Very nice location, helpful staff. Room size is very good. Temperature control is nice.

My room was changed to an accessible room due to high occupancy with a smaller bed. The bathroom of the accesible rooms are considerable uncomfortable than the normal rooms. Shower water is going everywhere, sink is smaller, and the toilet was rusty.

No adequate fitness center. I had to go to nearby gyms to have access to heavier dumbbells and weight equipment. Breakfast was basic but was ok.

I really like the location and the clealiness of the rooms, I have visited 3-4 in the last year and I have enjoyed the facilities in this hotel. I have always come back because this hotel is quite nice and the value for what we get is decent.

I was a bit disappointed this time by the bed and the pillow, it was uncomfortable for me and I didn't think to ask if the hotel can help me change the pillow. I did not have a good sleep for my whole duration of stay unfortunately.

É um hotel bastante movimentado e com muita rotatividade, por esse motivo acredito que os atendentes não conseguem atender suficientemente os clientes. Nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar, no primeiro dia ficamos em um quarto sem vista. Só nos trocaram após reclamarmos, ainda assim, pediram para que nós nos mudássemos de quarto com todos os nossos pertences em um período de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Não poder usar o café da manhã com a pantufa fornecida pelo próprio hotel é uma norma constrangedora.

The hotel is located quite close to Sheung WanMTR (around 15 min) and Sai Yieng Pun MTR. Starbucks is next to hotel for your daily coffee & cakes. Wellcome supermarket is also not far. Plenty of ATM's. If you like shopping for Chinese dried sea food delicacies - there are plenty to choose from. The staff were courteous and helpful. Easy to converse in English. A most pleasant stay.

Nothing really, perhaps the rooms was a bit small, but that's Hong Kong. Had to buy adaptors for electricity sockets, would be useful if hotel provided.

Ibis da manuale, basico ma ben tenuto e pulito. Posizione superba, metro vicinissima, Bus A11 da/per aeroporto proprio di fronte. Colazione ottima e c'è anche uno Starbucks proprio dentro l'hotel al piano terra ed un 7eleven subito dietro l'angolo. È il mio secondo soggiorno, ma tornerò anche la terza volta. Promosso!

La posizione è molto comoda, la camera piccola ma confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di un piccolo Starbucks al piano terra.

Avevamo scelto appositamente una camera con vista sulla baia, peccato che i vetri fossero di uno strano colore giallo, rendendo così la vista poco piacevole. Onestamente, non abbiamo proprio capito una tale scelta “architettonica”. Lo staff è piuttosto asettico.

La posizione comoda sia per visitare Central, sia per raggiungere Kowloon e le altre isole.

Ci è capitata una camera molto vicina agli ascensori quindi il rumore era fastidioso, soprattutto la mattina presto.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Hongkong Central kann man zu Fuß super erkunden. Im Hotel gibt es einen Starbucks, hier haben wir morgens gefrühstückt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Wir haben leider ein Zimmer mit rot getönten Fenstern bekommen. Dazu wurden wir vorher gefragt - allerdings wussten wir nicht, dass die Färbung so extrem ist. Die Sicht war sehr beeinträchtigt und wir haben uns wie benommen gefühlt, als wir im Zimmer waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Die Matratze ist wirklich sehr hart - für einen Städtetrip gerade so ausreichend.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the view from the room was breathtaking. At the same time, the room was relatively spacious and comfortable. Great value for money.

Buona posizione, hotel pulito e funzionale. Un ottimo compromesso per trascorrere qualche giorno a Hong Kong, soprattutto per un soggiorno breve di 3 giorni. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Unico aspetto negativo è stata l’eccessiva umidità nella camera, tanto che in alcuni momenti il pavimento risultava bagnato. Inoltre, non essendo possibile aprire la finestra, era difficile arieggiare l’ambiente. Sicuramente un aspetto da migliorare.

Room with a view on 24th floor. Spacious room. Everything we needed for good night's sleep and freshen up after busy days exploring. Paid extra dollars to get later Check Out for midnight flight. Well located for A11 bus direct to airport and Macau Ferry Terminal. Interesting back streets with small shoplots selling dried fish, abalone, medicinal tonics. Makes a change to stay in an authentic area.

Location is really good - since I had planned a few days on Macau, this hotel is perfectly located just within walking distance from the Macau ferry terminal - and I always loved the more HK traditional Sheung Wan area.

It was always very cold in the breakfast area because of the air conditioning. I don’t understand why it needed to be so cold.

