Óptima localização. Hotel confortável e agradável, consegue integrar-se no estilo próprio de Taormina. Pequeno almoço no terraço com vistas deslumbrantes para o mar Jónico e vulcão Etna.

Hangulatos tetőterasz, gyönyörű kilátással az Etnára. A reggeli átlagos volt, finom croissant, de ne igyatok kavét. A zöld tea pedig elfogyott.

Gyenge minőségű kávé/capuccino, a zöld tea elfogyott, lassú kiszolgálás.

It was right in the center of town. You could not ask for a better location. Breakfast was very nice. The staff was very helpful.

It’s an run down hotel. The bathroom was small and old. The room we stayed was also very small. There was a central air condition system and did not work efficiently. The staff arranged us a fan.

Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Hotel Isabela e em todas elas só confirmei que minha escolha foi acertada. É um hotel muito bem localizado com instalações básicas limpas e confortáveis. Todo o staff é muito atencioso e cordial. Nota: em temperaturas diárias entre 32 e 37°C o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem.

O wi-fi poderia melhorar e ter a possibilidade de um transfer entre a estação de onibus e o hotel.

The hotel was a little old-fashioned but well looked after, and reasonably priced considering we travelled in peak season. The location couldn't really be more central – right in the centre of Taormina on Corso Umberto. The air con in our room worked well (and was much needed given the heat outside). The breakfast selection was generous and is served on the hotel's roof terrace which has amazing views of the town and the surrounding landscape.

The room was quite small for three people, and was a little bit dark considering the only window was on the door leading out to a balcony/small terrace which we shared with two other hotel rooms (it's a shame you don't get your own). It's a shame they don't have a bar on the roof terrace as we certainly would have gone there!

THE most beautiful stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and right on the main street of town. Location is perfection. The rooms were large with plenty of space. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. They have a cheap shuttle that takes you to a sister hotel by the beach, where you can lounge at a semi-private beach all day. Absolutely incredible. The breakfast was substantial, with a massive balcony so you don't feel like you're sitting too close to others. At night you can use the balcony and look over the streets and water. Truly a magical stay.

Shower too small. Bathroom too small. Double room was actually 2 single beds joined by a folded sheet across them, they actually separated during the night and my partner fell down the middle. No lighting in the room except two lamps. Need to get rid of the old school cupboards and roller desk.

Beautiful Isabella Hotel in Taormina , main street Corso Umberto. Great staff , special thanks to John and Gulia , that were so nice to us with all the help and explanations we needed . The breakfast is really delicious on the rooftop . Very clean rooms . And a free acces to another beautiful hotel's private beach comes with the room, so it was just perfect ! And no need to look for the bus because the hotel offered everyday a car driver for only 5 euros back and forth to the beach .

O hotel é limpíssimo e muito organizado. O staff atencioso. Bom café da manhã e o ar condicionado funcionando bem nos dias de muito calor.

The Location in center of city

The room was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed was terrible. During the night, the bed actually separated into two parts, which made it impossible to sleep properly. I paid €165 for the night, and considering the price, the conditions were very disappointing. The room was extremely poorly insulated, so we could hear everything happening in the street. In the middle of the night, workers arrived to unload things, and the noise woke us up. Whenever we opened the window, there was a strong smell of sewage coming from outside, making it impossible to get fresh air. The staff did not even ask us how our stay was. The breakfast was also very poor and disappointing. It is a real shame to be in Italy and be served such a low-quality breakfast. For €165, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place.

La posizione dell'albergo è centralissima nel corso Umberto come piace a me, abbiamo potuto vivere appieno la meravigliosa Taormina, a pochi passi dallo stazionamento degli autobus e dei taxi,a pochi passi dal teatro antico e dalla piazza lX Aprile. Abbiamo trovato uno staff accogliente la direttrice la signora Francesca persona splendida sempre disponibile e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta degli ospiti. Tornerò sicuramente al più presto!!

We have stayed here several times and will come back because of the location, excellent service and the spectacular view from the breakfast terrace. It is right in the centre of Taormina. We love it.

There was nothing we could fault however prices varied greatly from our one visit to the next, probably because of the high season

Una sorpresa che non mi aspettavo! Credevo di dovermi "accontentare" di un 3 stelle. Invece è stato un soggiorno da ricordare. Dall'accoglienza: personale gentilissimo, check-in puntuale e consigli utilissimi sui posti da visitare. La camera: pulita, ordinata, funzionale e con un bellissimo stile antico che si sposa perfettamente con Taormina. La posizione: imbattibile. Proprio su Corso Umberto, a 2 passi da Dior, Zimmermann e dai migliori bar e ristoranti della città. La ciliegina: la terrazza al 4° piano. Vista su Taormina e sull’Etna mentre fai colazione. Il buffet è semplice ma con ampia scelta dolce/salato e il servizio impeccabile. Anche alla partenza ci hanno coccolati: deposito bagagli, uso del bagno e salottino per rinfrescarsi. Tornerò di sicuro. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto, la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la capacita’ di rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Colazione ottima e completa con bellissima vista. Camera comoda, servizi eccellenti e puliti. Zona super centrale ma senza eccessivo rumore e comunque stanza isolata acusticamente. Servizio navetta con spiaggia privata eccellente. Parcheggio su richiesta con prelievo e riconsegna che per questa citta’ e’ ORO. Posto dove tornero’ nei prossimi soggiorni a Taormina.

