Personal: Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und hilfsbereit – bemerkenswerterweise auch dann, wenn viel los war und Anspannung herrschte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Ansprechpartner Hr. Umutcan und Fr. Isil, die sich sehr um uns gekümmert haben, damit wir als Familie die bestmögliche Zeit verbringen konnten. Essen & Getränke: Das Essen war sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und durchweg überzeugendem Geschmack. Im Poolbereich gab es zusätzlich eine Patisserie sowie ein Coffee House. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Energie von Hr. Kaveh im Coffee House – neben dem Kaffee gehörte sein Matcha zu den besten, die ich je getrunken habe! Kids Club: Der Kids Club für unsere 8-jährige Töchter war top organisiert. Die Anmeldung war denkbar einfach – nach einmaliger Registrierung reichte die Nennung der Zimmernummer, digital erfasst, ganz ohne Listen. Auch die Betreuung der Kinder war super. Strand: Sehr schöner Sandstrand, mit reichlichen vor Ort Getränke Uvm..

Alles was uns einfallen würde, wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau und punktuelle Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

The staff welcoming us, they are very professional and courteous, the cleanliness is top, the food is great. The facilities are superb. The beach is exceptional! Everything was just perfect.

Кормили как всегда прекрасно, все свежее, вкусное, разнообразное. Авокадо, лосось, мясо на выбор, много свежих овощей и фруктов.

Ремонт совсем износился. Ванные старые, сантехника хромает, мебель и тд. Пора делать ремонт. На пирс зайти неприятно, доски гнилые, лестницы грязные.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with plenty of activities for children and teenagers. The food and facilities were excellent, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and always smiling. Amazing service!

I found it unpleasant that some guests smoked next to the pool. It would be much better if the hotel provided designated smoking areas away from the pool.

It was our stay number 4. Once in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2026. This stay was the lowest rated by myself. Was too many people, I understand it’s high season. However I always got my space near the pool or sea anytime.

This time it wasn’t the main building (it was a lake side) which is my mistake and I didn’t realise when I booked, I asked to change on arrival because I was with a 3yo kid and the member of staff offered me to pay £3000 more (for a different category in a main building )than I have already paid… I refused the offer.

Clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. Highly recommended! The only downside was that the food in the main restaurant was quite repetitive, so I would recommend offering more variety. The volleyball team was fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Larisa, who was especially kind and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only downside was that the price was a little high, but everything else made for a great experience.

В сезон сервис хромает: в спа был слабый массаж, просто погладили за 120 евро (хотя на входе уточняли желаемую интенсивность и зоны для проработки). Детский центр сам по себе отличный и красивый, но аниматоры скорее присматривают в комнатах (не во всех), в игры не вовлекают, у меня было такое, что дочка просто находила комнату с мультиками и сидела там, потому что не знала, чем заняться. В обед нужно ловить официанта и попросить принести напитки. Все это мелочи, но в сумме иногда напрягает.

Children’s club

Overall place wasn’t that clean, food was seriously disappointing. Staff weren’t great at customer service. Not very friendly or helpful. We ended up leaving and booking somewhere else for the rest of our week. Don’t feel like the food on the resort matched the price we were paying. Buffet , loads of options but most wasn’t edible, and most of it was Luke warm and not very nice.

C’est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, et c’est toujours un véritable plaisir. Le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant, sympathique et professionnel. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Merve pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et la qualité de son accueil.

