dated, but gives a certain charm to the place. Would not recommend the Breakfast, as cheaper and better options just outside your door in the neighborhood

The hotel is in a good location with a very good price. The room is large and clean in general.

The hotel is very old, the bathroom in our room is definitely not well maintained. The cold tap of the washing basin is wobbly and has very bad stains. That's the worst I have seen among all the hotels had ever stayed.

방키가 오류 났는데 사과같은게 없더라구요. 더 좋은평가를 위해 프런트데스크 직원들 교육은 필요해보입니다. 미소나 웃는얼굴이 없어요. 객실에 닦지않은 오래된 먼지들이 있습니다. 잘 닦아야 겠더라구요.

如果酒店大堂能提供免费寄存行李服务就更方便了，去年入住时还有这个服务呢，今年不知道怎么就取消了

I really like the hotel. It is excellent in terms of value for money. I got a Suite with a sitting room, and I am not sure if I paid for that room (thought I just booked a normal room) but I really appreciate it. The suite is really spacious. The staff is really responsive and efficient. I really like it and am positively surprised.

空港から直通のA10バスが利用でき、電車や地下鉄の駅も近いため、ロケーションはとても良かったです。ホテル自体はやや古さを感じますが、部屋の広さは十分でした。周辺には飲食店が多く、滞在中とても便利でした。

シャワーは狭く、Wi-Fiもほとんど繋がらなかったため、その点は不便でした。

We can smell cigarette smoke coming from other rooms. There is no bellboy to assist in our luggages.

ダブルベッドをリクエストしていたが、シングルだつたことと、エアコンをオフにしていてもさむかったこと、シャワー室のガラスがしまりにくかった。

Bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun mais vis à vis horrible dans certaines chambres sur les façades des immeubles délabrés.

Le personnel, à part quelques exceptions, n’est pas souriant, ne décroche pas un mot. Tout est réduit au strict minimum : par exemple, la dépose bagages est dans le parking, si bien qu’on ne peut même pas repasser aux toilettes quand on récupère ses bagages. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre : peu de choix, mauvaise qualité des aliments, salle aveugle, pas d’ambiance musicale, personnel peu aimable. Certains d’entre nous ont préféré prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs.

Petit-déjeuner catastrophique; pas de choix, mauvais accueil, ce qui est sensé être chaud est froid et ce qui est sensé être froid ou frais est chaud (la café est froid, le jambon est chaud). Un petit-déjeuner comme celui-ci n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Chambre peu spacieuse, pas beaucoup de place pour se mouvoir à 3 personnes. Vue peu agréable. Personnel peu accueillant, pas souriant.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, et j'ai passé un excellent séjour.

燈光昏暗，冷水簡直小到快沒有 之前住過，並沒這問題 這次這真的扣分

Die Lage war super, Dingding Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren für Asien Verhältnisse groß und sauber. Vom Lärm der Stadt war durch die Schallisolierung nichts zu hören.Die Klimaanlage ist gut einstellbar. Bei Problemen war immer jemand um eine Lösung bemüht.

Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (Bad, Schränke), aber hat so auch seinen Charme. Leider funktionieren die Zimmerkarten sehr oft nicht, so dass man immer wieder an die Rezeption muss. Das nervt, weil die Aufzüge langsam sind.

○何故か天井にメインの電気がなく、スタンドの電気を幾つか付けたが、過ごすには暗すぎた。 ○ファミリールームのベッド数は3つであるが、メインベッド以外の簡易的なベッドには、ペラペラの布団にペラペラの掛け布団だけだった。

Хорошее месторасположение, все основные достопримечательности довольно близко. Рядом остановка для автобусов и станция метро. Отзывчивый персонал. Довольно неплохой вид из окна. Стоимость проживания также оправдана в виду хорошего месторасположение и сервиса.

В номере, к сожалению, не работали розетки и был неисправен сейф, но его предложили заменить в течении получаса, однако, время не хотелось на это тратить, так как останавливались всего на несколько ночей. Видимо отелю уже довольно много лет, поэтому много требует пересмотра, однако персонал делал все возможное, чтобы наше проживание было комфортным. В целом, цена соответствует качеству.

酒店位置在西營盤地鐵站三、四個街口，去中環只兩個站; 電車站就在門口; 機場巴士站就在對面，交通十分方便。附近食肆亦多，亦近著名的海味街。房間很大，空間舒適。

裝修有些殘舊，房内傢俬與我上次入住的優質木傢俬不同了。燈光亦不足。毛巾質地不佳。職員態度冷峻。

とにかく便利！

部屋が広かったです。トラムの停留所から近かったです。全体的に設備にもゆとりがあり、快適な滞在ができました。外国人でなおかつ未成年単独でも滞在することができたため、旅行好きの学生にもイイと思います。3人で合計47000円ほどで3泊宿泊することができました。でもとにかく部屋がよかったです。

シャワーの排水が驚くほど悪かったです。流れるのにすごく時間がかかります。でも使えないわけではないです。あとエレベーターがなかなかこなかったりしました。朝食が内容のわりに日本人の感覚からすると少し高いようにも感じました。

Appreciate that this hotel offers a proper triple single bed configuration. Good link to the airport and other parts of the city. Beds comfortable and room spacious. No toiletries provided.

