Small room, no gym, not enough lifts, lack of breakfast options at buffet.

Extremely disappointed with everything about our stay in this hotel. We got 2 rooms on the 8th floor which were tiny, the lighting was dim, the carpets were dirty, the wall paper looked like it hadn't been changed from the Victorian era, the city view was the balconies of multiple apartment buildings. The shower space is so small that the shower curtain which has mould at the bottom touches you when having a shower. When we went to ask the receptionist to help us book a taxi, it seemed like too much of an inconvenience for her & she told us to wait outside on the curb & stop any passing taxi. The location has many shops along the street who all had their garbage out waiting to be collected so you had to walk past that, enter the hotel through the car park & go up to the lobby on level 5, definitely not what you expect from an International well known chain of hotels.

Everything about this hotel screams it is in serious need of renovation.

The Staff was very kind and helpful. But the Pricing for that much small room wasn‘t good. The Restroom in the Rooms are very small. U have to sit sideways on the Toilet because right infront of the Toilet is the Bathtub. AC was workin great, location could also be better to the subway station.

Did not get in they canceled our booking because our flight was delayed and we missed the first night so they canceled both nights . To be fair they did find us another hotel but twice the prices

The rooms were not up to the quality as advertised, they are in desperate need to renovation and upkeep. They were not very clean and the toilet was so close to the bathtub I could fit my feet in the space

Hotel is well located, good value at an affordable price. The elevators and the room had some charm. The view was good.

Bathroom was a bit inconvenient, because it has a full bath while the available space would be more suitable for a shower. As a result the sink is outside the bathroom... there's really a design problem.

Nachdem wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, haben wir festgestellt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Die vier Klimaanlage wurde versucht zu reparieren hat aber nicht geklappt und man hat uns aus gecheckt. Da man kein anderes Zimmer hatte, mussten wir die Koffer aus checken und wussten dann nicht, was wir dann abends als Alternative erhalten. Eine Alternative gab es nicht man hat uns ein kleineres Zimmer gegeben mit keinem Schrank mit keinem passendem Badezimmer, wo man auf dem Klo sitzen konnte, und man musste so sitzen, dass man mit den Beinen aus dem Klo im Flur stand. Die Koffer lagen den ganzen Tag. Auf dem Boden lagen sie auf dem Boden. Konnte man nicht mehr gehen, weil der Raum zu klein war, dafür der Raum hatte vielleicht wenn’s hochkommt, 8 m². Dafür haben wir kein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Völlig indiskutabel und wir wollen unser Geld zurück, weil man uns danach weitere Tage versprochen hat, eine Ersatz zu organisieren, was aber nicht möglich war. Man hat uns jeden Abend durch das Hochhaus mit 36 Etagen gejagt und hat immer gesagt oh da ist was Besseres war aber nie der Fall. Man hat uns einfach nur schicker niert verarscht belächelt und auch noch letztendlich und hinter unterm Rücken den Stinkefinger gezeigt. Geht gar nicht

Great Views and Comfortable Stay I had a pleasant stay at Ramada Harbour View Hotel. One of the best things about the hotel is the view—you can enjoy both the beautiful mountain scenery and the harbour view, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The view is especially nice from the higher floors. The location is also convenient for exploring Hong Kong, and the room was comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The main downside of my stay was the room size. The room was very small and cramped, with limited space to move around, especially with luggage. It would be more comfortable if the room were a bit more spacious.

The security man at the front was very nice and helpful when we needed to store our luggage. Great location.

Room was small (as expected in Hong Kong), and it had a putrid smell once we entered the room (a mixture of some foul smell, and strong citrus cleaning chemicals). It was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. And tiles in the shower were literally falling off the wall as we showered. The front desk staff seemed fairly uninterested in helping, and made us feel like an inconvenience for checking in.

Can’t say there’s anything I like except for the uncles on duty at the ground floor. They helped with storing of luggages and were lovely. They provided the charm in line with the old old decor and facade

I think the 4 stars rating is very misleading. It makes one expect more and then be completely let down as the hotel is very old.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 days, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There were bed bugs in the room, and my legs were bitten multiple times. The bites have now caused swelling, which is extremely concerning and upsetting. The chandelier in the room was also visibly dirty and dusty. The bathroom had stains and did not appear to be cleaned properly on a daily basis. For a 13-day stay, I expected much better housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Overall, the room and bathroom were not maintained properly, and the presence of bed bugs made my stay extremely uncomfortable. This was far below the standard I would expect from a hotel.

色々あるが1番は部屋にコンセントがなかったこと。 なんの事前説明もなし、受付に聞いても申し訳なさを感じられない。

Rooms very dated and very small. The lifts are tiny and very busy as it’s a big hotel.

Отель находится в 2х мин ходьбы от метро. Вокруг много кафе, продуктовые и лавки с фруктами, овощами. В номере чисто, есть чайник с чаем, кофе. Мощный напор в душевой! Шампуни/гель для душа в большом количестве.

В отеле нет переходников для европейских зарядок, на ресепшене не выдают. Нужно покупать в соседнем магазине за углом! Нет приветственных бутылок воды, набора зубных щеток и пасты, но есть автомат, где их можно приобрести. Очень долго приезжают лифты. Быстрее идти по лестнице.

Very dated. Small room with a musty smell. Loud noises from the pipes at night. Beds were uncomfortable. The elevators were extremely slow by the time it got to the 12 floor it was full. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs!! We complained to the staff about the noise. They didn’t seem to know what we were talking about. Apparently we were not the only ones hearing the noise. Basically you get what you pay for! We moved to another hotel!

The location close to a metro station with local restaurants easy access from Hong Kong station and airport. The room keeping and concierge staff were excellent and most helpful.

Very very tired rooms. For an international and well know chain hotels a great disappointment. The TV did not work. Only one set of sockets. Lighting was dim. No table or chair in the room. The reception staff were rude and appear not to have had any customer service training. I was not informed about check out times or facilities at the hotel. It took me 20 minutes to get a lift to get downstairs. I have stayed in many Ramada hotels and this hotel was most disappointing. For a hotel in Asia I would rate it one star. Hotels in Asia are rated most highly as they they take pride in their facilities and presentation. I have uploaded picture and you are able to see and judge for yourself the tired poor state of the room.

Absolutely nothing.

Dont be fooled by the images, this hotel doesn't even deserve half a star. The hotel is absolutely filthy and the staff are rude. I left after 30 mins, despite paying for 5 nights. Hotel staff couldn't care less and they were even swearing and acting very unprofessionally behind the welcome desk. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place

Absolutely nothing besides the location and the room service staff members

The staff were unhelpful, and dismissive. I’m not sure it was because of the way we looked it is how they treated people in General. We woke up every morning with backache because of the bed, including bedbug bites. Tiles from the bathroom were peeling off. The bathroom has no lock and the water was lukewarm. There was only one electric port near the ground so we had to literally boil water on the floor of the room for Coffee. The USB ports in the wall did not work. The security was frankly very racist and only treated people that looked east Asian and white nicely. The experience was so unbelievably bad I don’t think I will ever stay in an Ramada again.
