Although the hotel is an older property with a lot of history, its fantastic location and excellent room cleanliness more than make up for its age. The twin brothers and the reception staff member who checked us out were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. We would also like to compliment the lady with glasses and a high bun who attended to us during our three days of breakfast. Her warm and attentive service was much appreciated. The air-conditioning and shower also worked perfectly well throughout our stay. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The mattress has sunk in and would benefit from being replaced or having the mattress topper changed. The flush occasionally required us to press the button several times, sometimes with considerable effort. We were also concerned about a housekeeping incident. The staff member opened our locked room without knocking first. Although they dont provide "Do Not Disturb" sign, we believe staff should always knock and wait for a response before entering a guest's room, particularly when the door is locked. Unfortunately, after we stopped him from entering, he did not lock the door again, which was concerning from a security and privacy perspective. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. We hope the hotel will consider replacing the sunken mattress or mattress topper and reinforcing the proper housekeeping procedure for entering occupied rooms. With these improvements, we would gladly stay here again.

Its position, reception staff, and soft white big towels. Tea making facilities and fridge in the room. Outside seating facilities if needed. Very clean.

Location was excellent, staff was outstanding and breakfast was good.

The door didn’t have an interior lock which made us slightly uncomfortable.

A suíte é pequena, mas limpa e bem charmosa. O local de banho , onde fica o chuveiro, é muito pequeno e para uma pessoa acima de 80kg praticamente impossível. A localização é excelente e o Atendimento também, com destaque para a simpatia e cordialidade de todos eles.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la sua posizione perfetta in pieno centro storico. Anche se abbiamo trascorso gran parte delle giornate al mare, la sera è stato davvero piacevole e comodo uscire a piedi per girare in centro. Nota di merito per lo staff, che ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza per l'intero soggiorno. Struttura consigliatissima!

Hotel elegante , camere confortevoli , pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante e varia , soprattutto l’accoglienza da parte dei ragazzi della reception e ringrazio le Signore che servono la colazione , attente e affettuose . Grazie hotel Victoria , il suo staf , ad avere reso il mio soggiorno a Taormina , unico e in pieno relax. Grazie e ci vedremo appena tornerò a Taormina .

This is a gem of a traditional ’old school’ small family run hotel - full of character. The management-owner team (brothers) are extremely efficient and helpful, as are the housekeeping and breakfast staff - and all truly charming. Breakfast is a delight. The location is perfect for enjoying Taormina - right on the main pedestrianised street in the historic centre.

We loved the hotel. The staff and manager were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was in a great location, fantastic base.

Only negative I could think of was the shower. It wasn't great.

Die ideale Lage, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Taorminas bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Natürlich ist das Zimmer in der Hochsaison nicht ganz ruhig. Unser Auto konnten wir auf der Hotelterrasse parken, wenn auch die Zufahrt durch eine sehr enge Gasse führt. Mit einem großen Auto ist man allerdings chancenlos. Der frischgepresste Orangensaft hat das einfache Frühstück aufgepeppt. Sehr angenehm ist auch die Möglichkeit, früh einzuchecken.

Die Regulierbarkeit der Klimaanlage war nicht ganz einfach.

Ubytovani v centru Taorminy, na hlavni ulici. Perfektni personal, mily. Cisty hotel a pokoje, odkud mate v Taormine na skok uplne vsechny atrakce. Pokud planujete vylet do Taorminy, doporucuji. Snidane byli v pohode, i kdyz ns delsi dobu by to uz mohl byt problem s vyberem, ale pokud jste na 2 noci jako ja a necekate luxusni snidani 5 hvezdickoveho hotelu, tak vam jiste bude stacit. V hotelu je jinak i vytah, pokud po celem dni nebudete vladat do schodu. A jinak hotel je opravdu na hlavni ulici Taormine. Pokud cekate klid o 21:00 tak si vyberte jiny hotel. Je to nejrusnejsi cast mesta.

Zimmer eher klein für 2 Personen mit Koffern. Keine eigenen Parkplätze. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze nicht in der Nähe. Mit Fahrzeughöhe (Kein WOMO sondern Van für 9 Personen) über 1.90 m noch schwieriger. Mindestens 15 Minuten Fussmarsch.