Первое что хочется отметить это очень зеленая красивая территория отеля. Второе что понравилось это персонал, очень вежливый, сразу пытается помочь и решить вашу проблему. К концу отдыха нам правда хотелось быстрее уехать. А теперь по порядку: - Старые отвратительные номера. (Фото приложу) -Ужасная уборка в номерах. Нам приходилось уговаривать персонал, чтобы к нам зашли и убрались, при это очень плохо. Унитаз, раковину и душ вообще не мыли, зубные щетки и ватные диски не приносили, хотя мы всегда оставляли хорошие чаевые. Только через руководство, когда мы весь отдых возмущались, к последнему дню, нам убрали хорошо🤣 Еда вообще не вау. Часто холодная, безвкусная. Иногда к средине завтрака приходишь, стоят пустые блюда. (4 штуки подряд) и только через 15 минут что-то будут докладывать. Ну такого не должно быть… Также один день придешь каша как каша, в другой день просто взяли рис или овсянки и залили молоком, оно жидкое есть невозможно. Также и с супом, иногда нормально, иногда просто солененькая вода. Пляж тоже на троечку. Вечером мусор, бутылки валяются. То ли камни, то ли песок, хрен пойми. Нам не понравилось. Обдирают на каждом шагу, не хочешь толпиться на пляже со всеми, есть беседки (кабаны) но они стоят от 100€, не хочешь в ресторане ужасную еду есть, пожалуйста 4 ресторана, но цены там как мишлен (а по вкусу нет). Прачечная тоже заоблачно стоит, а футболки ребенку так и не отстирали. Про спа я вообще молчу, просто обычный массаж полтора часа мне и полтора часа мужу обошелся нам в 500€, хотя массаж посредственный (нам даже одноразовые трусики не дали🤣) Слишком навязчивые фотографы, они прям липнут чтобы ты сделал фото у них. Они и гавкают и мяукают, и орут тебе. Постоянно подходят оно и тоже спрашивают, а если отказываешься косо смотрят…. и на весь отель их человек 10. Перебор.

The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. A very special mention goes to the kids club and the amazing team who made our child’s holiday extra special. The kids club was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with so many fun, creative, and well-organized activities. The staff were caring, energetic, and attentive, making sure our child was happy, safe, and entertained every day. It was wonderful to see how much effort was put into creating unforgettable experiences for young guests. The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of activities designed for children, while also offering great facilities for parents to relax and enjoy. Our child had an amazing time and created beautiful memories. Another thing we really appreciated was the overall crowd and atmosphere at the resort. The guests were pleasant, the environment felt comfortable and family-oriented, and it created a very positive holiday vibe throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly cleaned. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices, and the restaurants, pools, beach area, and entertainment options were all fantastic. The entire team showed great attention to detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to everyone at Ela Excellence Resort for giving us such a beautiful and memorable holiday. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for a perfect vacation with children.

One small area where we feel there could be some improvement is the food variety over longer stays. Although the food was very good, the menu felt a little repetitive on some days. It would be amazing to see more themed dining experiences such as Asian nights, Mexican cuisine, or other international menus to add more variety. Also, it would be a nice addition if spa packages included some complimentary sessions, discount coupons, or special offers for guests, making the overall luxury experience even better.

We enjoyed the entire experience. All the staff were extremely hardworking and attentive to all our needs. My personal assistant, Aisia, was most helpful and attentive with the couple of minor issues that I had during my stay. My whole family was most impressed and happy during our stay!!!

Превосходный отель, если у вы хотите отдохнуть с детьми, то без сомнений выбирайте его. Великолепный детский клуб, подойдёт и для малышей, и для детей постарше. В детском клубе постоянно проводятся мероприятия, большая территория, есть игровая зона с профессиями. Замечательные рестораны, если не хотите тратить деньги и идти вечером в Аля карт, то вы можете посетить их днём: особенно понравились турецкая кухня и греческая (все они рядом с пляжем). Большая зелёная территория, есть пруд с рыбами, которых можно покормить специальным кормом. Пляж - песок и немного камней. Но купались мы с пирса, т.к у берега часто была мутная вода. Самые вкусные коктейли в лобби у ресепшена, пино колада просто потрясающая. Коктейли были вкусные везде, кроме бара у пирса. Персонал отзывчивый, добрый. У гостей есть свой ассистент, который помогает решать все проблемы. Также с помощью приложения вы можете связаться с ассистентом, забронировать рестораны, посмотреть расписание мероприятий и шоу. Очень много русскоговорящих сотрудников. Вечерние шоу - это отдельное удовольствие, как и детские шоу, так и взрослые очень классные. Особенно нам понравилось шоу с байками и цирковое шоу. Как итог, мы в восторге от отеля и хотим вернуться сюда снова.

