Belconti Resort Hotel

The resort has a good location, large green areas, beautiful gardens, and many places to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors. The food tasted good overall, and the facilities were suitable for families. A special thank you to Ms. Anna from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful, and always tried her best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Some issues during our stay needed more careful attention and better follow-up after being reported. The hotel would benefit from more precise checking and faster coordination between departments to make sure problems are fully resolved.

Everything else was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved having tables in the garden and being surrounded by such a beautiful, green environment. The pool was spacious and a good size, and having an aqua park was very exciting for my children. The sea was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely sandy beach. The food was good overall, although it could have been a little more flavourful. Apart from that, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay.

The food was just not hot enough

I can confidently say this was the finest vacation of my life. The hotel’s combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service created memories I will treasure forever. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my next visit. The hotel’s facilities were exceptional. The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing afternoon under the sun. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. Each meal felt like a culinary journey, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. Breakfasts were abundant and fresh, filled with local delicacies and international favourites. Dinners were elegant and memorable, with flavours that highlighted the skill of the chefs and the quality of ingredients.

I liked everything, the staff is amazing, the hotel has a beautiful garden, the cleanliness is top notch and the all inclusive service is impeccable.

I didn't like having to come home.

Прекрасное расположение (от аэропорта ехали минут 40-45), хороший бассейн, море было великолепно, на территории отеля много зелени.

Отель не новый, оборудование устарело, питание однообразное, но выбор большой. На мой взгляд отель перегружен. На ужин сложно найти свободный столик. Уборка номера формальная. На пляже и у бассейна сложно найти место в тени.

Les chambres sont très bien rangées. Le ménage est très bien fait. L’accueil est parfait il activités tout au long de la journée et ainsi que le soir sont très bien encadré et le personnel est au petit soins avec les clients. tout le long de la journée, il y a quelque chose à faire très complet. Le spa est vraiment bien aussi. Les massages sont très relaxant et reposant. Le kit Club est aussi complet ainsi que l’animation pour les enfants et le restaurant pour enfants et parfait pour pour les petits. Le la restauration était aussi plus que complète

Accessibility from rooms to any area very easy. All areas very clearly marked. Dining area is big. A lot of variety for food.

They don’t have small pillows. All pillows are huge. We asked few members of staff to replace but they said they only have one size pillows. We had to use towels as pillows.

O espaço estava sempre super cuidado e tudo funcionava de forma fluído. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos e disponíveis. A alimentação era excelente, todos os dias com pratos diferentes e imensas opções. Um excelente hotel para férias em família.

1. Вне зависимости от времени заезда/выезда можно пользоваться ресторанами, бассейнами, пляжем. Это удобно при раннем заезде и позднем выезде: не нужно доплачивать за завтрак, ужин и т.д. 2. Территория небольшая, но в целом нормальная. 3. Уборка номеров ок. 4. Специалист (начальник?) car rental — оперативно помог разрулить вопрос с трансфером. На этом плюсы всё 🙈

Первое и главное: я сама плохо выбрала отель 🙃 Делала это в спешке и доверилась высоким отзывам. Это на случай, если кому-то вдруг захочется написать «ну а чего вы хотели, там же написано…» Целиком и полностью моя вина 😊 И тем не менее, впервые у меня было такое, что хотелось поскорее уехать — настолько не нравилось примерно ничего. Отель заявлен как 5 звёзд, но ощущения как от «трёшки»: возможно, в других корпусах номера лучше, но у меня в основном корпусе был номер с дизайном из нулевых, с двумя крошечными окнами и без балкона, даже самого крошечного, где можно было бы сушить вещи (представляете, что происходит с купальником, который толком не высыхает? 🙈). Речь не о каком-то дополнительном комфорте, а о базе для пляжного отдыха. Основной ресторан больше напоминает столовую: еды много, выбор огромный, и почти всегда можно найти что-то съедобное, но и дизайн, и чистота столов, и обслуживание оставляют желать лучшего (часто столы просто не успевают нормально убирать, скатерти в крошках от предыдущих гостей + среди персонала встречаются прям персонажи 🙈). Пляж — слёзы, но это скорее относится к Белеку в целом: тёмный песок, каменистый вход, огорожено довольно близко из-за того, что за буйками постоянно плавают катера. Что касается конкретно этого отеля, то шезлонги находятся под огромными навесами, и приходится лежать бок о бок с другими гостями (правда, privacy можно себе обеспечить за дополнительные деньги, арендовав пляжный домик). Обслуживание в целом нормальное: убирают номера хорошо, персонал на ресепшн 50 на 50 — кто-то дружелюбный, кто-то не очень. В общем, не ужас-ужас, но больше ни ногой)

