Very good breakfast and the hotel is very close to a train station.

It's far from Central London.

Could of had fried eggs hate scrambled. The taxi driver when I called him from the local card they gave us refused to pick us up as we wanted to go to Wembley stadium said was too busy. But when the reception called they did.

I didn’t like this hotel at all, Hilton should be ashamed of calling this hotel Hampton by Hilton.

The room was really small for two people. The person on the left side of the bed was so close to the wall and the curtains that could not even get up without disturbing the other person. The bathroom didn’t have toilet brush and I asked the front desk and they said they don’t provide toilet brush. I asked how I supposed to clean the toilet and the front desk replied, continue flushing until it is clean. What kind of answer was that, using all kind of water to clean a toilet that wasn’t even clubby just flushing.

Allt var perfekt med själva hotellet, rummet, personalen och frukostbuffén. Superfräscht och rent! Absolut 100% nöjda☺️ Eftersom vi anlände en söndagkväll vid 21.30 så var det inte möjligt att få något att äta på hotellet, men ju blev informerade om att det fanns ett stort utbud av restauranger och matställen i närheten. Området kändes lite mörkt och avsides så vi vågade inte oss ut men kunde beställa via uber snabbt (tog max 15 minuter) och smidigt till ett bra leveranspris (bara 1,60 pund).

Det ligger en bit ut från stadskärnan, men från tunnelbanan är det väldigt smidigt att promenera på några minuter. Området känns lite off och mörkt kvälls- och nattetid.

We stayed in this hotel as going to a concert in Wembley. It was very handy for the underground right beside Park Royal stop. There's not that much close by but only a few stops from central London on the tube. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a good sized bathroom and there was complimentary breakfast. All in all very good

Self service buffet style breakfast - lots of options! Room was clean, with toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) hairdryer & iron provided in room. Good power shower! Liked how you had to use your room key card for the lift to work up to the floors and to enter hotel late at night (I was staying for a concert at Wembley) Places to eat just a 10min walk from hotel, plus a cinema and bowling, if you need something to do on an evening. Hotel also serves food at night. Also just a 2min walk from Park Royal tube station, super handy!

Nothing I didn't really like. Pillows were too soft for me, but that's just personal preference.

Great location, easy to locate and parking.

Very small room for the price, dusty and not as clean as you would expect, especially in the public areas. The beds were very uncomfortable, which resulted in broken sleep. On the back of the menu it states you can order food 24/7 however, tried to order food at the bar and was told you could only order from 5pm but could order snacks which there is limited selection. Breakfast was underwhelming.

At thw beginnig we were told the kitchen is open 24/7 and offers limited amount of food all the time. This turned out to be quite limited..

Very good breakfast. We stayed for one night at Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located for our stay in London. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised. A special thank you for the parking facilities — this was extremely useful and made our stay much easier, especially when travelling by car in London. Overall, a very good experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Despite being very close to a main road, the room was very quiet. Not particularly spacious, but perfect for a short stay. The breakfast offering is fine - not quite the variety I am used to in most EU hotels, but there is a selection of sweet and savoury options for everyone. The staff is helpful, too.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt i pozytywne zaskoczenie wyposażeniem pokoju. Wszystko było czyste, wygodne i dobrze przygotowane. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują śniadania – smaczne, świeże i z dużym wyborem. Lokalizacja również świetna – stacja metra znajduje się bardzo blisko hotelu, a w okolicy można znaleźć sklepy i potrzebne rzeczy. Pokój był wyposażony we wszystko, co przydaje się podczas pobytu: lodówkę, żelazko z deską do prasowania, czajnik oraz kawę i herbatę. W łazience dostępne były nie tylko szampon i odżywka, ale również balsam do ciała – bardzo miły szczegół. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie zatrzymałabym się tutaj ponownie. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

W łazience miłe zaskoczenie – oprócz szamponu i odżywki dostępny był również balsam do ciała. Hotel czysty, wygodny i dobrze zorganizowany. Too few sundries in room for tea etc. Personal preference, but the mattress was too firm for me, no give was pretty hard on my hips but my son loved it, so, just to make others aware of firmness.