Шезлонги крутые, как кровати. Безлимитные полотенца, чистая посуда, красивые террасы на завтраке, обеде и ужине.

Холодные бассейны в конце мая, это жесть. Питание среднее, каждый день одно и тоже, скорей 4 звезды.

Территория, сервис, питание

Одна мелочь-полотенце в ванной комнате вешать абсолютно негде. Чат для общения с персоналом не самый удобный. Было бы не плохо сделать русскоязычный вариант тоже.

Er was weinig op aan te merken. Enig minpuntje was dat er veel onbeschofte Russen waren. Maar hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niet zoveel aan doen.

Het is een prachtig groen resort. Echt een paradijs! Heel veel bloemen- bomen en heerlijke zitplekjes. Fantastisch eten in veel verschillende restaurants. All a carte lunchen- dineren of bij het buffetrestaurant. Alles is mogelijk. Het personeel kan niet goed voor je doen. En dit zonder fooi te verwachten! Soms voelt het juist heel ongemakkelijk, omdat ze zo bereidwillig zijn. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen. Ontzettend bedankt voor alles Ela!

- geen verbetering. Als ik een puntje moet noemen vind ik het jammer dat er buiten nog geen entertainment was in de avond. Ze waren dit nu (eind april) aan het opvouwen.

Мы уже второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. После первого визита нам предоставили комфортный номер, за что отдельная благодарность администрации. Наш отдых прошёл прекрасно, атмосфера была очень приятной, сервис на высоком уровне. Ребята, одним словом, молодцы — стараются на все сто, всегда внимательные и дружелюбные. Особенно хотим отметить массажиста Хатуну — замечательный специалист с золотыми руками. После массажа чувствовали себя великолепно. Спасибо за тёплый приём и прекрасный отдых. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Everything , very family friendly , staff were very helpful

Food and drinks were excellent. Kids club was great. Hospitality staff mostly brilliant, as well as the kids club staff. However found the reps and reception staff very frustrating at times when sorting any issues or questions, such as billing enquiries booking restaurants and reporting issues.

Outdoor heated pool not warm enough. Waterslides were baltic and unusable. Indoor pool also too cold. Air con in rooms on winter mode which meant if sleeping on the mezzanine you would over heat and unable to sleep. Reported to the hotel about the issues from day 1 - but no resolutions which was disappointing. Would not return as main reason for booking this hotel was the heated outdoor pool - we even contacted the hotel prior to booking to ensure the pool was heated so feel let down. Especially when here for 10 nights with 3 children keen to swim.

The hotel is opulent with an elevated food offering. Staff (customer service staff in particular) really work hard to satisfy guests.

The heating system is centralisedand we were therefore unable to adjust to our liking and it was too hot for us. We were very quickly moved to a room that was cooler, so our concerns were addressed well.

Мы посещали этот отель много раз. Всего три недели назад мы снова были здесь и отмечали день рождения самого близкого мне человека. Уже тогда у нас были некоторые проблемы, но мы предпочли промолчать. Среди сотен отелей мы снова выбрали именно этот — для короткого уикенда. Однако наш стандартный выезд завтра в 12:00. У меня была запись в спа на 11:30, и я всего лишь попросила продлить номер до 13:00 — всего на один час. Мне ответили, что это возможно только за дополнительную оплату. Честно говоря, такой подход абсолютно неприемлем. Я побывала в тысячах отелей в разных странах, но с подобным отношением сталкиваюсь впервые. Это откровенно навязывающаяся денежная политика, полностью игнорирующая удовлетворённость гостей. Особенно неприятно было видеть это именно со стороны сотрудников ресепшена. И в завершение хочу отметить: обслуживающий персонал был на высоте. Поскольку мы уже не в первый раз здесь, нас узнавали, и уровень сервиса с их стороны был действительно отличным. К ним у меня никаких претензий — только благодарность.