Hotel location was great, 40 mins from the airport and a 15 min walk to Belek for your shopping and chemist (if need be) needs. Staff are super friendly and speak Russian/English, entertainment each night was solid with good acts and the food was also great and above-par for your standard all-inclusive fare (nightly specials, fresh grill, seafood, etc). Beachside restaurant for lunch was particularly good for salads, pizza, etc. Bars were also ok with your usual all-inclusive cocktails and selection of wine/beer/soft-drinks Pools were also decent and my son enjoyed the slides, though we spent most of our time at the beach. Hotel itself is coming up to 30-yeard old, so while this isn't the brand spanking new shiny mega-hotel experience, this is a very cosy family hotel that's good for the money, considering the neighbouring price tag. Overall we enjoyed our 7days here. :)

Two areas for improvement that stick out are: A Polish family that were basically the internet meme that occupied 10 sun loungers (with inflatables) while only 4 people were in/at the pool. When we arrived and moved the inflatable to get a sunbed for half an hour, 2 irate wives and 2 very square/orange husbands got up close and personal and started telling the story of how they have a big family and they _must_ have the space, even though other family members were elsewhere and they were in the wrong as there are plenty of signs not to camp. Trouble is Hotel staff seemed to not enforce this rule. Second one is related to the hotel doctor/nurse that we were unlucky to visit twice during our stay. Main issue is that neither nurse that was in call spoke any English or Russian, even though those are the main hotel languages, and all was done through Google translate. In addition, when on the first visit we just asked to check if our son had an inflamed throat (tonsillitis) we were advised to pay150 EUR for a 'specialist doctor's diagnosis' (so local pharmacy to the rescue there). Second visit was for when he split open his chin after tripping in the pool (no fault on the part of the hotel). Lifeguards were quick to react and get an antiseptic plaster on and off we went to the doctor's office again. Asked the nurse to steri-strip the small cut, but again were told we needed to 'go to hospital to check if we needed stitches'. Short story, if you need any medical advice/attention, go to the Belek pharmacies first which are nearby, speak any language you need and can do small procedures and sort out medication at a much more reasonable cost.

فقد تعرض لموقف كوني عربيه للعنصريه للبار الموجود بجانب المسبح فكان الموظف يرتدي عجلات باخذ الطلبات من الجميع الا انا لا يحضر طلبي عندما تكلمت معه قلت لماذا احضرت للجميع طلبهم الا انا سوف اشتكي عليك قال اذهبي للمدير قدمي شكوى انا غير مهتم لن احضر لك طلبك ويضحك ويتهزأ بي كوني عربيه اعتقد اسمه مردان كان شئ جدا بالمعامله ابلغت مدير البار بشكوى وكان رائع ومهتم بالموضوع اشكره جدااااااا فقط موقف واحد تعرضت له ااما باقي الموظفون كانوا جيدين جداا وخدمتهم رائعه الوساده المخده غير مرررريحه

It has good facilities, in a decent state. Great beach, an area for aerobics/yoga, enough places to eat & spend time

It seemed like small things could have been better at times: There was always lack of glasses near detox water tank in the main restaurant It was often a quest to find clean cutlery as those were more replaced quick enough apparently Aqua aerobics was a bit strange and repetitive (waswr by a Turkish lady) activities for teenagers could have been more diverse; it didn't feel like there was a lot of engagement from the leader, at least not all the time The beds were very hard. I am usually ok to sleep on harder beds but these were quite something In our family room, there were not sockets or reading light for anyone except the master bedroom. This is very inconvenient.

