The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.It was in a quiet area as requested beforehand. We slept well. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.

Buffet breakfast was average. The fruit bowls were not replenished fast enough for the late comers , same for the natural yoghurt. The eggs, bacon and sausages were ok. Coffee from the machine was average.

Room was great. Spacious and came with a great bathroom.

Shower was scalding hot and would not go cooler, so was basically unusable.

Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, wurde aber am 2. Tag inkl. Filter repariert. Die Klimaanlage läuft 24 Std., sonst ist es zu stickig in dem Raum. Das Zimmer wurde in den 6 Tagen nur am vorletzten Tag auf Nachfrage gereinigt, ansonsten fast „vergessen“. Es lag direkt neben dem Materialraum des Housekeepings und die Tür knallte somit permanent, was sehr laut und unangenehm war. Wir sind mit unserem Hund gereist, aber im Zimmer gab es in dieser Hinsicht keinerlei Aufmerksamkeiten (Napf o.ä.).

I was travelling with my family and we have booked 3 rooms. My parents room was stinking as if some rat had died there and left to rot for days. My room air conditioner was not working. We complained the manager about it and asked to change our rooms to which they said they can't do anything about it since there were no rooms available. If this was the case they should've not put those rooms up for accommodation. There was absolutely no way I was leaving my parents in that room especially when my mother has asthma so we asked for refund. Thankfully the manager was cooperative enough to give our refund. We had to find another hotel at that very instant but due to all this fiasco we missed the football match the whole reason for which we were in Manchester. Not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Incredibly central location, less than 10 mins walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. And therefore right in the centre of Manchester. The breakfast was exceptional and the choices were great especially for Vegans, which is rare. Room was very comfortable, spacious and well soundproofed - considering how close it is to the pubs and bars of Manchester and the Gay Village. Offered a late checkout at no extra charge too.

Great location for the town centre. Lovely staff. We had a king room and it was very spacious.

Would have liked some bread rolls at the breakfast buffet as well as the sliced bread.

La localización, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Piccadilly, resulta muy práctica, y está tocando el Chunatown de Manchester. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy acogedoras. Son espaciosas, con una decoración vintage modernizada muy bien resuelta. La atención del personal también fue muy correcta: nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas como pedimos en varias ocasiones (por mail), y los chicos de la entrada siempre están dispuestos a informar de lo que se necesite (y más).

Nos gustó todo. Coincidimos con una Pride Fest al lado del hotel, y a pesar de una buena insonorización del hotel, se percibía la música a las 11h de la noche. Pero pronto paró.

For the price charged, the room fell noticeably short of expectations. The phone charging ports did not work, the drinking glasses provided were dirty, and the bathroom extractor fan was not functioning. The view was also particularly underwhelming given the cost of the room. Overall, these are fairly basic standards that I would have expected to be considerably better at this price point.

Lovely room bed was so comfy

Room was great. Big duel aspect windows with great views out towards Deansgate. Great furnishings, big bed and good sized room. Excellent shower and toiletries. Breakfast was definitely one f the best buffet breakfast's we've ever had. The scrambled eggs, sausage and especially the mushrooms were delicious. Plenty of choice for food as well. Uninever got to try the bar however.

Never came across anything that was wrong, disliked or can complain about. We got the room at a good rate on a black Friday deal last year (it was still expensive) so maybe the room rate might be a bit expensive for some.

Need to make it clearer that parking is not on site. We had to pay additional £35

Everything , the staff where lovely and even made me a little birthday surprise! The bed was also the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, for the price it was reached well over my expectations.

The location was great.

Check in staff weren’t very friendly and the room wasn’t as clean as I hoped. The shower trap wasn’t in place so I had to reassemble that, and I found a hair bobble thing on the carpet suggesting less than thorough cleaning.

Check in took a long time. The hotel was overbooked and we were asked if we would take a different room, not an upgrade. When challenged reception finally had to give us an upgraded room.

Excellent location, around ten minutes walk from Piccadilly station, very close to china town, canal street etc. The room was a good size, quirky layout, bed very comfy. Shower was a nice size and water pressure was really good also had full size toiletries. Fridge in room which came in useful as it was quite warm while we were there. We were there for 2 nights and were given clean towels each day aswell as tea, coffee etc being topped up. Staff on reception were really polite and helpful. Bar prices were quite reasonable for hotel prices, bar staff were chatty and were happy to provide fresh milk for my son as we had ran out. Reception area is welcoming and there is a large screen that was showing football each night separate from the bar area. 3 lifts so there was never a long wait for a lift. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Not a dislike as such but the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, the first night we decided to see how we went but it got quite warm in there so when we reported it on the second morning we were offered to move room as he couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed so they did their best to resolve the situation. Only other thing but this might be personal preference is the window doesn’t open to let any fresh air in.

The reception area was modern and smells amazing.

My original room 722 was clearly not serviced properly. It was dirty and the carpet was very stained. However the member of staff moved me straight away when I showed her the pictures.