Camera piccola, bagno piccolissimo al.punto che all interno non ci si puo muovere, d altronte ci avevano assegnato una camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale come richiesto, dopo circa un ora, ci fanno cambiare camera dicendo, che avevano sbagliato e che ci davano un altra camera piu accogliente e migliore, falsità , mentendo sapendo di mentire, letto scomodissimo 2 lettini singoli uniti e un matrimoniale?? Maaaa

Posizione ottima, vero punto di forza dell’hotel, a due passi da tutto. Personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Terrazza con vista stupenda.

La colazione servita in terrazza purtroppo aveva un difetto: piccioni e passerotti si posavano spesso e indisturbati sui tavoli apparecchiati, sulle stoviglie non coperte, sui cibi. Con dispiacere ho rinunciato a far colazione e sono dovuta andare fuori per farla. La mia stanza aveva una porta divisoria comunicante con un’altra: per quanto chiusa, non permetteva abbastanza privacy né per me, né all’altra cliente.

Location right in the center, nice view from the terrence where the breakfast is tasty, very helpful stuff. The access to the beach on the partner hotel Caparena is a plus, transportation there is 5$ , 3 slots to go in the morning and 3 to return in the afternoon. Renting/bringing towels is needed but the atmosphere and view is great, not very crowded.

My criteria for choosing the hotel was sea view yet the sea view is from right side, mostly over the city but is pleasant overall. Wins with the view from the terrace

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to move around comfortably. The balcony was also much narrower than expected, with only enough space for one person at a time. On arrival, the staff did not offer to help with or take our luggage to the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. We were also disappointed that there was no iron available, which made preparing for outings inconvenient. Overall, we found the room lacked comfort and the level of service we expected. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Excelente la ubicación, el cuarto y el desayuno.

Estaba roto el ascensor y habíamos tomado ese hotel por el ascensor. Nos "compensaron" con una botellita de agua mineral deĺ frigobar pero había que subir al 4o piso a desayunar. No sé si había cuartos en la planta baja.

La terraza es excelente para desayunar y/o llevar algo para tomar por la noche. La ubicación. Te llevan al lido Caparena (por solo 5€ por persona) e incluye sombrilla y reposera.

Los productos de aseo. Mismo producto para el cabello y el cuerpo. Al llegar te dicen que el agua del grifo no es potable y ni siquiera te ofrecen una botella de cortesía, sino que la botella pequeña te la cobran €3.

PERFECT location! I was not sure where in Taormina to look for a hotel and options were limited due to high demand. This ended up being the PERFECT location. It was so close to everything, basically right in the middle no matter what we wanted to see, we were close. The rooftop terrace is fantastic...breakfast is served there and you can go and enjoy the views anytime you want. AMAZING VIEWS of the old theater, the town, the ocean, Naxos, and Mt. Etna. Breathtaking. The room was clean. There is an elevator but we took the stairs other than with our luggage. You get free access to a private beach with shuttle van transfer (EUR 5 per person round trip), which I didn't know when we booked. I highly recommend pistachio gelato and cannoli from Novè, just around the corner from the hotel, off of Piazza Vittorio Emanuel II.

Il bagno piccolissimo con difficoltà di accesso al water. Una persona in sovrappeso non potrebbe usufruirne per via della suddivisione dello spazio. Doccia molto vecchia con box a soffietto, dava la sensazione di scarsa pulizia. Mancava una ventola per la pulizia dell’aria, naturalmente senza finestra. La camera insisteva su un terrazzino comune ad altre 2 camere di conseguenza eravamo costretti a vivere all’interno della stanza con le tapparelle abbassate per mantenere la privacy. Al di fuori erano presenti due ragazzi distesi a terra.

Very poor acoustics between rooms. You won’t know what sort of room you’ve been assigned, but many rooms only have sliding doors between rooms, so it’s like living with another family.

Great location but let down by management and administration. Don’t stay on the ground floor, you will hear all the noise in reception as there is no acoustic treatment. Also the rooms aren’t separated properly and many only have sliding doors separating them. Despite knowing this, the manager refused to do anything about our room.

Tiny bathroom

Many rooms are connected by only a sliding door, so there is no privacy. We stayed in a room with another family next door and it was literally like we were living with them. Despite this and making a recoding of the noise and visiting our room, the staff refused to offer any discount or compensation. Also staying on the ground floor is terrible. There is no acoustic treatment on the doors and all noises from reception can be heard. It was a very poor experience. There are many other options in Taormina. I would suggest you look elsewhere for your stay.