Ubicación inmejorable. Saber que en este mismo hotel se alojó Oscar Wilde lo hace aún mas especiañ.

On a tout apprécié:l'accueil, les conseils, les aides. Personnel souriant et très serviable. Hôtel très bien placé, sur la rue principale de Taormine. Les chambres et la salle de bain au top. Ne ratez pas leur terrasse privé, tout en haut de l'hôtel : vue sur la mer et l'Etna.

O Hotel devia pensar em reformar as instalações modernizando um pouco. No mais tudo ótimo.

Amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff. All the brothers were so kind. Location is right on the main walkway and we were able to park onsite for a fee. Communication was excellent, highly recommend.

Located on the Corso Umberto, the main-drag pedestrian walkway, Hotel Victoria is centrally and conveniently located. Its a boutique hotel (my preference in hotels) with hand-painted furniture. My single room was small but had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, desk (containing a refrigerator), cabinet to hang clothes, good plumbing in the bathroom and reasonably-priced as well. Lighting is good too, which so often is a problem in hotels. Twin brothers Luigi and Piero run this lovely hotel and are most helpful and kind. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The breakfast room is lovely and staff is very accommodating. Good selection of fresh foods and coffees too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Victoria and high recommend it.

Can't think of anything, which is a good thing! I would like to point out that since Hotel Victoria is located on a pedestrian walkway, no cars are allowed there so that means taxis cannot deliver you to the door. Patrons need to advise taxi drivers to drop them off at the Gate of Messina, which is about a five-minute walk from the hotel. Really easy!

The breakfast was really good and there was a great choice. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible on foot. Staff very helpful.

Nothing to do with your hotel or staff The organizers of the concert I came to attend canceled on short notice. It is most disappointing to travel 7000 miles and to stand infront of locked gates to the teatro antico This is not good advertising for your lovely town

I thought the breakfast room atmosphere as well as the breakfast itself were really good. All my interactions with the staff were positive. Obviously, the location is very central as well. The front desk is open late for check-ins, which is why I picked this hotel. It was only for one night, and it served its purpose well.

The room did not look particularly inviting (I knew that from the pictures), however, the toilet flushing system was very finicky / somewhat broken - you could still flush, but you had disassemble and reassemble it most of the time.

אין גישה למלון עם רכב ונאלצנו לקחת שאטל שאמנם היה חינמי והגיע בתדירות גבוהה, אך נאלצנו לגרור את המזוודות מהתחנה שלו למלון וחזרה. בנוסף המקלחון מותאם למידות של אנשים מאוד רזים והוא קטן מאוד ובעייתי להתקלח בו

The location is great, the staff was kind and helpful, enjoyed the balcony, and the breakfast is appreciated! The bathroom was very small and the bed and pillows were so hard.

The hotel is located on the main promenade in the heart of Taormina. 5 minute walk to outstanding restaurants and Ancient Greek Theater. Staff was super friendly and provided a free daily breakfast. Very closed to both cheap bus and taxi service. Taormina is located on a mountain and parking would be difficult if renting a car. The town is the jewel of Sicily!

The location was excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff was excellent. The front desk staff was also excellent. My single room was very small but adequate. The bed was hard and the street was noisy but I wore earplugs so wasn’t much bothered.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and were very glad we did. From the twin brothers that run the hotel to the staff this hotel is great. The location right on Corso Umberto makes it a sought after destination. If I return to Taromina I will surely stay here again .

Perfect location, in the heart of central Street. Very good breakfast (including pastries, yogurts, ham and cheese, fruits, and a very good coffee). Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room with a balcony and a nice view of the pedestrian street.

Lack of power outlets (but reception provided a splitter on our first request). Lack of shelves in the closet. A bit small shower cabin. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great hotel that I would recommend and definitely would come back

Perfekt läge. Balkong mot bakgården bra eftersom det var tyst o lugnt. Fin bakgård med utsikt mot berg. Den gamla solen var fin även om det restaurerats.

Hissen ( ur funktion i två dagar vi bodde på 4:e våningen) spolning på toaletten funkade inte så bra. Air conditioner dålig kapacitet. Bättre öppna fönster o balkong dörr.

Quaint Hotel right in the middle of Toarmina old town cobblestone lane ways, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful in giving tips on what to do. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. Short walk also to cable car to access the beach.