Ein absolut wundervolles Hotel. Qualifiziertes Personal, sauber und ordentlich, ausgezeichnetes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Ich habe es meinen Freunden empfohlen und werde selbst auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein Hotel, in dem der Gast König ist.

Ich würde empfehlen, das Reservierungssystem für Restaurants anzupassen. Wir waren mit unserer Familie in mehreren Zimmern im Urlaub und mussten für jedes Zimmer separat reservieren. Das finde ich etwas umständlich.

Es war eine unglaublich tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel! Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Alle Mitarbeiter – vom Service über die Köche bis zu den Assistenten – sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Besonders Tamara, unsere Assistentin, war einfach wundervoll und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war immer top. Unsere Kinder wurden sehr liebevoll behandelt, wodurch eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstanden ist. Auch das Essen war immer sehr gut und alles war frisch zubereitet. Wir haben noch nie ein so perfektes Hotel erlebt. Vielen Dank für alles! ⭐

Чистый просторный номер. Хорошая кровать. Просторная душевая кабина. Чистота в номерах. Вкусная разнообразная еда. Много рыбы и овощей. Отличный кофе в кофейне на пути к морю и приветливая бариста! Отличные большие бассейны. В подогреваемом можно купаться даже зимой

Faptul ca au foarte multa verdeață în jur, iar cei de la Concierge si de la locul de joaca pentru copii sunt foarte draguti si de foarte mare ajutor. Cel mai mult mi-au placut restaurantele si barurile de pe malul apei.

Ca nu au o sala mai mare cu Bowling, Biliard si alte jocuri pentru copii, dar si pentru adulti. Iar mancarea pe timp de iarna nu este proaspata si de calitate, au un dozator Nutella, dar din el nu curge nutella, este cu totul alt brand de ciocolata, am luat de multe ori preparate din vitrine si erau stricate, nu s-au putut manca… la fel si pestele si mai toata carnea

Не впервые останавливаемся в отеле Ela Excellence Resort Belek, и всегда получаем хорошие и теплые впечатления и воспоминания. Отель по-настоящему заслуживает своего премиального статуса, бассейн подогреваемый в зимний период оказался очень удобным для плавания, пляж чистый и просторный, обслуживание в ресторане всегда на высоком уровне, разнообразие блюд предоставляется на завтраке и ужине. Особенно хотелось бы подчеркнуть изысканность и неповторимость СПА-комплекса, а именно финской сауны, биосауны, парной комнаты и бассейного комплекса, проводить время всегда приятно в банных комплексах отеля. В отеле имеется кофейня, кондитерская, магазины, удобства в шаговой доступности. Обязательно вернемся ни раз!

Единственный плюс этого отеля - еда вкусная и разнообразная и кондитерская .

Самое первое - это звукоизоляция, ее отставить в номере. Расстояние между полом и входной дверью огромное, ощущение, что дверь на распашку все время. Каждый поздний вечер персонал в районе часа ночи завозил тележку железную с посудой в какой-то подсобку , которая находилась рядом с моим номером, это все очень гремело. Очень грязные полы и мебель и сантехника в номере. Знаю о качестве уборки в турецких отелях, но тут уж слишком грязно. Большая территория, бронируйте или привозите коляски для не очень взрослых детей, т к я под вечер уставала очень с 4летним ребенком. Напитки алкогольные не вкусные . Турецкие. Ну и вишенка на торте - ротовирус у пеня и дочки в последнюю ночь, так что перелет домой был «веселый». Пляж, мягко говоря, странный. Эти маленькие соломенные зонтики даже 1 шезлонг плохо защищают от солнца. Итог, в отелях подешвле было комфортнее . P.s. я хоть и ехала с ребенком, но была не готова к такому огромному количеству детей в этом отеле. Крики с утра до вечера везде. Даже в номере не отдохнуть, т к звукоизоляции нет вообще.

Liczylem na bardziej komfortowy apartamet dla nowożeńców. Liczyłem na wiekszy komfort za dosatkową opłata, jednak nie mam pretensji.