The lobby (first impressions) needs urgent attention, very run down and common areas not the cleanest but once you in the elevator and enter your room its clean and well maintained (non modern though, stuck in the era it was built but ads to the charm like a lot of Hong Kong).

가성비빼고 다 별로지. 청소상태 호텔을 수십군데를 다녀봤지만 이정도는 첨이고 낡아서 퀘퀘한 냄시에 다 별루.. 에어컨은 그나마 시원해서 다행.. 침대 그냥저냥 푹신. 딱 가성비 생각하면됨

The staff were nice. It was near the bus stop to the airport and an MTR station making it a good base for exploring Hong Kong.

Hotel jak na warunki w Hongkongu ok. Całkiem duży pokój z odseparowanymi częściami przy pokoju trzyosobowym. Czysto, w pokoju czajnik z herbatą i kawą. ŁAdny widok z okna, częściowo przesłonięty przez przeciwny budynek.

Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku, bardzo długo trwało przydzielenie pokoi. Na koniec karta którą otrzymaliśmy nie działała i trzeba było zejść jeszcze raz do recepcji. Największą porażką były jednak poranne śniadania, obiekt nie jest przystosowany do prowadzenia wydawania śniadań. Cały hotel wrzucony do malutkiego pomieszczenia w którym brakowało powietrze, było bardzo głośno i pachniało kuchnią. Obiekt nie jest przygotowany na gości z poza HK, albowiem posiłki typowo i tylko przygotowane dla lokalnych osób.

The room is exceptionally big, even for a room in any given city, and especially for Hong Kong. Good access to the subway.

The location, the room layout

This is a short ride from the airport but also in a brilliant location for the MTR to everywhere. There is a Ding Ding tram right in front of the main doors. The room was bigger than expected and really comfortable for a family of four. There was a safe, fridge and a great view of the rivers. Lots of 7-11 and Circle Ks on the street. The self service laundry was quickly and easy but you need the Octopus card to pay for it. We didn’t eat there.

The room was surprisingly spacious and I loved the Location proximity to local tea houses. Breakfast each morning had a great variety of type, e.g., dim sum and pastries, which was the perfect start to the day.

The hotel is very convenient. It is near to the train station and the transport to the airport is just across from the hotel. There are also a lot of convenient shops you can buy goods from.

ヘアドライヤーが壊れていた(その時のフロントの対応にも不満)。 客室清掃がされていない日があった。 コンセントが使いたい場所になく、不便だった。

敬启者 此次在贵公司订房体验较差。回顾订房过程，从搜索住房需要填写人数开始，过程并没有再提示输入人数，只是要求录入主入住人的姓名。而我选择的选项不是含“1人”早餐的选项，也不是含“4人”早餐的选项，而是“含早餐”的选项(正如附件照片的样式)。但到最后说房费只是含1人早餐，让人无法理解。希望给出解释。

breakfast is way too expensive and i travel with a wheelchair guest, the breakfast dining room is not easy to get thee. the shower drainage is extremely poor and slow, water build up and not goes away quick enough during shower not enough disability friendly rooms available in the hotel as we are asked to move out when we extended our stay. the hotel entrance for wheelchair constantly have people standing there smoking and leaving cigarette butts on the floor and stink, the door is also manually operate and hardly any staff monitor disability guests come and go to open the door for them, most of the time i have to push the sliding door myself, and remove the barrier, this is very annoying not enough power sockets available in the room, not enough bins in the room, the bathroom sink is too small and the long levers are pain in the ass, they dont shut properly and always drip or have to spend time align them in the position to stop the water flow. the towels provided are all old and worn and i can see many are being patched fixed - i didnt even want to use them on my own body so i went and bought some myself. the lifts are so slow and usually very long wait, and i am not sure the safety is there, as i wanted to stop it from closing a few times but it clearly wont stop and just goon and shut and immediately pressing button doesnt open it, it will just travel and disappear and ending up having to wait for very long again. also nightmare for disability guest, the drop off and pick up point of the hotel is onthe slope side of water street, its like its not difficult to transfer a wheelchair guest out of wheelchair onto a seat in vehicle already and have to doit on a slope. cant understand why cant the car park open up for ease of passengers to get on and off, simple thing really, can make such a different for people with disability, toilet paper can be better quality really. freaking hate the stupid drying machine, clearly 40 mins is not enough and i have to dry twice

the location, it was directly in front of a tram station and very easy to reach by train and by foot, also very accessible from the airport by bus

we booked a triple room and the extra bed was a sofa bed with a very thin and hard mattress

The room size and the location. It is very close to accessing public transport ( especially bus and tram). I got on the airport bus A12 to the airport only for 41HKD.The hotel sits on a busy and central street with lots of shops and restaurants, you could also walk to the promenade.

The cleaning of the room was quite below standards. I had to keep calling house keeping to clean the bathroom and sweep the floor properly. This is the second Best Western plus hotel l stayed in and it wasn't any different from the Kawloon one in terms of uncleanliness. Whoever is in charge needs to take note if this concern and have it addressed. Also l didn't enjoy a clear view from this room and it was so dark during the day ( but l guess it's the position of the room,no ones fault). If you need more natural light you could simply request for another room with more windows, which they did offer me but it didn't ve a double bed. The breakfast was very basic (no variety ) for me considering what l have had in equivalent hotels- they really need to upgrade it to international standards. The gym was poorly equipped and not inviting at all.