Lot of facilities available for all age groups. It was conveniently located at the beach and not too far from the town. The staff were always welcoming and happy to help. It was an amazing stay without any stress. Everything seemed very clean and tidy and staff was always at work for convenience of the guests. As you can tell we are all very happy with our stay at Bel Conti Hotel and Resort.

Archery and air rifle activities can be improved with more resources. But otherwise it was good to have these additional activities

The hotel zone is so greeny and relax. Sea is all sand. The room is so clean and comfortable. Thank you to Mr. Fatih for room.

Great stay - recommended. Everything was excellent and met all our expectations. The staff were very helpful and always available. The food and drinks were of high quality, even though about 2/3 of the food repeated daily. Evening shows were great. We would definitely recommend this place.

One minor suggestion: the mattresses on the beds could be replaced/upgraded.

Totul a fost foarte bine. O singura nota: La cina persinalul este insuficient si daca comanzi bauturi este posibil sa cina foarte tarziu sau deloc. Toti angajați sunt ok dar foarte obositi este foarte vizibil. Este apreciat baksisul dar asteptarile sunt mari. In rest totul a fost pe masura asteptarilor. Raport pret calitate servici este foarte bun.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort very much! The room was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and nicely organised. Food was great, so many options to choose from. The staff were incredible, excellent hospitality! Great activities for all ages, enjoyable evening entertainment. Walkable distance to Belek. The overall experience was great, we would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

There was nothing that we did not like, but the organisation of the dinner service could be better optimised - the main restaurant was over-crowded every evening, so the restaurant staff were struggling to clean and reset tables for arriving guests in a timely manner. Also, the outdoor yoga centre is not really usable during the hot summer days, an air-conditioned location for some of the sessions would be more suitable.

Pros We were generally very happy with our stay. The kids’ club was a real highlight, especially Ayshegul, who was very nice, attentive, and caring with the children. The beach bar and beach performances were also great, and the hotel’s access to the sea was perfect. The food overall was ok, with plenty of variety and available throughout the day. We especially liked the separate mini food area for children, which is a very thoughtful touch for families. Drinks were also readily available around the hotel throughout the day.

Cons / Suggestions The main area for improvement is that the hotel feels a little outdated compared with modern 5-star hotels. It seems like it may have been a very famous and luxurious 5-star property in the early 2000s, but some of the rooms and facilities now feel a bit dated. The popular ice cream stand could also use more staff. The employees seemed quite exhausted while trying to serve everyone, especially in the very hot weather. We also noticed a slightly distinctive smell in the restaurant and lobby. It was noticeable on the first day and might bother some guests initially, although we got used to it after a while.

Le premier jour de notre arrivée à 3 heure du matin le réceptionniste nous a reçu sans aucun sourire , on a trouvé une chambre dont le sol recouvert par endroits de grains de sable sous le lit c’était pire il y avait de la saleté que l’agent lui même a constaté par contre les sanitaires étaient propre , le nombre de cintres était de 4 très insuffisant donc on était obligé de laisser la majorité de nos vêtements dans les valises , par ailleurs deux piscines pour un si grand hôtel sont insuffisantes concernant les repas la nourriture était variée mais de moindre qualité notamment les protéines (qualité de toutes les types de viandes)

Не понравилась уборка номеров - горничная вечно приходила после обеда, когда мы отдыхали в номере в самое жаркое время. Она часто без стука заходила в номер. Не всегда мыла пол и за две недели один раз сменила постельное белье.

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel und der Service waren gut. Allerdings war das Show-Programm an den meisten Tagen leider etwas langweilig und wenig abwechslungsreich. Besonders störend war, dass der Show-Manager während der Veranstaltungen sehr viel über das Mikrofon gesprochen und dadurch teilweise sogar die DJ-Musik unterbrochen hat. Auch das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber das Menü war an den meisten Tagen sehr ähnlich und hätte mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, mit etwas Verbesserungspotenzial beim Unterhaltungsprogramm und bei der Auswahl der Speisen.