Very big and green territory, almost like a park.

First of all, the assistance service is bad. Whenever you want something they promise and do not do anything at all. Second, it is loud in the night from 24/7 restaurant.

It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing kids club for various aged kids. The food was really good! We did not need to use any à la carte restaurants. The territory is beautiful.

We struggled to get our room cleaned timely every day since if the Cleaners came at the point when we could not allow the ex they would not come back later.

The room was very poorly cleaned upon check-in, the floor was dirty. After we complained, the cleaning improved. The hotel corridors were also poorly cleaned and covered in dust. It feels like the hotel is in serious need of a deep cleaning. There were cigarette butts in the sand on the beach. There is mold in the hotel; in the hammam, plaster is falling off the ceiling, and there are visible signs of mold as well. The outdoor dining tables and chairs near the main restaurant need to be replaced, the chair handles are worn and dirty. There aren’t enough good sports activities, and the bikes for the bike tour are rusty. We asked to be placed in a quiet area since we have a small child and mentioned this request when booking, but we were given a room facing the evening entertainment stage instead.

Das Familienzimmer über zwei Etagen war sehr angenehm. Bad und Fernseher in jeder Etage, so dass jeder sein eigenes "Reich" hatte.

Am Strand konnte man mittags nicht am Buffet auswählen, sondern man musste a' lar carte bestellen. Die Preise in den Läden am Kinderclub waren sehr überteuert- wir haben für einen Schwimmring 25 € bezahlt, diesen hätten wir in Deutschland für 5 € bekommen, von den restlichen Spielzeugen ganz zu schweigen.

Hotel territory is very green and well maintained, beach is close to main building, pier was good for swimming during wavy days. À la carte restaurants were great.

2 of my friends got food poisoning so we had to buy antibiotics to ease the consequences because they couldn’t eat anything for 2 days without getting sick and also we saw other guests with same problem during our stay.

Das Hotel war super sauber, die Anlage riesig und unser Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Essen war einfach der Hammer – riesige Auswahl, und jeden Tag kam noch etwas Neues dazu. Überall gab es Stationen mit vielen Leckereien und Getränken, ein echtes Highlight. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Für Babys im Poolbereich hätten wir uns etwas mehr gewünscht. Ansonsten top – klare Empfehlung!

- The food was very good - Their specialty coffee is really good - Hotel facilities are good, although improperly managed - Best gyms I’ve seen in a hotel, although the AC is not functioning properly in the gyms, making it quite difficult to exercise properly due to the heat

- There was a weird smell in our room, which did not go away during our stay. We asked to change the room, but our request was declined - We explicitly requested for 2 single beds in our room. We did not receive them. We got an extendable couch instead, which had a mattress of 5cm and the kid could not sleep on it. We requested an extra bed instead. Housekeeping came to bring the bed at midnight (I kid you not), waking us all up - They fake a concierge type of service that is completely useless. Basically it’s a WhatsApp group where they promptly reply, but your requests are left ignored. Case in point, they were not capable of making a restaurant reservation and they were not able to bring shower gel to the room in half a day, although they confirmed twice - My kid got injured on the premises, on the sensory route. We went to the doctor’s office to get the wound cleaned out. The nurse tried to refer us to a doctor for an extra charge. I asked her to just clean the wound, which she reluctantly did. Afterwards, she asked me to sign a form of refusal of treatment, which I did not - Their biggest scam yet is their photography service - please check out the prices attached to see for yourself - While reserving sunbeds is not allowed, the resort does nothing to enforce this policy. As a result, at 8am you simply cannot find a free sunbed anywhere. I flagged this repeatedly and ultimately we resorted to “reserving” sunbeds ourselves to have a place to stay - I complained about this to the manager, a very young, fresh out of school lady, who barely spoke English. She sent some cake to us afterwards. AT MIDNIGHT, of course, waking us up AGAIN during our last night with them Overall, terribly overpriced experience. Should you want a decent holiday, just go Xanadu. Ela is simply not worth the price you pay for. We will definitely not be back