This is probably the best Ibis I've stayed in. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Hong Kong, with good public transport connections and plenty of places nearby. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, and my room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt organised and the overall standard was higher than I normally expect from an Ibis. Breakfast was also good, with a decent selection. I would recommend paying for breakfast only on the mornings you actually need it rather than including it for the whole stay, as there are plenty of other options around Hong Kong. Overall, an excellent stay and I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan during my business trip to Hong Kong, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major business districts such as Central and Sheung Wan. It closely located to two MTR stations “Sheug Wan” and “Sai Ying Pun” as well as a Tran station right in front of the hotel. There are several bus stops near to the hotel including a bus stop for the Airport bus. There are good and local places to eat near by

Although, the room was clean and relatively good in size, the aircon was really loud and it was hard to sleep with it on. However, if you leave the aircon working during the day it can keep the temperature cool in the room during the night.

Stayed here for 4 nights on 28th floor with a great view of HK Harbour. Room small but very efficient and clean. Shower pressure unbelievable. Staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Varied breakfast each morning. Cheap transport right outside the front door with 7/11 around the corner. All in all you couldn't go wrong with this hotel for position and price. Will re-visit. Only one downside - the temperature in the breakfast room was uncomfortably cool for the 4 mornings we used it. The rest of the hotel temperature-wise was fine.

Great place with larger rooms. This is Hong Kong so Ibis rooms are comparable big. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good breakfast buffet. Busses and trams just outside.

The bed was a bit hard, but you just call for a mattress topper and they bring one. This can also be a cultural thing. Not so cushy as North America, and totally OK.

We arrived early around noon. Alex assisted us with the check-in. He's really friendly and let us check-in early with the nice view room. Room is very clean and smell so good.

It’s old, moldy and dirty. First room we got smelled like mold and chemicals against the mold. Next day we asked for another room, they were not surprised, the second room was better but still with some moldy smell. We also got some dirty towels

The hotel's location is very convenient for taking the bus to the airport, and the ferry terminal is also very close if you want to go to Macau. The hotel room had enough space for two people. If you choose a hotel room with a sea view, your room will be spacious and have a beautiful atmosphere.

La vue depuis sur le port de Hong Kong, bien qu'elle était en partie gâchée par le fait que les vitres n'étaient pas propres. Depuis le 31ème étage, c'était pas mal, bien qu'il y avait un autre immeuble devant qui en bouchait une partie. La situation de l'hôtel près du terminal des ferries qui vont à Macao. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Le décor pauvre et impersonnel de la chambre - comme dans tous les Ibis du monde - la petitesse de la salle de bain et la déco sans âme, le ménage mal fait dans la chambre et la salle de bain. De tous les hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné lors de notre voyage en Chine, c'était le plus cher, le moins bien équipé, le moins bien décoré et avec la chambre la plus petite. A part la vue (partiellement gâchée comme dit plus haut) pas beaucoup d'intérêt à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Et les photos sur le site sont bien plus belles que la réalité.

Location is good, I wanted to live in Sheung Wan so this was the best option with breakfast in this area for that money. Tram stop is 1 min away from the entry which matters when it rains every day :D You better choose a view room as I missed the opportunity and had my windows looking to other buildings, it was still interesting though as in movies about HK. Breakfast was good; as a no meat person I ate scrambled eggs, fish dumplings, beans veggies. Bed is amazing, snowy white and great for sleep as well as black out curtains. You can book a very small gym but it will be for your own 1 hour. Staff is nice and helpful. Cleaning lady was also very nice and smiley.

No drinking water in the room under ecological pretext of economy which is ok if you wouldn't have to go to the 5th floor to refill your own bottle. At least a common big bottle for refill at every floor would be much more easier knowing there are around 30 floors and we lived at the 25th. Lack of umbrella to borrow. Preliminary notice about special kind of plugs would be appreciated too. Breakfast was good although quite repetitive all 5 days we stayed there, only one fish option in form of fish dumplings; and lots of meat which I don't eat. Air con was working in a weird manner at some mode which provoked wet walls so we had to keep it rather in a very cooling or heating mode.

We are couple stayed for 5 days/4 nights. We chose the hotel due to proximity to public transportation, price and facility. We like it that the hotel is spacious for the price, it has the basic amenities (water kettle, tea and coffee inside the room is a big plus in our view), bathroom is actually spacious, water dispenser available in the reception is amazing! Also microwave to heat up the left over food - excellent!. Pillow is nice, the mattress a bit too hard for our liking, but it is fine. Staff also helpful and allowed us to have late check out till 1 PM which is greatly appreciated for our late afternoon flight out from HKG.

AC too cold in the room, even we turned off the AC completely, we still felt too cold in the morning. Perhaps another power socket next to the other bed would improve our staying there.

We wanted dinner plate for my kid at 8pm but they said the restaurant is closed. A city like Hong Kong says their restaurant is closed and no plates is very weird.

If your going to Macau, this is a great place to stay. Less than 15 minute walk to the Shenwan Ferry Terminal. This is why I chose this hotel.

Had a great experience at Ibis HK central and Shueng Wang. Arrived this morning and Sarah at reception was able to help me sort out an early check in which was much appreciated after a long flight. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from Shueng Wan MRT and only one stop from Central / HK on the island line. Room and the view is great too