When we arrived we were put in a room that didn't meet our needs despite asking for a family room with the sofa bed made up we didn't get this so had to move rooms. We had had a long day so we used the restaurant facilities at night and ordered the pie. The mashed potatoes and vegs were cold but the pie was hot. At night the bed was terribly uncomfortable and resulted in nobody having a good night sleep. There was no extra bedding in the room such as pillows which may have made the bed a little more comfortable. The breakfast wasnt great. The eggs tasted a little weird and the sausages looked like they had been steam cooked instead of cooked in an oven. There was no bath in the bathroom and it was just a shower but the bathroom itself was really tiny and felt quite claustrophobic.

the breakfast was very yummy, easily accessible, and sitting down in the morning was lovely- showers have good pressure, and sink had lots of space for getting ready. Beds and pillows were SO comfy, and the little neighbouring lamps made reading very easy! as well as having a main light switch right next to the bedside so wouldn’t have to get up in the night.

i was in room 112, lighting was odd here and there but isn’t too inconvenient, and there was an odd high pitched beeping going off the entire time which was annoying and disrupted sleep, but could somewhat avoid it with airpods or blanket over your head. (not the most ideal). there was a dodgy lamp light too that wouldn’t turn on properly, as well as a used face mask from previous residents.

I really enjoyed my experience for many reasons. For instance, early check in on request, was provided with a lovely room, staff were so kind (especially Gary), scrumptious breakfast and close to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

I found that the floor of the room hasn't been cleaned properly and looked like it needed a vacuum/brushed. This was the only problem I had with our stay.

That staff were rude, check in took over a hour and was complete chaos, people being told to do different things, and some jumping the queue whilst others had waited over a hour- there were no apologies for inconvenience or mis information or the long wait and was then charged £20 to park which we did know about but after the long check in time and poor service I didn’t feel this was appropriate. The hotel offers 24/7 on some items off their food menu - this was not available when asked to order. And was just told they had no staff and to order off deliveroo!! The bar was also not available late as it should have been. We were not advised of breakfast times or where this was when checking in, therefore missed breakfast. In the morning there was a knock on the door at 10am - it was the cleaner!! We had not checked out and therefore no one should have been knocking our door. Having paid over £500 for one night for 2 rooms. The service was appalling. And facilities available next to none!

The hotel chain were experiencing an unexpected system outage during my stay and the staff handled it efficiently and professionally. The team were welcoming and apologetic, moving through check-ins swiftly. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was complimentry and a standard buffet, nice enough. Location is convenient for a stay for a concert in Wembley.

I personally found the bed uncomfortable and the pull-out bed our 13 yr old daughter was on was very uncomfortable and hard for her. I found it strange that the double bed only had three pillows looks like they took one to put on the pull-out bed and just left the big one as it was.

Used hotel for ease of getting to Wembley for a concert. Room was adequate for our stay, clean hotel and found staff friendly.

Great place to stay. Probably not the safest London area, but metro station is nearby and you can quickly escape to wherever you need to using Piccadily line. Plenty of private parking. Very good breakfast. Rooms are big, TV's are massive. Everything is perfect. Breakfast till late and late check out as well.

This hotel is about 35 minutes on the underground to Central London yet the price is very reasonable. It is between two underground stations Park Royal which is the closest but just a few minutes longer walk to Hangar Lane. We had the King room and it was very comfortable and clean.The room had a fridge, ironing board and iron which is really handy. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so able to get a good night sleep. I would definitely use this hotel again.

£20 parking per night soon bumps the bill up.

Parking situation was a nightmare, we managed to park outside on the road but if it had been a weekday the time limits would have been an issue. We were left waiting for half an hour at 9pm when we arrived to book in before being given a room due to system issues. Don't fall for booking a super king vs a king room as there is zero difference. We had a king room that was exactly the same as my sisters room who paid £40 more for her stay.

Very nice hotel on a budget, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was very spacious for the London area. There isn't really much in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but we could access the tubes pretty easily.

loved the hotel, the pillows were fab and comfy, I asked for another was it was very prompt in coming. we had twin room, and not a great amount of room to swing a cat, but enough just for a night, bonus having a fridge in the room, as well as a safe, and hairdryer/iron, all as you would expect from 4 stars. the breakfast was just as you would expect too, scrambled eggs, some type of hash brown, bacon sausage and beans, served hot, I just had the bacon and eggs, it was OK, nothing I would write home about, did not like the hash brown, but everything is subject to the individual taste. I did have a waffle with nutella and banana, that was quite nice, 2 waffle makers, and 2 toasters, plenty of choice, a selection of cold meat, the usual croissants, chocolate stuff, fruit and yogurt. staff were very nice and did their jobs with a smile and quite efficient...more importantly, communication was good, I had to email, and got a reply, something I struggle with other hotels! the shower was great, once you work out how to operate it! and soaps shampoo conditioner are in the shower, the usual towels are provided too.

there is no air conditioning, nor can you open the windows, so rooms are stifling hot and stuffy, and the bed is like concrete. wide concrete, but hard...lol I took a small fan, and left it on whist we went to Wemberly Stadium, when we got back, the room was ok, I would advise a bigger fan, for comforts sake!