Great city-centre location with lots of amenities nearby. The room was a decent size, modern and nicely designed, comfortable, clean, and good value for money.

A few small things were missing, such as only one towel being provided for two guests. Reception also took quite a long time to answer the phone. There was a slight smell when we first entered the room, although it disappeared once the air conditioning was switched on.

Bed not comfortable. Toilet needs maintenance. Air conditioning not working and cannot even open the window. Room was soo hot and when informed the staff they did nothing to help.

Only thing I didn’t like is the parking as you had to pay a lot of money to park your car. They should have some sort of partnership with the nearest car park at a discounted rate.

Cold cooked breakfasts. Buffet breakfasts are invariably warm at best and my 2 mornings here were cold. Such a waste of good food which tasted ok but I can’t eat cold bacon, egg and sausage

comfortable hotel in a great location. the welcome was warm and genuine, everyone on the staff that i encountered was genuinely friendly. the breakfast was good - decent ingredients, well cooked and presented, fresh fruit and yoghurt, good hot options, decent fresh juices, smoothie and coffee. the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked and the room was quiet (except the aircon).

there were a few maintenance issues with the room - one bedside light didn't work, the shower thermostat was worn out so the shower constantly went from very hot to very cold without warning. the aircon in the room made a constant but irregular tapping noise and didn't effectively cool the room. there was a damp drains smell in the bathroom.

Het hotel is redelijk nieuw en biedt comfortabele kamers. Het bed was ruim en sliep heerlijk. De badkamer is slim ingericht en de douche is goed. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden in eerste instantie een kamer op de eerste verdieping, maar werden naar een kamer op een hogere verdieping verplaatst toen wij aangaven dat de airconditioning niet goed werkte en het personeelslid het niet verholpen kreeg. We kregen meerdere keren de vraag of alles goed was en ze vertelden dat ze het vervelend vonden dat we moesten verplaatsen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en smakelijk. Ook bij het ontbijt was het personeel weer heel vriendelijk. Tot slot is de locatie van het hotel goed: op loopafstand van het station en de verschillende delen van het centrum.

Het hotel kan sommige systemen iets beter onder controle hebben. Wij hadden met ontbijt geboekt, maar dat stond niet goed in het systeem. Bij het inchecken was dat rechtgetrokken, maar toch stonden we de tweede nacht niet op de lijst van het ontbijt. Ook toen kwam het goed, maar je voelt je toch bezwaard.

Has de posar el rètol conforme vols que et facin l’habitació. Crec que hauria de ser com tots els hotels: si no poses rètol a la porta que no et facin l’habitació, ok, que no te la facin, però si no poses cap rètol, te l’haurien de fer. És veritat que hi ha el rètol “Fes-me l’habitació”, però estava a l’altra cara de “No em facis l’habitació” i no el vam veure.

loved the decor and in particular the projector area in the lobby. My bathroom was very nice with lots of great details (like the cut out in the shower glass so you could reach in and turn the shower on) and my bed was comfy with great air con. I felt really safe.

Accessible all lifts working. But actually the first positive was the gentleman on reception lovely welcoming guy. Both lifts worked! I’d booked an accessible room and it was! Makes a change. Loved the complimentary water and tea/coffee facilities. Best wet room I’ve ever experienced. Air con in this heat a bonus too. I was offered and shower wheelchair delivered.

Some areas a bit dark may be difficult for those with visual impairment. Downstairs disabled toilet a bit too small struggled to turn chair around., No one enquired at breakfast if I required help being served. Cleaning lady very polite. The front lobby seating very trendy but personally I’d prefer some sumptuous sofas. Far more practical imo. In my room there was a wardrobe to hang clothes but too high up. There needs to be a pole at a lower level.

Room was dirty, smelt of cigarettes. People were knocking doors at night and running away. Room was dusty. Since was blocked and food came up which was Disgusting and we had to try and unblock it ourselves.

Housekeeping forgot to clean my room and had gone by time I spoke to reception. My room was off the main corridor but directly opposite the room the staff room with cleaning supplies on the 4th floor.

I was sharing the room with my 28yr old son & there was a glass screen in the shower to the room which wasn’t private, but that was the only issue

The room had a strong musty/damp smell, quite unpleasant. There was a ceiling panel missing, which exposed piping and the air conditioning unit, I presume that was linked to the smell. The fridge in the room was not working. It felt as though there was 'work in progress', so surprising that they issued the room to us. The room was not serviced on our 2nd day, so coffee pods etc not replaced

The air conditioning wasn’t working. We were on the 7th floor so very hot in our room. The day staff came up straight away and thought they’d fixed it, however after a while we realised it still wasn’t working. I went to reception where the staff had changed over, and got fobbed off. Asked for a fan, didn’t have one and said with it being a Saturday they were busy so wouldn’t be another room. It was unbearable, didn’t get much sleep and the tv didn’t work properly

I thought that the staff was very blunt and rude. It was our wedding night and no one congratulated us. Also the staff were very blunt and rude in general on the night and the morning after.