Ménage: Les chambres sont mal nettoyées, les femmes de ménage font tout le temps le ménage à l’heure de la sieste, même si on met la carte «  ne pas déranger ». C’est assez compliqué vu qu’on est venus avec les enfants. Chambres Mal isolé, on entend des voisins parler au téléphone dans leurs chambres Équipement: Les machines à café sont tout le temps vide Cuisine et bars La cuisine est très fade, il y a beaucoup de choix mais du coup la préférence est mise sur la quantité pas sur la qualité Les boissons sont coupées à l’eau, les jus, les sodas, les cocktails tout est coupé à l’eau Toilettes plage ou accueil ou piscine tout le temps sales Mini club Équipement sale, la piscine à balle est posée sur une vieille moquette plus que sale. L’extérieur et les jeux donnent envie sur les photos, en réalité tout est vétuste. Personnel : On a demandé de changer la chambre pour se rapprocher de notre famille, car le but du voyage c’était de les voir. On a demandé avant le Check in d’être placé à côté, finalement on nous a placé dans un autre bâtiment. On a demandé de payer la différence de prix pour être placé à côté d’eux. La femme a l’accueil a dit ok mais en entendant que je parlais russe avec ma famille elle a changé d’avis. Je comprends toujours pas pourquoi! Hallucinant!

The standard room are a good size (family of 3) They provided a baby cot without us asking. Food was good,lots of fresh legumes and fruit The pools are really nice, especially if you are visiting with kids. There is a good beach front. The live shows were great. Amazing acrobats Messages were good too. (Extra charge)

The smurf houses( for kids )could be renovated. Many of the cakes were overly sweet. The resort is kind of dead after 23:00

Staff was professional friendly and well prepared. They instantly took action when we had problems to resolve them. Facility is clean and entertaining programs were fine.

They are not 100% ready for the gluten intolerant guests Yes they offer some options but it is not enough to cover all expectations. But they did their best to support us.

Excellente géolocalisation, très proche de la plage, avec une chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable. Une mention toute particulière pour Asya, la dame d’entretien, qui mérite vraiment d’être félicitée. Malgré un travail certainement très éprouvant, elle avait toujours le sourire, beaucoup de gentillesse et une attention remarquable. Pour moi, c’est sans aucun doute la meilleure employée de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à elle pour son dévouement et sa bonne humeur !

En revanche, l’attitude des barmans au bord de la plage a été très décevante. Ils étaient particulièrement désagréables et semblaient parfois indifférents aux clients : ils nous regardaient sans venir nous servir. Nous avons vraiment regretté cette expérience, qui a malheureusement terni notre séjour. La nourriture est assez répétitive, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Le Personnel très accueillant et très disponible à toute demande avec écoute. Un grand MERCI au responsable FRONT OFFICE MANAGER BELCONTI et son équipe pour leur générosité et de rendre leur hôtel PARFAIT avec toutes variétés de services, différents restaurants de haute qualité, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible, Merci à toute l’équipe Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Am avut o vacanță minunată la Belconti Resort Hotel și suntem foarte mulțumiți de alegerea făcută. Totul a fost la superlativ: camera, mâncarea, curățenia și mai ales personalul, care a fost foarte amabil și atent pe tot parcursul sejurului. Resortul este foarte frumos, bine întreținut, cu o grădină superbă, piscine și acces direct la plajă. Am apreciat foarte mult atmosfera, activitățile și spectacolele de seară, care au făcut vacanța și mai plăcută. Cu siguranță am reveni și recomandăm Belconti Resort celor care își doresc o vacanță relaxantă, cu servicii foarte bune și multe facilități. 10/10 – o vacanță reușită și o experiență pe care o vom repeta!

L'hotel est tres loin de la ville d'antalya 1h de route et loin de l'aéroport aussi. Le plus proche patelin c'est à 30min de marche mais vous y trouvez tout super marcher location de voiture. Le sable de la plage contien du gravier
